Website: The complain is against support center of panasonic

Dear team,

It has been 3 months to buy your elugga tapp smart phone. Phone's built quality is very poor. Second time o have given this phone to repair in your support center in bhandup. First time they took 1300 since swetting water has entered inside the pcb. Now there is no water issue incoming mic is not working so they advised me your phone is under warrenty. We will repair it. But now its almost a month. If i go outside to repair this they will take 15 min and local repair person will repair. So why does it taking so much of time.

    Hi panasonic team,

    I hold a great relation with anchor and so i decided to buy panasonic fridge.

    It is turning out to be a good experience till recently the freezer started accumulating too much ice. For which we unfortunately got a number of the unauthorised service partner number and he gave us a bill as attached for pcb, where as the fridge model that i have bought does not have pcb according to the authorized service mechanic as per the service card attached.

    I am attaching both the unauthorised service partner bill and the panasonic service card for your reference.

    Kindly take action against good luck service center, sector 6-a, kamothe and help get the refund and do not allow him to use the logo of panasonic on his bills.

      I have purchased panasonic tv model: th-40c400d from reliance digital nacharam village, uppal mandal, rr dist. Hyderabad - 500076 on[protected] for an amount of 44, 900=00. For installation and 8 pin belkin they have charged extra amount. Now the tv is not working. I have informed this and your service man has visited and said the tv has to be send by me to the service center at khairatabad hyderabad. Further he said the repair cost may be ranging between 5000 to 25000 depending on the nature of the problem. When i contacted the service center at khiratabad hyderabad, he said i have to bring the tv with my own transportation charges to khairatabad that too from monday to saturday only. Further he said i have to deposit half of the repair charges in advance then only they attend it.

      Sir i have invested nearly 50, 000 only two years back and for repair i have to pay another 25000 approximately and also apply for leave (Sunday is closed for the sevice center) to take tv to service center. Is it fair for a middle class person like me. Why after investing 50000 also there is a problem with tv with in two years only. Why the product even though it is electronic not working even two years. We have grate faith in brand of panasonic.
      Hope you will kindly look into the mater and do justice.

        We had placed an order for. 1 ton PANASONIC inverter AC with ATUL ELECTRONICS, BHANDUP WEST, MUMBAI. To our shock and realisation, we have been delivered a USED / SECOND HAND INVERTER AC. And this fact was confirmed by the PANASONIC SERVICE ENGINEER who came over for demo and installation.

        It's been over 7days since this incident and despite bringing it to the attention of the Panasonic vendor, they have not taken any step to correct this situation and it's shocking that a company like PANASONIC has such low governance and quality standards. We have been repeatedly following up with the vendor, however there is only browbeating from their side. We plan to now file a police complaint zeds approach consumer forum if we do not hear from PANASONIC in 48
        hours.

          I bought Panasonic Eluga Ray Max 64 GB during Initial launch period in April 2017 having

          IMEI 1 – [protected]
          IMEI 2 – [protected]

          The phone has a severe Network Problem related to DATA, it does not connect Wifi and Cellular Data properly. My old phone although slow but connects to data well.

          Please advice the course of correction on a urgent basis. Copy of Purchase bill is attached for your records.

            I have taken Panasonic microwave oven in November 2016 ..since last 8days it is not heating..i had called up customer care and registered complain..one person had come and saw the oven and told that the circuit is spoiled and needs to be changed.he told he will send some person to correct it in 1-2days.since then no one has come and even I'm not able to connect to customer care...plz send someone to fix the problem

              I have bought panasonic eluga a2 on 06 dec 2016 with very expectation after seeing the brand value. But, it is not starting up. I went to their servicing center in G6, future mall, opposite hans cinema, but to my surprise people are totally unprofessional and clueless. Once they told it is rectified and within 05 minutes they are telling its battery is to be replaced. I donot know what to do. My life has come to a halt as i was doing more than 70% jobs through my mobile phone only. I have gone with brand name and now I am feeling cheated.

                On date 29/10/2016, an Android Mobile Phone Panasonic A2 Eluga was bought by me IMEI- [protected] from M/s S.H. Mumtazuddin Times (P) Ltd. Kolkata-01.
                Problem aroused in my Phone after using it for six months (approx during March last week) when the battery of my Phone was not working properly.
                I brought my phone to the service centre of Panasonic where it was told to me that the Battery Warranty is over, which is not mentioned in my reciept or bill. In my bill one year warranty over the phone is been mentioned. When I mentioned the same to the representative he denied by saying that Warranty is just over the Phone (not Battery).
                Please look onto the matter sir.

                  I have purchased above mentioned plasma tv on 27.10.2012.
                  First repair no power supply attended on 21.11.15
                  Second repair no power supply attended on 25.2.16
                  Now again there is no power supply to tv i have lodged complaint.
                  Complaint nor[protected] same service center person came and taken tv to their work shop. After few hours i have been informed about mother board problem. Charges for new mother board around 18k+service charges.
                  I have additional stabilizer and three phase current no chance of directly effecting motherboard.
                  Pl let me know is there any chance of repairing the mother board. Or discount in cost of mother board.
                  I have attached copys of invoice and previous complaints resolved copys.
                  Now sree techno services / hyderabad attached for servicing.

                    As my panasonic mobile was not working, it had stopped completely, i put it for servicing at universal enterprises, sarasbaug, pune on payment of rs.100/- for checking what's wrong. The service centre employee called and said on charges of 1650/- they would repair the mobile which i agreed to. After two days they asked me to collect the mobile where they had changed the old battery to new and the charging slot. But the phone was not in working condition. They demanded 100/- checking charges once again to check now what's wrong with the phone, which i paid on the spot.in total i paid rs. 1850/- for no services received. After two days the employee called up and said on charges of 3500/- he would further repair my mobile for me or leave it as it is. When i went to collect my mobile he spoke very rudely calling me a liar and telling the mobile was in working condition when repaired earlier.
                    The panasonic company/authorities are requested to take serious action against this universal enterprises, sarasbaug, pune service station and the employees appointed there.
                    Now what do i do with the non working panasonic mobile?
                    Is it better to buy a new handset (No more panasonic models for me!) instead of paying rs. 5000/- plus to repair the panasonic mobile.

                        It was really a bad experience of purchasing panasonic ac, will never buy in future.
                        So it started one month back, i complain about the product that ac is not working, and it has been repaired five times and the problem is still the same after one month. That time my product is in warranty, but now warranty is over and the problem is same, very bad experience, i will share this on social media and tell everyone not to buy panasonic ac.

                          With great displeasure, i would inform you that i had purchased one Eluga
                          A2 Phone in the month of December 2016 and the phone got dead last month
                          which is in warranty period. For repair, i had handed over the Phone to
                          your authorised service Center at RAIPUR, CHHATISGARH on 02.06.2017. But
                          even after 10 days i could not get the phone repaired and i got reply from
                          the service center that panasonic is not supporting for supply of parts and
                          they can't commit when my phone will be repaired.*

                          *I also contacted your customer care yesterday but could not get any
                          satisfactory reply.*

                          *Phone of other companies are getting repaired within 1-2 days but
                          unfortunately its a problem with your company. I have already submitted the copy
                          of the bill and the receipt from the service centre to you by email earlier. Please resolve my problem

                                Ban on panasonic brand in india due to poor quality of products, irreponsible and negligence in service of panasonic.

                                Suffering mental agony and harassment due to irresponsible and negligence in service of panasonic

                                Soon a petition will be filed that “ panasonic products would be banned in india to save the money and time both of the indians”.

                                Why panasonic staff not completed/follow the criteria of refilling the gas at that time, like checking of leakage etc. Through other necessary process in the service centre?

                                Due to irresponsible and negligence in the service of panasonic staff, now gas again leakage at the beginning of the season?
                                Last season, i. E in the first year the gas of the same air-conditioner was leakage, now also leakage then i had intimated to company and confirmation that company will be responsible for replacement of manufacturing defective coils without any charges/cost, if the problem of gas leakage again occurred. (Copy duly given below) about the problem that we are facing in one out of purchased two panasonic air-conditioner since the date of purchase. Company representative had given fake statement that panasonic air conditioner have blue coated coils to avoid the leakage of gas, but it absolutely false to misguide the consumers.

                                I am suffering the mental agony and harassment due to irresponsible and negligence in the service of panasonic, which could not be compensated in the terms of money, which could be compensated in the terms of money, so look into this matter seriously to either replacement of manufacturing defective piece or repair the fault at your end without any cost/charges, otherwise i will compelled to forward this matter to president of panasonic & higher authorities, consumer court and media for vindication of my right.

                                  What a bull # crap of tv's are you selling? I invested almlst 72000rps on your tv. It worked fine for 1year. Suddenly the picture was gone.. When i asked service centre they said panel or display problem. U should pay 32000. At the time of purchase people said that 1+2 warranty is there but now they are saying only 1yr warranty is there. What the hell is this? No physical damage is there.. How fare it is cheating pepole. How can people trust u. Kindly solve this. Other wise you people will face seviour consequences.

                                      I have purchase panasonic water purifier (Tk-cs50-da) from flipkrat, since 15th-june-2017 following with panasonic people for installation. On 17th-june-2017 one service person came to my home asking for 300 rs to installation. Why should pay for installation. Without installation from company how come panasonic can selling product in india. Today 20th-june-2017 still not install.

                                        I have purchased a new cell phone panasonic eluga turbo from online marketing flipkart.com on dated 29/10/2016. Our product id is od[protected]. After few month phone creates some problem so that i took phone to local service center. While repairing problem the phone has damaged in service center.in that condition panasonic brand give me doa certificate to replace the handset. But at this condition flipkart rejected to pick the phone because of damage, and suggest me to talk with brand. But brand has not communicate me.
                                        So i kindly request to panasonic company to replace my handset with doa certificate or refund my money on my account.
