      I have procured a split 1.5 ton panasonic a/c from great eastern (The trusted one), salt lake branch on 26th january, 2017. While conveying our specification to the sales representative, we specifically emphasized, that we require very good cooling as because my mother is an acute asthma patient. Accordingly this model was suggested to be the best one within our budget (Rs. 35000 appx.)
      But from the day it has been installed (Tentatively mid of march), it is posing constant problem. Already twice within this short tenure of two months, we have lodged two complaints. Till now the same problem (Very little/ no cooling and too much of sound) is existing. Recently the machine has started shooting ice crystal after few hours of operation.
      My mother’s health has worsen a lot due to the poor functioning of the said air conditioner as because she has been prescribed by the doctor to stay in a cool temperature.
      This is for the first time we are using panasonic product and is really disgusted and frustrated with its quality.

        I am submitted my panasoni eluga mark 2 mobile phone on 22.05.2017 at panasonic customer service, airvoice, tel - [protected], howrah. They are proposed me that i willl recieve my mobile 10 to 15 days, & i am recieve a call from panasonic for my mobile is ready & 15th june i will get my phone. Bt till now i am not getting my phone. I am complain about this matter through phone at your complaint centre no. [protected] many times. The job sheet no. Hvh/ps/17/0040 & imei no. [protected].
        I am helpless, so you please kindly check this matter as soon as possible.

          I belong to Mumbai and stay in Malad West. My designated service center is Micro services. my Washing machine is under warranty and is not working since 4th of june. I logged a complaint but toll date they have not been able to resolve the same. Everytime i call them, they provide me a new request no. which are as follows and keep giving me different /fake commitments:

            Yesterday i have purchased eluga ray max phone 32 gb. Volume button is not functioning at all. Even on speaker mode volume is very low. Fix this issue or return my money. I can't take this pain anymore.
            Why this is phone has such inefficiency?
            Pleaseeeeeeeeee fix this.

              Last season, i. E in the first year the gas of the same panasonic air-condition was leakage, now also leaking, then i had intimated to company and confirmed that company will be responsible for replacement of manufacturing defective coils without any charges/cost, if the problem of gas leakage again occurred. Company representative had given fake statement that panasonic air condition have blue coated coils to avoid the leakage of gas, but it absolutely false statement to misguide the consumers. Gas is leaking of panasonic air condition since the date of purchase, it’s put the question mark on quality of panasonic products?

              I am suffering the mental agony and harassment due to irresponsible and negligence in the service of panasonic, which could not be compensated in the terms of money, which could be compensated in the terms of money, so look into this matter seriously to either replacement of manufacturing defective piece or repair the fault at your end without any cost/charges, otherwise i will compelled to forward this matter to mr. Kazuhiro tsuga, president of panasonic & higher authorities, consumer court and media for vindication of my right.

              1. What’s the benefit of blue coating in panasonic a/cs?
              2. What’s the life of panasonic a/cs?
              3. What’s the truth behind logo of panasonic - "a better life, a better world"?

              Panasonic products will be banned in india to save the money and time both of india’s consumers.

                I purchased above ac alongwith outdoor unit from great eastern appliances bapujinagar bhubaneswar on 11-06=2017 vide invoice no. Bbs/mcm/1718/0619 and was installed in my house on 12-06=2017. Your brochure for installation gives alist of attachedaccessories (Total 9 numbers). The accessories remote control holder and remote control holder fixing screw at slno. 5&6 have not been supplied. Kindly arrange to send the same to me.

                  I bought panasonic led tv c300 series in november 2015, after around six months of buying the tv, marks appeared on the tv screen. I complained about it in the panasonic, their executive came and analysed the tv and after the analysis, they found that the tv is defected and it needs to be replaced.in june 2016, the tv was replaced. Now again, i can see marks are appearing on the second tv too. It seems that there is some issue with the panasonic led tv c300 series.

                    Hi, i've a panasonic 4g phone (Imei [protected], [protected]) and am a careful user, one fine morning the touch screen stopped working at certain areas. The service centre at cochin have been un helpful and arrogant and me as a factory worker don't have the time to run after 20 year kids asking then to sort it as the mobile is under warranty, please call me at [protected]. I have trusted panasonic as a brand despite having options from the time they produced vcr s and hope i can get the issue resolved.

                      I have a panasonic p-41 mobile when i purchesed this mobile flip sensor (When i close flip cover mobile screen of and on) was working but after 11 month it is not working so i sent mobile through authorisez mobile center khargone (M. P.) to your company and now from your company mobile screen is changed but again flip cover sensor is not working why if some setting is there in this mobile so please send me the setting of this mobile, do some needful.

                      Not spinning properly. Seems as if the belt is loose.
                      Panasonic Eluga Turbo (Champagne Gold, 32) replacement as per DOA Certificate Order ID: OD[protected]. Flipkart company rejected to pick up the handset due to damage. But handset is damaged while repairing in service center. Please give replacement as early as possible.

I am too upset for all this & i have been paying for your service guys' visits every time & loads of other charges... I am realising "have i made a mistake for opting panasonic?"

                          I would like to give the feedback against the installation service request with reference number l[protected] is below 0 as because the tv is not installed properly. The measurement of the wall mount is not good and the tv is not straightly installed and one side is down and another side is up. Moreover they told me that the thickness of the wall is needed to be over 5 inch and our walls are more than 5.5 inch but they told me that they cannot fix the screw and metal screw holders due to the thickness and instead they used plastic holders for the screw and on only 4 such screw they installed the whole tv which weights around 9 kgs and they also took the rest of the metal screw and screw grabber and other such nuts and bolts an on asking he told me that he had exchange those screws and metal bolts etc with those plastic screw holder. Moreover he silently also tried to take away the screws of the table stand and on asking he gave two screws from his bag. I want to know how can he exchange 10 big screws and 4 screw holders with those plastic screw holders. What will i do if these plastic holders come out of the wall. Who will take the responsibility of the tv. It will be very much helpful if you look into the matter soon. Why they use such plastic and cheap things instead of those metal objects given with the tv.

                              Purchased 2 ton split ac in april 2016 from great eastern appliances, dalhousie. Paid rs 12000/- for ewc for 3 yrs in may 2017 through authorised serv centre zen world, from kolkata - 700028, w. Bengal, india.

                              I booked a call on 8th june 2017 as ac was not cooling. Technician from zen world says gas leakage. Gas will be filled the next day, i. E. On 9th. When i called serv centre zen world on 9th, they say that i have to pay around rs 2550 for charging gas + their service charges. According to zen world, all services have to be paid within three months of doing ewc.

                              Is this the system? Panasonic help centre could not provide any info on this. Then what is the meaning of ewc?

                              Kindly provide an authentic reply / solution to this as we are suffering in this summer heat without ac.

                              Panasonic's AC EWC/AMC policy is disgusting as they will not provide EWC/AMC after 5 years completion from purchase date. Even their 5 years calculation is not correct at all. Panasonic India should look into the matter for betterment.
                              Is your problem resolved by Panasonic team ?

                                I brought panasonic eluga i3 imei no. [protected] in oct. 16, since last week of april mobile was not charging at all & it becomes too hot to touch, so i gave it for repairy in panasonic mobile repair center in pune - p. C. Support narayan peth on 4 th may & till date i haven't recieved my mobile. My profession is doctor & so much inconvenience i have faced already & now i want refund for it.

                                    I had purchased a Panasonic Split AC on[protected] from Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd., Gariahat Road (South), Kolkata branch vide Invoice No. DK/SA/1718/02587 under the condition that it would be delivered and installed at the premises of Dr. N Roy Barman latest by[protected]. The same was noted in the booking sheet by the Sales personnel. It was not delivered as committed. After several rounds to the outlet it finally got delivered on 2nd June only with the promise that it will be installed on that day.

                                    Throughout the day of 2-6-2017 false promises were being given continuously by your installation team members that installation team was on its way to do the job. I spoke to the personnel at least 10 times over phone and was given the assurance that it would be done shortly. From evening they stopped receiving my calls which is the most unprofessional and indecent means of customer handling. The installation has not happened as yet.

                                    I want the AC to be returned immediately and my money refunded. The extreme harassment, and mental agony that I had to go through had taken a toll on my health as well. Any delay in taking the equipment back would add to my physical and metal discomfort and necessitate appropriate steps.

                                      Dear sir/madame

                                      Purchased panasonic eluga switch mobile in july 2016. As perception of japanese quality and durable products.
                                      But today i realized panasonic is the most cheap quality brand in th indian market.
                                      Reasons and experiences...
                                      - unresponsive service center staff
                                      - unavailability of spare parts
                                      - resale value is in 3 digit. Within year..
                                      -difficult to repair (Even small issue.)
