Previous service: serviced the mobile, at authorized service center chennai. After 3 days the same touch screen not working issue has come.

Customer feeling: i am not expected these type of complaints in the
Panasonic brands. I am feel unhappy.

      What kind of # ac you guys make? Huh!

      I mean it worked for just 15 days and now i am like "why the # did i ever buy your ac?".

      Reply to this email immediately and fix the problem with the guarantee of the ac never getting broken again.
      Or not only i am going to throw the ac back in the dealer's shop but i am complaining about it in the consumer court right away.

      I bought panasonic eluga switch mobile phone in july 2016 and now is march 2017 and my mobile motherboard is damaged completely within less than a year
      I send my phone to customer care its been 15 days and their is no response from them
      Plz solve my problem as soon as possible.

        I have purchased split ac on 10/5/17 but not working since 10/5/2017. Made many complaints on customer case but no one came to resolve my problem. I had purchased it from fairdea electronics raja puri new delhi. The dealer have cheated me by installing the ac from some person known to him. The persone who came to installation of ac charged rs7500/- from us.

          My ac panasonic split ac 1.5 ton is repaired 10 times since its purchase march 2016.

          1. To remind you that i have been sending emails this is the 10th time my split ac is repaired by your

          Technician and has failed and

          1. There is absolutely no cooling and our holy month of ramzan has started and we have the ac which does not work.

          2.in the job sheet dated 16th may 2017 very clearly i have mentioned that if after this repair if the ac fails. Please replace the inferior quality product.

          3. Even if after 10 times of your technician visits and repairing if your own company technician cannot repair their own company panasonic ac then it is a point to think over.

          4. Also i want to know how many cases like mine your company is attending.

          5. I want to know will this faulty ac be replaced or no it is become more like a joke that after repairs how

          Long will the ac work after repairs. Because even your company technician does not know because otherwise he would have given in writing

          So i want to know what your company is going to do about this

              As per our complaint to mr. Kamat. Saturday a person called anil (Mobile no: [protected]) visited to our work station and done the service of cassette ac with the replay of, the problem was cleared. So up to monday it was working properly, form tuesday around 1 o clock we are facing same problem (Ac is not cooling) we are fed off with the service of panasonic form last form 14th april we are raising complaint still the problem is not solved. Today also we informed to anil @ 2.15 pm. If that problem is not solved strictly we complaining/ put case on panasonic india.

                Hi, i am a big fan of panasonic products. Almost all the products are panasonic in my house. Now i am bound to hate panasonic products from the service. Six months back my automatic washing machine warranty got expired and there was a issue in washing machine. Your service engineer not able to solve the issue almost 3 weeks gone. The bad part is the service engineer not even having a service report/cash receipt for the visit charges.

                    Dear team,
                    I would like to inform you that Panasonic AC is not working from 23rd may and I was logged complain on 25th May against the issue but till 28th no one has attain the complain. I am continue taking follow up from help desk but no solution taken . I believe in Panasonic brand but certainly I have loose the confidence from Panasonic and also the service engineer Sanjay([protected]) from Balaswar giving very behavior towards us. Bad behaviors not at all accepted from Panasonic it is Japanese company and we are also working in Japaneses Company Shimadzu. Please take necessary action against Sanjay and please solve my issue till tomorrow i.e 28.05.2017 it is under warranty. If issue will not resolve tomorrow I will put case in consumer court. If my AC not solve then replace this AC with new one since its age is only two months.

                        I am hereby have complaint for my brand new split 1.5 ton 5 star ac.
                        It is not doing cooling at all and I hereby feel very harassed by this product and willing to go consumer court for the same.
                        I have just bought it 25 days back and it is just a piece of waste for me. I have invested 36000 in your product and get nothing out of it.
                        I will not bear this any more and will not leave the company as not getting any support from your side.

                          I have purchased a 32" TV from Panasonic on 27th February 2017, and it seems tht I hv taken the worst decision to choose it over the other competitive brands.
                          The product was defective and started creating problems within 30 days of purchase. It started going Off and On itself, sometimes remains Off for more than an hour. And to make it worse it has gone down permanently on 26th March 2017. Then I had registered a complaint, service representative came and changed the board of a newly purchased TV after 4 days of registration of the complaint.
                          Still I have managed and thought that electronic gazets some times create problems, but the same problem still persists, just the frequency of going OFF/ON has been reduced. I had complained so many times, called so many times but got no solution yet.
                          I have talked to so many persons from Panasonic. One Mr. Ayan gupta had responded positively after calling him so many many many times, but still I got nothing with regard to this product.
                          I fed up with the product, with the service and with the attitude of the Panasonic representatives.
                          Just want a support; i[censored] can suggest that is there any solution for this product available to you, or I have to get it through the consumer forum.

                            T’s now a month passed but still I am waiting for my phone to be repaired. Panasonic Customer care sucks they don’t know how to handle their customers.

                            Below mention are some Great people who don’t know how to help their customers.
                            Mr. Afzan, Mr. Harveer, Mr. Saurabh, Mr. Ajit, Mr. Sandeep, Mr. Venu, Mr. Vinay.

                            I think the seniors are busier then Modiji many time I request for senior call back for my query but they still don't call me yet.

                            I am Highly unsatisfied with Panasonic Service and the products. I would like to suggest all you please don’t buy Panasonic products.

                            I had mail my problems to panasonic official email id but theses guys don’t even bother to reply my mail.

                            I feel sorry for myself due to this kind of harassment by Panasonic India. Henceforth I will make sure I stay away from Panasonic cheep products.

                            I Jay Ved- Resident Mumbai-India, had purchased subject Mobile phone online from "Flipkart. on 11-09.2016

                            My phone happened to give some Display error hence I had to take it to your Authorized service Centre at Ghatkopar West [ Name: M/s Techmobile - Address : 205, 2nd Floor, Rajgor Empire, J V Road, Khot Lane, Ghatkopar West, Mumbai - 400086, Opposite Metro Station Gate No 4, Off Bata Showroom ] in the month of Jan. 2017 wherein they told that the screen needs to be replaced and cannot be replaced under warranty as the same looks like external damage & not covered under warranty. I had 'No Option' after a long argument about "No physical damage" but to replace the same on "Chargeable Basis"
                            Paid whooping Rs. 4500/- for a phone worth Rs. 9000/- [ i.e. 50% of the cost of new phone]

                            Now, again my cell phone has started showing malfunction of 'Front Display' and hence I happened to show it to the same Service Centre but they said they have "Discontinued Dealership of PANASONIC" and hence need to take it to another service centre currently in force.
                            Left with "No Other Option" I took the phone to another service centre at AVL Telecom (Mumbai, MH) Shop No.15, Sai Shakti Appartment, Opp. Hanuman Mandir, Patel Chowk, Ghatkopar (East) Mumbai, Maharashtra
                            They said that the "Display has not been fixed properly" hence seems to be malfunctioning and has to be done under chargeable basis- I had replaced a Display just 4 months ago and how can it malfunction in such a short period of time ? This means that the Model Display is DEFECTIVE or Service Centres are RUNNING A RACKET of looting customers merely by giving excuses that the display must have been damaged or Not fixed properly or any reason to ensure that Warranty is disallowed.
                            Can someone prove that the Display is Damaged ?
                            There has to be some scratch/dent/ mark on external body if the Mobile piece is damaged Isn''t it ? But only reply that I get is "We can't Help" !!

                            When asked for the contact number of Panasonic Representative- they surprisingly / clearly DENIED saying- we are not Authorized to provide contact details of company authority !!
                            Is that PANASONIC POLICY ? Can't be !! A Japanese company can not have such policies.
                            Customers at MERCY of Only these so called "IRRESPONSIBLE AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRES ? Giving any vague reply and making customers run from pillar to post ? This is No way dealing with customers !!

                            When I had purchased the handset- I was pretty impressed with Panasonic product and its performance- This is model is probably the "Best Value Phone" and anyone around me who looked at this Model was like "IMPRESSED" by the looks and thus four of my friends and my family members has purchased the same or some other Panasonic Models after looking at my handset

                            However the kind of services and reply I had got is not upto the mark that one would expect from a Japanese company.

                            Would request if someone from Panasonic India could speak to me and / or give me a resolution about the same and get the Display replaced under warranty- obviously as it has not been Damaged as claimed by your service centres.

                            Hope Panasonic India will keep up to my expectations and improve customer care services for their own well being and build trust amongst their customers..

                              In November'2016 I placed a request for repairing My LED TV with your customer care, However after few days I got a call from a technician from a firm known as 'Customer Support Center located at kurla(East), Mumbai.They took my LEDTV and got it repaired and they charged me Rs.10500/-(ten thousand five hundred) for replacing back light, however after chasing them for a month they didn't provided me the details of exact part which was replaced and they also gave me a 6 months warranty for the same part.However in April'2017 my LEDTV started facing the same problem, again I contacted the same firm and they assured me that my LEDTV will be repaired without any charges as its still under warranty period.However this time they took approximately a 20days time to collect the LEDTV from my house.Moreover after taking LEDTV they asked me to pay Rs.4000/-(Four Thousand) more as a service charge to repair the same TV, but this time I denied them to pay anything further as the part which was replaced in the month of November'16 was still under warranty, after escalating the matter to their senior manager they delivered the LEDTV but in a very bad condition.i.e. there were scratches on side panel as well as on screen, panel fitting was not done properly, the picture quality of LEDTV has become very poor.After escalating this issue their senior manager asked me to pay Rs.4000/- upfront to avail further service.

                              Request you to address this issue at the earliest.As this type of service provider contractors/technicians are the cheating the clients in the name of Panasonic and ultimately they are spoiling the trust of consumers in the brand name "PANASONIC".

                                I WAS a brand loyal customer of your company few days ago... I use Panasonic P55 Novo before, now m using Panasonic eluga A2. I m also having washing machine & A.C. of your company. But the kind of service provided by your company in last few days is very worst. I gave my mobile Panasonic eluga A2 in your service centre of Varanasi for repairing which have charging & battery related issues on 26/04/2017. I got my phone back tomorrow but the issues are unsolved. I still facing the charging & battery issues. Sir, kindly contact me & please repair it within 10 days. As you already lost a brand loyal customer of your company. So sir, please repair it & solve my issues within 10 days.

                                  पैनासोनिक ब्रांड पर विश्वास कर नवम्बर में मैंने एक मोबाइल हैंडसेट खरीदा था जिसका मॉडल है पैनासोनिक एलुगा 12 ।
                                  एक छात्र होने के कारण बहुत ही मुश्किल से पैसे बचा के एक फ़ोन लिया और पिछले 2 महीने से डिस्प्ले पर एक वाइट स्पॉट आ गया ।
                                  पहले हल्का था तो मने ध्यान नही दिया, परंतु अब स्पष्ट रूप से इसे देखा जा सकता है ।
                                  बिल और बॉक्स दोनों मेरे पास उपलब्ध है, परंतु दिल दुःख रहा ह फ़ोन को देखकर।
                                  पैनासोनिक के साथ मेरे इस खराब अनुभव को आप सकारात्मक नजरिये से हल करेंगे, इस उद्देश्य से यह पत्र लिखा गया है ।

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I have found some noice in my split air conditioner purchased from Vimal Electronics regarding issue of duplicate bill but they demanded Rs. 250 and misbehaved in very low and rough language and I have also registered complaint to customer care regarding solving air conditioner issue which they confirmed to be solved within 24 hours on presence of photocopy of bill but Vimal Electronics has refused to give duplicate bill and informed to come after 2 days and also demanded Rs. 250 per copy or per page which in eyes of law is totally illegal. Please solve it asap.
                                    Panasonic India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    We bought new inverter AC from reliance of Panasonic company. They took more than weeks for installation .After that torture now with in a month, it has stopped working but no one is listening to our complaint. It is a shame from such company.
                                    V.bad service ... nobody should buy items of this company.

                                      We had purchased a 2 ton AC Split – model # PANASONIC CS-US 24SKY-1/2.00 TON SPLIT AC, Bill Date 15.04.17, Amount Rs 53, 900.00 – from a reputed Dealer called M/s Great Eastern Appliance Pvt. Ltd., Narendrapur, Kolkata. After giving repeated reminders the AC is installed on 4.05.2017. But after installation, we noticed that the AC is not working & cooling has not done.The installation person even took Rs 5050 for the purchase of extra items required for installation but failed to provide with any bill or document for the same. I called the Great eastern customer care (5th April’2017) & lodge a complain against its center and a technician came the next day (6 April’2017) giving repeated reminders to check. He told us that this is a case of ‘Leakage of AC Gas’. For our understanding, he explained that something has gone wrong at the time of installation. The same was installed by PANASONIC INSTALLATION SERVICE([protected]). But again after 1 day the AC failed to function properly. We paid top price for a superior product. I did not choose to buy a budget brand where I am prepared to compromise on the viewing experience and product longevity. It is completely PANASONIC’s responsibility of the Product Failure and do a replacement / installation job to my satisfaction at no cost. But even after so many phone calls today they are not at all cooperate & giving support to us. We have decided to take up this case legally now and approaching the Consumer Forum to get things sorted out with Panasonic. I am lodging an online complaint here as well and would appreciate if some help can be obtained from any online consumer forum as well.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have got really bad experience with a mnc like panasonic. Pathetic customer service. Bought a plasma tv just 3 years back and suddenly it stop working, trying to get through customer service from last almost 2 weeks but not getting any proper response. Today got a call from customer care stating that a part of tv got damaged which is not available now and thus have to replace the tv with 75% depreciation. That means a tv of panasonic is not even going to work for 3 years, that the life of a branded tv???
                                        Government should ban panasonic from india for selling such bad quality products and that too at an expensive premium price.
                                        Really pathetic experience, i request everyone not to go with panasonic for any consumer electronics product.
                                        Worst experience a consumer can ever have!!!
