    I am writing this mail after getting disappointed with your product for 2 long years. I am convinced to the fact that you people don't believe in the principle of
    "Customer Satisfaction". Well, we have suffered a lot and now finally i have completely lost my patience.

    Now please go through the below mentioned details of your product as well as the details of how and when the fault occurred:

    PRODUCT : PANASONIC AIR CONDITIONER (WINDOW) 1.5 tonne
    MODEL/ YEAR : CW-YC1814YA / 2014
    DEALER: DURGA ELECTRICALS, SANGAM SHOPPING COMPLEX, SHAKTINAGAR, DISTT.- SONEBHADRA, UTTAR PRADESH, PIN CODE - 231222
    No. from which the complain was lodged is [protected] by the name of MR. SANJAY DUBEY

    Installation date of air conditioner - 03-May-2015

    Occurrence of first problem - 19-May-2015. AC got stopped working suddenly i.e. in other words it got tripped, after 15 days of installation.
    Then, the complain was launched because as far as my understanding goes, air conditioner could not get tripped with 2 weeks time.
    Service Engineer from RENUKOOT named MR. RASHID saw the problem and gave a statement that "It is a common phenomenon,
    it keeps on happening in summers in all kinds of AC's". He left giving such a vague statement.

    After that this tripping continued for 2-3 times and then again and again complain was lodged with continued follow ups on the problem. In the month of Jun'15, the
    service engineer visited and was not able to give a clear statement about the issue.

    In Mar'16, a new problem arouse related to the display of the AC. The temperature was itself getting decreased after a certain intervals. Again the complain was lodged
    and no instant action was taken place irrespective of the continuous follow ups. Then finally, on 13-Aug-2016, the display was changed and Rs. 900 were charged for the same.

    Again, after that in Sep'16, the same problem occurred thrice i.e the AC again got tripped and it was concluded by service engineer MR. MD. TAHIR, that the compressor is faulty. His response came after one month i.e. on 15-Oct-2016 and he bought the fresh compressor with him but he refused to changed it, telling that winters have started so after wards the issue will be resolved.

    The final follow ups with a continuous hope to get our problem resolved was taken in Feb'17 and till date we have received no response, which is not acceptable at all at my part.

    You people have deliberately crossed the time zone of the warranty period of 1 year so that you don't have to repair the AC on FOC basis. Well, according to my understanding the AC was faulty from start, and that faulty piece was installed at our end. Please confirm with your manufacturing unit as well as your quality department that how come you have dared to install such a faulty piece.

    I want a reply to this mail as soon as possible otherwise i will be forced to lodge a complain in the consumer's forum court. I also want a free of cost replacement
    of AC for the same.

      I am Naveen Kumar I have purchase new Split AC in March 16 but dealer end or panasonic side delay instaletion Why not the given 3rd free service also dealer billed a on march closeing end but AC split not available and late instaltion 15 days... why should be bear service charge and so many completes in day one start noise in cooling coil, gas noise at time of start AC remote same time not working last both service expirece is very bad no any sport Aera manager or Panasonic customer care

          Dear Sir

          1. I wish to state that I have tried Panasonic product for the first time in 40 years and I am very very disappointed with the product and service.

          2. I purchased Panasonic Split AC 1.5 Ton 3 Star (Model 4A[protected]R00) from Shri Shyam Traders, Military Intelligence school, Wanowrie, Pune who in turn provided us the AC from National Huns Electronics, MG Road, Pune.

          3. The payment for the AC was done on 03 Apr 17 however the AC was installed on 06 Apr 17 at 111-A, New Gurudwara Road, Near Pune Parsi Gymkhana, Camp, Pune 411001. After two days of the installation the AC stopped cooling and started making noice. Numerous complaints were made to the customer care, Shri Shyam Traders and National Huns Electronics, but the problem could not be rectified. Finally an engineer o[censored]nknown dealer filled the gas but could not rectify the noise fault.

          4. It almost ten days and the AC is non functional. We have requested for a replacement which is being ignored by Customer care, Shri Shyam Traders and National Huns Electronics.

          5. I am now approaching Consumer Court after 25th Apr and all expenses of the complaint will have to be borne by Panasonic/ Shri Shyam Traders and National Huns Electronics.

            We have lodged a complaint in your customer care vide complaint no.R[protected] on 8th April. After rigorous follow up one technician had visited on 12th and confirm that PCB of inverter AC is defective we will replace a day or two but no body turn up till date even I have called three times in customer care .They have providee the number of service center 1.[protected] Mr. Ayan Gupta. But he remain busy, neither picking up phone nor call back. I caaledr., Abdul he told sending technician by today but nobody turn up. Last 10 days I am facing problem but nothing happened what is the use of such product, which service part is totally Poor.

              I bought new ac from vijay sales dated om 27/03/2017.
              Model no. Csyc18sky3rs
              I raise complaint on 8th april. Than your technical person visit on 17th april.2017.
              He was saying new ac is not working properly from company side and we change some parts after 2-3 days.
              Help for this case.
              I am facing many problem.

              Complaint not resolved till date
              Purchased a Panasonic split AC on 06/04/2017 from Vijay Sales, Kalkaji, New Delhi. Only indoor unit installed on 08/04/2017. The service request has been cancelled on 10/04/2017.
              Even i am facing same issue... Cracking noise comes from indoor unit. Technician says no issues. Have even recorded the noise. Noise is too loud at night as if something broke in the unit. Purchased in March 2017.

                Hi - Myself Pintu Chowdury, resides at Kolkata, I have recently bought a Panasonic Washing Machine from M/s The Great Eastern [Nagerbazar]. Post which your sales person had came for giving demo at my place but does not conduct the KT properly. In view of that I have requested your representative to come on Friday [14th Apr'17] but he refused to come and confirms that he will visit on Saturday instead [15th Apr'17]. But when I called him up on Saturday after long awaiting he told me that he will not be to make out that day and will come next day [Sunday 16th Apr'17] for sure. But since Sunday morning I tried to reach him on his cell phone [[protected]] but no single response from his end. I have called him not less than 20 times but no single response from the given number. Even I tried calling that person today itself but still my calls remained unanswered.

                This kind o[censored]nresponsiveness and failing commitments really disappoints me being a customer and shows the unprofessional face of the company of your stature.

                Really very disappointing.

                Expecting a call from your end on the resolution and action taken on this complaint. And also looking for another demo session from a skilled person from your company.

                Sir I purchesd new Ac installed on 6th April and I noticed there is problem in Indore it giving water droping continuous l complaint many times to centre Gwalior got dull response . please solve my problem.

                  My 32 inch led tv was not working and an engineer from lajpath nagar service centre came and checked. He said that the motherboard is spoilt and made a call to find out the price from his centre. He then said it would cost me Rs 5, 050 to which i agreed. After two days I was again told it would cost me 7500.
                  Can they do that? I said i will not pay the new rate and told them to fix it for the amount they had quoted when they had come to my place . Till date I haven't heard from panasonic and my tv is still not working.

                        I purchase a cordless phone panasonic-2 hs/das chmpn gl from best buy, 3333 preston rd, frisco, tx[protected]. On 09/06/2016. When came to india the same worked for three months and after that it become out of order. I contacted your service centre in solan (Himachal pradesh) and given for repair but till date the product is still lying with them without any repair. Will you please let me know whether product will be replaced/repaired or what else, please inform the same?

                            Water is Leaking from all side of AC from 1st day of installation- 3/4/17. It was installed by 3sr(Service). Trying to contact Mr. Pranab (Ph. No.- [protected] from PANASONIC who send an engineer for installation) form last friday but he has not send the any engineer for rectification.

                            Still water is coming out from all side from indoor part of AC. Please help, already 4 days crossed and i never thought that PANASONIC is such bad in service.

                              Dear Manish Sharma(CEO, Panasonic India),

                              I have been using Panasonic phones since so long but this was the worst experience ever. I am having Panasonic eluga ARC and there was some touch screen issue. I submitted the phone to the service center at Bhiwani 127021 (HR) "New Radhey Krishna Communication" to Mr. Sachin Mehta and its been more than three months i have not received mu hand sent yet. The executive is so careless, he doesn't even answer my phone calls. Tracking number for the submitted handset is "KJASPHR142117PI10160". i have tried all the possible ways to get this. I have contacted ASM Mr. Tiwari" but no resolution yet. And now i am going to raise the issue in consumer court. I have given so much time even more than enough. This is highly frustrating to follow up for three months.

                              Expecting the resolution in next week with compensation.

                                Myself Debasis Mondal, I have bought a Led television on 08 th april 2017 from paytm, model is panasonic THD430DX.After purchased that i did contact to panasonic customer care and talked.they told that after 24 hrs from panasonic YOU will get a call and television will installed after that.but till now i did not get any call from you.again i called to customer care on 09th april 2017, they received my complaint, and my complaint NO is- I[protected] and also gave me service area manager phone no, that is-[protected].I called up service area manager and i said i called you for my new television installation purpose, he replied me tomorrow call here, tomorrow will installation done.I have a question for you is this my responsibility to call you every time for installation purpose?dont you have any responsibility to come and install my new television ?very shame this is, i have also other electronics things from lg, sony, philips, they never done like you.I am worried that in future if i get problem regarding this television, then you will probably delay and will not take care of me.
                                i have request to consumer india forum that please look on this matter.why ther are unnecessary delaying to installtion of My new led television.I hope you will look on this .

                                So please direct them to rectify our a.c at the estimate which was given us earlier and stop wasting our time.
                                I have purchased split inverter a.c on 23 june13. My registered complaint no. is R[protected]. My a.c has been damaged by Shivam aircon first they gave us the estimate of rs.4200 for gas leakags and took our ac to their centre.But after 12 days of complaining still a.c is not working and after tempering they are demanding rs.20000 for repairing.

                                  Problem is that service center are not response me my problem and not installation properly, not used stand in outdoor of the AC, and also not tap raping my out let copper pipe, not giving bill for installation fee and extra charge give for installation, so that please solve my problem urgently because above problem is delay for within 6 days bot not solve already communicated for all the nearest service center but not solve, please solve this problem immediately.

                                    I have purchased 1.50 T AC on date 28th March 2016 from Tata Croma Wakad Pune outlet. The entire amount was paid at the same time. It was assured by Croma Wakad that person from Panasonic will attend your home for installation on 30th March 2016 free of cost. Today is 6th April, and nobody from Panasonic has attended till now. Yesterday it was promised by some Panasonic person that he will send his team on 6th morning 10 .00 AM. Now he not receiving any phone call.
                                    I had been on leave today just for installation. My all programmes are failed just waiting for installation.

                                      This is to inform you that i have purchased Panasonic split ac from Great Esatern Dalhousie branch on 6th March, 2017. On the installation day when the sealed carton of Panasonic AC was opened bt the technician it was found damaged. i had called panasonic and Great Esatern for replacement, despite several calls and shop visit it was replaced after 10 days. subsequently technicain revisited my house to install the Replaced AC. while doing the installation the Technician broke my house wall inner and outside and left it as it is and also after leaving the house took the Service coupon along with him. Moreover the technician didnt bother to check the installation and said that the work is done and left the house. after the technician left the house i started to on the ac the ac is not getting cool i recompalined in panasonic this time new technician visited my house and siad that there is leakage in the pipe. to my utter surprising the new ac is leaking thats really great for me. all the pipe which were used by the technician during installation are old and leaked pipes and took the amount of new pipes along with other charges as the installation was free for me.
                                      these people are just cheating the consumers as they have charged me alot and moreover the installation is not being done till date[protected] more than a month.
                                      on subsequent call to customer care they are asking to contact Service Centre and this service centre people are just hopeless and useless.
                                      the damage of my house and is making me face a lot of problem and these people are just not words for them.

                                      i just want my refund back and no more installation is being required by me and also i need the compensation for damage of my house.

                                        Purchased Panasonic Eluga Switch on[protected] on line
                                        The phone switched off suddenly on[protected] and submitted to Nidhi Communication Shop No.6, First Floor, Sohna Road, Near Yamaha Showroom Islampur, Gurgaon vide service request No.173 dated[protected] but till today on[protected] my repeatedly calls to Ms.Ekta of Nidhi Comm. neither get satisfactory reply nor status of my hand set. She asked me to call at custmar care no [protected] but there is always engaged tone. Even today at 2.30 pm I called to Ms.Ekta of Nidhi Communication she replied that she can not do anything and I sent my colleague to her office but came to know that she has shifted from there. Now i am requested to the concern people of the company either resolve my issue and let me know the status of my handset or return immediately otherwise I am free to take further action.
