When i am speaking (Calling) to someone else speaker is not working and speaker volume is very low even when speaker is on.
Speaker is not working when call take place.
Speaker mode is not working while calling/speaking to some one else
Pls provide online update for my problem.
I bought mobile from flipkart.
Back camera is very low quality
Give update for android version 7 for this mobile

    Dear sir,

    Despite of several communications, i am not getting proper solution to my problem from the company. I have already paid for servicing charges but after 15 days of the servicing the ac have again started giving same problem and now they are given another estimation of above 8500 for repair. I am giving herebelow the case history :

    I have a panasonic window ac which was not cooling. Hence i lodged complain on 22-03-17. The technician visited and informed that it is having gas leakage problem. They have not given any service report mentioning the same. To rectify the problem they took the ac to service station and returned after 4 days. Even then problem was not resolved. They have again sent technician after 2 days who filled some more gas after which if started cooling but not as per standard. The technician gave a very funny excuse for this that as it is very hot outside it can not give maximum cooling and for normal cooling also it will take some additional time. However after nearly 10-12 days it is giving same problem of not cooling. The technician have visited after making several complaints in 2-3 days. Now they have informed us that the coil have got damaged which needs to be replaced. And this will cost us over 8500/- rs. Again no service report was given.

    We have some more observations which creates some doubts on the service center and though we have communicated all the doubts to the company, they have neither cleared our doubts nor they have agreed to repair the ac.

    1. The invoice for first servicing was given by "shree marutinandan
    Enterprise" and on the invoice they have given logos of ifb, voltas &
    Hitachi but not panasonic.

    2. All the time different ununiformed technicians visited and they
    Have not taken acknowledgement on service report. Even job sheet was
    Provided after many requests.

    3. The reason for coil damage was mentioned as environment conditions.
    However no sign of rusting or freezing was seen.

    4. The technician didn't even check the ac completely, he just had an
    Overview of the same after which he has informed about coil issue.

    5. The technician have informed us that he is neither from panasonic
    Company nor from service agency. He was sent on contract basis.

    6. Technician is not carrying any job sheet with him. Neither he is
    Taking our acknowledgement on the service report.

    7. Coil damage issue was not noticed when the ac was serviced at
    Service center. This is surprising.

    8. Technician was not accepting to our complain regarding
    Non-completion of work and was giving unacceptable logic.

    9. After a huge argument service agency have sent me job sheets on
    Mail (From personal mail id) but hard copy of the same is still not
    Delivered.

    10. The invoice of first servicing does not have panasonic written anywhere on it.

    11. This is very clear from the case history that the service partner didn't completely repair the machine, so there is a possibility that the problem have occurred because of the left out work. There is a huge possibility that he is trying to hid his mistake or may be interested in making money out of it. But company is still not accepting my problem and only saying what the service partner is saying.

    I would request you to kindly intervene and help me in getting my issue resolved.

    I have made my complain to yourself almost 1 week back but till date I have got no response from the company. However, as per the last communication from the company (in revert to my complain directly to them), they were not even understanding my concern and a generic reply. I need yourself to kindly intervene and help me in getting resolution to my problem.

    Despite of several communication with the Company, I have not got any solution. However, my complaint to consumer forum dt. 03rd May was also not attended.

    As a customer where should we go? If we do not get any support from Consumer Forum also, then all the consumers of the Nation will be insecure in the hands of insensitive companies.

    As neither the company was solving my complain nor consumer forum was giving me any support, I have decided to get it repaired at my own cost. But when the other technician have seen the AC, he informed that it does not have the issue which company engineer have informed and coil was perfect.

    Panasonic Organisation is cheating it's customers with unauthorised service dealers and innocent customers are paying unnecessarily just because they have baught a panasonic Product.

    I need immediate help from consumer forum to stop such practices from companys like Panasonic.

      Hello!

      We recently bought 3 air conditioners from dealer: samvatt enterprise (Location: shop no 17 and 18, first floor, ratna business square, opp. Chinubhai center, nr. Gcc, ashram road, ahmedabad gujarat 380006).
      Out of 3 air conditioners 1 unit of 2ton is defected and been making problems from beginning. First problem was water leakage and made several complaints and got false promises from the dealer but to no avail. Then finally after weeks of waiting it got solved by its own. Now suddenly 2 weeks back air conditioned stopped cooling and this time situation was worsened due to hot weather with small kids at home.
      Again, made complaints to dealer/panasonic/person who came for installation but to no avail, they came and put blame on other in circular motion.

      Finally, after intense follow up and numerous phone calls and visit to dealer they came to conclusion outdoor unit is faulty and needs to be replaced. Add to our surprises dealer is now saying it will take another 4-5 days to get replacement.
      I don’t understand why should we as a customer even after paying full money have to suffer for 2 months? If panasonic has given us faulty unit it’s their responsibility to replace unit immediately or return customer money! Where else even after all this dealer: samvatt enterprise (Mr rajkumar) pretend to us he has done some big favor to us (As if give us air conditioners for free) and helping us to get the replacement. Moreover, his way to treat us is very unprofessional and 3rd grade.
      This incident has made us think on what criteria brands give dealership? Are they even performing any basic procedures or training to educate dealers or teach them how to talk to customers?

      Whenever i will share my experience with panasonic based on my sufferings and experience my reviews will be bad products and bad customer service. The way i got cheated and mistreated by dealer and panasonic i will definitely make sure no other common people gets this suffering and they don’t lose their hard earn money.

      At the end dealer is asking for 4-5 more days to get a replacment but i have requested him to get this done tomorrow or else we don’t want faulty air conditioners and want our full money back.

        Bought a panasonic eluga turbo eb-90s50etb mobile phone on[protected] and within 3 months the display had issue, given for repair on pushpa dept store, mavelikara, kerala ([protected],[protected] on[protected]and till today i did not received the mobile after the repair.           Dear sir,
          Refer to said invoice no. I would like to bring your kind notice that an 1 ton split, 3star ac (Model no. Cs-kc12sky3) was purchased from m/s khosla electronics pvt ltd, dalhousie branch. On 24/04/2017 by me. During installation of the same it was observed by concern installer (Installer, authorised by panasonic) and me as well that once it had been put on, the whole indoor unit was being started vibrating like anything. After being inspected by them it was observed that the runner is disputed and and to some extent finge was damaged. I immediately requested them to uninstall the indoor unit and replace it with new one only as i received it with these disputes. They confirmed verbally that it would be done after a inspection of senior technician and left my place. But now they are denying to replace it and instead of replacing they are keen to replace the runner only. They casually uttering that damaging of finge is a common phenomena and that may happen during installation. As if i am supposed to receive it with damaged finge only. At the end of arguement they concluded that they only could replace the runner and nothing else.

          Now my question is that after spending my hard earn money should i deserve a disputed/repaired ac from panasonic or i should get it replaced with a new indoor unit from panasonic.

            I have purchased one Refrigerator Model SF343SNX2 at Ludhiana (Punjab India) from Bedi Electronics Ludhiana Punjab upon their strong recommendations for Panasonic's better products and prompt after sales services.
            On[protected] at 10.00 a.m lodged a service request of faulty refrigerator on helpline number (given request no. as R[protected] and got a call from service center that engineer will be coming shortly. No body came. On[protected] morning I again contacted helpline executive and apprised him about poor service who gave me one no. [protected] of Some Sh. Sunil which was found to be wrong number upon dialling. After again calling at helpline another number [protected] of Some Sh. Sanjay Kumar was given that too was found to be non-existence. I requested the service centre number at Ludhiana but no result. On[protected] Morning again emailed for help, no action. Finally I called the dealer from where the product was purchased who gave telephone of service centre head, who upon calling assured the action soon. But his promise for early service started on[protected] evening when a young man namely Gurinder Singh visited our house and after check up declared that the compressor is out of order and gave us a job sheet mention the same. He also told that the unit shall have to be carried to service centre for repairs. We requested to repair the same at site but in vain. Upon our great follow up the unit was taken away to service centre 0n[protected].
            On[protected] at 5.27pm got a call from service center informing me that some pcb is faulty and told to apprise some estimates. I objected on the ground that your service engineer who visited and checked the set never told us any fault other than the faulty compressor. Upon further discussion on the issue I was told that the visiting engineer was untrained hence could not detect the same. for which I objected that why an untrained or less trained person was sent or deputed. We apprehend this to be pure case of money extortion on misleading and faulty grounds, because the compressor was under guarantee so they informed that PCB is at fault which is not under guarantee.
            Since then we are making calls and emails to the company but in vain. Till date we have not received back our refrigerator after repair. The height of the misery is that the telephone numbers given in company website One at Gurgaon Address and other at Chenai Address only rings, no body picks the phones.

            Highly frustrated for very very poor response from the company.

              I have brought tv "ashakiran agencies"- goa on 18/10/16 bill has done i have given complain twice. The complain is about my led tv that it has turn black. After first complain a person visited to my place i have explained him when he saw the tv he said dust particle has gone inside my ledtv that is why tv turn in to black. He asked copy of bill and warranty card. His contact no [protected] person visited to my house on 14 march. Second complain r[protected] dated 11 april 2017. Mr patil visited to my place he also said same thing. It is my new house opening is don in oct - 16 jan we came to stay at my new house tv used for only three month.


              As i asked u r service people how its is possible that dust particle has gone to my tv where i stay on 3rd floor my house is clean which seen by mr patil who has visited to my place.in that case it mean its faulty panel or faulty ledtv. They reply we will clean the tv and we will give u back. As customer how i will agree on this that my whole led tv is turning black and they will clean and will give me back. As i told them i need return that hence forth it will not turn black i need warranty particular problem it will not happen again.

              This is the only case happen to my tv which they found. As i told one of the pc might come faulty. How is it possible that dust particles has gone in my tv. I had panasonic plasma tv 8 years nothing happen to that tv and i never heard any brand led tv or lcd tv dust particle going in. It mean my led tv is faulty.

              As from goa panasonic service centre are not responding past two month i am running behind.

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  I bought panasonic viera connect 3d led tv on may 2013. It was working fine till the warranty period. Exactly after completing service period its started giving trouble every 3 months. I have given for servicing in aug 2016, they told we have to replace mother board (Not mentioned exact reason to replace). After that again in jan 2017 same problem occurred and again same thing they told we have to replace mother board. These guys know only replacing the parts they dont know how to repair and the way the talk with the customers not at all acceptable. Now again we are facing problem and given for serving. Its been more than 10days but no updated from them. I spoke with asm and asked him to give me permanent solution as i cant pay part replacement and service charge for every 2-3 months. Please look into this provide me permanent solution else replace my tv with new one.

                        After registering for re-installation of AC in Hoodi, Bangalore; I got a call from a serviceman...who sent 2 other guys to my house for installing AC. These guys seemed to know nothing. Once work was done they charged me Rs.3025 for adding a copper pipe. When asked for receipt, they said they cannot provide receipt. After a lot of clarification, they provided a hand-written bill of a local dealer which did not have a single hint of Panasonic Company. I felt as if they were people who have come from anywhere and asking me to pay Rs 3025.

                        After 2 days... when the AC stopped working, I had to call Customer care again and ask for another technician. Another technician came and told me that installation was completely wrong and there was leakage and told I have to call the previous technician for this. When I contacted the customer care again... they are charging me for not having any details of the previous technician. No details...nothing is with the customer care and they are behaving like dumb fellows... Some people came to my house ... ruined my AC and left...and no support anymore from anyone.

                              On 13th april, 2017 i contacted customer care for extension of ewc from [protected], the executive said that u ll receive a call asap for the same till 18 no call was received so i again contacted customer care from another number and as there was some issue i wanted to talk to senior to resolve that issue and as no senior was available at that time, he registered the complaint and said that a senior will call u shortly. Till today no call...

                              Sir,

                              On 10.09.2015 i had bought a split ac bearing model no. Cs-uc12rky3 from khosla electronics, garia branch. Pursuant to my previous complaints the compressor, (Which is still covered under warranty) was replaced on 15.03.2017 by the technicians send from rik service center. It is pertinent to mention here that every time rik service center initially sent an unskilled technician who informes me due to insufficiency of gas the a. C. Machine is not working, though the compressor was defective, which was detected after two days by a skilled technician namely sahabuddin.

                              However again the compressor has gone bad. Upon complain in the toll free number, on 12.04.2017 it was detected that the replaced compressor is also bad and is not working. Several times i had to go to rik service center but all in vain. The officials of rik service center deliberately misguided, harassed, misbehaved and told lies. However i came to know that on17.04.2017 they have sent requisitions to panasonic but i have got no effect till date and my a. C. Machine is still not working.

                              Today at 10.20 a. M. Again i call rik service center and came to know that the parts as per requisition of job-sheet reached at rik service center and today it will be installed and the technicians may call me at any time. Accordingly i am waiting for the call, but at about 2.00 p. M. Getting no call from any technician i again call rik service center and came to know they are facing some problems as such they will inform me after 48 hours when they can send the technicians to replaced the defective compressor and it may take several days.

                              I have an ailing cerebral stroke patient in my house who cannot sleep without the ac in this tremendous heat which is very much to the knowledge of rik service center..

                              Under extreme circumstances i have to shoot this mail to you. If the compressor is not replaced within 24 hours, i shall be left with no other option but to take legal recourse for which you shall be held responsible and shall have to bear all costs which please note

                                Hello sir/madam,

                                I would to like replace panasonic washing machine 6.5 lt. Because some technical problem when machine run, lost of noise when run for washing, we purchase just before 20-25 days. Your service person visit already 2 time in 5 days, but problem is still there, we told that person & dealer also for replace machine but they bot are said " this is not in our roll,

                                O please give proper solution, a big & good image for panasonic in my mind, but this time i am very dispointed.

                                  Bought the above TV on[protected] at Chikmagalur Karnataka from M/s Annapurna Electronics. Stopped functioning on[protected]. No display only vertical brown lines appear. Complaint lodged on same day at customer care centre. Complaint no is R[protected]. Technician visited from Shimoga service centre and after a week service centre replied that TV set has to be replaced. It was confirmed by SMS from customer care centre. Now till today there is no further progress. Shimoga service centre says new set will be dispatched from company directly but no time limit. Is it fair? Already 15 days have elapsed. How much time still I have to wait? This is not expected from reputed company like Panasonic. If service centre is unable to provide details where should I contact further to resolve my issue.                                     I Purchased the Panasonic Eluga A2 Mobile from snapdeal site. before 4 Months. Now that Mobile was not working, fully hanged. My Loaction is Pondicherry. the problem is No service availability in POndicherry/Cuddalore/Villupuram. Due to this issue i am not able to service my mobile with warranty.

                                      I got panasonic 8L washine machine few months back, Since the day 1 drain socket is causing the issue,
                                      I called techie around 7 times and but mine issue is still pending, we have 15 years exp with LG machines and this time experiencing Panasonic with the worst experience of product and support we never had faced before, Sharing details of mine if I can get permanent soln for it.
