This email is following the compliant to Mr Satish R, GM, Panasonic, Chennai, 3 days ago.
I have not had a reply or explanation for this complaint, and as the customer involved, this issue is not closed.
I have perused the complaints website for Panasonic and astonished to see the number of complaints and worse, the number unresolved.
Mine is just added on this list o[censored]nresolved ones.
The last time, I request the senior management to front up and explain the following..
- Why 10 days to install 2 air cons by Panasonic?
- Why no response to customer feed back to quality of work in his house?
- How can Mr Arunkumar, Sales manager, Panasonic, make a promise and give his word about quick installation, and not follow it up?
- Lastly, if Mr Arunkumar can call the customer personally and convince him to buy the product, why has he not taken the responsibility personally to heed this customer's complaint, thus far.
Panasonic India, has failed to provide a quality service to this customer and has done nothing to resolve this complaint, but closed it prematurely.
This is not acceptable.
