Respected Sir/Madam,

Myself Debasis Mondal, I have bought a Led television on 08 th april 2017 from paytm, model is panasonic THD430DX.After purchased that i did contact to panasonic customer care and talked.they told that after 24 hrs from panasonic YOU will get a call and television will installed after that.but till now i did not get any call from you.again i called to customer care on 09th april 2017, they received my complaint, and my complaint NO is- I[protected] and also gave me service area manager phone no, that is-[protected].I called up service area manager and i said i called you for my new television installation purpose, he replied me tomorrow call here, tomorrow will installation done.I have a question for you is this my responsibility to call you every time for installation purpose?dont you have any responsibility to come and install my new television ?very shame this is, i have also other electronics things from lg, sony, philips, they never done like you.I am worried that in future if i get problem regarding this television, then you will probably delay and will not take care of me.
i have request to consumer india forum that please look on this matter.why ther are unnecessary delaying to installtion of My new led television.I hope you will look on this .

So please direct them to rectify our a.c at the estimate which was given us earlier and stop wasting our time.
I have purchased split inverter a.c on 23 june13. My registered complaint no. is R[protected]. My a.c has been damaged by Shivam aircon first they gave us the estimate of rs.4200 for gas leakags and took our ac to their centre.But after 12 days of complaining still a.c is not working and after tempering they are demanding rs.20000 for repairing.

    Dear Team,

    Problem is that service center are not response me my problem and not installation properly, not used stand in outdoor of the AC, and also not tap raping my out let copper pipe, not giving bill for installation fee and extra charge give for installation, so that please solve my problem urgently because above problem is delay for within 6 days bot not solve already communicated for all the nearest service center but not solve, please solve this problem immediately.

      I have purchased 1.50 T AC on date 28th March 2016 from Tata Croma Wakad Pune outlet. The entire amount was paid at the same time. It was assured by Croma Wakad that person from Panasonic will attend your home for installation on 30th March 2016 free of cost. Today is 6th April, and nobody from Panasonic has attended till now. Yesterday it was promised by some Panasonic person that he will send his team on 6th morning 10 .00 AM. Now he not receiving any phone call.
      I had been on leave today just for installation. My all programmes are failed just waiting for installation.
      Such type of costumer relationship at the start of service itself is putting a question mark of services for the product purchased in future.

        This is to inform you that i have purchased Panasonic split ac from Great Esatern Dalhousie branch on 6th March, 2017. On the installation day when the sealed carton of Panasonic AC was opened bt the technician it was found damaged. i had called panasonic and Great Esatern for replacement, despite several calls and shop visit it was replaced after 10 days. subsequently technicain revisited my house to install the Replaced AC. while doing the installation the Technician broke my house wall inner and outside and left it as it is and also after leaving the house took the Service coupon along with him. Moreover the technician didnt bother to check the installation and said that the work is done and left the house. after the technician left the house i started to on the ac the ac is not getting cool i recompalined in panasonic this time new technician visited my house and siad that there is leakage in the pipe. to my utter surprising the new ac is leaking thats really great for me. all the pipe which were used by the technician during installation are old and leaked pipes and took the amount of new pipes along with other charges as the installation was free for me.
        these people are just cheating the consumers as they have charged me alot and moreover the installation is not being done till date[protected] more than a month.
        on subsequent call to customer care they are asking to contact Service Centre and this service centre people are just hopeless and useless.
        the damage of my house and is making me face a lot of problem and these people are just not words for them.

        i just want my refund back and no more installation is being required by me and also i need the compensation for damage of my house.

          Purchased Panasonic Eluga Switch on[protected] on line
          The phone switched off suddenly on[protected] and submitted to Nidhi Communication Shop No.6, First Floor, Sohna Road, Near Yamaha Showroom Islampur, Gurgaon vide service request No.173 dated[protected] but till today on[protected] my repeatedly calls to Ms.Ekta of Nidhi Comm. neither get satisfactory reply nor status of my hand set. She asked me to call at custmar care no [protected] but there is always engaged tone. Even today at 2.30 pm I called to Ms.Ekta of Nidhi Communication she replied that she can not do anything and I sent my colleague to her office but came to know that she has shifted from there. Now i am requested to the concern people of the company either resolve my issue and let me know the status of my handset or return immediately otherwise I am free to take further action.

            Dear manish sharma,

            First of all congratulations on becoming the ceo & president of panasonic india. I believe it’s a result of your hard work and perseverance from 2008. I hope you take the brand to the next level.

            I will take 10 minutes of your busy schedule to highlight how panasonic service guys (Glacier services, faridabad) has caused a life threatening scenario for my child, 20 months old and has damaged the panasonic product. All pics attached. Hope this raises an alarm for all your post sales initiatives.

            My name is abhimanyu bhattacharjee (Ph no. [protected]), i own a panasonic 1.5 ton split ac bought from sargam electronics, delhi in 2015. I currently stay in faridabad. Since we shifted from delhi few months back, we had used panasonic to dismantle our ac unit. You can refer the ticket/call logs to verify.

            On saturday, 1st april 2017, we raised a ticket for reinstallation. The ticket was directed to glacier services, nit faridabad.

            After repeated follow-ups, we were sent 2 technicians (Sunny and manoj, ph no. [protected]) from glacier on 4th april, 2017 who were not even sure which agency they represent. They did not have a job sheet and without panasonic uniforms. They arrived at 11:30am and used our backside balcony to wash the outer and internal units.

            They clearly looked unprofessional and it took them more than 5 hours to setup the units. We heard loud noises when the outer unit was being raised to the rack/stand.

            The internal unit was by then hanging from the wall in our bedroom (Pics 1-4 attached). My wife raised an alarm with the guys since we have a 20 months old child. This is life threatening, however they ignored her request. Pics attached.

            At around 4:45pm they said there is no gas left in the outer unit and will send someone to fill in. 2 new guys arrived at around 6:30pm (My wife and child left stranded with the whole house filled with dirt, mud for 7 hours now). The gas guy said there is no gas and will charge us inr 2400 for refill. Since the summers has come in early and our child too small to bear the heat, we decided to accept the filling charges. The earlier guys had stated that only 25% needs to be filled for around inr 1000.

            The gas filling guy now said the aluminum condenser has been damaged which was clearly visible from outside (Pics 5 and 6 attached). Throughout the first 2.5 hours of the washing i was standing with the first 2 set of ac guys and there were no damage. This would have been caused when the ac was being raised to the rack. We said this to the gas filler and he said, “kisi ka bhi galti ho, theek aap hi ko karwana padega”. He left for the day.

            Today april 5th, 2017, i called birender (Glacier services; ph no: [protected]) i believe he is the main supervisor. I briefed him about the incident and he stated they used some other vendor for installation and that is why they might not have been equally skilled. He said he sending a senior guy (Mr. Naresh yadav, ph no: [protected]) to inspect. The guy turned up and said we have damaged the condenser and we need to pay them to get it exchanged. He accepted the - other guys who came in where unprofessional and did not do the job well.

            As it stands i am being asked to pay for the condenser (Pics attached of the damage) which was damaged by panasonic service guys.in addition to this my child has been put at risk with the hanging internal unit since mr naresh would not do anything unless we accept the proposal to replace the condenser.

            When asked for the job sheet, he said he will not fill the job sheet, left blank and will give it to the agency (Glacier) to fill (Pic attached).
            The agency has no clue of what happened and who was their at our house to do the initial installation; they said we will have to pay because we have damaged the condenser, which is not true. After spending 4 hours the intial 2 guys didn’t even utter a word about the damage, they just kept on repeating, we will need to refill the gas.

            Mr sharma is this what panasonic stands for when it says, “a better life, a better world” by endangering children lives and making unusual claims. I need an immediate attention to get the ac up and running. Panasonic is liable for the damage done and will need to get the condenser replaced and refit the interior unit.

            I have never imagined and have never faced such pathetic post sales service. Very disappointed.

              My self RINA DEY from 259 lichutala, mondal bagan chandannagar hooghly 712136. i bought a PANASONIC AC CS/CU-SC18RKY ON[protected] from 15 G.T.ROAD, KHADINAMORE CHINSURAH, HOOGHLY. INVOICE NO: 16/SA/1617/17613, but before 5 days when first time i using, i am facing a problem, there was no cooling air flow from ac and within 10-15 minuites ac auto power cut, at the time i call book the customer care regarding this problem Call no : R[protected]. when your engineer visit and found the problem during 2 hours they told us the ac is not install properly and which is install by third party. he didn't give any solution and he left . also he says that please contact with great eastern counter where you bought... then i talk with great eastern, but till now we didn't get any solution from other side.

              customer belief Panasonic and great eastern. it is my fault that i bought panasonicAC. i dont know what is first party and what is third party !!!
              i belief panasonic brand name... how i know who came from fist party or third part?????

              i am waiting for a solution...!!!

                After the first summer, I started AC in this January 2017. Air was not cooling at all, water was leaking from main unit. Immature technicians replaced Gas and done some cleaning work.
                Still not giving cooling air. Only at 25 degree temperature, power indicated diping at 40%. Below 52 degree temperature, power indicator remaining at 110/100% and air is not cooling at all.
                Complaint lodged on 04.04.2017. Call centre people ask so many questions as if I am in an interview. I am made to talk to several people online. Customer service is not customer friendly.
                Now AC is withing warranty period. After warranty period is over, I shall have to bear all unnecessary expenses due to faulty AC unit. Very bad experience with Panasonic.
                Panasonic doesnot have any residential complaint address. Only one customer care number and one email address.
                Their intention seems malafide.

                  Hi team,

                  i bought this split ac aircon model number cs-sc12sky5a on 28th march 2017. The installation request was raised on 30th march 2017 and till date the installation is not complete. Every time i am following up with mr. Swapnil nagwanshi, he is giving the next days date which doesnt seem to come. The technician was sitting next to him but doesn't have the time to come to install an ac lying at my home for the last 6 days.
                  Today 4th april he has given a date of tomorrow 5th april 6:00pm. I have my fingers crossed on his commitment. Infact now i am wondering if this is the after sales service that what would be the service like when i face any technical issue with the ac? would i ever get a service that time? what about the free annual maintenance service, should i ever expect that after seeing this.
                  This is a japanese company and i am very sure that they are not aware of this indianised service that is being provided to the customers, eventually demeaning the name of the company.
                  Please escalate this to the top management so that my installation request get completed asap.

                  P.S i bought this ac to get relief from the summer heat...

                    I bought Panasonic eluga mark 2 25th November 2016 after goes 4 month my does not on .I press on key it just vibrate but display is not on after this incident I search online Panasonic service center there is showing 4-5 service centres I called all service center every service center told all service center has been closed so suggest me where I can go for service I am frasted last 4 days even I called your toll free numbers but when I call it just say all lines are busy and then automatically calls disconnected pls suggest or give me DOA of this product

                      I have purchased a Panasonic AC of Model No- CU-KC18SKY3R-1/[protected].
                      on 27th March'2017 from Great Eastern Co Panihati Branch. The machine got delivered on 28th March'2017. On 29th March'2017, the machine got installed.

                      On 29th Night the machine has stopped working. We have called the technician and they came on 30th Morning and said that the Gas has been leaked, which has been fulfilled on the same day evening.

                      On 1st April night suddenly the water started to come out from the indoor Unit. We again called the technician who said he will try to come down. I called the Customer Care and logged the complaint. They said that the technician will call us. But after 4 hours also we have not received any call from the Technician.

                      Again I called the Customer Care this time the technician called and said that they will come. After 2 Hours again when we have called they said that they cannot come today and will try to come tomorrow morning. They even said that, they are the company people and if we need the solution instantly we need to call the technician.

                      Their behaviour is very rude. They are not willing to listen anything and it is really very much surprising that they are always speaking as per their on accord and not interested about customer service. Within 3 days three different problems have arise in the machine.

                      I really don't know about the product longlibility. Kindly help me out.

                      Since 07 days, all the videos are moving very slow. It is showing as slow motion. Please give me suggestion or advice to follow further.
                      My AC is not working and I logged 1st complaint 31st August'2017 and today is 4th Sept'2017 and still I have not received any support from the company.

                      On 31st when I logged my complaint they customer care executive said that they will SMS the complaint number along with other details and yet I have not received the complaint no.

                      Since 31st August i am repeatedly calling the customer care centre I yet after 5 days no one has attended my complaint.

                      I escalated the matter to seniors on 2nd Sept'2013 morning and he assured me that my problem will be attended at the same day but no one has yet attended.

                      I lives in hyderabad at Banjara Hills and its Sept month & weather is comfortable here and i don't thing its high time for AC.

                      If they are having such kind of service to a customer in this season ( not rush hours) then God only knows what will happen if our AC will get problem during summers.

                      Panasonic claims that they will attend the problem within 24 hours but in spite passing 5 days still my problem has been not even attended.

                      I would like know you all that my AC is just 2 years old.

                      I would request to the seniors of Panasonic to pls. intervene and get my problem solved and also request you to pls. improve the service centres to build the trust on your customers.

                        The phone's display was lining issue and submitted to Shubham Telecom Vaishali in Feb they called for handover on 17th Mar but its power was not becoming on and again submitted for service but till date no response.
                        Either resolve the issue within 3 days or I would be forces to go for Cosumer forum.

                            Hi this is Dr Nitin Thomas.I had already called the customer care and complained regarding immensely reduced fridge cooling on 30/3/2017

                            No ones either called me or no ones turned up despite being 24hrs

                            The cooling effect of my upper freezer is just equal to that of lower fridge

                            The lower fridge barely cools.Most of the food and other things get spoilt.

                            I had this same complaint within a span of 6mnths of purchasing the fridge.Some staff came and repaired something and it cooled for some time and again cooling began reducing along with an additional complaint of water leak from fridge while defrosting

                            It was like BUY ONE GET ONE FREE

                            NO COOLING + WATER LEAK

                            The cooling provided by this fridge is very less

                            Is this the best what panasonic can deliver.

                            Expected lots from panasonic..but sheer disappointment
                            I have seen similar cooling complaints from several customers
                            So i figured out, its a main complaint with panasonic fridges..
                            What are fridges for, if it cant cool and help preseve

                            The main function of a fridge is to COOL, if panasonic fridges cant deliver it..we could probably use Panasonic fridges as some Junk cupboard

                            Hope Panasonic company takes care of the customer as well as their services and live upto the expectation

                              तीन महिने बाद screen मे problem होने लगी, authorizat service center वापी गुजरात में दिया
                              15दिन बाद वापस मिला, लेकिन problem जेसी की वेसी, वापस service center पर लेके गया तो उन्होंने जवाब दिया कि हमने service center बंद कर दिया है,
                              अब आप ही बताइए कि मुझे क्या करना चाहिए।अभी मोबाईल कि वारंटी 5 महीने बाकी हैं।।।।।।।।

                                My nAme is RaYEES AH NAIKOO.i am from shopian india.My phone was damaged by anantnag showroom.and they are not giving our phone .They are asking they don't know about our phone.now please do something for us.Otherwise we are goinv to do police complain.So we are awareing u to do something as fast as u can. so what are you thinking would u do something or we do police complain so plese do something quickly or your companies respect will be lost

                                  Airconditioners installed in Indo Sakura Software Pvt Ltd, 44 Chamundeshwari complex, Opp Kamakya bus depot, 100 feet ring road, Banashankari 3rd Stage, Bangalore-560085. One of the airconditioners had some problem, was attended on March/24 and said to fill gas, gas was filled on 28 March 2017. Thereafter we observed water leakage from the air conditioner, as such we had to shut down, else this might result in loss of life and property due to malfunctioning. Since then service centre has repeatedly been approached on phone, but in vain. Till date none came to attend the same. As such this complein.

                                    Purchased through Flipkart
                                    TV TH-43D350DX based on specifications given on the Website of Panasonic. The model is shown to have(in Website)
                                    Vivid Digital Pro, 4K fine Remastering engine and Ambient Sensor.These features play important role in the picture clarity.
                                    Operating manual is silent on having the above features. Contacted Helpline of Panasonic. They say these features are not there in this TV

                                    Till today, nobody respond on my complaint.
                                    This shows the negligence on my complaint. Is is cottect.

                                      Dear concern,
                                      I jignesh k patel brought led tv model no. Th-32a300dx on 14 oct 2014. After using till date there is no issue but on date 27 feb 2017 my tv shut off (No picture only sound), so i raised register complaint to customer care and they sent me service request no. Lcd/ledisr[protected] and yours service person came to check the tv, after checking tv service person tell me there is back light issue and have to replace the same which cost me around rs.4500. So i agreed to do the same and they take my tv with them for repairing. After one week i called back for the result then they shock me by telling that "your tv's panel was also not functioning", so i ask them to return back as it is. After receiving my tv i turned on tv and what i see my panel have many cracks, so i immediately called service person he told me "when we are going to replace the back light yours tv panel getting cracked which is normally happens when trying to replacing the back light and he told me you have to pay rs.15000 for new panel replacement".

                                      So after all that i again register complaint for physical damaged while repairing at service station on date 07 march 2017 complaint no. R[protected]. And after registering same i called up mr. Jirag service head surat. He told me we have put purposal for replacement of your tv after deducting wear and tear. So they called me and told that you have to pay rs.6700 for replacement so as good customer and humanity i do agree to do the same but then by yesterday evening he called up again and told me as your tv panel was damaged so you have to pay rs.14600 for getting replacement.

                                      I request you to please look in to this matter urgently and do justice. I don't want let world getting know that reputed company panasonic will doing that type of injustice to customer.

                                      Hope you get it all and getting back to me at soonest.

                                        I am Venkat from Hospet, Karnataka. This mail is regarding the failure of display unit of Panasonic 32" LED TV, which i had purchased on 30.6.2014.
                                        The Display of TV has failed just within 2.5 years of my purchase date. When consulted regarding this failure to the Panasonic Service person, he after checking the product said that it would cost me Rs 11000/- for the new replacement of display.
                                        When i purchased the TV, it was sold to me saying that it has excellent display screen quality, where as it has failed just within 2.5 years of my purchase..

                                        Is this the quality of the products you manufacture at Panasonic that a TV doesn't even last for 5 years?? This is the worst quality of TV i have ever purchased. I doubt that you at Panasonic are manufacturing a very low grade and worst quality of TV's ever in India, you people are fooling and cheating the customers by selling these type of products. How can some one believe in the Brand Name of PANASONIC now. I can say that your company is not at a branded one. When you say you are branded and selling such worst quality of TV's where is the difference between the Branded and local make TV's. I think it is better to buy a local make TV rather than your PANASONIC brand TV at least our money is saved there.
                                        I as a customer had referred many people to buy PANASONIC products, but now i have lost trust in Panasonic products after this miserable TV that i have bought. You are clearly cheating the people and i brand you as fraudsters, you are a big fraud company.

                                        Iam expecting a prompt and quick reply from Panasonic. If you say that your products are branded!! Then prove it.

                                        As per below mail, your Panasonic Technician once again visited and checked the Panasonic TV and told Display Scree Failed and it will cost Rs 16000/-... Where as your Panasonic Technician, who visited earlier told for new Display Scree cost Rs 11000/-.
                                        For every visit your Panasonic person increasing the cost and saying, more ever the product has no warranty.
                                        What you are thinking about customers... ??
                                        Already Panasonic cheated by giving poor quality product and again try to cheat us...???
                                        We are not ready to become fools again by taking Panasonic products .

                                        Local made Products are much better than your Panasonic products, you are looting our money by selling poor quality of product.
                                        I made mistake, by promoting your Panasonic products to my colleagues and subordinates. Panasonic product was the worst one, which i purchased by paying more money in my life.
                                        Very unhappy on your product.

                                        I had buy panasonic oven on Feb 19th 2017. They told us that panasonic person will give demo within 2 days.. but till now no one came to give demo eventhough I contact customer care..when I called to customer care they simply saying we registered ur complaint but they are not solving... its really worst service.. better to not buy
