I purchased a Panasonic led TV on[protected] from Sri Krishna weighing system, Waidhan after installation it is observed that screen became black while TV is on for a minute and sound also became silent.After passing 5 to 6 month I made a complain regarding this problem and lodge a complain at your customer care no R[protected].After my complain service engr checked my tv and says if my problem not resolve panel should be changed but he never come to change the panel.After his visits a telephonic inquiry done by your end but my problem was not resolved .After a short period my TV suddenly brokedown .I again lodged a complain to you people after his inspection he said that your warranty period has expired so no service will be given to you . Your TV required change of panel at your cost if you take return your complain I will repair it and he take rs 4000.After 4 month my TV again broke down he took rs 3700 and repair at his shop at local market.He change back light both time, Hence you are requested to change my panel or TV other wise I will be forced to raise this matter to consumer forum .Model No-TH32A300DX, S/R P1919H4J50015542

sir, date of purchase was 27-05-15 instead of 27-05-16 and again my led is not working. If your people do not resolve my problem then i am going to consumer court
I am pursued Panasonic 32inch 30th December in 2016. Now that tv not support video audio. I am very sad. Please help me. I am poor family. Please support me.

    P41 mobile was not working properly, so that mobile submitted to Service centre on 20/07/16. Till date i have not received back as on today. The Panasonic service management is very poor. No body listen my problems till now. If the problem is not solved in time frame. I will take legal advise from my Legal department. The above complaint is mt last complaint.

    Sir I purchased eluga mark on 5 Dec 2016 and I am facing so many problems from 15 Dec I submitted my mobile on your authorised service centre at hajipur 1dt time on 18 Dec they retuned on 28 Dec again I submitted my mob on 29 Dec they returned on 22 Jan but my phone are not working properly sir I wants to replece this phone plz do helpful

      I bought an Oven Toaster Grill (OTG) from Panasonic from a store in Panchkula, they promised a Demo for the product as we didn't knew about how it worked. We didn't get any Demo even after our continuous efforts. We've called the costumer care, the store and service centre and we haven't gotten any positive response. It's been more than a week and we are being ignored by Panasonic.

          I repaired my led tv at Panasonic service centre, surat. They changed mother board and power board and showed tv to us at their service centre at night. At that time tv was perfectly ok. But in morning when they set tv at home we found a line at screen due to panel damage. Now they are saying that it was not their fault and they will not repair it.

                Hi team,

                I have got a panasonic 41 hd smartphone, where i am connecting it with a laptop via data cable but my computer do not show the smartphone on the screen to open files and folders etc.

                But when i am connecting my friend's panasonic p 55 novo to my computer with the same data cable, it shows on the desktop.

                I have sony xperia and karbonn mobile as well and they connects with the same laptop with same data cable provided by panasonic in the box.

                I tried to change cables as i do have 4 data cables but every smartphone connects instead of my panasonic p 41 hd smartphone.

                I am calling at[protected] several times since 9th january 2017 but they only do promise for a call back but no call back from the technical department.

                I have escalated it to the manager - panasonic smartphone service centre, opp. Raj cinema, sector 14, gurgaon - pankaj deswal at [protected].

                But there is no resolution provided over the call or by the technical support team, delhi yet.

                It is really a very bad or the worst experience, i ever had with a brand name like panasonic. Even their support website is not moving to the next page so that i can download the drivers myself.

                Even i have sent two emails at mobile. [protected]@in. Panasonic.com but there was no revert for that email too.

                Please do something for the resolution.

But now after 45 days also I have not received my repaired mob. Whenever I call customer care always I get promises that you will get it with next 10. I hope you will resolve my issues as soon as possible

                    Maine ek panasonic mobile p55 novo 17/7/2015 me purchase kiya tha. Or 29/11/2016 ko maine mobile ko sahi on position me sirf poor voice calling or over heating ki wajah se service center dikhaya tha. But unke workers ki galti se mobile ke kisi parts ke tut jane se unhone mujhe dead position me mobile diya, bole ki 3250 ka expensive aayega. Maine virodh kiya to unhone jobsheet bhi hath se le li or bad behaviour kiya. Jyada kehne pr mujhe rs. 100 print hui slpi de di. Kaha ki ye tumne pehle bahar khulwaya hua. Jbki maine isse pehle kbhi bhi kahi handset nhi dikhaya tha. Company ke center pr bharosa tha to warrenty nikal jaane pr bhi maine rs.100 paid krke dikhaya tha. Maine 1 dec 2016 ko ek legal notice 15 day ki time limit ka service center ko apne advocate sanjay tyagi ke dwara diya tha. Please mera mobile sahi krwa dijiye ya nahi hone ki position me mujhe refund amount dilaye. Maine mobile 8700 ka purchase kiya tha.

                      I purchased a LED TV model 50C410 on 28th DEC 2015 in Pune. It did not get power on when i switched on TV on 31st DEC 2016. Since i was on annual leave during Xmas, i did not check it and registered complaint (Service request R[protected] to customer care on 31st DEC 2016. Now, due to difference of just 3 days, your Pune office is not ready to replace the part free of cost.

                      I generally preferred Panasonic brand over other and also purchased Spilt AC. But now my confidence is shaken on Panasonic if i have to spend amount in replacing part. Your Mr Pankaj Rane of Pune office has been kind to escalate the issue to HO for approval, but since approval is pending, nothing has been done so far. After that my service request was cancelled saying decision on part is pending.

                      I am taking up this matter with your MD / CEO thru separate email for his attention and intervention.

                        I purchase Panasonic Eluga switch mobile handset of this company through snap deal 21/12/2015. during its warranty period my handsets stop functioning immediately i approached its authorised service center for the service and my hand set was sent to company head office for further service/repairs. when they did not return my handset for 70 days I approached the head office through helpline numbers/mails they mentioned that we can replace your handset with some other handset and mention only IME number of the set. NO replacement bill/warranty will be provided for the same. I further requested that please replace my cell with some model with due warranty but company is not listening to my request.                           I have purchased a Panasonic model 78H4 from your authorized dealer "SINGHAL SONS ELECTRONICS AGENCIES PVT LTD" Location Mathura on dated 26.11.2016 after lots of searching and compare and take views from dealer i had gone to purchased your co. product finally on behalf of goodwill, quality and customer first service of Panasonic India.
                          But from first day machine buzzer was not working and after some time i have raised the complaint and dealer as you have provided my faulty product but dealer person told me i will arrange the call for checking this then i will reply it is not a matter to arrange the call to attend the complaint matter is that you have given me a faulty product which a part is not working from first day why you have not check the same to sold out a branded product but dealer reply to me we are not checking because all the product come from manufacture so need to check the same then i will told him this your view but before sold to any product to customer this is your responsibility product should be proper in working condition with all the parts but dealer not given satisfactory reply to a customer. i was think to complaint in Panasonic but not do the same but again today machine creating the issue and its dryer is out of work within 41 day as a customer i can not belive on that a world class branded co. product is creating issues in such sort period.
                          So i am raising this issue directly to a you with strongly hope to change this product on urgent basis with fresh product.

                          i strongly belive on that you will be provide me fresh washing machine asap at my delivery address because i belive that a brand can not want dissatisfaction of customer in market.

                            I was getting problem when i charged my phone 7 to 8 hrs. It not fully charged and when i open my phone on charging point it automatically decreased. And when i reached to customer care they told to me its battery issue. I told them replace my battery. They told to please come back after 10 to 15 days. Your battery will come but. After a day i called them again they tild to me your phone is okay. So u can take. When i reached there i saw that phone is on same condition i told them i think its mother board issue they told to me listen motherboard charge i replied what motherboard charge my phone is on warrenty period they said ok we will send it another place and then u can take it after 1 nonth. After 25 days i called them again they told to me your phone damaged. So company returned ur phone and we will not resolved but my phone never got water or a liquid hazzard. But they shut down there shutter and exploited me. So take action agaunst purnia panasonic customer care

                              Hi,

                              I had recently purchased Panasonic Soundbar from Snapdeal and it was delivered on 17/10/2016. The speaker stopped functioning 3 weeks back. It came with 1 year warranty. So we contacted the customer support, they provided us with contact no. Initially none of contact numbers worked and repeatedly kept calling customer support about it. At last someone picked up the call. Few days later the technician visited our house and inspected the speakers. He told us that some component is damage and needs to be replaced. So he'll send another technician for replacing that component within 5-10 days. So we waited for almost 2 weeks but we didn't hear anything from them. Finally we again contacted customer support. They said that the speakers cannot be repaired and needs to be taken to service center. They they provided us around 4-5 contact no of service centers at different location like Ghatkopar, Vikhroli which none of them worked. When we asked them about this, they said they are also clueless why those contact numbers aren't working. I stay at Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai - 400709. I also checked their website for service center info but it isn't update. Like in the map it shows "Siddhivinayak Services" nearest from my house but after reaching there, they said that their service center has shifted somewhere else. I inquired on official panasonic customer support site 2 weeks back but haven't received any reply from them so far.

                                I had purchased a panasonic led 43 inch tv on 7/11/2016 from reliance digital and after one month o[censored]sage its display panel got damaged. I registered a complaint and after 7 days rep of reliance has reported and he told that the display panel has to be replaced. Further, i intimated panasonic customer care and the rep has has reported again after 7 days. He also told the same thing. And after four days also daily customer care calls me and telling they are going to lodge the complaint. That means after these many days also they didn't get the time to lodge the complaint. I am really disappointed about the quality of your service. And i don, t understand what i should do. It seems that i have made a mistake by purchasing your product. You are requested to take an immediate action to resolve this issue.

                                  I had purchased a Panasonic led 32 inch TV on 27/09/2015 and after seven months o[censored]sage its display panel got damaged and a new panel was replaced with free of cost as it covers within the warranty.
                                  But again after seven months its display panel damaged. It's only one year 2 months I purchased this product and the same issue is repeating within a timeframe of seven months. What I have to conclude from this whether the replaced panel is also defective one? I'm really disappointed about the quality of this product. If I need to repair this TV then have to pay an amount of 14000. We are purchasing a product with the good brand value not to use it for one year. I had contacted Panasonic Area service manager(Trivandrum). As per him, it's not possible to repair this product with free of cost. It's not my fault then why I have to spend again 14000 for repairing this product. Only it crossed two months of the warranty period and how can I believe that even after spending this much money again the issue will not happen after seven months. Considering the purchase date and recurring issue with the panel I'm expecting that you have to repair this product with free of cost.

                                    I am Safvan ck from Tirur, Kerala writing to express my protest against the inhumane treatment at the panasonic dealership regarding the problem with my panasonic television. Firstly they registered the complaint and took in my television and after 3 days I was informed that there was a delay due to the unavailability of the spare parts. After a couple of days on october 15th I received a message saying the work had been completed. The Panasonic dealership completed the repair on my TV by October 10th but returned it only on December 10th.(Around 2 months, actual service period 15 days na?)When I tried to contact them, they informed me that the entire repair cost was Rs 5100. However they contacted me again the same evening saying the total charge was Rs 5500 and the next evening they informed me that the process amounted to Rs7000. I visited the center next day surprised at the quick hike in the fee and I demanded valid proof for the exorbitant hike in the processing fee.Mr Nevin Chand whom I spoke to in those days refused to yield to my request of returning the television in its initial condition saying it was impossible. To my further embarrassment, I am still to receive my repaired TV. I am disgusted at the overall behavior and unfriendly customer services.
                                    I expected a minimum standard of customers service from panasonic. However the insult I faced from Malappuram ASM has left me deeply hurt. Finally the dealership contacted me and asked me to pay just 500Rs for the whole repair cost.So I brought my TV home and after just 3 days of operation its display has failed again.I need a solid explanation for all the inconvenience caused by Panasonic and I demand that you run a thorough check on your employees namely Revathi in Kochi and AREA service manager Nevin chand Mr Ajin who is the service center manager.

                                    When i switch on the tv, first volume is ok but when it goes on volume is cutting off .so, i need you to come and service it properly.
                                    The screen of the LED is continuously blinking.

                                        I faced a complaint of on/off problem with Panasonic plasma 50 inch.

                                        I raised a complaint with the customer care out of warranty visiting charge is INR 1000/- plus taxes.

                                        The challenge the call goes to some northern part of India. Answered by people in UP or Bihar. They can't pronounce Navi Mumbai its been 2 days and they are unable to locate my area ie Airoli Navi Mumbai.
                                        Inspire of giving pin code they cannot understand the place I reside.

                                        Finally I got a call from a technician after 2 days and he agrees to come on a time which was advised by him and later there is no update from his side he is answering other call by not ready to answer my call.

                                        The name Panasonic sounds big but the employees which they have outsourced are bunch of illiterates.

                                        Now its Saturday Sunday
                                        I may or may not receive an update from them on Monday. I shall keep you guys posted accordingly.

                                        Wish me luck for my patience.

                                        I made another attempt to resolve my issue with Panasonic. Finally got a another concall with the Customer care and Harsh Enterprises in Navi Mumbai.

                                        The service centre has told me that the technician can attend my place by 6pm only after he finish with his existing appointments.

                                        Ms Parvati from customer care will call me at 4pm to check if I have received any call from the technician.

                                        Will update here if the technician attend my call.

                                        Alrity finally the technician arrived on Saturday evening 24th Dec 2016.

                                        And as expected he said the motherboard has to be replaced and asked me to wait till 26th Dec.

                                        I received the call from Panasonic service centre and received a quotation of 13k for the motherboard.

                                        So luckily I decided to check for the Christmas offer at the electronic shops and booked a TV from other brand.
                                        Got a best deal .

                                        Hence my complaint got resolved...
