Dear Sir,
I purchased a LED TV model 50C410 on 28th DEC 2015 in Pune. It did not get power on when i switched on TV on 31st DEC 2016. Since i was on annual leave during Xmas, i did not check it and registered complaint (Service request R[protected] to customer care on 31st DEC 2016. Now, due to difference of just 3 days, your Pune office is not ready to replace the part free of cost.
I generally preferred Panasonic brand over other and also purchased Spilt AC. But now my confidence is shaken on Panasonic if i have to spend amount in replacing part. Your Mr Pankaj Rane of Pune office has been kind to escalate the issue to HO for approval, but since approval is pending, nothing has been done so far. After that my service request was cancelled saying decision on part is pending.
I am taking up this matter with your MD / CEO thru separate email for his attention and intervention.
