I repaired my led tv at Panasonic service centre, surat. They changed mother board and power board and showed tv to us at their service centre at night. At that time tv was perfectly ok. But in morning when they set tv at home we found a line at screen due to panel damage. Now they are saying that it was not their fault and they will not repair it....

I have got a panasonic 41 hd smartphone, where i am connecting it with a laptop via data cable but my computer do not show the smartphone on the screen to open files and folders etc.

But when i am connecting my friend's panasonic p 55 novo to my computer with the same data cable, it shows on the desktop.
