I bought their led TV Viera full HD on 25 April 2015 and over past few days it was creating trouble with graphics, I called their toll free and the representative came saying it's out of warranty will charge 575rs then he came and opened the TV and without doing much said the whole panel needs to be changed worth 15000, this was barely a 2 year old TV which was not even used much and used in ideal conditions I was shocked to hear this in less then 2 years I will have to spend 15000 for a TV worth 22000, they making such cheap quality products

I am sorry to say I am following for long time but not getting proper response from service provider. Think make a big mistake by purchase panasonic TV.

    Please take note that:
    1. I have purchased a Panasonic Eluga Note mobile phone on 13/10/2016 from the Big Bazar at R City mall, Ghatkopar East, Mumbai on 13/10/2016 for Rs. 10, 990/-. The photograph of the invoice is annexed hereto.
    2. When I visited big bazaar the sales person represented that the phone had very good features which included a long battery life. Based on his representation and the specifications which appeared on the box I decided to purchase the said phone.
    3. The packing reflected the battery power as 3000 mAh which should at least last a days active usage. However after using the said phone soon I realized that the said phone is not only taking a very long time to charge but also drains very quickly . It takes around 4-5 hours of non stop charging to reach 100% battery. And thereafter it would drain within 4-5 hours of normal usage. .
    4. In order to check the battery I even deleted majority of application on the phone however the battery continued to drain Even if the phone is kept idle, the battery keeps on draining at the same pace..
    5. We were really upset on the fact that, after paying so much of money, such defective products and inferior quality goods are being sold to us. I wonder if the company checks the performance of products before packing and selling it to the customers.
    6. I finally visited the Big Bazar store where the sales representative advised me to visit, your service center “Tech Mobile” at Rajgore complex at Ghatkopar (West).
    7. As I stay at Govandi the said location is quite far, however as I had no other choice I visited the said center on 28/2/17 but my bad experience of the purchase only increased thereafter. It was a sad state of affairs there. The persons sitting on desk were absolutely unwelcoming and were shouting at customers and also were uncordially addressing the phone calls which they were receiving. I had been using Nokia mobile since past 10 years, however I hardly had any issues with the handset. But whenever I visited their service centers, I was treated with courtesy. Now I regret for changing my mobile brand to Panasonic.
    8. They took my mobile and made me sit for 2 and half hours, although there was not much crowd at all. After 2 and half hours when I asked them twice thrice, they handed over phone to me. I said I will check if the battery issue has been solved or not, as it takes me about an hour to reach from my place to the service center, and I do not wish to travel again and again. Then sitting in front of the desk person, I made one call from the same handset and spoke for about only half a minute and battery drained by one percent. When the person on desk saw this, she said, “We have repaired the software and when software is repaired, the battery keeps on draining. And slowly when you start using the phone again, it will work properly.” This was the stupidest logic I had ever heard. This was not even worth opposing, so I asked her what needs to be done now? She said, “You will have to keep the phone here. If the battery needs a replacement, it will take 7 days and if the phone needs to be sent to our Delhi office, you can collect the phone after 21 days.”
    Then I specifically told her, that you do whatever is required but pleas repair my mobile at the earliest. Then she kept my phone with her.
    Meanwhile I also tried to speak to the so called engineers sitting behind the glass, who refused to talk to me. I wonder if those people actually hold engineering degree. I request you to please enquire if those persons are really engineers or the customers are being deceived.
    9. On 03/03/2017 I gave a follow up call to service center, that time I was told that the phone is ready and you can collect. (If the phone was ready, wasn’t it their duty to call and tell me?) Wanting to reconfirm, I requested to check again if the battery problem is solved or not, as I don’t wish to travel that long unnecessarily. The female on the other side seemed to be in a bad mood and kept on arguing with me and finally after wasting some time in futile arguments, my call was transferred to other person saying that “you speak to the person to whom you had deposited the phone with”. I fail to understand how the employees of AUTHORISED service centers can be so rude to the customers!
    10. Then the same conversation was repeated and without telling me if it is repaired or not, she asked me “Do you want us to send the phone to Delhi?” I said I had kept the phone with you to do whatever is required.” Then she said, “You were not ready to send the phone to Delhi that day.” I said “Madam, I had kept the phone for this purpose only otherwise why would I have kept the phone with you”. Then she alleged that, I am LYING and I was not ready to send the phone to Delhi. I was really furious till that time.
    11. Then I called up on the customer care number of Panasonic. The person asked my IMEI number. I gave him both the numbers. After trying 3-4 times, both numbers were not traceable. He asked me to again call back the service center and get the job sheet number.
    12. Trust me, I was trying to call on the only number of Tech mobile which is made available since 5.30 pm till 8 pm. It was constantly busy. (Although the timing is given till 6 pm, as the phone was busy, I tried calling on the number thinking that, there might be somebody in the office).
    13. On the next day I again called them and got the job sheet number. I was provided with KJASCMH558317CI10884 this number. I again called up Panasonic customer care and gave this number. Thankfully the number was traced and I am told that the phone is in transit. The person told me that it will take only 10 days to return your phone. When I referred him about the 21 days time told by tech mobile, he said “they have told you much more time than what is required.”

    This handset had my feelings attached, as it was gifted by my beloved husband as a birth day gift. However he has also felt very bad, seeing the performance of the phone. We have decided to not to use Panasonic products henceforth. Due to the poor performance of battery, I had to buy a power bank for additional battery support. Also it has hampered my business as it majorly depends on calls and emails etc.

    I wish to buy a new handset and do not wish to use the REPAIRED handset (that too, repaired just within 4 months from buying), which is again going to cost me a lot.

    I hereby ask for compensation of Rs. 25, 00, 000/- inclusive of price which we had paid for the said handset, the mental agony which I had to face due to defective handset, the ill treatment from Panasonic authorized service center. The inconvenience I am currently facing due to not having mobile phone.

    I hope Panasonic will be more careful about it’s reputation in the market and take appropriate and strict action against the concerned service centers as well as improve upon the product quality which they are selling under their brand name.

    If you fail to make payment within next 7 days, that is till 18th of March 2017, I shall be at liberty to take appropriate legal action / make this letter available to public at large.

      Had purchased a TV from Panasonic and it stopped working within its warranty period.I lodged a complaint and I was told that an attendant would look into the problem within 24 hours.However even after 30 hours had passed, I have not been contacted by the customer care nor has an attendant looked into the problem.
      Such slack services and lack of concern for the customer's wishes is not expected of a reputed company like Panasonic.
      Please look into this issue as soon as possible and do the needful immediately without further delay.

        I had purchased a Panasonic Split AC 1.5 tons in april, 2013. It was covered under warranty. From April[protected] I paid for one year ewc and the machine was being service by INDUJA SOLUTIONS. From May 2015 I made an EWC for a period of 2 years. From the end of 2016 the air conditioner was being serviced by ROLEX SERVICES. When the service was due in February, the technician from ROLEX SERVICES refused to service my ac saying that the ewc had expired. Why should the customer suffer for the change in dealers and incur financial losses. You are requested to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

          I bought Panasonic mixer grinder with max ac300S in India on Jan 27th and got repaired within 10 days and it is not working now . They charged 7000 rs for the same. Now I am in USA with that mixer . I cant even go back to india . Panasonic is one of the worst customer service I never face in my life. I reset the mixer and tried many ways still it is not working. It is having 5 years warranty but gone in 10 days.i bought this mixer from suvarna home appliances which is located in kavali (worst dealer). He used to cheat people like this only. Lot of my friends told me not to buy from him but I don't have time so I just bought from suvarna. I spent more amount on this 7000. They should not cheat the people like this future.                 I sent my mobile before three months, but till date i m not receiving.
                Yesterday, i called to Mr. Jayesh Soni - Ahmedabad service center and his behaviour with me is very bad.
                I m not expecting this type of behaviour from th reputed company like panasonic.
                I am vey disappointed from panasonic and now I will suggest to my friends to don't buy any panasonic mobile due to they service center...

                  I have purchased the Panasonic viera Plasma TV model No TH-P42XT50D on 10/10/2012 from best Price ( Bharti Wol -Mart Ludhiana )
                  I have already complaint to customer care ([protected])and they registered the complaint
                  and complaint no is R[protected] .
                  The Technician is come within 24 hour and he say the card is damage it to be change and charge is 12000 and says please provide me half money today and half money to be pay after change the card .I have provided the same money Rs 6000
                  Next day another Technician is come and say panel is crack inside the glass and he also says panel is not available your TV is not start yet and company has cancelled my service complaint and I have received the massage to my phone Cancelled due to reason customer not available/reachable for further assistance
                  So please suggest me what can I do
                  I was purchased the Plasma TV Rs 51990
                  and company technician says it is not start yet

                    I bought a phone panasonic gd 25 c on 16/05/2016 . Within a few month there was a problem with the speaker so got it repaired by your service center which took about 30-35 days.But it started a new problem started that the headphone is not working. So i again gave my phone to the service center which they said that it will take 40days for repairs.The detail of job sheet no. KJASPMH5001216pi15205 asp codeKJASPMH500 on 24/12/2016.
                    I did not get any call from the service center till today. When i went to collect my phone today on 09/01/2017 the phone did not start and the job sheet was showing remarks "qc pending" and my phone was not delivered to me .
                    Penasonic having tag line "instant solutions" has kept my basic phone for 30+45 days for such a small problem which could have been repaired instantly out side out 360 days of warranty my phone is with you for more than 75 days . Is this the service which you all give to the coasumer.
                    Requested to get my phone repaired at an early date or i shall have to report this matter in cosumer foram.

                        I have purchased newly launched mobile mark eluga 2. after 7 days itself i am facing issues with handset.
                        Issue with product is screen is getting lock permanently and unnecessary extensive heating issue. once it is lock then touch pad is not at all working. Service center has updated the software but same issue. They told me that there is hardware configuration issue.it is company manufacturing defect.
                        Panasonic service center is not supporting for online purchasing of Panasonic mobiles for replacement. Worst support i ever seen.
                        Please find attached copy of receipt from service center. Complaint enrolled date 24th Dec 2016. till now no response from service center.

                          I regret to inform you that, I have a lot of electronic items from Panasonic brand.
                          1. Double cassette receiver (model SA-CH46)
                          2. DVD Home theatre sound system ((Model No. SA-XH165)
                          3. LCD TV (Model No. TH-L32U30D)
                          4. Mobile Phone (Eluga Arc) Build No. EB-90S47Arv1036.

                          Unfortunately these above said items now not in working condition. I contacted your service centre several times.

                          LCD TV
                          Once service engineer visited my home and suggest changing board from LCD TV. And coast they informed me is very high (Rs. 8000/-)
                          In fact, in our market we will get new 32’ LED TV’s below Rs. 15, 000/- in another brand with one year warranty, Then why I spent Rs. 8000/- only for board..?

                          CASSETTE PLAYER
                          Last year I send my Cassette player to nearest Panasonic service centre at “Alappuzha”, KERALA. (60 kms. from my Home)
                          But they check and told me, the board damaged new board not available.

                          DVD Home Theatre (5.1)
                          DVD Player checked in Panasonic service centre at “Kottayam, KERALA.
                          At the beginning the problem only was, centre speaker not worked, after their service only one speaker is working.

                          I am not satisfied your services and quality of items,
                          If you are not willing to solve my these problems,
                          I compel to post these issues in all social Medias with photos.

                            Sir, I have bought Panasonic Eluga turbo from amazon. It is not working properly from starting and almost after 4months it was fallen by me due to which its back glass broked and some functions are not working properly. I have complained many times to service center but they didn't give any response to me. Sometimes they say that the part is not available at main service center. So I am very disappointed by my phone it is restarting automatically when it is in use.

                                Dear Manager, I bought Panasonic P55 mobile on 06th Sep 2016 from Pune I was getting problem when i charged my PHONE 7 to 8 hrs to charge a battery It not fully charged. And when i reached to service center they told to me its battery issue. After a day they its mother board issue they told that they sent handset to complny. When i reached there i saw that phone is on same condition i told me to take it back as it is. if the mother board issue and the phone is takeing so mach time to take charge it is risky to use it please replase the same product to me.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  My name is Atul kumar and i bought a mobile panasonic eluga imei number-[protected] on 30 march 2016.
                                  On november month my mobile is switched off and not working.When i go to the panasonic care which is in bulandhshar Laxman market shop numer-4 authorised panasonic care center.
                                  He told me that that there is pcv is damaged by moisture and you have to pay money for repair.I agreed and decide to pay.He took my phone and told me to come after 20 days. But it took 45 days and told me that your phone is not repaired by the compny and told me the reason RWR.
                                  And also my battery and imei number is changed The care excutive whose name is ANUJ mobille number is [protected].
                                  I am totally frustrated by the panasonic care and i dont know what to do.
                                  I just want to fix my phone.Kindly take action against the panasonic care and help me out.
                                  They are goons.I just hate panasonic care after that incident .

                                    Hi team,

                                    This is to bring into your notice that i have purchased panasonic led 32" th-32ds500d in the month of august 2016, now when i am fixing the led to watch i've begun to notice vertical banding - vertical, translucent lines, i have warranty for 2 years, but at pai international 100 feet road kalyanagar not accepting my complaint, i want replacement of led

                                    I was informed by pai international kalyanagar showroom that any issue will be taken care by the showroom at the time purchase, sales executives made fake promise
                                    Now at the showroom it is a service denial
                                    These people are fooling customers with fake promise

                                    On my first day of yesterday while i have switched tv it but begun to notice vertical banding - vertical, translucent lines

                                      I purchased a Panasonic led TV on[protected] from Sri Krishna weighing system, Waidhan after installation it is observed that screen became black while TV is on for a minute and sound also became silent.After passing 5 to 6 month I made a complain regarding this problem and lodge a complain at your customer care no R[protected].After my complain service engr checked my tv and says if my problem not resolve panel should be changed but he never come to change the panel.After his visits a telephonic inquiry done by your end but my problem was not resolved .After a short period my TV suddenly brokedown .I again lodged a complain to you people after his inspection he said that your warranty period has expired so no service will be given to you . Your TV required change of panel at your cost if you take return your complain I will repair it and he take rs 4000.After 4 month my TV again broke down he took rs 3700 and repair at his shop at local market.He change back light both time, Hence you are requested to change my panel or TV other wise I will be forced to raise this matter to consumer forum .Model No-TH32A300DX, S/R P1919H4J50015542

                                      sir, date of purchase was 27-05-15 instead of 27-05-16 and again my led is not working. If your people do not resolve my problem then i am going to consumer court
                                      I am pursued Panasonic 32inch 30th December in 2016. Now that tv not support video audio. I am very sad. Please help me. I am poor family. Please support me.

                                        P41 mobile was not working properly, so that mobile submitted to Service centre on 20/07/16. Till date i have not received back as on today. The Panasonic service management is very poor. No body listen my problems till now. If the problem is not solved in time frame. I will take legal advise from my Legal department. The above complaint is mt last complaint.

                                        Sir I purchased eluga mark on 5 Dec 2016 and I am facing so many problems from 15 Dec I submitted my mobile on your authorised service centre at hajipur 1dt time on 18 Dec they retuned on 28 Dec again I submitted my mob on 29 Dec they returned on 22 Jan but my phone are not working properly sir I wants to replece this phone plz do helpful
