I am Safvan ck from Tirur, Kerala writing to express my protest against the inhumane treatment at the panasonic dealership regarding the problem with my panasonic television. Firstly they registered the complaint and took in my television and after 3 days I was informed that there was a delay due to the unavailability of the spare parts. After a couple of days on october 15th I received a message saying the work had been completed. The Panasonic dealership completed the repair on my TV by October 10th but returned it only on December 10th.(Around 2 months, actual service period 15 days na?)When I tried to contact them, they informed me that the entire repair cost was Rs 5100. However they contacted me again the same evening saying the total charge was Rs 5500 and the next evening they informed me that the process amounted to Rs7000. I visited the center next day surprised at the quick hike in the fee and I demanded valid proof for the exorbitant hike in the processing fee.Mr Nevin Chand whom I spoke to in those days refused to yield to my request of returning the television in its initial condition saying it was impossible. To my further embarrassment, I am still to receive my repaired TV. I am disgusted at the overall behavior and unfriendly customer services.
I expected a minimum standard of customers service from panasonic. However the insult I faced from Malappuram ASM has left me deeply hurt. Finally the dealership contacted me and asked me to pay just 500Rs for the whole repair cost.So I brought my TV home and after just 3 days of operation its display has failed again.I need a solid explanation for all the inconvenience caused by Panasonic and I demand that you run a thorough check on your employees namely Revathi in Kochi and AREA service manager Nevin chand Mr Ajin who is the service center manager.

When i switch on the tv, first volume is ok but when it goes on volume is cutting off .so, i need you to come and service it properly.
The screen of the LED is continuously blinking.

      I faced a complaint of on/off problem with Panasonic plasma 50 inch.

      I raised a complaint with the customer care out of warranty visiting charge is INR 1000/- plus taxes.

      The challenge the call goes to some northern part of India. Answered by people in UP or Bihar. They can't pronounce Navi Mumbai its been 2 days and they are unable to locate my area ie Airoli Navi Mumbai.
      Inspire of giving pin code they cannot understand the place I reside.

      Finally I got a call from a technician after 2 days and he agrees to come on a time which was advised by him and later there is no update from his side he is answering other call by not ready to answer my call.

      The name Panasonic sounds big but the employees which they have outsourced are bunch of illiterates.

      Now its Saturday Sunday
      I may or may not receive an update from them on Monday. I shall keep you guys posted accordingly.

      I made another attempt to resolve my issue with Panasonic. Finally got a another concall with the Customer care and Harsh Enterprises in Navi Mumbai.

      The service centre has told me that the technician can attend my place by 6pm only after he finish with his existing appointments.

      Ms Parvati from customer care will call me at 4pm to check if I have received any call from the technician.

      Will update here if the technician attend my call.

      Alrity finally the technician arrived on Saturday evening 24th Dec 2016.

      And as expected he said the motherboard has to be replaced and asked me to wait till 26th Dec.

      I received the call from Panasonic service centre and received a quotation of 13k for the motherboard.

      So luckily I decided to check for the Christmas offer at the electronic shops and booked a TV from other brand.
      Got a best deal .

      Hence my complaint got resolved...

        I was given a mobile phone to your service centre last month
        When I go to service centre they tell me that your phone is send to Bangalore branch when I call him again after 10days they tell me that your phone is misplaced when I go to the service centre they give me other phone and says me that this is your mobile device

          Dear Panasonic team,

          Please find the case history of a customer who is harassed by the employee of the Panasonic india Miss Rama from starting i was in her contact & now she is refusing to resolve the problem even she is saying that as per the company policy she can not share the Name of the service head of the company "Would like to request to share the service policy where it is mentioned by the company that non of the employee is authorized to share the name of the service head" after that i have received a call from a very arrogant lady with name Miss Pooja Kashyap she assured me to give in written note that replacement or refund is not under service policy of the company even with in the warranty period.

          Again request to all to either replace my mobile with another model or refund the amount because i don't want to associated with this kind of cheap company.

          No of person's contact no were share to me but neither i had receive a singal call from them nor any mail communication.

            Hi, I bought the subject tv from metro cash & carry, kanakapura road, on 19th Jul 2015, from the beginning itself we were observing a red line across the picture faces, we had complained the same. the technician visited & said there is no problem with it. just 2 days back all of a sudden the picture & sound stopped, i had complained to the service centre again to my shock the technician said the back LED is gone & the cost would be around 14000. I bought the tv for 19000 & it is hardly 1 and half year old. I cannot imagine a tv life only with 1 to 2 years ridiculous. how any tv's life can be such a short time. i had earlier samsung bought in 2005 which is there till date & working fine. panasonic is cheating the customers like this. i need a clear picture on this or else i will be forced to move my complaint to consumer forum. thanks for understanding

              Main problem is in mother board but company repair or replace its part only, I feel that if mother board is changed then it's problem can be eradicated.

                I have purchased a panasonic eluga L2 phone on 10.08.2016 at Reliance digital at Hasthinapuram, Karmanghat village, Lb nagar circle, Hyderabad.On 17.11.2016 i noticed the phone was not functioning at all. I went to Reliance digital they told me to get it repaired at RABSA Utility solutions (India )pvt ltd, Abids, Hyderabad. I went to Rabsa on 18.11.2016 they have examined the phone & informed that the battery has to be replaced which may take upto 14 days. Its been more than a month but it is not replaced.They are not giving any response.Just saying to come next week n next week so on.My time is wasted a lot.                   Very bad Hardware Quality and Customer Service.
                  I bought a new Panasonic Eluga Note online from flipkart.com on 5th December 2016. On 16th December 2016, the mobile fell from my hand and display got damaged, the height not more than 2 feet. I got it repaired the next day 17th December 2016, from Top 10 Mobiles in Andheri, Mumbai, which I paid Rs 3200/- and was working smoothly. The very next day, 18th December 2016, it again by mistakenly fell by my dad, from his hand and display once again damaged. So I just want to tell that the hardware quality is very poor, since I use scratch guard and also flip cover, but still the display entirely got damaged and the mobile is not working. 13 days since I bought the phone, but it got damaged twice, the same display, which I think is very poor quality of hardware. I also own a Micromax Canvas A72, which has completed 3 years, in this December, purchased in December 2013, it is still working properly inspite of falling down several times. So bottom of line is that I am not satisfied with the quality of hardware used, it is very poor quality.
                  Also when I visited the Panasonic service center in Andheri, the attendant informed me that the display unit is damaged and needs to be replaced, which will cost Rs 5000/- which is excluding labour charges and service tax. So the total cost of damage will be almost[protected]rs. The mobile cost Rs 9999.
                  So I am not satisfied with the service and also the product which I received. Really it is disappointing.

                      i have summit ed my panasonic eluga switch mobile at Om stationary in bhiwadi (Rajasthan) on 04.10.2016 due to ON / OFF problem. but after approx. 70 days we are not receive my phone.
                      i am calling regularly to panasonic customer care but they are also not give positive response, every time they say to me for wait 5 - 10 days. and my call not transfer to there senior. No body want to feedback from my side.
                      This is too much i have no idea to next process . this is my last complaint to panasonic because next time i will meet in consumer court.

                        Shameless Company Panasonic Phones. The worst after sales service. They take a minimum of 3 months to repair a small defects. Out of 365 days of warranty, my phone was with them for 200 days and still counting...Never ever buy their phones. Very cheap material and cheap service center with all the customer service outsourced to a third class call center who cannot even speak 2nd std english. No value for customers even when you call up their customer service or write an email. All they do is just send an automated script. Go hell with this company. My 6500 rs is wasted.                           I have purchased Panasonic ac at aishwarya home in panruti before seven months with warranty. after purchasing the ac i got gas leakage within two months. the problem solved at the time then i got the same complaint withing two months again. i request to the dealer and authorized service to replace the gas leakage pipe to give me a permanent solution for my problem but they refused it, though i have a warranty. i request to take necessary steps regarding this complaint.

                            Hi team, I got Panasonic TH 40DS500D from Snapdeal. Yesterday[protected] installation is completed, screen mirroring is not working. I called to snapdeal customer care, later told to contact Panasonic support. I explained the issue to Panasonic support. With out seeing the issue, initial service charges around 1200+ charge+ unknown charge. They give Panasonic domestic warranty. now What is mean by Domestic warranty for 1year? Please support us. We spending more money for Panasonic Product.

                              I have bought a 42" panasonic led tv on 11/jun/2014. The tv was working fine for about 12 months, then it starts blinking the power light everytime when we switched off the tv. During the blinking period we could not start the tv. So we tried to contact panasonic customer care but they said we can't claim the warranty since its already been 2 weeks past 1 year warranty period. So, we have given our tv to the nearest service centre for repair. After correcting the problem they called us saying the chip has been burnt inside due to which a display line appears on the tv and to correct the display line problem they asked us Rs.6, 000 + 19, 000 ( to clear the display line). We paid 6000 and bought the tv with display line as we couldn't afford for the other option. After another 1 year we experienced the same blinking problem and given the tv to the service centre again. This time they asked Rs.10, 000 totally to correct the blinking problem with display line and delivered it within two days. And now after one month from this we again facing the same problem. I can't get what is this blinking problem in the tv which Panasonic alone getting. Provide a reason for this.

                                Dear Madam,

                                1. This is with reference to LED PANASONIC TV, model No 42AS610d purchased from GIRIAS, INVESTMENT (P) LTD, BANGALORE vide their voucher No FS/BR/189 DT 31 MAY 2015 (cin us1395k19999ptc025042 by paying Rs 56500.00, this TV was purchased through Bajaj finance.

                                2. I had purchased a led panasonic tv from girias richmond road bangalore, and also got it insured ( extended warranty ) for the year 2016-17, In the month of September 2016 all of a sudden the speaker stopped working. We registered a complaint through Panasonic customer care and also through face book, it took a weeks time to send a mechnic. One individual from Bangalore Service Centre came and told that the speaker has gone out and it is chargeable and demanded
                                Rs 1800/- as service charge for mere coming and going, and I requested him to bring and replace it, he went back and did not respond again on repeated reminders another engineer was sent who inspected the tv and conveyed that the speaker is ok and the mother board has become defective, which may cost more than Rs 12000/- or more, I showed all the relevant papers and the insurance documents. For which he told that the insurance people will replace the defective parts and demanded Rs 1800.00 as charge, and again after a couple of days i received a message from the customer care stating that the speaker is ready and arrange for the payment. I desperately just conveyed the feedback given by their engineers, and requested to do the needful, the very next day they have sent a message stating that your request No[protected]h has been cancelled due to reasons customer not available/reachable.

                                3. Dear Madam, It is totally unfair on the part of your service staff to act in this manner, first off all we have spent such a huge amount the product becoming defective at such a short period I hope you will not appreciate, you might have seen the reviews placed by the customers on various social medias, it is almost cheating the customers. The insurance companies associated with the sales showrooms please the customers for taking extend insurance but they too don’t respond causing desperate inconvenience to the public.

                                4. In view of above, I sincerely request your good self to kindly look into the matter personally and solve the issues expeditiously. we customers sacrifices most of our needs and arrange money for purchasing such items relying on the brands for people like us Rs 60 to 70 thousands is a big amount, its being paid out of pension and hard earned money etc. But once the items are sold the company as well as the service sectors play with our emotions and they ignore the need of the customers etc, its almost more than 60 days. The television is kept ideal at home hoping that the company will l send the mechanic and get it repaired. But no positive response, . I hope the monitoring team will understand. . Like me their are many customers please take it serious and don’t disappoint us. My tele no is [protected].

                                  Hi Team,

                                  Regards to Panasonic Eluga Note (Gold).

                                  I had purchased the above mobile on 15th Nov 2016 online from Flipkart and delivered to me dated 17th Nov 2016.
                                  After few days (15 days) I have noticed that the mobile body colour has been spread from the front side border corners which not expecting within few days.

                                  I had communicated regarding this with Flipkart and they have stated that the Flipkart has been given 10 days replacement warranty and same period has been over. You can contact with Panasonic Service Center.

                                  I had visited to Panasonic authorized service center too (Unique Infosystems and Telecom, The Mall, Malad-west) and it was very bad experience.

                                  I have explained to the customer services executive regarding the mobile issue, so he had replied, we never give any warranty on body parts. You can contact to Panasonic Customer Care.

                                  I had contacted Panasonic customer care too and executive has been communicated with authorized services center person. I don't know about their conversation, what they communicated with each other. After that call has been disconnected by service center person and he has been replied that we have never do anything regarding this issue.

                                  I had called customer care again and now this time I communicated with another executive (pinky). I have explained same and she has given very silly solution stating that "Mam you can use back cover for your mobile".
                                  Any common man have that commonsense to use back cover and I have already used back cover from day I have purchased the mobile and this not a solution for only 15 days used mobile.

                                  I can understand if my mobile has been used more than 6 to 7 months and same issue I can face but now i am facing this within 15 to 20 days from the date of delivery. Try to understand my concern.

                                  Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                                    My self dipesh sharma and i am living in khopoli.my mobile handset Panasonic P 61 is submitted at your panvel service center from 18/11/2016.
                                    The employees of your service center Mr.suraj and their colleagues are not give me the feedback of the status of mobile.2 times i visited to the service center at panvel and also call him so many times but every time i did not get the satisfactory feedback from him.i also has been submitted the checking amount of Rs.100 at your service center.
                                    If your employee and their team are not able to provide the services properly to customer, so why you open the service center.
                                    Every time when i called him so replied i will call you after 30 minutes and 1 hours.but nobody called me back.
                                    Let i want to see after registering my complaint what you can do for me.

                                      Gd evening my led tv replacement issue has been done. But invoice copy and wall mount copy not provide me. My model no was th40d200dx. Service boy mr sanjay his mobile no [protected]. He told that company has forgot my wall mount kid. Latter he provide me. He also want some money from for this arrangements.in the mean time i was call to him several time to provide kit&invoice copy. He not entertainment. Pl do something to this matter urgent and provide me my requirements.

                                        It’s been 35 days and the handset is still under process even today 05Dec16.
                                        Kindly give new replacement for my handset as the same is not repairable. Every time I call your mobile support I get the same answer – “Handset is under process”.

                                        Dear In charge,

                                        I have submitted my Panasonic Eluga switch handset on 01nov’16 at the service center for repair, problem – handset not starting (completely shut down).
                                        Today, it’s been 30days, I’m calling customer care mobile support almost every week and getting different types of excuse and only excuse from them, but no solid confirmation on my handset status.
                                        I was been told that if the handset is not repaired within 25 days of span, then the same will be replaced, but still there is no confirmation on it either.
                                        Today – 01Dec16 I called Panasonic mobile customer care and was told by her that there is no confirmation on the status of the handset.

                                        What are you’ll upto, should I raise the query with customer redressal cell .

                                        My handset has been repaired twice within the warranty period, first in the month of Sep’16 and again in Nov’16 (In process)

                                        Kindly advise at the earliest and would be highly obliged if I get an replacement for my sick Handset.
