I have submitted my mobile phone to service center before one month (04/10/2016) for on off problem ( in Bhiwadi Rajasthan). but after submission service center person sad to me to call customer care to know about my cell position. we have follow to last 15 days to know about my cell phone. every customer executive sad to me that he is ex-elate my complaint and my cell will be ok in next 3-4 days. but today he sad for 15 day's wait.

This is vary painful to me.

So I requested you to see in this matter.

    I have purchased panasonic 32 inch LED tv on 14th Nov' 2013 with three year warranty. Detail are following.

    Model No.- TH-L32B6D
    Dealer Name:- Rajesh electronics.

    Bill No.- 23 (14.11.2013)
    Glacier challan No.-0158 (23.10.2016)

    As per Detail, Purchase bill is available. But service centre (Glacier services) not provide service in warranty period. I have raised request three time from 20.10.2016 to 23.10.2016. But all raised request are closed from services centre.

    So, I requested to you, pls take care this issues. & resolve as soon as possible.

      i have purchase mobile phone of your company before 5 month, Model No. (E Luga L2).
      still i am continue phasing hanging problem from last month, i am also repair from your service center Nagpur city but problem proper not solve. after few days i have phasing same problem and same show up to service center but they not give me proper solution. i am very regret to purchase this cell phone.

      so kindly request to you please satisfied me other wise we take legal action about this matter.

        I, Ram Niwas Bairwa, bought a mobile hand set Model: Panasonic ELUGA Switch on 08.04.2016. The power button is not working of the set. I contacted to service centre of the company and he conveyed that it will take time approximately 15-20 working days and booked order for the same but right now i am facing problem with this hand set.

          This is in reference to my Panasonic handset model no Panasonic Eluga switch with EMI [protected] and EMEI no-2 . [protected] which i bought on 20/02/2016 from BRIJWASI COMMUNICATION located at B-1 new market, New colony NIT road old faridabad- 121001 and after 5 month i was facing some problem with my phone so to get resolved that problem I gave my my phone with Job sheet no -KJASPHR098716PI42188 with ASP code KJASPHRO98 at customer service center name is TRIPLE SOLUTION located at 5E/35 NIT faridabad -121001 to get my phone repaired as it was in warranty period. I was continuously in touch with the service center( TRIPLE SOLUTION) with regarding the repair of my handset but they always denied saying we have sent your mobile to Panasonic company and it has not been repaired.

          Also, please note that they don't even know how to talk to a customer..The way they use to talk to the customers was really embarrassing ..I stopped calling them and left my phone and purchased a new one..

          Now after two months today on 3/11/216, they called me up to take the handset back as it has been repaired and they are also asking for bill amount nut now we do not want that mobile we want our money back

          SO we request you to please take some necessary action and also advise us what can we do to get our money back.

              Dear sir,

              I have submitted my cell phone to panasonic care (Manimajra) 3 month before for repair of camera and memory card not working. Panasonic care (Manimajra) confirm that the same will be repair by panasonic. After few days a got a call from panasonic that my cell phone screen is damaged. How is this possible?

              When i submit my mobile my cell phone screen was not broken and the same was also confirm and checked by panasonic care (Manimajra) and also nothing is mentioned in my job work sheet received from panasonic care (Manimajra).

              This must be happened in courier side or broken in your office side.

              I request you to please check the same and resolve my problem on priority otherwise i have to go with consumer court.

                Dear sir/mam, this is to inform you that i had some problem on my panasonic p5 novo. I have submitted my phone on[protected]. The person who received my phone is a lady and she told me that your phone will be given to you after 5 days then i said ok after 5 days i called her then she said you can come on wednesday and take your phone then again i called her on wednesday for confirming the closing timings of the shop then the second lady who also worked there had received my call and she said the shop timings from 10 am to 6 pm then i said i will reached at 6:30 pm is it ok then she replied me when you are free you can come and take your phone. And given my phone set but she loss my cell phone battery and now say come next day and again next day. Other staff persons were speaking very very rudly.                   Sir, i have purchased a fully automatic washing machine serial no 1621 a00418 from panasonic outlet on 30 oct 16 and requested for demo service on 31 oct 16 till now (2 nov 2016) i don't have got the services for which company agreed upon and also at a time when i am leaving the city for one week this is an utter failure and irresponsible approach towards solving the issues post purchase by company. sir i don't want to be in any contact of this type of irresponsible company so want my cash back and return the mahine as soon as i am reaching back.

                    I would like to inform you that i had purchase a TV at 15th Aug 2016 at that time i told the sells executive i need all videos files supported TV but sells man said panasonic 32D400 is the best options for you but he did not play at that time any video file. i purchased but after few days i wanted to see movie from Pen Drive but i saw that file is not supporting. i inform to the panasonic engineer but he said it will support the MP4 File but its not supported to this file also. now i want to exchange to this TV and i want to take new smart TV other wise you will give me the solution how can i play video file MP4 and some other format also, so please help me out guys other wise i will make a complaint in consumer form.                       I have Panasonic Air Conditioner which i have bought on March 2015 and it was running fine, until April 2016 due to failure of compressor which they have installed a new and just after a week it's failed again and they installed a new one and just after a month it's failed again i have contacted the customer service team and they have assure me they if the compressor fails again we will take an initiative to replace the entire ODU instead of compressor so after that it was working fine until in the month of september it failed again and when i have contacted the customer service they said they are unable to replace my unit as it is out of warranty they are denying of any commitment they have made earlier they can only replace the compressor which i have to pay again and there is no assurance that how long it will last

                      the support team has given me assurance that they will change the ODU but now they are not even replying to my email since last two weeks

                      I am extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with the panasonic AC

                        The service installation number i got on Friday ( 29/10/2016 ) is I[protected]. On friday i got call from panasonic customer care that installation request have been submitted which will be resolved by Saturday ( 29/10/2016). On saturday i got call from panasonic person and he asked me about my address and said "Once he reaches their, he'll call me" but no one visited on same day. Sunday i didn't expect any engineer because that's holiday.

                        Please let me know when installation will happen because i have to call AIRTEL DTH guys also for setup box installation as well??

                          I purchased this on 13/08/16, and it started malfunctioning on 20/10/16, problems faced overheating, auto switch off, and hanging problem. i went to service station trice every time he says its problem of virus, he updated and gave back, again he said your memory card is corrupted so i tried using phone without memory card, but the problem was still there. now he is saying i have send it to repair at head office delhi, and it will take 21 days. now i am really fed up with this i want a replacement. please help me in this since it is taking a long time and now i am not sure if it is repaired also i will get good life of phone and peace of mind. as you know phone is very imp in today's life. there fore i request for only replacement not repair. and asap.

                                I had lodged a complaint with panasonic customer care on date 11/10/2016 they promised to come within 24 hrs. But still they have not come in spite of 24 hours. Now after 312hrs and after 20 to 22 call to service center and customer care they told sorry but not solve my problem. On 15/11/2016 eng. From panasonic come and told me that your display not working i am report to service center that they will send new display and we will change it till monday. After two i received massage that we not have display in stock so company decides to replace your tv so please send bill copy urgently. I sent bill copy on 18/11/2016
                                But still my problem is as it. I tried to call customer care and service center. My question is after a lot of call and on line complete i not receive any solution then what happened if any uneducated person purchases any product from this type of company. The companies openly cheat the customer in name of warranty.
                                So i want to say all who want to purchase panasonic equipment again think before finalize items that the service of panasonic very bad & you should not have bought panasonic equipment’s.

                                customer care give me one no. please contact this person he will solved your problem but the no which I received from customer care eighter not workable or person not pick up my call. I feel company cheat me please suggest can I suit a FIR against company.

                                  Warranty 1+2 Years.
                                  I bought the above TV from Vijay Sales Thane on[protected] which went bad on[protected]. I lodged a complaint and technitian came to attend the TV. He took Photograph of the TV saying panel problem which will be replaced shortly. ( Panel was blank) After 3 weeks another 2 technitians came took photograph of the TV this time a minor streak was seen. Later 2 technitans came with new 55" TV for replacement, since it will not fit in the wall cabinet I asked for smaller TV. This time the technians switched on the old TV and seeing the streak they said it is physical damage and warranty is not valid.
                                  I told them whatever it is, it is handled by Panasonic technitians and they have agreed to replace the panel, when I called first there was just a blank screen later it has gone bad then the fault lies with them and due to their mis handling this minor streak has appeared due to internal strain since there is no visible mark from outside. I was told to pay the panel cost around Rs.34290 which I refused.
                                  Irrespective of writing to them repeatedly they are not responding.

                                  PS: Before this I bought Panasonic Vierra 42" TV whose panel went bad after 2-3 years. The parts were not available and the guarantee period has expired. I bought 50" from the same place with Rs.5000 discount for exchange. This new TV went bad in 6 months and spare parts were not available and I have to wait more than a month for a response and finally they managed to shift the responsibility to the consumer saying physical damage. Does 1+2 years warranty have any meaning? Please do not get carried away by these sales gimmicks.
                                  Please advise me on the future course of action.

                                    This is siva from vijayawada and i purchased panasonic mobile model name "panasonic p75" from snapdeal on 28/06/2016 and it is suddenly switched off after two months and i submitted in vijayawada panasonic service center and job card number is : kjaspap128916p1544 on 23rd septmber 2016 the service centre people said that they sended to panasonic company so i want to know the status whether you will repair or give the new mobile.

                                    National Aircon Jogeshwari had collected my tv for repair. Not single update was given from them till one month. Every time i call they said its under observation. 1st they dont answer or answer immediately cut call. We r waisting our time money.

                                      Upset with the panasonic mobile arc2..

                                      kindlly requessstt to the panasonic service centre that plzz change my mobile bcozz its only twwwo days oldss

                                      i have given my mobile to service centre .. he has alredy taken a 25 days for fixing the problem what i got in my mobile but when i got my mobile i have seen same problem is going on twice...
                                      my mobile emi no is [protected] and the second emi no is [protected]
                                      and my self is ravi gupta...i have alredy mail on panasonic mail id but i didnt get any kind of respons from the panasonic side...
                                      Panasonic India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
