Hello,
Almost 3 years ago, i purchased panasonic washing machine (fuly automatic), model number na-f107vc4w01 in navi mumbai, india. this is a decision that i very much regret as i would have been much happier if i had gone with your competitor lg. below is my bad experience with panasonic india detailed in chronological order.

On september 13th 2016, a service engineer by the name of anuj gupta from panasonic authorized service center called mbs enterprises (panvel, raigad district) came to my residence as i had placed a complaint regarding the washing machine making loud noise during the wash cycle. he came and inspected the machine and came to the conclusion that the noise is due to to faulty inner drum which needs to be replaced. i asked him to send me a quotation for the same. while leaving, anuj gupta disconnected some of the parts of the machine without telling us. for the next 6 days, myself and my wife were frantically trying to figure out as to why the machine won't work as we did not get any response from neither the service center nor panasonic india. the owner of mbs enterprises is mr. manjesh.

Out of deep frustration, i called the service center on september 19th at 10:30 am to talk to someone to resolve my issue. nobody picked up my phone till 10:30 am, even though on google the timing of the service center is from 9:00 am on wards. i tried calling assistant service manager from panasonic named mr. shravan kumar. to my utter surprise he would not pick my call or respond to my messages. i looked for people in panasonic on the internet and found out the phone number of mr. sanjeev math (general manager - panasonic, maharasthra). he understood my issue and gave me the phone number of mr. mudit shrivastava (service head - panasonic india). i explained to mr. mudit who basically said that he would take care of my issue. on the same day, service engineer anu gupta came to my house with an unauthorized person to my residence. when i questioned who this unauthorized person is i was told that he was a friend of anuj. i was shocked that panasonic allows unauthorized people to go to customer's house and especially when there are only women in the house during afternoon time. also, both anuj gupta and manjesh told me that they had never before replaced the inner drum and they did not have the expertise to do it.

I was assured by mudit shrivastava and manjesh that they would pick up my machine on september 23rd and the machine will be returned the next day i. e. september 24th. please not e that no one came to my residence on september 24th and neither did someone from panasonic or mbs enterprises (authorized service dealer) bothered to call me and tell me that they cannot deliver the machine on the 24th. the whole day today neither mudit or manjesh bothered to take my call. finally, in the evening mailk from panasonic service department told me that they don't have the required part and it would take another couple of days before they will send the machine back.

It has been 13 days since i don't have a working machine. my wife who takes care of 2 small children is now also burdened with washing the clothes with her hand. this is not acceptable to me anymore. i will now escalate with consumer forum in india and also take my experience and share it with people on social media. both your authorized service dealer and panasonic india are diluting your brand and no wonder your competition is doing so much better vis-a-vis panasonic.

I want some senior person from panasonic india to connect with me and talk to me and understand my complaint. i have spend a lot of my personal time in dealing with this issue which is also not acceptable to me.

    Dear Sir

    With due respect myself Sunil Kumar from Kurukshetra I had purchaged Panasonic LED 32" from sector 10 LG Rajesh enterprises Showroom at Kurukshetra dated 06.09.2016 bill no. 1150. Servive man fitted this Led. We found light reflection fromthe four corner after that we call LG owner of Showroom we reqiested to Rajesh enterprises to change Led but he clearly refused we cannot chanhe this Led. Now Led has reflecting with high rate we are requesting to change this Led.

      Dear i submit my panasonic mobile p55 novo 2gb on 24.08.2016, service center has been told i will be delivered within 21 days maximum but till date my phone not repaired, is it your service very bad service, there was a problem only jack problem i think i should get repaired in market in future i will never believe on panasonic and alway tell to my friends never believe on panasonic

        My name is indrajet nayak residencs of navi mumbai. I have purchased mobile phone of brand panasonic but mobile phone started heating very much after few days and it automatically got switch off.
        Its more then a month my mobile phone is in panasonic service center. I think they are delaying it because it is under warranty peipriod. It is brand new panasonic mobile phone which stop working within 5 months from date of purchase. They are just giving excuses. Spare parts are not availasble.
        Its in service center from 13th of august 2016 and to day date is 24th of september which is more then a month.
        Please take some strick acction against them.
        Purchase invoice and complain form have been attached

            My led problem within one week, i am calling ur service center. after three day ur company provide service man. service man come my house & check led. service man charge 550/- & no solve problem. he said ur led display problem & led plate going on service center plz you come service center with your led. i am going your service center & provide my led. your branch man said my i have solve ur problem within two day. but he can not solve my led problem. i am continue contact ur service center but he said reply testing ur led. so plz sir how many time testing led. only two years purchase led & display problem why. ur service is very poor. i am not satisfied ur service.in future me & my friend not purchase any panasonic item.

But sorry to sat after the purchase of set with in 3 mnth the manufacturing defect in ur set crept on and i got contact with the dealer who received my set to send the same to customer care and customer care has sent the set at noida due to manufacturing defect but after 2 mnth their is no response so far..

                    My AC was bought in July'15. After one year, suddenly my AC has stopped working. AFter raising complaint # R[protected], a technician came and told that my compressor has seized and will get a new compressor. It has been over a week that I have not got it resolved. Everytime I email, they only apologise without any resolution. Need a resolution ASAP

                      I give my handset panasonic eluga switch before 1.5 month. they dont clear that how much time taken by my phone. they does not reply and say we dont have part and there T&C they will take maximum 15 to 20 days. according to the rule they will not clear about my phone the company having more trouble for me.the company service or on calling they does not clear me about the phone.sir please help me.

                          I HAVE BEEN MAKING FREQUENT COMPLAINTS FROM 29TH JULY 2016 AND THE SERVICE REPAIR SEEMS TO BE DONE TEMPORARILY. THE WARRANTY EXPIRES ON 22ND SEP 2016 AND I WOULD HAVE MADE ATLEAST 5 TO 6 COMPLAINTS SINCE THEN BUT THIS FREQUENT PROBLEM OF THE SAME PROBLEM IS VERY DISSATISFYING

                          NOW THE LATEST COMPLAINT NO IS R[protected]. Post which i am informed that the part is not available and they can replace the product. Later they tell me that i need to pay for the balance amount as only 50% of the purchase price will be adjusted towards the replacement. This is unjustifiable then what purpose does a warranty product solve

                              Last more then 20 days my AC is not working... I made a complaint... Panasonic cust care sent 2 technicians with zero technical knowledge.. They took service charges, replaced some part... it started temporarily.. stopped working right on the next day.. later they started telling that it has voltage problem.. I got my electrician and checked... there is no such voltage problem. I called cust care again... they are saying that the complaint is closed by the technician and I have to pay again and it will take 2 more days to send another technician... that's really frustrating.. last week I got problem in my Lenovo laptop.. They send the technician right on the next day and my laptop started... Dont ever buy panasonic products..

                                  Dear customer support executive,
                                  I submitted my panasonic mobile in service center in shri ram sales and service, express road, kanpur - 208001. Due to charging problem on the date of 27th july, 2016. Today, it's complete 45 days but my phone has not been repair. I went to service center before 15 day but they have not give me proper response, it's okay. But today they misbehave with me. I want to say that if your service center are not to able in giving proper services. So please shut down it. I will not suggest to anyone to purchase panasonic mobile. Because i not want that any other face this type of problems. It's not a good way in making customers relationship.
                                  Please sort out my problem, otherwise i will choose another way, which will not good for your product image.

                                    Purchased smart phone from panasonic india on 1st march 2016, within 6 months it get automatically switch off.
                                    It has been a month now problem has not been solve till know. When i call panasonic customer care they always says it is in progress call after a week.
                                    Mobile is panasonic switch.
                                    This problem is not only with smart phone but with all panasonic product.
                                    So please do the need full.

                                        My name is Cibin Baby, I have a Panasonic P55novo. On 20/07/2016 i gaved it to Panasonic Smart phone service center to repair my display.they said that it will be returned within 15 days but now its 2 month but not yet received my mobile.                                         I Nirbhay Sharma purchase Panasonic P75 on 20/06/2016. After few days I saw that there is dust in rear camera. I went to service center, the person cleaned it. And now again camera got dust.
