My led problem within one week, i am calling ur service center. after three day ur company provide service man. service man come my house & check led. service man charge 550/- & no solve problem. he said ur led display problem & led plate going on service center plz you come service center with your led. i am going your service center & provide my led. your branch man said my i have solve ur problem within two day. but he can not solve my led problem. i am continue contact ur service center but he said reply testing ur led. so plz sir how many time testing led. only two years purchase led & display problem why. ur service is very poor. i am not satisfied ur service.in future me & my friend not purchase any panasonic item.

    [protected] which has been purchased by me from your local dealer shyam guru associates against bill no. 580 dt.[protected] while purchasing above said handset the dealer had shown me various sets of other companies but i opted to purchase set of your company by having faith on your product. But sorry to sat after the purchase of set with in 3 mnth the manufacturing defect in ur set crept on and i got contact with the dealer who received my set to send the same to customer care and customer care has sent the set at noida due to manufacturing defect but after 2 mnth their is no response so far..

I have purchased panasonic eluga a2 on the top of the box it showing internal 16gb after i have received the product it's only 10gb already i contacted customer service and technical team and i demand for another model apart from that, after that the executive rama aurora not picking the phone i have sent a mail to us i want another model. Now i want another model eluga note my time totally wasted need compensation means another mobile

        I have bought a 42 inches panasonic led tv just one year ago but now it;s panel is damaged and now its not working. but the company is not repairing it . they are charging a high amount of money of 18000 with only 2 months
        guarantee.i want a new tv or repair it for free.

          My AC was bought in July'15. After one year, suddenly my AC has stopped working. AFter raising complaint # R[protected], a technician came and told that my compressor has seized and will get a new compressor. It has been over a week that I have not got it resolved. Everytime I email, they only apologise without any resolution. Need a resolution ASAP

            I give my handset panasonic eluga switch before 1.5 month. they dont clear that how much time taken by my phone. they does not reply and say we dont have part and there T&C they will take maximum 15 to 20 days. according to the rule they will not clear about my phone the company having more trouble for me.the company service or on calling they does not clear me about the phone.sir please help me.

                I HAVE BEEN MAKING FREQUENT COMPLAINTS FROM 29TH JULY 2016 AND THE SERVICE REPAIR SEEMS TO BE DONE TEMPORARILY. THE WARRANTY EXPIRES ON 22ND SEP 2016 AND I WOULD HAVE MADE ATLEAST 5 TO 6 COMPLAINTS SINCE THEN BUT THIS FREQUENT PROBLEM OF THE SAME PROBLEM IS VERY DISSATISFYING
                SERVICE REQUEST NO R[protected], R[protected], R[protected], R[protected], R[protected].

                NOW THE LATEST COMPLAINT NO IS R[protected]. Post which i am informed that the part is not available and they can replace the product. Later they tell me that i need to pay for the balance amount as only 50% of the purchase price will be adjusted towards the replacement. This is unjustifiable then what purpose does a warranty product solve

                  I brought 40 inch led televesion atleast 8 month above.their is a problem occuring in it last month.after replacing part the problem is solved ..but in this month same problem is again come.i want to replaced it but the compony is not ansuring or resolving about my problem science 15 days.i am suffring from last 15 days and also last month same thing happend with me.

                    Last more then 20 days my AC is not working... I made a complaint... Panasonic cust care sent 2 technicians with zero technical knowledge.. They took service charges, replaced some part... it started temporarily.. stopped working right on the next day.. later they started telling that it has voltage problem.. I got my electrician and checked... there is no such voltage problem. I called cust care again... they are saying that the complaint is closed by the technician and I have to pay again and it will take 2 more days to send another technician... that's really frustrating.. last week I got problem in my Lenovo laptop.. They send the technician right on the next day and my laptop started... Dont ever buy panasonic products..

                      I had purchased panasonic fridge from reliance Digital Dhanbad (jharkhand) in 2013. from initial this is creating cooling problems. two times yr service engineer visited and temporarily solved the problems. Again it is not cooling.

                        Dear customer support executive,
                        I submitted my panasonic mobile in service center in shri ram sales and service, express road, kanpur - 208001. Due to charging problem on the date of 27th july, 2016. Today, it's complete 45 days but my phone has not been repair. I went to service center before 15 day but they have not give me proper response, it's okay. But today they misbehave with me. I want to say that if your service center are not to able in giving proper services. So please shut down it. I will not suggest to anyone to purchase panasonic mobile. Because i not want that any other face this type of problems. It's not a good way in making customers relationship.
                        Please sort out my problem, otherwise i will choose another way, which will not good for your product image.

                          Purchased smart phone from panasonic india on 1st march 2016, within 6 months it get automatically switch off.
                          It has been a month now problem has not been solve till know. When i call panasonic customer care they always says it is in progress call after a week.
                          Mobile is panasonic switch.
                          This problem is not only with smart phone but with all panasonic product.
                          So please do the need full.

                            Sir we have continuously done a complaint regarding tuner pcb or A BOARD of plasma tv 50 inches but no positive responce from agra service centre, ARM Major .GILL, & CSM NITIN BANSALthey say that your tv is out of warranty and company will not provide the particular part which i have asked as this model is stopped by the company and now your tv is waste, sir i request you please see this problem as we believe in panasonic products and i have purchased two plasma of amount 120000 rupees, so kindly make my problem solved either by solving the part problem or tell the solution what should i do for these tv...my previous complaint number are R[protected] THIS WILL SHOW YOU ALL HISTORY AND EMPOLYEES RESPONCE ON MY COMPLAINT THEY SAME TIME CANCELLED MY COMPLAINT BY SAYING CUSTOMER NOT AVAILABLE AT PLACE BUT I AM THERE AT THE PLACE BUT THEY FALSELY EVERY TIME CANCELLED MY COMPLAINT

                            sir nothing has been done from company side and when i talk to CRM NITIN BANSAL he often says in meeting and give a phone number of major gill([protected])while major says we cant resolve yr problem company i s not having the part, sir customer is suffering the pain kindly resolve as soon as possible

On 20/07/2016 i gaved it to Panasonic Smart phone service center to repair my display.they said that it will be returned within 15 days but now its 2 month but not yet received my mobile.                               I Nirbhay Sharma purchase Panasonic P75 on 20/06/2016. After few days I saw that there is dust in rear camera. I went to service center, the person cleaned it. And now again camera got dust.
                              Please tell me what to do if again and again this problem arise.
                              I am hoping that you will solve this problem as soon as possible.

                                A panasonic sprlit a. C was purchased in feb'13. Before completion of warranty the ewc (Annual maintenance contract) was done. Service was ok under ewc. Before completion the ewc for renewal the same annual service amount was deposited to the dealer but inspite of regular request neither getting service nor the ewc card.

                                  I have purchase the panasonic eluga l2 mobile on 30/05/2016 from maya electronics sagar market kanpur, my phone is not switching on when i tried to open it after few days even after connecting charger, so i take my set to authorize service centre in express road kanpur u.P. In ajanta tower, technician mr. Saif check the mobile and said that your mobile is water damage and you have to pay for board but he fail to show any water on plate, then i go to may a electronics he charge the mobile for half an hour and my mobile switch on pressing power button

                                    It has been three months and have done servicing more than 5 times.
                                    The charger pin is not working often and after the last service mic is also not working.
                                    This model seem to be unfit. So I would like to exchange or request you to repay my money back.

                                        I have purchased new smartphone Panasonic Eluga Arc 2 on 9th August 2016. After a few days, I got a problem from earphone sound in one side. So I have been to customer service center for same new earphone replacement under warranty period. However after a few days I called Panasonic customer Care executive to enquiry about my Jobsheet No. KJASPMH034816PI43778 DATED:[protected], THEY HAVE ASSURED ME THAT THE SAME PRODUCT WILL BE REPLACED AND IT HAS BEEN DISPATCHED TO THE SERVICE CENTER. AFTER A FEW DAYS I HAVE BEEN TO THE SERVICE CENTER TO QUERY ABOUT MY JOBSHEET. THEY HAVE TRIED TO GIVE ME DIFFERENT EARPHONE WHICH IS NOT GOOD IN SOUND QUALITY. SO I DIDN'T ACCEPT THE PRODUCT TILL NOW. PLEASE SORT OUT THIS ISSUE. OTHERWISE I HAVE TO TWITT TO OUR PM REGARDING PANASONIC COMPLAINTS.
