Dear customer support executive,
I submitted my panasonic mobile in service center in shri ram sales and service, express road, kanpur - 208001. Due to charging problem on the date of 27th july, 2016. Today, it's complete 45 days but my phone has not been repair. I went to service center before 15 day but they have not give me proper response, it's okay. But today they misbehave with me. I want to say that if your service center are not to able in giving proper services. So please shut down it. I will not suggest to anyone to purchase panasonic mobile. Because i not want that any other face this type of problems. It's not a good way in making customers relationship.
Please sort out my problem, otherwise i will choose another way, which will not good for your product image.
Panasonic India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
