I am extremely upset with the service by Panasonic Service center Nasik, the official service centre at Cellage Enterprises Shop No.-1, 1st Floor, Kapote Meher Market, Wadala Naka, Dwarka, Nasik-422001 Phone: [protected], I submitted my mobile phone[protected] mobile is totally dad no display, now more than 2 ½ month pass but no resonance from service center, Every time they had a same answer that my mobile will be repair within 7 to 10 days. I have requested them a hundredth time to look into my matter but very poor response.

    Dear Sir,

    I had purchased a Panasonic Washing Machine Model No. NAF70B5LRB on 14th August 2016 from Reliance Digital, S.G. Highway, Ahmedabad. To attract the Customer Promotional offer was also declared by the company was

    1 - WSM FREE ESTNL KIT and
    2 - PAN DRYER EHND11A615.

    Those two offers were not delivered with the Washing Machine at the time of delivery and ask me that those two items will be delivered within short period as it is out of stock.

    After few days I got a call from Reliance Digital, S.G. Highway, Ahmedabad to take the delivery of PAN DRYER EHND11A615 as assured by the company. But WSM FREE ESTNL KIT amounting to Rs. 1999/- was not given by the company as it is offered and committed by the company. After few days again I received a call from Reliance Digital, S.G. Highway, Ahmedabad that offer of WSM FREE ESTNL KIT is withdrawn and will not be deliver by the company as the company achieved the Sales target on that day and I have to take Automatic Iron against WSM FREE ESSENTIAL KIT.

    As the above Automatic Iron Press is delivered to me against Essential Kit which is tune of Rs. 500/- against the amount of 1999/-. But Automatic Iron is returned back to Reliance Digital on 25.09.2016 which is not acceptable to me.

    After purchasing Panasonic Washing Machine Customers like me are Cheated by the company by withdrawn the free offer of WSM FREE ESSENTIAL KIT amounting to Rs. 1999/- and against WSM FREE ESTNL KIT Reliance Digital has given a Cheaper Automatic Iron. Now the question is that why should we accept Cheap Automatic Iron and bear the loss.

    Is it the policy to cheat the genuine Customer like me by International Company i.e. Panasonic. Is it the policy to attract the Customer by Fake offers. Who will recover me the financial loss.

    Therefore I hereby request the Company to refund me Rs. 1999/- to avoid unnecessary litigation against Cheating by the Company .

    You are requested to please look in to the matter and resolve my complaint at the earliest.

    I have purchases panasonic eluga switch 4G Phone and in this model Jio4G sim is not working. your service center and customer support told me that in this model jio 4G will not work. that means panasonic is a fraud company playing with customer emotion and amount this is advisble not to purchase panasonic phone.

      Overcharging service charge for ac installation

      I had shifted my pana AC from Chennai on 17 th and moved to Bangalore on 18th. I had requested for reinstallation of AC at bangalore thro authorised service centre of panasonic and the AC was was reinstalled but at a heavy cost. ( Bill attached). Despite my strong protests, the service centre and call centre insisted that both the copper wire and the gas (top up) require to be replaced. Ultimately i had to agree under protest.       My name is akshat jain from tikamgarh mp I purchase a Panasonic eluga I phone and i was very upset with its service it touch was not working and i give to the shop from where i borrow it (padam shree in tikamgarh mp in state bank) and the shopkeeper send it to the service center under warranty period and when it come still not working and shopkeeper again take it and asking for1000 rupees in warranty period now what i have to do Panasonic service center have to take strict action against it.

        Ear all concerns,

        First i just thought to remind of the tag line - panasonic - a better life, a better world as my experience is totally opposite of this. Seems panasonic is now missing its values to customers. I am totally a technology evangelist and i am really feeling sad with the incident that happened to us.

        I decided to purchase a new phone, searched many options (Online amazon, flipkart offers too) and finally choose pansonic elgua turbo rose on 2 - oct-2016 from vijay sales sector 18 noida (Please refer bill and model number attached) serial number - dlj013.

        Suddenly on 10 oct there appeared a spot inside the screen and immediately i contacted vijay sales and got number of one panasonic's service center (Shubham telecom sector 15 noida) as i called on that same day the staff has left so next morning (11- oct -2016) i went to vijay sales outlet they refer me again to panasonic center i went there and due to dusshrea it was closed.

        Now today morning as i am in office my husband went there and to our surprise shubham telecom (Panasonic service center outlet) experience was totally horrible and furious. There were two ladies sitting there totally misbehaved and actually abused my husband and said to leave the premises or give 5000rs and repair it. My husband told them that we tried to contact you from last 3 days but your office was closed, she said that none of our business (Aise to sab aate hai kya yehi karu kya mein) and they asked him to leave instead of many requests that at least check what has happened they said give 5000 else we have many customers to entertain.

        My question is where now we go? We have nobody to tell us anything, who will guide us now?

        Is this is all about panasonic? Is this your offerings to customers? Did we make mistake by choosing this product? Do we really deserve this behavior from a service center?

        Panasonic is selling goods...and giving warranty guarantee and many more things...but no response from anny one..in agency they say go to company customer service..and company service not doing their work correctly...they should give good services to people.so that people..get their comfort...

        jobsheet no. KJASPMN004916P1213 on 22 and of September 2016 still I don't received the handset . last time it took almost two months to repair it
        now warranty is expiring tell me what to do

            I am bahadur singh, resident of chandigarh. A week erlier i had a problum in my led tv and i called the new tech electronics panasonic servise plaza to fix it.
            (Address: sco-495-496, 1st floor, sector-35c, chandigarh, 160022)

            They came and took my tv, they did not gave any of reciept or something and took 500rs also. Its been more than a week now, even after so many calling they did not returned tv. Its a complete hrashment. I want my tv and money back.

            It is still having kikat and all my friends, colleques are having updated android marshmallow or snapdragon.
            And your phone is still providing KitKat which is very slow to work.

              I purchased a water purifier but because of bad communication and absolutely no co ordination between service dept and the engineer asigned for the job i got annoyed and returned the product and i get an SMS saying request cancelled as the unit is working properly. if this is the case how will you rectify the mistake and give service to the customer.
              i had a good opinion of the company and the product. In spite of so many advertisements in media from other brands i selected your product but this is the experience i had to face really feel sorry for the Product and Company.

                Recently dated 15/09/2016 i purchase panasonic eluga switch mobile.in mobile hand book it was written that it support lte network. I purchased jio sim card and inserted in it but i am not getting signal. I visited 2-3 service centre of bihar but no one could help me. All are saying that it doesn't support volte. But it is written clearly that it is lte phone.

                  I am extremely upset with the service provided by Panasonic in Kolkata, the official service centre being Billenium Sales Service, 6, Chowringhee, Lane, Kolkata 700016, Phone:[protected]. I had handed over my cordless phone on 21/9/2016 for service (Job PAN486) which was in working condition without any display. The service personnel agreed to repair the display unit (the charge will be almost Rs. 1500 which I agreed). They made me visit the service centre repeatedly with various requests. Today, they returned the cordless phone in non-working condition and no display. I was surprised that no replacement was offered to me though they agreed that they are unable to register the receiver to my base unit (which can register two receivers) and hence this receiver has become non-functional. The very purpose of buying and using this phone for communicating and receiving calls in two rooms is lost. Please look into the matter and advice. I deserve a replacement of this phone because Panasonic has made a working phone non-functional.

                  The problem has NOT been solved by Panasonic yet. Rahul from Panasonic contacted me over phone but no progress so far despite the fact I had explained to him clearly that a functional phone has been made non-functional by Panasonic service centre in Kolkata. I dont know what to do next. Please advice.

                    I submitted my mobile phone named PANASONIC ELUGA SWITCH more than one month ago but to no avail. Everytime they had a same answer that my mobile will be dispatched within 7 days. Their policy was to return the repaired mobile within 25 days and if not repairable then they will replace it . I have requested them a hundredth time to look into my matter but they did not give any response to it so I had to contact the consumer forum.

                            Purchased a panasonic mobile phone, eluga l2 lollipop from qrs trivandrum kerala, on 11 july 2016. Phone display went down in 1 month.

                            Got it repaired once, but again failed in another month. Totally disappointed with the product.

                            Very poor service from global mobile masters service center. No response for on call enquiry, so with the toll free complaint no.

                            Complaint no with global masters : kjaspkr 048916pi 1986.

                            Planing to file a case with consumer court for legal action and penalty.

                            A/c not working i completed 19th it's self one service man came 5 days before he checked and told gas problem and coil problem u give first 450₹ now I'll come tomorrow we give the money also but till not came back please take action
                            My Led problem within one week, I am calling ur service center. I am continue Contact ur Service Center No reply given to me. Only Three Months Purchase LED & Display Problem Why. Ur Service is very poor. I am not satisfied ur service. In future me & My Friend not purchase any panasonic item.

                              We have a complaint regarding the washing machine. A weird noise comes out of the machine as we turn on the switch and it irritates us a lot. We have already complained it three times but the technician always gives excuses that the part is defective and they assure that the proper part will be delivered to our address. However one month has passed still no delivery and repair has been done. It seems that they try to ignore us. They also haven't gave me the complaint number. Please look into the matter as early as possible and give us a solution quickly.

                                I have been my mobile on 26/08/2016 for battery fault, i have submit my mobile to service center has been told i will be delivered within 21 days maximum but till date my mobile not repaired, very time i have call to customer abt my phone, they have same record tape that your mobile will be given by next week. now who much time they require to repair mobile. very bad service from your side. (job Sheet No. KJASPMH528816PI13760). please let me know when you will provide my mobile.

                                  Hello,
                                  Almost 3 years ago, i purchased panasonic washing machine (fuly automatic), model number na-f107vc4w01 in navi mumbai, india. this is a decision that i very much regret as i would have been much happier if i had gone with your competitor lg. below is my bad experience with panasonic india detailed in chronological order.

                                  On september 13th 2016, a service engineer by the name of anuj gupta from panasonic authorized service center called mbs enterprises (panvel, raigad district) came to my residence as i had placed a complaint regarding the washing machine making loud noise during the wash cycle. he came and inspected the machine and came to the conclusion that the noise is due to to faulty inner drum which needs to be replaced. i asked him to send me a quotation for the same. while leaving, anuj gupta disconnected some of the parts of the machine without telling us. for the next 6 days, myself and my wife were frantically trying to figure out as to why the machine won't work as we did not get any response from neither the service center nor panasonic india. the owner of mbs enterprises is mr. manjesh.

                                  Out of deep frustration, i called the service center on september 19th at 10:30 am to talk to someone to resolve my issue. nobody picked up my phone till 10:30 am, even though on google the timing of the service center is from 9:00 am on wards. i tried calling assistant service manager from panasonic named mr. shravan kumar. to my utter surprise he would not pick my call or respond to my messages. i looked for people in panasonic on the internet and found out the phone number of mr. sanjeev math (general manager - panasonic, maharasthra). he understood my issue and gave me the phone number of mr. mudit shrivastava (service head - panasonic india). i explained to mr. mudit who basically said that he would take care of my issue. on the same day, service engineer anu gupta came to my house with an unauthorized person to my residence. when i questioned who this unauthorized person is i was told that he was a friend of anuj. i was shocked that panasonic allows unauthorized people to go to customer's house and especially when there are only women in the house during afternoon time. also, both anuj gupta and manjesh told me that they had never before replaced the inner drum and they did not have the expertise to do it.

                                  I was assured by mudit shrivastava and manjesh that they would pick up my machine on september 23rd and the machine will be returned the next day i. e. september 24th. please not e that no one came to my residence on september 24th and neither did someone from panasonic or mbs enterprises (authorized service dealer) bothered to call me and tell me that they cannot deliver the machine on the 24th. the whole day today neither mudit or manjesh bothered to take my call. finally, in the evening mailk from panasonic service department told me that they don't have the required part and it would take another couple of days before they will send the machine back.

                                  It has been 13 days since i don't have a working machine. my wife who takes care of 2 small children is now also burdened with washing the clothes with her hand. this is not acceptable to me anymore. i will now escalate with consumer forum in india and also take my experience and share it with people on social media. both your authorized service dealer and panasonic india are diluting your brand and no wonder your competition is doing so much better vis-a-vis panasonic.

                                  I want some senior person from panasonic india to connect with me and talk to me and understand my complaint. i have spend a lot of my personal time in dealing with this issue which is also not acceptable to me.

                                    With due respect myself Sunil Kumar from Kurukshetra I had purchaged Panasonic LED 32" from sector 10 LG Rajesh enterprises Showroom at Kurukshetra dated 06.09.2016 bill no. 1150. Servive man fitted this Led. We found light reflection fromthe four corner after that we call LG owner of Showroom we reqiested to Rajesh enterprises to change Led but he clearly refused we cannot chanhe this Led. Now Led has reflecting with high rate we are requesting to change this Led.
