I own a 32" LCD TV of Panasonic make. Over the last month the TV developed a snag and a faint sound has started to come from the rear of the TV. We registered a complaint with the company and a service engineer visited my residence. He could not diagnose the problem at the site and instead took the TV to the repair centre for a couple of days. The TV was repaired claiming that the sound was due to some weakening of soldering on the motherboard. We also paid duly to the service engineer. However the problem was not solved and infront of the service engineer we pointed out. He claimed that the service centre will arrange for the TV to be picked up. But so far the Service centre has been making excuses for not picking up the said TV. Its now close to a month an no action has been taken. Due to lack of and poor service not only will my TV become redundant but a exclusive and reputed brand will diminish in value. Hope complaint reaches the ears of the senior management through social media.

kindly solved my problems.
I have buy Panasonic LED on 25/08/2016 model no-TH22A403DX But within 2 months my LED is not working properly..when I have on the TV after few minutes volume was gone n screen was shaking and adopter was more heat.I have contact many time to customer care but not giving any response.my complain no-R[protected]..Plz kindly solved my problems .

    I purchased this Tv on 25th July'2014 ie just 02 years, 01 month back for the sum of Rs, 47, 000.
    The panel of the TV ie the screen has gone bad & Panasonic is asking me to pay them Rs 27, 900 to fix the screen.
    I have been in talks with Mr Shravan Pawar( Branch Servive Manager) &'his junior Mr Amit Mishra. After days of endless calls ( from my side, they never bothered to call back, ever) I was told all they can do is offer an 10% discount.
    My question is, a good company like Panasonic, expects its motor component of the tv to just last for 02 years . We, pay huge amounts of money expecting the product to last well beyond the warranty period & they expect us to pay more than half the amount to get the panel fixed.
    Is this the quality & Servive that Panasonic is providing?
    Hugely disappointed in Panasonic products & the callous attitude of its managers. Was expecting better service, in all respects.
    I made an investment in buying a Panasonic tv, thinking Its a good quality Tv & it will last & work well but unfortunately the very heart of the TV- the screen/ panel went bust & Panasonic wants me to pay Rs 27, 900 to fix it. Where is the justice in that?

      I have logged Ticket #R[protected] on 7-Aug. Panasonic service center technician came to my house on 8-Aug and took the part (PCB) for repair/replace. That time it was under warranty and I was told that within 3-4 days they will repair/replace that part.
      It's been more than 18 days now, I have neither received the part repaired or replaced. There is no update from Panasonic why this ticket is still unresolved and unattended.
      How long does it take to replace a part? One month? 2 months? Company did not give me any clear answer on this. Will it be replaced? If yes, when? If they cannot replace the part, why they are holding it. They should send me in writing that they are unable to do that. They cannot make a customer waiting for infinite period for a part replacement.

        Dear team,
        I am very frustrated your services because almost one year concer n regarding my led but never response, every time complain number generated and after two days received reply your side complain cancelled due to estimate not approve.
        But you do not understand my concern seriously because never take a time to resolve my issue
        I want to call your service head immediately kindly share mail id or number.
        Just simply revert my question??
        1. My led in your service center dated 18/10/2015 so this is my mistake if parts are not available.
        2. After 1 months your service center committed to me depreciation reimbursed rs 4500/- so why change your commitment after 8 months then he was say that parts are available estimate rs 20000/- why i am approved this amount pls clarify.

        3 i was demanded my led return on same condition so why handour on dead condition, because my led in working condition handour to your service center complain only picture hanging. Job sheet copy attached pls find and estimate received on 11/06/2016.

        Very poor and pathetic service by your service center.

        Waiting your service head call or reply regarding my concern.

          My led tv which i purchased around 5 months ago is dead since last 6 weeks now.in spite of multiple follow-ups and complaints nothing has been done so far. I am surprised by the slas you guys follow and if anyone monitors these srs. Last time local service center told me that my tv needs panel replacement and they are arranging it. After 2 weeks they told me that panel is not available so full led tv will be replaced so they need more time. Today again they are saying that panel is now available and will take 1 more week. Not sure what to do now. Every time i call the local service center, they ask for another week.

                  I have purchased a 200liter fridge from Shekhar Panasonic, Meerut on 21/09/2015.
                  My fridge is not working properly.
                  The problem is related with cooling system. The freezer unit is working normally but the rest unit there is no cooling so that the items placed there become no longer fresh and goes to dustbin.

                    I have purchased panasonic eluga mark smart phone in the month of february, 2016. After one month of purchasing, the phone started giving problem like, low voice, automatic switch the phone etc.in the month of july, 2016 it started showing low battery and switched off automatically, even battery was full charged. I went to service centre, they repaired it, but again after one week it started giving same problem. Again i went to service centre and given the phone for repairing and it is lying with them only.

                    I request you to kindly replace me with a new one.

                        I had ordered a full-auto machine on 6th aug 2016. The machine is damaged and i was assured a replacement within 2 days on 8th aug. Since then, every time i call i am convinced i will get my machine in 2 days.

                        It is more than 12 days since my purchase. I am facing many problems because of this. There is no definite response. If they cannot provide a replacement i want a refund.

                          I had purchased panasonic air conditioner on 27/2/2015. From vardhaman electronics kandivali (W) mumbai. But the piece given to us is a faulty one as the gas keeps leaking every three to six months.
                          Inspite of repeated written complaints the response by the after sales service personnel is pathetic.
                          The people do not lift the phone lines. We spoke to mr. Jaikumar landge and mr. Bhupender singh. They assured us service and then stopped picking up our phone or giving any kind of feedback.
                          Panasonic has the most horrible and useless service staff.

                            This is my second complaint that i am raising in a single day for the awesome service of panasonic, i had raised my complaint in the morning stating that after numerous calls on the customer i still failed to get a person to come to give a demo for my washing machine, i got a call from mr. Rahul stating that it will be resolved soon. But yet no resolution this query. I am just wondering if i can return my product as it is useless dealing with folks

                            Purchased the fully automatic machine on 07th Aug, 2016 and got the same delivered on my Vasai (E) address on Friday 12th Aug 2016 and have been following up with the customer and have been getting different responses all the time we called, worse service ever as its been 6 days now and still nobody has come for the demo back home

                              I have purchased panasonic eluga note last saturday.
                              1. It has 16 mp camera but the quality is not same as 16 mp.
                              2.in this mobile, the battery has much more time to be charged. It takes approximately 7 hours to get fully charged.
                              The usage of fully charged mobile is 6-7 hours only.
                              So i want to know that my moblie is a defective piece or is that mobile' nature.
                              I totally disappointed with that.
                              Overall phone is good but the battery charging problem is a big problem. I m not able to work with that moblie because most of the working time it is in the charging point.
                              I want to replace my mobile.

                                After aarti at iscon temple ujjain, i was purchasing some items at the counter there, and somebody stole my phone on 15th aug 2016. It is there in the cctv footage. Also made complaint at madhav nagar police station the same day.

                                Also tried panasonic customer care number[protected] after trying for last two days today my call was picked up by panasonic customer care guy. I asked him to help me to trace my mobile and also provided the imie number ([protected]) but he told me they cannot help in either tracing or blocking the imie number)

                                Kindly register my complaint and help me to trace the phone.

                                  Dear panasonic india

                                  Please help me understand where should i go and dump my brand new panasonic led tv purchased just a month back and used for merely 2 days. I hope this will not tarnish the brand image you have created over decades.

                                  Your service center people (Sector 31 gurgaon) are most rude people on the earth, they have already made up their mind that defect is due to external damage (Which is not visible to my eyes). You people are so smart to close the complaint without even speaking to the victim (Read "your consumer"). The victim would keep on calling your customer care and you would bother damn to inform that your case has been rejected and not possible at your end to get it fixed under warranty?
                                  Why panasonic why?

                                  In the end, i am not going to beg you any further, and all i am asking you to suggest me the suitable place to dump this useless brand new led tv.

                                  Having said that, i advise you not to push me to take an action that may not be palatable to your brand image.

                                    I purchased panasonic tv. The tv is still in waranty and its tv panel is giving issue as per the panasonic technician and needs to be replaced. It is almost 20 days now the technician has to still get approval from the panasonic company.
                                    I have been following up with this technician from last many days.

                                    Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                                      My name is vicky, i have submitted my panasonic t45 (Under warranty) at vasai service center. It was said that, its a serious touch screen problem of which needs to send to the repair center. It was said that it will take around 15 -20 days that is maximum period for repair.

                                      I have submitted on 19 jul, 16 and today is 16aug, 16. So much days only to repair the touch screen??? Hats off to the service of panasonic!!!

                                      When ever called to the person, he says (Agar ayega toh hum call kar denge aapko) come on this is not my answer to my query!

                                      I have bought your mobile and it was under warranty i prefer to give it to you, itna samay lagta toh main khud banwa leta, why would i have send for servicing.

                                      For mumbai phone, it been send to delhi for servicing...in this world of globalisation you are so restricted to have only one service station for the states!!! Anyways its not the major concern, if it was than the courier companies should have died!!!

                                      I want my mobile back as soon as possible, am not here to call the vasai center or the panasonic delhi center (Called, but no response... Pathetic!!)

                                        Hi, i have purchased a panasonic ac from patra electronics cuttack in sept 2015. After six month only it started creating problem. Then i contact to the customer care and they sent some technicians for servicing still after some days same problem arises. My ac is on warranty period.. Before few days i complained about the probelm but after servicing it remains same. So kindly replace my ac as i m totally not satisfied by your service same problem arises everytime.. Its tottaly not cooling..

                                        I have give my mobile panasonic elugamark on 29th june 2016.
                                        But your company is not responding anything about anything. I have complained consumer court but your service is verst service I have seen ever.
                                        Elugamark is bad phone it is worst piece there is nothing good in your phones
                                        Kindly provide my cell phone otherwise i will go for case
                                        My name is Mr.ashish kumar .I have purchase new Panasonic microwave oven, but providing free kite is very bad and poor material that ways it's totally damage with in 2 try.
