    Dear sir,

    i had buy a handset panasonic eluga I2 in march 2016 after 1 and half month, mobile display become failure then i had submitted the mobile at Ara, Bihar service centre.After 50 days approx i had got my mobile.then there was a new problem of sim sot, mobile sim was not showing in moblie then i again submitt my mobile at Ara Bihar, service centre then after approx 60 days ihad got my mobile and then again there was a new problem of high heating and battary storage was not working, then i m got frusstated of long time waiting for mobile at service centre then i again submitted the mobile at Patna service centre (Aryan comunnication) .They recieved the mobile and after 5 days they told me today that your handset repaire expenditure will be 75% of your handset cost, and they are telling to me that your mobile is repaire in market, so it lost its warranty.
    Sir, the mobile is of 6 and half month and i have use it only 40 days and handset become waste.how can anyone trust on panasonic..and i will never trust on panasonic products and every person in my touch i will tell them my story with panasonic.i never seen like that waste Brand.If possibe please help me.

      My led is in warranty but company is saying parts is not available. Company officer not response properly.
      I am a rajeev kashyap and panasonic led customer. I am suffering to purchase panasonic led from sadana showroom in lucknow. Suddenly one day my led tv had not response properly then i had called customer care then next day led engineer come at my home and check it. He has said that led panel is not working so it will have change now but still now it is not available here so after 2-3 days it will be changed. Next day i got a sms from customer care your part is not available here and your parts request is pending.

      I have called after three days then customer care given lucknow local no [protected]. Again i have called this no then a lady neha has listen my complain and said that your parts will come in three days and fourth day engineer will repaired your led.

      I have called after 3 days then neha has said your parts is not available here after hardly discussion she has given one more senior officer mobile no [protected] whose name is mr abhishek but your phone is not any response. After 4-5 calls i have called to neha but she has transfer to srikant. He said to me that he will registered my complain again and you will call to mr. Abhishek to repair your led.

      Next day i have called to lucknow local office and your senior sir is not respond me and not attend my call then new office mr utkarsh has said that he is busy in meeting so he is not attending your call and he is not taking my calls also and said your parts order submitted on 26th august. I am so upset that i am calling daily but he submitted my parts order late. My question is why?? But no reply, he said that you will discussed with mr abhishek sir

      Next day i have called again to mr abhishek but no reply. I have called to local office then one humble man mr alok said don't worry your led sure be repaired in three days but again no.

      Mr alok said that your parts has come but not genuine. Wrong consignment reached here so sorry.

      I have gone ti lucknow panasonic head office and meet mr harnaam and said everything and he assure me your led will be repaired on monday "5/9/2016" and you can call me on tuesday if any problem but again no.

      I have called him today but he has not replied.

      "sir i humble request you please reply me with truly. If my led can not be repair then boldly reply me with e-mail then i quit and think more option."

      My family always asks with me about led.in the last i request you will take any action otherwise reply clearly. Then i take decision to purchase another led or to go...

        Sir,

        I hv bought thsi tv from your dealer mayur electronics on 6/10/2013, with 3 yrs warranty., model : thp60s60d, sr no. Tr 3450022. For rs. 118, 000/-

        Now my tv not working since 8/8/2016, panasonic mechanic visted n after checking said tv can not be repaired, as part not available, so i asked to replace under warranty.

        Panasonic india asking to pay for new tv, as my tv under warrnty how they asking to pay for new tv.

        For panasonic model th-60cx700d on line price is rs. 174, 500 n they asking me to pay 149, 710/-

        I don't under what is the meaning of warranty when you are charging for the tv.

        Kindly resolve this matter, or i am going to consumer court.

        Pls revert.

          Service centre incharge ms devmita has harrase to me every time for this service.
          Pl. Check this system as early as possible and n/a please.

            In My 2nd I purchased a water purifier and after a month it started malfunctioning. Even though we don’t use the water, water automatically goes through waste pipe and refill around 700ml water at every 30 mins. For last 1.5 months Panasonic has been trying to repair it, however they are unable to fix it. I have opened more than tickets and every time the engineer comes and spend three to four hours trying to repairing it. At the end, they engineer goes back saying this can’t be fixed and we will replace the unit which never happened. They have changes multiple parts few times and once they took the device to their unit, however none of them fixed the issue.
            They promised to replace the device, however later they retract their statement as head office push the Branch office for repair and send the person again. It becomes a pain as I have to leave my office and work and spend half-day with them. This also causes waste of water and electricity. The water quality also degraded after this issue started.

            Complain Numbers: They close the ticket without even checking the customer and without fixing the issue. Hence I had to open multiple tickets

              Sir,
              I have bought Panasonic Eluga Switch mobile on[protected] from shopclues.com.IMEI-[protected].I bought it for its great features and my trust for the brand Panasonic.I have to go to an authorized service center named Techno Care(ph no- [protected], address-Anand Apartment, 413 Jodhpur park, kolkata, West Bengal) to solve as the start button wasn't working.They solved the problem and returned me the phone on[protected].That day i found some black tiny marks at the right top corner of my mobile, i went to the service center and they told me my mobile display is damaged for some unknown reason and inspite of it was within warranty period i have to pay above 9000 Rs.My mobile has no physical damage or exposures to water from my side, the outer shell is intact.I found the above mentioned service center‘s lack of knowledge and care is reason for the damage that my new phone is unusable.Please take necessary step against Techno Care-the Panasonic service center and either rectify my phone or replace it.Being a regular customer for the brand ensure my trust and love for Panasonic India.I believe the problem will be addressed on priority basis from your side without the involvement of consumer forum from my side.Thanking you.

                  Sir /mam i given my panasonic eluga i mobile in service center gurgaon in devi palace on 29 july for touch problem and software installation but today is 3 September its upto 1 month and i didnt recieved my my mobile when iam contacting service centre they always saying its pending for parts they given many dates to me any today after 1 month they are saying it will take may be 15 days more and thats also not confirmed its totally irritating. my imei no. is [protected]

                    The display of screen has become white. The voice and background image are visible but in the negative image form. The following both are service request no.forPlasmaisR[protected] &PlasmaisR[protected] register complaint on date 8th &10th august.
                    As now its will be a month after complaint has been register but no initial service has been provided. Every time as we inquire about the complaint we have been given several feedback as of pannel has been dispatched but yet not been reached.
                    I have personally talked with Mr.Vipin Kumar & Mr.Sudesh Raje and we got the same answer from them also!!
                    I hope this complaint here would be noticed and actually further action would be taken.
                    Hoping for positive response from PANASONIC TEAM.

                      FAULTY 4K TV GIVEN AND NO RESPONSE FOR LAST 1 MONTH

                      I have purchased LED tv model 49CX400 on 26 July 2016 from your store in Jaipur. it is 49 inch ultra HD 4k TV worth 68000 which is not a small item.

                      bill dated - 26 july 2016

                      on the very next day after the installation person came, the TV display stopped and i was shocked to see this from a brand new TV. i have spoken to showroom person that day and met them on next day at store after which they have sent panasonic engineer to check the TV.

                      the new TV was opened by the engineer and there was a loose point found and was rectified by him, with assurance that it will be working fine.

                      on 13 august 2016 again the same problem re occured and TV display has gone off.

                      i have spent big amount on a branded product and such expensive item should not be giving such problem. earlier also i have requested to change the product when it was showing error on day 1 of installation.

                      till date no solution has been given by panasonic company, showroom person says they only sell and after that i have to follow up with company for any complaint.

                      i have sent several emails to helpline and they say it is under process but no final solution has been given yet. every time new person replies on email which is very generic text.

                      i want the refund and will not like to be panasonic customer again. rather spend more and buy reliable product from any other company.

                      there is no help from showroom who proudly sells defected tv and passes the responsibility to brand company which is too big to respond to customer.

                      please help me get out of this mess where im stuck with big money paid for a defected tv.

                          I have submitted my Panasonic Eluga Mark mobile phone to Panasonic Service center many time but I don't get permanent solution yet. I m not satisfied with Panasonic service one time they change my mobile phone Board(PCV) they have take one an half month after change the board my phone not proper working and I have many time visit Panasonic service center n I m Losing my mobile phone warranty period time too & I have never used my phone in property from perchancing date for 1 week yet, the problems of my phone are always going on & now I m totally tired thats why m writing to you(Sir), I request to You(Sir) Plz Rectify my phone is already in Panasonic service center more thn 1 Month as possible. And in 19th August when I was go to Panasonic service center they reply to me that I can call to customer care Toll free number and ask them what is my phone status but when I was call to Customer care they reply to me that my mobile phone is UNDER PROCESSING then I just wait for 4 to 5Days but today when I call to Costumer care they still reply me same that You just wait for 4 to 5Days.

                          Salo ne 30 July ko service centre pr diya hua phone aaj company se aaya h but aaj bhi problem whi mobile ON ni ho rha.
                          Pta ni 1 month n 8 days se kya kr rhe the...
                          Mobile aaj bhi dead h ON hi nhi ho rha...ab service center pr diya wapas to bol rhe h ye phir company jayega, pta ni apni maa chuda rhe the tbse, Panasonic walo pr jb ye thik hi nhi ho rha to Q bech rhe h ye prodects aur Q warranty de rhe h, salo he 12500₹ waste kra diye bc company that is.
                          Jb nhi ho rha thik to plz mere paise bapas kr dijiye I request u.
                          Plz Don't buy Panasonic prodects...

                            7/10/2011 - purchased 42e30d - warranty 3 years.
                            7/10/2012 - panel broke down
                            2/1/2013 - replacement given after 85 days th-l42et-5d
                            23/6/2014 - panel broke down
                            9/9/2014 - replacement giiven after 69 days th-42as610d
                            7/7/2016 - panel broke down. Have been informed panel needs replacement for which rs.26, 500/- is payable. I do agree to this as quality of product is suspect. How could 3 tvs panel break down within a span of 4.5 years not to mention the mental harrassment, deprivation from enjoying viewing t. V programmes and deficient service provided.

                              सर मैंने panasonic mobile p55 novo फरवरी में खरीदा। जो कि अब ऑन नहीं हो रहा है। उसे नेेहरू पैलेस सर्विस सेंटर पर दिखाया तो वो बोलेे कि वह यहां पर ठीक नहीं होगा, दिल्‍ली में होगा। जब मैंने फोन को दिल्‍ली में दिखया तो वो बोले की इस मोबाइल पर सील नहीं लगी हुई है। या तो सील लगी होनीी चाहिए या फिर जयपुर नेहरू पैलेस से कोई लेटर लेकर आओ1 जयपुर वाले कोई भी लेटर को देने से मना कर रहे हैं।
                              फोन का बिल अटेच है।

                                I Had purchased a Panasonic Window AA about three months back and at present AC in s under Warranty period.

                                As this new AC was not working, I lodged a complain with Panosonic customer Care about two weeks back ( Service request No. R[protected] .Ac was taken for repairs on 17/08/2016 and has not been repaired/replaced so far. There is no assurance/feedback from any body as to when Ac will be delivered back .
                                This is a new AC and I request for immediate relief.

This is regarding my mobile phone p55 nova is under warranty there is software problem in hand set as per customer care officer and service centre we cannot handle this because your display is damage is mentioned any where in case on of damage software cannot updated.

                                  Service centre return if want updated your software you want pay 250 / rupess this is not matter of rs 250 /- is matter of sanctification

                                  As your customer care officer there is company policy where its mentioned in warranty card in case of any minor damage you cannot see mobile phone

But, still the problem persists and is causing me a lot of trouble. I am not able to rely on my phone's alarm due to this. I request you to suggest me to solve this issue as soon as possible.

                                      I submit my phone in panasonic service centre Ranchi for repairing my phone touch has not working properly then he says that we change his touchpad but after 1month and 25 days his not repaired his always says that parts are not available and lastly his says that your phone is not repaired and he return my set without repaired. my set has under warranty. i giving you his job sheet no- i take his xerox copy.

                                      On 17th, Aug'16 we are taken new panasonic tv and raise installation request on same day. I received message also on 18th Aug'16.
                                      But nobody not came still now to install my TV.

                                      My request No. is[protected].

                                      So please take necessary action as early as possible
                                      Form last 6 months my LCD TV is giving display problem. Your service center people repaired 3 to 4, times still problem ..

                                        I have purchse the mobile handset of PANASONIC P41 BLACK, IMEI NO. [protected] From TELEPHONE SHOPPEE at pune on dt.21/2/2015 and on dt. 29thJuly 2016 my handset will not be charged. So I went to pune at KARBONN Mobiles for repairing the mobile. They told that the part of mobile will be damaged so that part must be changed. From that day the co. will not sent the part of that mobile. I have so many problems without mobile. So please sent my part as soon as possible.
                                        So Please sent the part of mobile immegiately.
