My name is vicky, i have submitted my panasonic t45 (Under warranty) at vasai service center. It was said that, its a serious touch screen problem of which needs to send to the repair center. It was said that it will take around 15 -20 days that is maximum period for repair.
I have submitted on 19 jul, 16 and today is 16aug, 16. So much days only to repair the touch screen??? Hats off to the service of panasonic!!!
When ever called to the person, he says (Agar ayega toh hum call kar denge aapko) come on this is not my answer to my query!
I have bought your mobile and it was under warranty i prefer to give it to you, itna samay lagta toh main khud banwa leta, why would i have send for servicing.
For mumbai phone, it been send to delhi for servicing...in this world of globalisation you are so restricted to have only one service station for the states!!! Anyways its not the major concern, if it was than the courier companies should have died!!!
I want my mobile back as soon as possible, am not here to call the vasai center or the panasonic delhi center (Called, but no response... Pathetic!!)

Panasonic India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
But your company is not responding anything about anything. I have complained consumer court but your service is verst service I have seen ever.
Elugamark is bad phone it is worst piece there is nothing good in your phones
Kindly provide my cell phone otherwise i will go for case
