I had purchased the tv model th-42a410d on 26 jan 2015. company was offering 2 years extended warranty but the extended warranty cards were not available. the purchase was done from vijaya sales, ambernath (pin code : 421501).

My television is not working since 24th july 2016. i registered a complaint on the same day (service request number r[protected]. a technician visited and stated that the led panel needs to be replaced. he gave an estimate of rs.29, 000+ for replacing panel (please note the tv costs rs.45000). the technician took a photocopy of the bill. he gave us the estimate without mentioning anything about the warranty. he did not even check the tv properly and he had left within 4-5 minutes of arriving. the above mentioned complaint was then cancelled with reason 'estimate not approved by customer'.

Meanwhile, we are continually approaching the dealer for extended warranty cards. but we are not getting expected response. i am not sure if the dealer never received them or has misplaced them. mr. narendra from vijaya sales, informed us that extended warranty cards have been requested for, from the company and will take time to arrive.

We called customer care again today to register a complaint, he again said that technician will come and provide an estimate. when i explained the entire situation, he said that we are being charged because we do not have an extended warranty card. dealer says that the date of purchase is enough to determine the period of extended warranty. the executive put the call on hold when i told about this and never picked it again, nor responded back.

We are told that we will have to bear the cost since extended warranty card is not available. why should i pay such a huge amount when the product is in warranty? if company does not provide the cards, how will i have it?
It is really disappointing that the product is not working in warranty period and company is not taking the responsibility. if services are not being provided, then what is the use of warranty?
Please resolve this. such kind of irresponsible behaviour is not expected from such a reputed company. this definitely harms reputation of the company. i am never purchasing another panasonic product if this remains unresolved. i will also advise my friends and relatives to not go for panasonic products.

    Dear sir/ mam,

    Its been almost a week's time i contacted your executive. We have panasonic lcd television. It's there in warranty. A week back some technical issue has taken place due to which we re not able to switch on out tv. For which we contacted your customer care n asked for help. We've been told that they will send executive in day or two. Since then we re waiting for the same & we re receiving false promises. Such a poor quality of customer satisfaction is not expected from you people.

    Request you to please resolve this as soon as possible. This is really not done. Kindly take immediate actions against this.

      As per subject i bought a panasonic eluga turbo mobile on dated 13 may 2016. I used this mobie after 6 days later and after using i found said mobile having manufacturing defect i. E battery over heated and battery draining very fast. On dated 26 may i deposited it at authorized panasonic service center. But till date condition is same, service center not giving me my mobile back and not repairing it. For this i becoming a psycho patient. Kindly help me.

        Can distributers sell second or third quality products .can a distributers wholesellers markets price sell second or third quality product at the price of first quality product . more details as u read below

          I purchased a mobile from pratham communication agra have a invoice no.325 book no.07 dated 24/06/2016 than after one month on 24/06/2016 in morning i saw my mobile lcd isnot working so i go to the service centre on 25/07/2016 have a name iqor global services india pvt.ltd.agra there excecutive found a lady she told me the mobile repaired after 20 or 25 days other then i can repaired the mobile from outside so pls tell me this very wrong with the customer

            My Panasonic eluga switch mobile is automatic switch off. Iam came to Hyderabad nampally service centre on 5 june 2016 but my mobile problem is not set and second time 10 june 2016 my moblie is send your head office see your technician but my mobile again same problem return my mobile 19 july 2016 and 3rd time 21 july in hyderabad nampaaly sarvice center i riten my mobile but problem is not solf i was weting 2 mothts but my problem is not solf so i want to new mobile please return new mobile phone

              I am saksham Bhatnagar, a harassed customer of panasonic mobile. i am continuously in touch with the company through facebook & all other sites but still there is no solution so i have only one way that goes to the consumer court. i am sending this last mail because after a long followups there is no revert from Company side means there is no after sales service from panasonic they just focus on sales so please help me to recover my mental & financial.

                We have purchased panasonic led 32 inch tv from nandilath electronics, marva arcade, machingal lane, mg road, thrissur 1 at thrissur situated near to ramdas theatre.. After 12 months panel was in complaint. As the warranty period was over shop and the company was not ready for replacement or service. After continous arguements the panel board was repaired from panasonic service center at thrissur (Techno vision) spending 6000 rupees from our side.. After two months of service again the tv shown same complaint for panel board. It was repaired again by the same service center. After two monts my tv got the same complaint nw. Now there is no responsibility for service center or the company. Is this the type of product of product we expect from company like panasonic after spending 30000 rs. Or shall we have to dump the products of panasonic after one and half years o[censored]sage as the warranty period gets exhausted in one year. Please have look back about the feed backs of customers after purchasing the panasonic products. Where we want to go with this.

                  I ASHA BOHRA, ADDRESS- Iscon Platenum, Bopal, Ahmedbad. Am facing serious problem with my water purification.I bought it from Care Electronics, SG Highway Road, Ahmedabad in month of August 2015. 10 times i have raised complain against it, every time the bottle get break and water get spread in our house. Every time they come up with new things they changed bottle and told us that this is used in industries so it will not get break but then to it got brooked and now they say you have to add pressure pump. Why Before fitting they did not check pressure? And in our building no one else have this problem even with 8000 rs Auro and we have got installed 18000 rs in Panasonic water purification .
                  They just make us talk with different different people all the time . Next month my validity is getting expired and then they will raise their hands up by saying it is not in warranty. Is this how they treat with their customers. We both are working always we have to take leave coz of this water problem. The last complain number is R[protected]. We really are waiting for some serious action to be taken against it. If possible please make sure they change this piece and get us new one which do not have any problem. Model number of water purification is TK-CS-80-DA and concern person is Kartik Joshi area sales manager of panasonic in Ahmedabad Gujarat. I have added pic of the product too.

                    Sir, i purchased panasonic t40 mobile imei no. [protected] on 25th may 2015 but battery got drained out in april 2016. I visited noida sector 16 service center on 15th april for new battery/replacement. They told you have to purchase a new battery as it does not come under warranty. I agreed to purchase a new battery but for that they said you need to wait for new battery as panasonic will deliver to service center in 7 to 10 days. Even after 3 months today they have not been able to provide me a new battery. I visited multiple service centers for new battery but could not get. Now panasonic responded in july that you would not be able to get new battery as production of new battery is stopped by panasonic for this model. The new mobile is still out on sale on different online website, i am worried about my mobile as well as about other new buyers whom company is selling this mobile because new battery is not available with panasonic as they stopped production and neither it is available in market. I feel very much cheated by panasonic. Kindly ensure justice. Thanks!

                      This is regarding the panasonic washing machine na106 mc1w01.

                      The machine cycle wont start after water filling stops. I registered a complaint to panasonic cc on jun25th 2016.

                      Technician attended on 27th and told that he will bring expert technician and he also came on 29th but didnt solve the issue.

                      Since that day onwards no one came to solve the problem.

                      I register to their cc but its getting cancelled. When i ask the reason they told me that my no. Is not reachable. (But my no. Was always available).

                      The problem is with the customer care team. They dont have any efficient technician or good manager.

                      For the past 3weeks followup not a single call i received regardig the complaint.

                        Purchased the mobile panasonic elugai2 in the month of january and unfortunately it stopped working in the month of april. Despite running across the service center they used to behave badly and returning with poor response.

                            I had submit my phone panasonic aluga in service center chhindwara (Second floor mansarovar complex) in 15 jun 2016, job sheet number is kjaspmp176616pi203 but still not received my phone, i already called more then 100 times in the call center but they told your phone dispatched in 7 jun, its almost 10 days complete but no information about it, also custom care executive denied for ecsclate my issue,
                            So please help me..

                                I am alok kumar singh. i purchase my first panasonic brand mobile eluga-a2 june 6, 2016. within 10 days of purchase my mobile screen having problem. i show it your service centre name sky care centre allahabad. they told touch screen having problem. i communicate with mobile support pi. they told that "they try to resolve the same at the earliest. we will get back to you with the exact status". but after 15 days i don’t get the exact status of my panasonic mobile eluga-a2. now they not response to my email also. please assure me to give back my money of panasonic brand mobile eluga-a2.

                                      The service of Pandit Patil and Shravan Pawar in Goa is just pathetic. They do not pick calls nor reply for the messages and do not have manners in talking to the customers. My TV's display has conked of on 6th July. I was told that it will be replaced with a new one. Till today not received. If I do not get replacement by tomorrow ie by 11th July afternoon I shall be filing case in consumer forum.

                                        I bought this washing machine through flipkart on 26 nov 2015. by the month of february the machine started troubling, the water level sensor didn't work so the machine cycle wont start. so i contacted customer support and they sent me service engineer after 3 days. he found the issue and told that the relay sensor has to be replaced and get it done. after several follow ups it was completed after a month and it was working fine.

                                        Again after two months i. e by june the machine got broke. after the water level stopping the machine cycle wont start. so i contacted cc the sent me service engineer and he couldn't fix the issue. he told that he would get expert technician for the job.

                                        So i waited for a week but no response then again i contacted cc they told that the job as been completed.

                                        The main issue is related to panasonic customer care they are outsourcing their work through g. k aircon servicesthe service engineer came with expert technician but didn't solve the issue don't know what he is expert on.

                                        Then i received the text as the washing machine has been put for observation don't know what that means in their terms.

                                        Till waiting over a week contacted cc the response is that it has been completed.

                                        O again i registered the complaint that they told they will transfer it to senior official regarding this. but as never done as i came to know calling them after two days that my request has been cancelled.

                                        Don't know how they can cancel a request without completion.

                                        The panasonic customer care are so hesitant that they don't even provide with their service head email id on request also and don't care about customer service.
