I have purchased panasonic eluga l in the month of july-2015 and it was deposited to panasonic care in kalyan dist - thane maharashtra due to hanging problem on 03/05/2016. the mobile further sent to their higher hqrs in delhi for repair but after elapse of 02 months no reply neither phone received from panasonic hqrs. after getting information from customer care on no.[protected] they informed that your mobile repair is under process and will be sent in 5 to 10 days. the job sheet no is kjaspmh046516pi56352.

    Sir,
    My self Sanjay Mishra, I have Complained three time in your tool free no. [protected]. My first complaint register no is. R[protected] dated 30.6.2016, But no respons so far. My second complaint register no. is R[protected] dated 1.07.16, and they have responsed next day i.e 2.07.16.They send service engineer and checked my Panasonic air conditioner machine, and he told me for servicing of machine, sensor replacement and gas refiling as well.The total cost for above mentioned work will be approx Rs. 3200/- . Afterthat, he did not come next day i.e 3.7.16. then i called at your service centre, they told me that we cannot response immediately, because employee used to come in late specially in sunday. Then i called in tollfree no, they told me that your complaint hasbeen cancelled and provided me service centre owner phone no and area sell manager phone no as well. Then i have registred new compaint on 3.7.2016.
    Therefore i request you solve my problem and take proper action on service centre for their negligence

      I bought an panasonic ac on 24/4/2016. It was installed on 30/04/2016. After one week i complained to panasonic service due to non cooling. The man who came to find fault told that gas has been leaked. The installer men came few days later and filled up the gas. After 2/3 days later i felt less cooling and complained to service centre. The company engineer found that gas has been leaked again. I requested the panasonic company to change the product.In reply they informed me that they would repair the product only. I denied the offer and insisted to replace the product.In two months i have use it hardly 10 days. I want the company to be punished for their harassment to set an example.

      i think this organisation is the last solution for the common man like me.
      Is your issue resolved now? I too have similar noise and poor cooling issue from pathetic Panasonic AC bought on 26th May 2016. I have asked for AC replacement, if they don't agree I will document all the issues and post it on social media. I'm planning to shoot a video of all the noise issues and post it on Youtube and . Also I have made it very clear to the dealer that if the AC is not replaced I will pack the AC and deliver it to his place. He can't just wash off his hands selling faulty products. This should be a lesson to these foreign companies and dealers looting the public.

        I have registered a complaint for low cooling of my refrigerator model no : BU343LHIN on toll free (ref no : R[protected] and technician visited my house i paid him service fees he told me that within 2 hours you will come to know the effect of cooling but nothing happened. and i got a msg from panasonic that complaint has been resolved.
        I registered another complain t(ref no : R[protected] technician visited again and replied with same ans as above but this time i didn't signed anywhere i told him that after 2hours i will let you know but within 30-40 mins i again got a message that complaint has been resolved.
        After talking on the toll free they are saying that it is upto service centre they intimate us for resolving of complaint and we have no procedure of consumer verification for the same.
        It has been 3-4 days since I feel very frustrated by this behavior
        Panasonic India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        LED tv display not working and my tv is under warranty.

          I have purchased Panasonic Eluga S5 from Dashmesh Khalsa Mobile vide bill no. 29002 on 8/12/2014 bearing I.M.E.I. [protected]/[protected] of amount 11, 300/-.
          The mobile was hangout in the month of March 2016.I go to your authorized service center, after inspection they told that the mother board of the phone is defected and the same was replaced in Rs. 2000/- with three months warranty on 11/4/2016. when I insert the SIM in the mobile they are not responded.
          I next time visited the mobile again deposited in your authorized service center, the same was delivered almost in one and half months. during this i contacted many times your customer care. but no satisfactory response has been received. After this delivery the mobile battery was stop charging.
          I again visited your service center, the same process was repeated they kept phone with them and delivered in 7 -10 days. after delivery of the mobile there was the same problem of inserting Sim was not repaired,
          I again visited your authorized service center the mobile, they again kept phone again with them on 12/05/2016. They didn't delivered the phone till date i.e. 29/6/2016.
          During this long process of repairing of mobile by your company or service center I also purchased a new Phone of worth Rs. 15000/-
          I have faced many problems physically, mentally as well as financially. the warranty also provided by your service center also expired during the long process of the the repairing. so it my last and final ultimatum to your company to provide me the phone as possible as early. otherwise I shall move to the Hon'ble Consumer Court to seek justice.

            Hello,
            Is the one unlucky customer who had worst product in my lifetime from m/s. Panasonic. (Panasonic washing machine-na-107vc4w01)

            Am almost am done with this machine.

            Staring 3 months it ran without any problem after that the machine has started to give series of problem which is still not yet resolved even for a single day after service.
            (Worst service and handling of the equipment in a very rough manner)

            The assigned service agency keeps on giving me assurance to correct the problem on urgent basis. Also being keeping faith on the brand me too innocently waited till today.

            Suddenly two days back got a call saying some pressure sensor is not available so again my machine is on hold.

            (All these days of waiting just gone to waste/ in-fact heart is broken when service men asked to pay service charge as my warranty period on the product is over now)
            (Just for applying cockroach spray that to on my cost/not even removing a single screw)
            Today writing this mail to your perusal to justify the faith we had on the panasonic brand.
            # just check how many complaints have registered through my mobile to your call centre: my mob no is +91 [protected]

            # this is the service man no +91 [protected] / +91 [protected] (Name mr. Chadra shekaran)

            # there one point reason - customer changed the address/not avilabe. (Send a msg saying complaint closed)

            # a purchase bill is attached for your ref.

            Now time has come to fight for the justification against the beloved brand name. I will lodge complaint in local police station then keeping this as base i ask for hefty compensation from the brand in the court.

              I Sreesh kumar Mazumder bought an Panasonic AC from Great Eastern, GoraBazar- kolkata-28 on 24/04/2016. After a week Due to less cooling i complanied to the service centre and it was immediately checked and found gas leakage. after repeated complain to the Dealer gas was filled up. 2/3 days after that i feel the same problem . The service provider found the same problem. I sent mail to the Panasonic India Pvt. Ltd fr changing the product. But they are not paying heed to my request. 2 months already passed but no solution yet. now i want to get refund the money from the dealer.

                Dear sir,

                This is to inform you that i have purchased panasonic split inverter ac, model no.: cu-tc18rky, batch: [protected]-[protected] si. No [protected] dated 22/10/2015 (Sales invoice no.6439, from shree krishna refrigeration, gandhi path, vaishali nagar, jaipur by exchanging of my old window ac at rs. 42000/-
                As it was installed in winter session so we are failed to check the actual effectiveness (Cooling) of the ac. However during the initial of summer it was not effective and in peak of summer (Above 40 degree), it was completely fail to provide cooling at 16 degree temperature where as my voltas ac is giving chilling cooling at 24 degree temperature
                It was not at all effective, i had complaint to panasonic customer care no [protected] on 16/04/2016, 2:58pm and they provided service request no. R[protected] and given assurance to resolve my complaint within 48hrs by panasonic service engineer.
                I had received the call next day from panasonic service engineer and i explained him about my problem also requesting him to resolve my concern on utmost priority. He shown his unwillingness to visit my home and to resolve my concern as i had purchase this ac from shree krishna refrigeration. He guided me to lounge your complaint with them only and they will take action.
                I have received a message on 17/04/2016, 1:28pm from panasonic customer care that “my service request has been cancelled due to customer not available/ reachable” i got surprised and failed to understand that how a company like panasonic can resolved a complaint without attending his precious customer.
                Again i called your cc at the same time and lounge my complaint and share the complete incident.Cc executive has given the new service request no. R[protected] and assured me for my complaint resolution.
                I had received a call from the same person and he talked me rudely and told he will not resolve my problem whatever you want to do please do. There after i have received the request cancelled message at 3:54pm on the same day.
                I shocked by the behavior of panasonic executive and again call your cc, they given a new service request no. R[protected]. On 18/04/2016, 8:52pm i have received a service request cancellation message due to customer not available/ reachable.

                I am fail to understand how such a branded product like panasonic is giving so much of problems and irresponsible towards the customer problem. The reason we are buying branded products is because of its reputation in the market and image.

                I need somebody to look into this very seriously and resolve my concern on utmost priority. Or i need to take it up elsewhere which i am ready to do since i have come to a point of frustration with your product.

                  I have purchased a mobile hand set of panasonic model eluga arc.
                  Due to miss handling my mobile screen is torn, so i ahve submit my said mobile for paid repairing at company authorized service center i. E. Om electronics located at sitabuldi nagpur on 05/05/2016.
                  At the time of submission of mobile they told me part cost and 1 week time to repair for that i was agreed and i was submit my mobile for repair.
                  After 8-9 i had start followup for the delivery of repaired mobile but till that i did get back my mobile from service center. Every time they r saying the part is not send by the company. Than i had made follow up with company customer care they are not giving any clear response.

                  Approx 2 months is passed away but as on date i did not get any proper reply or any date either from service center nor company customer care.
                  Imultaneously due to this delay i am also warranty time also even after paid repair.

                  I am fully frustrated with the company response.

                  Hence you are humbly requested to intervene the matter and give me the justis.

                    I had purchased a panasonic eluga z campaign gold model through online purchase from snap deal which was delivered on date
                    17 oct-2015. After use of the phone for six months the defect for auto on - off was detected. After submit of the product to the service center channel-4 and then to omm maa agency at-cuttack, odisha the defect was temporarily corrected. But again and again the same defect persist for which the product was send to costumer service at kolkata on dated 10.5.2016 and 1.6.2016 twice. After receipt of the product on dated 21.6.2016 the mobile worked for 02 days. Again the same problem persist. So i am again submitted the product to omm agency, cuttack, odisha for rectification of the problem on date 23.06.2016. It shows from the above facts that either the set is defective or the problem is not properly detected by the service personnel. So i have to run to service center since 2 months for rectification of the problem on my set, invoice copy of the purchase and costumer receipt of the service center is attached for your ready reference. If the problem is not properly addressed this time, either the cost of the set may kindly be returned to me or a new set of my existing model may be given other wise i will be compelled to go for consumer case against the company.

                      I have purchased a panasonic mobile set model t40. Although the set is only about a year old just outside the warranty period, its battery has stopped functioning. I tries to get a new battery from panasonic mobile dealers / service centres but the same is not available. Finally, left with no other choice, on 13.06.16, i placed order for the battery with one of the service centres namely arya infotech and paid advance against the booking. Still the battery could not be made available to me nor any definite date has been given as to when the same would be available. My work is suffering badly as my mobile is not working which contains a large number of information. I can not afford to buy a new mobile set just for want of battery in the existing mobile set.In future, i have decided not to go for panasonic mobiles any more. But i need help to atleast put this mobile set in operation.

                        I want to complain about my smartphone panasonic t40, it is a good phone but it's battery is not good. I purchased this phone last 10-11 months ago but at this stage battery start swollen. My battery is swollen more and more day by day. The back cover of the phone not set correctly. So, i wish to you sir that please replace my battery as soon as possible because my phone is under warranty.

                          I bought panasonic mobile in may 2015. It works well. Recently its not able to find the network so i gave my mobile to service center in chennai at vettri cell care. Dey said its a mother board issue so for da replacement i paid 2500rs after getting my mobile within 24 its again hanged not even able switch on the mobile they changed the battery and again i bought today i found the same not able open.

                            I have purchased panasonic p55 model mobile from snap deal on 22.02.2015 (Attached invoice).

                            I am using the mobile for the past 7 months.

                            Camera in the cell phone was not working since from the first month of purchase (Camera not working since march 2015 onwards).

                            It was showing “camera error”, cannot connect to the camera.

                            I have contacted panasonic customer care & they told it is the software issue & advised me to go to the service center & upgrade the software.

                            Based on their feedback, i went to panasonic service center in chennai - vettri cell care, t. Nagar, chennai –17 on 29.08.2015.

                            At the first instance of observation they also told the same thing as customer care people told, it is the software issue so i have handed over the mobile & waited for one hour.
                            Post sometime the technician said software is not getting updated and told he will check again and come back to me regarding the status of the mobile.. After that the service people told that there is some solid material inside the panel, so it will not come under warranty.

                            Then i told ok, i asked how much will it cost? They told they will check & confirm me.

                            Again after a long wait, the technician gave the mobile where the touch screen stopped working. I enquired what really happened to my mobile. They told the mobile is not working (Both touch and camera not working). Your service people are making your customer foolish and think they can do whatever they wanted.

                            They have also advised me to give the in the exchange for rs. 500 which is not there job assigned for.

                            Since yesterday i'm trying to lodge a complaint with panasonic customer care, the first level executive receive my call and being transferred to next level executive where there is no response from their side. They don't even attend the call from the customer. I was holding the call for 3 hours. This is the level of treatment being given to a customer which is not acceptable. I thought only service centre treat customer badly but even panasonic itself treats their customer very badly which cannot be accepted.

                            I had given the mobile for service to correct the camera issue but they have done some technical error which made touch function also not working.

                            I asked the person why it was done like that i told him to return the mobile as it condition i had given.

                            One senior technician came and fired me & my wife like anything used very harsh words which are not supposed to be used against any customer, he told to his receptionist to throw the mobile to me.

                            He told you can complaint to anybody, nothing can be done.

                            I told i cannot accept the mobile. After a long argument they have told me wait for some time, they have done some soldering work in the panel board but it was yielding any result. (Both touch and camera not working still).

                            After long wait for 4 hours in the service centre they told mobile is not ok & they need some more time to check and do something on the touch screen & assured to give me the mobile on monday (31/08/15).

                            My job sheet no: kjasptn090815pi365. Today[protected] i confirmed from panasonic customer care that my job sheet was closed on[protected] itself but no information from the service centre regarding my mobile even after repeated calling to them. Since monday (31/08/2015) i am following up with the service center but they are not giving any proper response till date and finally told they cannot repair the mobile phone and asks rs.9147 for repairing to be done.

                            After so many mails to panasonic, they have sent one contact details

                            I had given to united cell care at tambaram, chennai as per instruction given by mr. Karthik on 14.11.2015. Till date i haven’t got any update on my mobile status just sent quote for repairing, which was higher than the mobile cost.
                            I have told service centre kindly update me the status of my mobile whether it’s ready for collection from the service centre. Last time i visited on jan 23rd 2016 they said it’s yet to reach them, and it’s not yet repaired. Kindly let me know whether repairing is done and ready for collection from service centre ah?

                            That person name is praveen, his contact number is [protected] and told he would provide details of my mobile on 27th jan 2016. But he never called me back and nor attend my call to know the status of my mobile.

                              Had purchased panasonic lcd tv 32” 32c 22d worth 19120.87 from swamiimptex - surendranagar on 20th july 2011 and i am your loyal customer having 6 other products of panasonic itself. The television due to certain error stopped working before few days on which i registered a complaint to mr. Chetan chauhan through your customer care center and the complaint number is r[protected]. Your mechanic had visited for checking the television and told to call me back by evening but there was no response from your part and thus after waiting for 2 days i called back on which he mentioned that the damaged part is not available with the company. He even gave suggestion of replacement to which i agreed. Thus he told to call me back for the amount that company will be providing but again there was no response from him and i had to call him back at that time he informed that they will provide 10% refund which is too less for me so he had a discussion with his senior mr. Fransis at ahmedabad. Even i had a talk with him later on and he was really a rude and stubborn guy and didn’t know how to talk with customers. All he did was give a toll free consumer care number and not the solution to my complain.
                              My complaint in short is that:-
                              1] i am dissatisfied that the company does not have its parts. While i don’t want any other television as far as possible.
                              2] the replacement offer provided by you is very low it should be at least 50%.
                              3] your staff is really rude and dissatisfactory.

                              Please note due to above deficiency in service complainant has to suffer pain and mental torture under section 2 (1) (G) and 2 (1) (R) of consumer protection act that this notice is issued under the provision of civil law, penal law, the consumer protection act 1986 due to negligence and carelessness on your part. On failure of written response from your side within a week i will definitely take legal action by filling the case against company.

                                Purchased T44 from Cell City sector 16 Rohini Delhi on 26/05/2016 and on 93/06/16 noticed that its overheating while charging.hanging and show shadow lines on screen. I ummediately contacted shopkeper/panasonic service centre at sector 8 Rohini, Delhi India.They depositef my mobile and returned it to me on 15/06/16 . Its on 18/06/16 I facing the same provkem.

                                  My service request no. R[protected]. My led tv was not working and i gave a complaint for service centre. The engr who attended the call has informed that the panel has gone and on cost basis only it will be replaced. 10 days after the service centre informed me the cost of the panel would cost around rs.18000/- which also i accepted. But it was not replaced. After 3 days they said the panel was not available and asked me to select from 4 models and informed they will replace the tv itself. I selected one model th-32cs510d and they informed me to pay rs.2835/- by way of dd which i personally handed over to shreeraj electronics (Sorry to mention here that they have not given any acknowledgement) on 27/05/2016. At that time they told me the tv will be replaced in one week. But till date the tv is not replaced. Whenever i contact them they are giving some lame excuses and going on giving various contact numbers. But no response from anyone.
                                  Kindly tell me when my tv will be replaced. I am being forced to go to consumer forum for redressal of this complaint.

                                    मेने आपकी कंपनी की वॉशिंग मशीन Value Plus Retail Pvt Ltd C-21/1-25 Lajpath nagar Maldaia Varanasi से दि-06/01/2016 को खरीदी थी । लेकिन मशीन का ड्रम हर एक मिनट पर रुक जाता है, तथा कपड़े फाड़ देता है। बार -2 शिकायत दर्ज करने पर सर्विस सेंटर की तरफ से शिकायत पहले तो सुनते ही नहीं है । बार -2 फोन करने पर आते है लेकिन मशीन ठीक नहीं करते है । यह सिलसिला माह जनवरी से चार बार हो चुका है । आपके डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर सुनते भी नहीं है । बल्कि कहते है कि आप सर्विस सेंटर से बात करे हमसे अब कोई मतलब नहीं है, या अपनी शिकायत कंपनी में दर्ज कराये । सर्विस सेंटर बाले कहते है, कि यह वॉशिंग मशीन की समस्या दूर नहीं हो सकती है । इसमे उत्पादन के समय से ही समस्या है । इस मशीन को बदलना ही पड़ेगा । लेकिन वॉशिंग मशीन के विक्रेता Value Plus Retail Pvt Ltd C-21/1-25 Lajpath nagar Maldaia Varanasi इस बात को नजर अंदाज कर के उपभोगता को मूर्ख बना रहे है । जो की न्याय संगत नहीं है । सर यदि आपका तथा आपके डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर का व्यवहार यही रहा तो उपभोगता कठोर कदम उठाने पर मजबूर हो जाएगा एंव आपकी कंपनी के सामानो का उपभोग न करने के लिए मजबूर हो जायेगा ।

                                      My panasonic led tv 40B6D was repaired a month ago and technician visited our house and told mother board has gone and it should be replaced. It has been one month since he has taken the order and no reply from him or any service guy. If i call the customer care they say that technician will be visiting within 24hrs. This is worst service i have ever experienced. Shame on your brand and company who cannot give a proper service to customer

                                        I am in utter surprised by the refusal to repair my newly purchased digital camera by panasonic (Ind) in warranty, panasonic (Ind) registered the complaint under reference no: c[protected], but refused service under waranty., even though original purchase invoice had been produced, panasonic does not have a service center in my city guwahati within 1000km radius. Totoal hopeless service.

                                        On[protected], i purchased a digital camera of model dmc-s1gc-k, lumix s/l - wh1da00130xx from ebay.In (Online purchase). Now, thirty days back, it develops a functional error of zoom, i called your customer care on 27/05/2016 @[protected]. The customer care representative told me that they have only one asc for camera in guwahati, it is a. R infotech, ph - [protected]. When i call the asc, it informed me that they do not have necessary engineer to repair it, and told me to visit to another panasonic asc in my city guwahati, named as new digital world, then i went to this asc, i physically visited this asc, the attendee there informed me that they even do not repair camera, they just collected the product and use to send the same to kolkota city asc, it takes minimum 20 days. Hearing this, i returned without giving the camera, then called your panasonic executive mr. Mukut barman @[protected]. Mr. Mukut requested me to talk with the asc proprietor mukharjee and to visit the asc again. Then on 30th may'16, i visited twice to the asc, new digital world with the deffective unit, original invoice (Bearing model, s/l no.), three books, two cds, orginal cartoon box (Bearing model, s/l no.). Then, the asc proprietor mukherjee told to me that, they use to send the product to kolkota only, but to cover warranty, there is another waranty document required, which has not been provided to me from principal co. Nor the ebay.In. I requested him to cover waranty as the original invoice shows the model, s/l no. Plus the same has been reflected in the original cartoon box even. But, he refused to provide me warranty even though i had original product invoice. Then, i claim to the asc to give me a refusal letter that it will not give warranty of this product, but he refused me to provide this in written. Then, again i called to your panasonic executive mukut barman, as per his instruction, the asc took my invoice, take the photo of cartoon & camera and informed me that they will send request for a warranty approval. The same has been confirmed by mukut barman, further barman told me to wait another couple of days. But, the asc did not receive my camera. Then, i continuously followed up with mukut barman till seven days, also followed up with asc. Mr. Mukut barman avoided my ph calls and replied me with sms like "i am in cinema"/ "i am on leave", etc. Finally, on 6th june'2016, the asc new digital world called me and refused me the warranty of the product.

                                        So, what i understood, panasonic (Ind) is selling digital camera in northeast's gateway in guwahati city without a service center, they are managing a pick point only to send it to kolkota which is 1000km far from guwahat and requires a repairing of minimum 20 days.
                                        2ndly, they use to cheat customer who have original invoice of the product.
                                        3rdly, pansonic desnot have any quality manpower to handle the business product like digital camera in guwahati city.

                                        So, this is complete harassment of customer and a attitude of cheating propensity towards genuine purchase of the product through different business channels, further your service toll free/service center, etc. Use to misguide its customers.

                                        I hope panasonic will consider this case under warranty and confirm me in reply to stop further harassment towards me and quick service without further delay.
