i took a panasonic p55 novo in Sept.2015. Since first day it is giving problem.Now its microphone, speaker are not working properly.and it is getting hang again and again.I called your customer care center, that person give me address and contact details but that numbers are not existing.Please help me.I am tired now because of mobile problems.Give attension to this problem.Give replacement otherwise i want my money back.I took two piece.only one is giving problem.I went to your care centre which is in Nashik, he said that he cant give the guarantee.I want immidiate answer

    I purchased a refrigirator panasonic make from croma, t nagar, chennai on 15/01/14 for rs.17744. Model no. B295stw4, sl. No.[protected].
    Right from day 1, the vegetables stored were getting frost and were turning their colour to black. The beading around the door getting moist and fungi layers forming all around. Despite three visits by the service engineers, none of them had any clue but would do some miscellaneous manouvers and say now on it will be ok.
    By the time the one year warranty is over, situation worsened and one day the refrigirator compartment was not cooling properly. The executive from tollfree registered a complaint and sent the service engineer from robotechs electronics, chennai. He visited on 26/10/15 and changed the inside fan at a whopping inr 3200/-. He refused the give back the old fan and also just mentioned on the receipt as component charges inr 2800/-
    As the beading around the doors of the refrigirator were getting moist all around (We don't know why!), we once again complained and this time another new service engineer visited on 16/12/15 and charged 400/- and left saying the refrigirator is ok!.
    Again when the refrigirator was not getting cool and the food was perishing, we once again complained to toll free. This time the service engineer comes from shreeraj electronics chennai. The service engineer visited on 13/05/16 and charged inr 4500/-. Again the fan was changed and components name is not mentioned on the receipt. However after a heavy argument he parted with the old fan which he other wise wanted to take away with him.
    During all the above visits, the service engineers were not having a cue about what happened earlier, why the set is troubling frequently.
    So far i spent inr 8100/- on a product purchased at 17740/-, and not sure of the future of the product. The product is from panasonic.
    I know the kelvinator fridge working for 40 years in my uncle's house and feel pity on my self for having exchanged the videocon fridge which i had since 1994 to buy this panasonic product. The videocon was in good working condition after it served for 20 years.
    My prayer: let panasonic provide me with a new piece and return me the amount of 8100 spent by me.

      Hi,

      I had purchased my panasonic projector pt-ar100u about 1 year ago. After about 8 months o[censored]sage, the projector has given continuous problems. To resolve the problems i have been submitting my projector to the authorised service center peral systems in pune. The service provided by them was terrible. The following are the details of various problems encountered:

      1 24/02/2016 – problem: heating problem. Projector automatically.

      2 26/02/2016 – problem: hdmi port not working. Time to resolve 2 months
      After 8 days they said to take back my projector and informed me that they will call me when the necessary part is available with them.
      They called me and repaired the projector 14/05/2016. When i went home and checked the projector, the projector again started giving error of heating problem and went off after 5 mins.

      3 14/05/2016 – problem: heating problem. Projector automatically switches off after 5 mins. Status: not yet resolved

      Your company does not provide on-site service. Hence, every time i have to remove my wall mounted projector and take it to your service center which is not near to the place where i live. I have had to make 8 visits to the service center for dropping the projector with pearl systems and taking it back.

      Further, during my visit to pearl systems, i personally had seen that the technician over there was removing the hdmi cables and putting them back even when the projector was on. This might have caused damage to my projector. I believe that pearl systems is not staffed with proper technicians.

      I want an answer for the above stated problems caused to me. I want my projector to be examined by proper technicians or i want my projector to be replaced.

      Expecting the reply at the earliest.

        Dear sir/mam,
        I am vishal singh. I had purchased one panasonic split a/c 1.5 ton 3 star, model no. Cu-yc18pky on 12.06.2013. It has five years of warranty. After one year of purchase date, the cooling capacity of the a/c is going down day by day. I had made a complaint about cooling problem to panasonic customer care on 24 apr 2015 to till date. Their 4-6technicians are coming from previous one year. They say “we have checked the problem, we will discuss to our authority then after that we will call you and resolved your problem”. But after going to the technicians, no one is responded to operate the a/c and every time i got the message from panasonic customer care that your problem has been resolved. But my cooling problem is still there.
        From previous 1 year, the same process is going on. They are sending their technicians but problem is still there. All technicians are describing different problems. But no one is able to sort out the problem. Today it is the condition it is not working at all. If we say to do a service of a/c which is done after 5-6 months, they refuse to do it and say no need of it but it has been passed 1 year of get serviced. When we talk to their customer care centre, they say the same thing that we have mentioned your request and send you our technicians.
        So, therefore, it is requested from your kindself please get resolved my problem which i am facing from previous one year.

            I had purchased an ac of panasonic make on 23rd april, 2016 from sony mony electronics, neamatpur, district burdwan (Wb) being model no. Cs-uc18rky3-6 according to the bill, but according to the warranty card the model no. Is cu-uc18rky3-6.

            Consequently it was installed by some semi skilled persons on charge basis, though your coupon say that installation/demo service is privileged service offered by panasonic.

            I regret to say that the performance of the ac below par with other acs as i am not the first time ac user. The circuit breaker switches off frequently making abnormal noise during operation. Moreover when circuit breaker switches off, hot air is blown from the ac thereby making the room hot. Complain has been lodged with the dealer, but the same is not being attended to.

            I hope this complaint of mine will be attended to at an early date.

              I had filed a complaint about the water leakage in the indoor unit on 27th april, constant efforts to get it rectified was not possible. They had automatically cancelled the request after 10 day and asking me to re login the complaint. Painful service. This was not expected out of panasonic, one manger shabeer is never available on his mobile - always busy or disconnects the call. This is highly unacceptable

                Recently i was purchased two new panasonic air conditioner 1.5 ton inverter model (Model number cs-us18sky). From bharath electronics and appliance erode, tamilnadu. Date 03/05/2016.
                From day one 04/05/2016, i was faced indoor unit noise problem it was too high i can't able sleep peacefully. Many time i was requested for replacement of indoor unit, but still it was not rectified,
                With out complete my complaint request they closed my complaint.
                My both 2 air conditioners having same problem. Kindly stop this model cs-us18sky, in this model indoor unit total failure too noisy.
                I need other model indoor unit kindly provide me as soon as possible. Otherwise i will go to complaint in consumer court against panasonic.

                  I purchase Panasonic TV as its repeated brand but got very frustrated about this brand and serveries they are running in India. Very Very bad customer service i can call 3rd class service center in Pune. I lock my complaint on 25 march now its May 11. total 50 days over still my complaint not solved.
                  I purchase Panasonic 3d smart TV with 64000/- in just 2.5 years comes motherboard problem, I ask them it’s in extended warranty please replace same, but as per service center guys motherboard not available its stop manufacturing. my question is If Panasonic sale lots of TV then they should support all hardware life long.If not support they should replace me same configuration tv without any depreciation amount.
                  Now Panasonic saying they are depreciation done 50% how these policy not explain to customer while purchase?
                  I need new TV with same configuration from Panasonic if not need my money back.
                  Also I ask service center guys give me new TV model th-32ds500d but they are offering me 32cs510d with difference amount 2110.

                  Please help me to sort out same.

                      Dear sir,

                      I bought panasonic p66 mega mobile in february. After one month, there was a problem in charging. When i showed to panasonic service center, they told that battery needs to be change as there is a fault in battery. Due to non availability of battery, they placed an order for battery and said that it will be available within 30 days.
                      Now it have been more than a month and i still did not receive the battery. Last week when i call to the toll free number [protected], they said battery has been dispatched and i will get within 6 days. But i haven't received. Again after 7 days when i call today, they are again saying the same thing that battery has been dispatch and i will get within 6 days.
                      I want to know the exact status of my complaint as it has been more than a month and still it doesn't get resolved.

                      Hope to get a solution soon.

                        Please refer my request - R[protected] raised on 15th Apr-16. I have bought new Panasonic window a/c on 30th Mar-16 in Chennai. Within 15 days, experienced fault in the remote and manual operating board..the temperature, mode and other options keeps on changing automatically without any inputs. Raised the issue with the customer care and it was attended by local technician..who confirmed its board fault and will replace it immediately. But, till date i haven't received any call or replacement from the local service center or customer care.

                        Contacted customer care on 29th Apr-16 & 07th May-16, but got a typical response - " we are following it up and would be resolved soon". Wondering the meaning of SOON?

                        Customer care even shared the local service center manager's number - Naveen / Sathish. After speaking to them felt customer care is better in terms of response...very un-professional and rude behavior.

                        Bought Panasonic product with assumption of good quality product & service will be delivered..but, both are proved wrong as of now.

                        The company's worst service...made me loose my 5 day salary...they asked me to wait for the service and i waoted but the service people didnot turn up for service.. it was also the company's technicians cheating customers...and charging extra money and telling false complaints even if there is no complanit in the ac.

                          Dear sir, i purchase a led tv 29 inch on 5/10/2013. Company given me 3 year warranty. My led panal is not working on 25/12/2015. They repaired/changed on 11 jan2016. Again led panal is not working. I write a complaint panasonic customer care on 1 may 2016. Till date they not send an engineer to check led. I complaint to panasonic they tell us this parts of led panal is not manufactur by company then. They not reply me about repair my led. Please request to you repair or replace my led.

                            Dear Panasonic,

                            Please work on your customer handling as very poor services are there in many cities including Chandigarh and Noida. I have been to Noida service center few days back on the address mentioned on your website(i.e sector 27, noida) and no one was there to entertain finally I searched for another Panasonic service center in another sector 15, ''Shubham telecom" today I received my repaired phone back after 15 days when I just said to the customer care representative to just verify if my issue is resolved or not she simply said it is you pain to check and it is not to be verified at there end more over there are many customers visiting there but there is staff of only 2 people there to handle them. Really very disappointed Panasonic is a big name but very poor customer handling and very poor service centers.

                              This is regarding a complaint registered at your customer care on 1st of may 2016 vide ref no r[protected] against my airconditioner model no uc12pky purchased on 17/12/2013 from sound of music which was attended very fast within 2 hrs of call but was told about some problem with the capacitor and gas oil leakage which was promised to be serviced on pay by monday and an inspection charged was also paid to your authorise service agent named star air condition vide cash memo no 811 which was told that the amount will be adjusted after the needful service is done.
                              Monday passed away and inspite of regular follow up with service incharge mr.Sontu who again committed of sending the personnel by next day, failed .Ontuesday i was told that the service personnel have been sent for training and will definitely attend to my complaint by wednesday .Then i contacted the customer care and they provided me with another person's number called mr.Soumya basu who again promised me that the needful be done on thursday without fail but its been friday and my family including my 3 month child has fallen sick due to this tremendous heat as my room is on the terrace and we are suffering so badly, from today onwards noone is bothering to take up calls and no one is replying back also.
                              Is this the srevice provided by your so esteemed japanese company and i am using tv and another ac at my office of your brand only but i am extremely dissapointed by the service provided now what need to be done as it is 6 days already passed of our suffering

I have bought panasonic split ac after been told many lies by the showroom people.It has been only 2 months and the ac is not running now.So, at first i called the showroom people and they assured me for the repair as soon as possible.Then, they didnt send anyone to my place even after 2-3 days.After that again when i complained they told me that they have called the online number and sent a request.Since then they are referring me for next day next day but to no result .Till now, 2 technicians came since last 10 days but no result once again.They know nothing.One came with new pcb but of different model(They had even taken the photos of everything).After that i was provided the number of the manager sunitha but she didnt pick up. .They are not bothered of anything.I am asking you people for the service for which i have already paid a handsome amount not for free.What i do know now that they are not going to reply you or to provide any service after sales, only assurances and sympathy are provided.Its around 40-41 degree here at rajahmundry, ap and i am without any ac since last 11-12 days for which i have already paid.I am very disappointed with you people. Now, i dont have anything in mind except to appeal at the consumer court.I am really fed up. Panasonic india ltd. Is really the worst one.

                                  I have submitted my panasonic eluga L 4g smart phone at panasonic service center for repair on 5th march 2016...and till now they say that my phone is under process ...they are missguiding me by saying on every call since 24th march 2016 that your phone will be given back in 6-7 days ...but after the period is over they just extend it to more 6 days ...i am fed up with it and now planning to complain in consumer forum...

                                    This with reference to service call request no.R[protected] and r[protected].

                                    The 1st complaint registered on 22.04.2016 but still ac is not in working condition and the local coimbatore service in charge (Mr. Raghuman ph no.[protected] is telling over phone the required spares (Timing sensor) is yet to receive from the concern panasonic factory.

                                    I am really surprised that the reputed concern of m/s panasonic will have such spares supply issues.

                                    Why as an end customer has to suffer a lot last 10 days after investing the nearest half lakh rupees in m/s. Panasonic product in this peak summer.

                                    I don't know this is a right place to register this, but still i hope m/s.Panasonic will take it seriously and settle this issue immediately.

                                      For Panasonic Mobile Phone that I purchased
                                      Model - Panasonic Eluga Switch
                                      Not even a month for the purchase of the said product, the internal defects damaged the entire working of the phone. The display automatically got washed away without any apparent reason.

                                      Also, the earphones provided with the phone do not give good results and ironically the earphones provided were embossed with the brand name JBL.

                                      Also, new sealed box never had screen guard inside which was specifically stated to be given by the company inside the box and the same was written in the component specifications.

                                        Installed yc12rkyt3 - 1 ac yesterday. Room size is 12 x 12 feet. Indoor unit fitted about 7feet height. The bet is situated near the wall the ac is fitted. But the cool air from the ac is not getting to the bed. If the bet is put in the middle of the room. The cool air is not coming to the bed. The air is directly go to the opposite wall direction. When the swing position is lower, the air goes to the opposite wall and it the swing position is on the top position, the cold air goes to the opposite direction about 5/6 feet height. The air swing direction is not coming to the floor area. The cold air goes to opposite direction and cools the opposite wall. Other area is not cooling.
