I am a regular customer of panasonic, i uses many products of panasonic because of quality of your product . But I think you cannot keep the quality of service. I think this because of one incident. I purchsed a Fidge with product code NRAH181MT1N few years back. The cover of Freezer broken when we open it. then I reached the Panasonic Service Centre, Pixels Panasonic Service plaza TC 14/431, Planthara, Opp: AR Police camp, nandavanam Road, Thiruvananthapuram in november 2015 and order the freezer door of the above product Code. But i received till date. I went there many times, call them many times but they says different reasons - shipping problem, delivery problem etc. I dont know what is the exact reason The said they will call me .But till date they did not reimidedwith even a phone call. It is inconvenient to work with the fridge without the door. I think i get a positive response from your end.

          After updating Panasonic eluga icon new version Phone contacts, call log, msg hanging problem.
          Incoming calls don't show on display & in notification.
          Display becomes idle. Only black screen is visible. Contact does not support & have to stop or close it. After sometimes it becomes normal. Loading contacts, log, msg phone works normally & shows notification. But it happens in every incoming call

            Please be advised that we got installed on 10.03.2016, and your technician had cut our main wire and we had to shred another Rs.1500/- to get things sorted out after 3 days of installation.
            1. I paid Rs.2000/- to your technician and got receipt for only Rs. 1850/- (KOL/55/15 dated 10.03.[protected].
            2. I have all the photographs of the cut wire and burnt wire.
            3. I had to pay to electrician for each visit @150/- and the technician promised to come at 02:30 on Sunday 14.03.2016 and finally arrived at 17:00 hrs I had to shred waiting charge for our electrician as well.

            Please treat as friendly reminder, if I do not hear in the next 48 hours from you I will be bound to approach "Consumer Forum" with all the attachments and recordings.

              I purchased mobile on 24/01/16 - 14.03 pm from Reliance Digital, Borivali(West), Mumbai store. The mobile stopped working in one month. I contacted service centre Jaina Marketing Associates, Borivali(West), Mumbai, who took the mobile and sent it to Delhi on 29/02/16.
              My jobsheet no is KJASPMH522216P18163 dt 29/02/2016.
              Service Centre staff is quite arrogant and even basic infrastructure do not exist (fan required for customers so that the place is not uncomfortable where there is no place for proper air circulation).
              I was told that the motherboard of the phone is not working and since the purchase is more than a week old the product will be repaired and given to me. I fail to understand Why the warranty for replacement of phone is only one week. No written document / policy was available with Jaina Marketing Associates from Panasonic India to support this one week replacement policy.
              I wish to have refund of my money Rs.7, 599/- which I paid to Reliance Digital as I am not happy with the product / service.

                I have given my mobile phone panasonic eluga s of imei no. [protected], [protected] for service on 22 January and they have repaired that mobile in 45 days. When the mobile comes to me, this a another problem of frequently on off, which was not in this earlier and they want more days and rupees to repair this for a problem which was caused by them

                  I had purchased PANASONIC air conditioner on 27/3/2015 from Vijay Sales, Goregoan Mumbai. Almost 6 months and I face the problem of gas leakage. The gas was refilled. Now again in February i.e with in 3 month I faced the problem again . Though the gas was refilled again, now the cooling is not very effective. I have launched a complain once again .

                  This kind of product quality is not expected from a reputed brand like Panasonic. Why should I not purchase a brand like Bluestar or Voltas? The gas has leaked twice within a year of purchase. Also the cooling is not up to the mark now. The quality of the cooling coil is very poor and substandard. Panasonic looks worse than bluestar / voltas to me.

                  Just gas filling is not enough I guess . Please replace the cooling coil as well.

                    Almost by Dec end, our washing machine got damaged and called up the technician, but since then there was no proper servicing and no initiation from the service people.
                    We had to make calls repeatedly, and everytime they will come, check and give different opinion regarding the machine status;

                    1. One technician said the bellow of the machine is damaged.
                    2. Another day, another person said, that both the bellow, and motor got rusted.


                    Then finally by Jan mid, we had to transport the machine to the service centre, and they promised they will repair it within one week.

                    But that took a month. Just imagine our disappointment. ( For the delay they gave us the excuse, that it takes time to procure spare parts from Chennai)

                    We got the machine by Feb 8th, and paid 3050.

                    Now exactly after a month, we are facing the same problem, and even after repeated calls to the service centre we are not getting any satisfying response.
                    We are really frustrated with such kind of service, are we sitting idle for handling such issues daily ?. It has been such a big disturbance in our daily routine.

                    I'm attaching the present situation of the machine, and also the invoice copy of the previous months repair work.

                      Hello,

                      I got a Panasonic LED 32 INC on 29 September 2013 with a warranty of 3 years. On 5th March-16 I logged a call with the issue for TV and the person came to check. He took away the mother board and said it will be repaired or they will check. On Monday 14th March I call one of the POC and he said that the mother board need to be replaced and company is looking into this. Now after 2 -3 follow ups they said that the model is now not in making and this cannot be repaired and now you will get a new TV new model but you need pay the difference. What is the point of warranty when you will not replace and charge your customer for the difference. If this is a company policy why this is not told at the time of selling the product. Infact when the representative came for demo, he never talked about this policy as well. I feel like cheated and never recommend Panasonic product to anyone in my life.

                        I have a Panasonic LED TV, model TH-C 32C 55 D, bought in June 2013. The trouble started on Feb 06, 2016. The picture was not clear and the colors were a smudge. A complaint was lodged and after persuasion and killing my SUNDAY, the Panasonic person arrived, reluctantly. He diagnosed it as "motherboard issue" and repaired. It was a paid call. The same trouble recurred within 10 days or so. The technician visited and fixed it as earlier. Again on March 06, 2016, the TV relapsed with the same trouble. I was asked by the technician to take the TV to the service centre as he was unable to fix it on his visits. I took the TV set to the workshop, about 15 KM away. I was asked to wait. After a while, one gentleman came out to tell me that some delay will take place as a meeting was going on. The National Head of Company was visiting! Finally, I was told that the problem could not be fixed and I will be called when the TV was repaired. As no call came, I called up to be told that mother board needs to be replaced. Another round of calls and I get to know by the workshop head that the mother board for this model is not available and may not be available at all. I was asked to wait for a week or to replace the motherboard with an inferior one, without woofer. The call centre was rude and I am hijacked by the bad product, company and service.

                          I have Panasonic P55 NOVO 2GB, this mobile buy 21/10/15 . IMEI NO.[protected] I am facing lot of problems, during the meeting when I want to call somebody contact list going to hang. Internet also not support properly. Many time whats apps also hang . Last two month I am facing the problems. Please help to us my brother also facing same problems.

                            Purchased mobile of Panasonic P55 Novo on 11/1/16 within one month found defective and sent for repair of DKG Software and solutions, Somdutt Building, Kanpur on 10/2/16, today is 9/3/16. Till date the service center say that your phone is at head office. It is not repaired yet. Another 20 days are required.
                            REQUEST : EITHER REPAIR IT SOON OR REPLACE IT WITH THE NEW ONE.
                            THE PANASONIC MOBILE COMPANY is having very poor after sales service.

                            Panasonic Mobile Company is selling very poor quality products in Kanpur (U.P.) and it is having worst AFTER SALES SERVICE. They company is doing fraud with the customers.
                            Bought the mobile on 11/1/16 within one month it is found defective sent to service center on 10/2/16. Today is 9/3/16. The service center say your mobile is at head office. They say THEY DON'T KNOW WHERE IS THE HEAD OFFICE. It will take another 25 days for repairs.
                            REQUEST : EITHER REPAIR IT SOON OR REPLACE IT WITH THE NEW ONE.

                              I am regular consumer of panasonic products.. lastly i purchase panasonic eluga turbo but i got a defective piece, its camera description is 13 mp rear camera but its like a vga camera... i complain on service centre so they send my phone to Hyderabad but they not even check it and send it back... i am very upset from this company and its service now... now i am going to case on consumer court as well as i will apply RTI against the product to do case on company and i will not purchase any product in future.. seriously i was a brand loyal of this company and its product but now the service has change my all views

                                I am Bay A mobile phone from panasonic company on date 17/06/2015. but some time gone display problem in my phone so i have send mobile company service center Basti U. P. Location on date 24/09/2015. I have received a new mobile from company after 1 month but i am facing agian same problem in this mobile so i have Resend mobile phone to company on date 10/02/2016 but i am till not received our phone. so i am facing lot of problem please help me and do the needful as soon as possible.

                                  My Panasonic TV Backlight issue was detected by Panasonic service technician in January 2nd week and repaired at charges.
                                  Within a week of repair there was again an issue with the backlight, which was attended by a panasonic service technician and resolved free of cost, in line with panasonics policy.
                                  After a week, the issue has again cropped up and panasonic seems intent on charging me for the same this time.

                                  Is it not panasonics fault that the repair didnt even last 7 days? within a month the same problem has occured thrice. I suspect that the problem was not attended to properly by the service centre technician, who was also abusive during the second visit at home.

                                  I am sad that i bought a panasonic TV, the brand has become unreliable and the service is unworthy.

                                      Hi,

                                      I raised complaint almost two months back for service, engineer visited the place and take fifty rupees as service charge. After few days service center telling we won't get spare parts if product less than five years only they are offering spare parts to the product.

                                      I don't know which government gave licence to the Panasonic brand to sell their product in the Indian market without offering spare parts.

                                      Panasonic is fraud company, cheating customer like anything. My first purchase itself worst experience.

                                      I Purchase Micro oven in 1st Jan 2009 in Pondicherry for the cost of 18000 rupees. We won't user our Oven frequently or daily bases, condition of oven is good only. Suddenly oven become dead condition so i called to the customer care and requested for service. Simply they are asking invoice copy for depreciation initially, i told to them sorry i don't have it. They telling without invoice copy we can't do anything for u. later after long search i found that invoice copy again requested for service. Simply they are telling we won't get spare part for that product so we cant do anything for that.


                                      For This case who i will blame whether the Government of India or Panasonic Brand. Without Spare Parts how they selling product in market this many years.
                                      I am not Rich People simply if product is not working means we have throw away, every single rupees earn after long struggle.

                                      Panasonic and Government of india are thinking people of country are Mad.
                                      Me not rich to take this issue to consumer court and don't have time also.

                                      Who will take responsibility for this kind of issue. Panasonic Brand is fraud in their activity. i have all proofs me going to share this things to all social media to create awareness that don't go with Panasonic Brand to buy any product. Worst in Service and Customer handling.

                                        on 25th feb. 2016 through Amazon on line shopping. The above Mobile Set was sold by
                                        Seven Star Infosystem, Village: taoru Distt. Mewat-122105, Haryana. From the 1st day I have been facing problem with the mobile phome’s camera.
                                        In view of the same, I request you to please arrange to get my mobile set repaired or change the hand set. Further please guide me immediately how I could get the problem resolved because Amazon is totally unresponsive on my emails & phone requests on above stated problem.
