Dear sir,
I purchased a Panasonic Eluga S in the month January 2015. But from the month of November to December am facing network with the set. Display problem (white sport in display and batrrey charging problem) So I consulted with the Authorised Service Centre at Fridabad and they suggested me to send it to the company. Accordingly I submitted my mobile set at the Service Centre on 23 January and the company got it on . From thereon I am regularly contacting with the Customer Care they informed me that I would get the set within 15 days. But till date (23/02/2016) I have not got my set back. Whenever I asked about they just inform me that it's under repair and tell me to call 3/4 days later. Again and again they murmur the same words. Then being desperate I contacted with the Service Centre at Fridabad. He is also giving so many excuses and whenever I contact with him he is always saying the same words "I am sending your set today or tomorrow". Now-a-days he does not receive my call. So I have decided to go the Consumer's Forum and am going to lodge a complaint against the company. I am suggesting everybody not to purchase any kind of Panasonic product - it's totally wastage of your money. And now I am not ready to repair .panasonic services is very bad service .I want to only replacement my phone.so pls replace my phone between one and two days. Your service is very bad service.

    Mobile is found defective within one month of purchase. Sent for repairs on 10/2/16 Today is 26th Feb, still the service center needs 25 days for repairs.
    very poor after sales service is provided by the company. Nobody is bothered

        Panasonic Company is giving worst after sales service. Within one month of purchase it went out of order. Sent for repair in Company Registered service Center. DKG software and service solutions, Somdutt Building, Kanpur on 10/1/16. They say another 25 days will take from today i.e. 24/2/16.
        Company is very irresponsible for After Sales Services. Products are also not up to the mark.
        REQUEST : EITHER COMPANY REPAIR IT SOON OR REPLACE IT WITH THE NEW ONE.

        No response from the company. The problem is not resolved. They are still asking to wait for another 25 days. The company is having no concern for the customers. I need a mobile. either company repair it soon or replace it with the new one. PLEASE NOTE THE PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED.

            I bought above mobile on 11/1/16. Your Service Center DKG SOFTWARE AND
            SERVICES SOLUTIONS, situated at Somdutt Building, Kanpur found it defective
            and took if for service on 10/2/16. Please see that within one month it went
            defective.
            The above service center say it will take another 25 days.
            REQUEST : IF IT CAN'T BE REPAIRED EARLY. PLEASE REPLACE IT WITH

              Date 11/1/16
              Found defective and given to DKG Software and Service Centre, Somdutt Building
              Kanpur Date 10/2/16.
              Till date they have not repaired the mobile and given back to me.
              Today is 23/2/16.
              I am in strong need of mobile.

                Hi,

                I have purchased LED TV THL-32E5D on 13th Jun 2013 for 33, 000.00. LED's panel got damaged in Dec 2015, for which I have launched complaint C[protected] on 10th of Jan 2016. Company account show that panel is available however physical stock is not available. I have asked them to change panel and I am ready to pay panel cost to company.

                However do to Non availability of panel company given me option to purchase new LED for which they are asking me to pay 16, 500 after depreciation of old LED and 17, 000 for panel cost. which is unethical as I will end up paying almost 33K which is costly than the new LED available in Market.

                To provide above option they took almost 1 1/2 month which was mental harassment for me, as I have told company on first day itself that the part is damaged.

                I need help:

                1. Company should replace LED panel and take money. Or
                2. Company should give me new LED with in exchange of old and will pay 17K for damaged part.

                Also looking for compensation for mental harassment so company should not do this again with anyone.

                    Hello There,

                    I am Rahul From Indore.

                    First of all Panasonic smartphone P41 HD got hardware problem before 2 month of warranty period. Than when i submitted to service center they said your phone will be repaired with 15 days. But i got my phone after 50 days of submitting... and that too in very bad condition:-

                    1) They not repaired my problem which was there. Again Same Problem.

                    2) They installed so rubbish apps like - sex position. sexy wallpapers, hot bobs etc.. which cant be uninstalled.

                    3) They taken my screen glass worth Rs. 529 and not given anything + torned speaker cover inside + changed side panel with very bad scrateches.

                    4) Phone starts downloading apps automatically when turn on WiFi.

                    5) Phone is hanging in every 2 minute and getting restarted automatically.

                    After so much this prblms i want refund or replacement of my phone... Pls help me.. I want justice...

                          I have bought one microwave oven months back but withing a weeks time inside glass tray has been brocken while preparing cake at 170 degree temprature.

                          i have given a compliant on 28th Jan 2016 but now 20 days over nobody from Panasonic visited my premise to resolve this issue.

                          I am calling their customer care every day but same old story from them..."will call you next 24 Hrs"

                          worst worst worst customer service and their senior service managers Nandakishore & Vignesh are useless interms of commting to customer.

                                  I had been working in Abu Dhabi for more than 15 years. After losing my job I settled in Aluva, Kochi, Kerala. On 26/10/15, while watching TV, my TV suddenly switched off. In spite of trying many times it still didn’t switch on. On 27/10/15 I registered my complaint at Panasonic Service Centre ( Kaloor, Kochi branch –[protected] and they sent a service man on the same day. After checking for 10 minutes, he said that the PC board is not working. He left by saying that he’ll check whether the part is there in the store or not.

                                  On 31/10/15, I got a mail from the Service Centre that they don’t have the part and they asked me to arrange it myself. I contacted my friend in Dubai and got the part after 2 months . I got the part on 31/12/15 and informed the Service Centre on 02/01/16 . On 04/01/16, two servicemen again came and fixed the part. After fixing the part the TV still didn’t switch on. They then said that the problem wasn’t in the PC board but in the power unit.

                                  They took the power board by saying that they’d fix it in a day or two. After that each time I used to call them[protected], They would keep my call on hold for 5-10 minutes and then would just keep making excuses.

                                  On 09/01/16, I complained in the toll free number and again they assured me that they would solve the problem. On 11/01/16, when I complained, they asked me to contact the Asst Service Manager, Mr Suneer ( [protected] ), Who said he would return the part to me but he didn’t. After complaining so many times, Mr. Karthik Sreevastava ( Delhi Toll free) promised me to solve the problem immediately after 30 days. On 01/02/16, they fixed the part back and said that they cannot repair the TV as I purchased it abroad and the part is nowhere found in India. I got calls from Delhi saying that they would send men to fix it, but no one came.

                                  My only concern is why they couldn’t tell me this in the beginning. I spent AED 550 ( RS.10, 300) on this part only cause the service centre asked me to do so. If they weren’t sure of it, why did they ask me to do all this. They wasted 4 months of mine on an issue they weren’t even sure of. I either want a solution to this problem or refund the money that I had to spend due to them.

                                  I’m waiting to hear from you with the hope that you will solve my problem ( Either fix the TV or refund the money ). If not I’ll be forced to take this problem to the consumer court.

                                    Panasonic has a very bad product quality, in my co We have purchased 3 AC which got crashed in 2 to 3 years

                                    One more bad experience i got while i purchased an LCD TV on 29.09.2012 which got crashed 3 to 4 days ago.

                                    SO i request you to kindly take some stringent action against panasonic or help me to sue the company.

                                      On 26th January 2016 I bought a Panasonic 2.1 Channel Speaker System from E-Zone at E-Mall, Kolkata. It was installed by Panasonic’s technician Mr Chanchal Das on 28th January 2016. After installation Mr Das informed that the system was defective as its USB port was not functioning. The matter was reported to both Panasonic and E-Zone with a request to replace the system as it was a manufacturing defect in a brand new product that came in a sealed pack. However, Panasonic insisted that the set cannot be replaced and asked their technician to open the set and replace some vital parts. I was forced to accept this as a solution.
                                      The entire episode has left a very bad impression about Panasonic’s products and its ways of handling customers.

                                        As i had purchase 20th Jan 16 from Amazon, in that Hands free is not working than after i was going to service station at Himalaya Mall, Ahmadabad, Gujarat your people are saying that we will replace this hands free but you are received after 12 to 14 days and there is no guaranteed that you are getting same Hands free so i just want to ask you if i am buying P55 Novo 2GB than why you should not provide me same mobile Hands free and 2nd thing i was getting this phone within 3 days and if i am facing problem with new phone your people are saying it will takes more than 10 days how it is possible??

                                        My previous experience of purchase of Panasonic LCD 32" of trouble-free viewing forced my mindset to go for Panasonic LED. However, kindly peruse the following :

                                        Purchased Panasonic A400D (TP) on 04.05.2015 from Snehanjali, Kandivili-(W), Mumbai -67 vide Invoice no. K500528S, dated 04.05.2015.

                                        LED had on 14.05.2015 gone out of order with failure of LED panel, as informed by technician with very limited electronics knowledge & the same technician had asked for One Month for repair. I requested to give me replacement at the earliest. The LED is having problems time and again. Technician had also advised to get it replaced. In future what would develop is unknown.

                                        On 16.06, the TV did not start. Complaint was lodged with the dealer and they informed us that technicians would visit on 17th. On visit by technician, on 16th itself he informed that the mother board is faulty and would take two working days. He was again asked to replace this ever occurring faulty set to which he replied that it is done only from Dadri Office and it is a lengthy procedure. The replacement of mother board would take at least a weeks time. On third day when the technician was contacted, he gave excuses of rainy season and asked to talk to Panasonic Dadri Office. The dealing executive at Dadri Officein formed and continued the technicians version of rainy season and it may take more than 10 to 15 days. However, there was yet to be a positive response. Blank screen continued to persist and stare at our faces. For a multi-national Co. seems it is very disgusting to even repair a new TV set becoming inoperative and cannot be attended by employed Indian technicians.

                                        On 07.10.2015, LED again went bust with no on-screen reception. On complaint to Dadri office thro' mail, technician visited from Mumbai Service Centre and informed of LED panel failure again, since the last repair of June 2016. It was informed of replacement of LED panel would take 20 days subject to issue of new LED pane from Dadri Office. However after 10 days agony, finally repaired on 17.10.2015,

                                        Numerous mails to higher authorities based in Chennai have fallen on blind eyes with no response at all. Dadri Office simply responds with their standard printed mails for customer pacification.

                                        LED went defunct again on 04.02.2016, and there was no reception on screen. The TV stand by light was simply blinking and the agony had again started. It was requested that the faulty unit may be replaced, but the consumer is being harassed, for no reasons, with repeated earlier mails requesting for replacement. this being the fourth occasion the LED has developed snag despite replacing mother board, LED circuit twice etc.

                                        For a giant multi-national, the behavior seems orthodox with employing and training Indian persons least bothered for customer satisfaction.

                                        Does not Panasonic have reason for this repeated faults or are bent on agonizing / harassing customers ?

                                        Does not Panasonic employ skilled and adapt technicians who would positively advise senior management officials of the recurring fault?

                                        Is Panasonic devoid of technology failure to ensure trouble-free viewing being the democratic right of consumer?

                                        Is there no team of experts in Panasonic to at least cater to such complaints recurring in nature ?

                                        Through various of my dated mails, I have deeply expressed disinterest in using the product any more until replacement is ensured at the earliest. or GUARANTEE FAULT-FREE reception & viewing, this fault being fourth occasion in nine months since purchase.

                                        Blatant lies are made by Dadri Office in conveying thro mail that service teams are en-route for repair job, but are unable to contact my given mobile no. I was never contacted on my given no. by any technicians of service center. However I did receive calls from Dadri office thrice and Mumbai office twice, for which I have saved the call records. My daughter had contacted Mumbai Helpline:[protected] ;[protected], on day of lodging the complaint - 04.02.2016 - in regard to which she was asked the visit would not be possible for at least two days. Name of Technician could not be ascertained. Hence your assurance of your technicians en-route and not receiving calls on given contact no. is totally incorrect.

                                        Finally, technician visited around 12.30 hrs on 05.02.2016, and informed of failure of LED panel - WHICH IS FOR THE SECOND TIME IN THREE MONTH - ! it would take at least 20 days subject to receipt of spare from your Noida Centre.
