Service request No. for LCD/LED - R[protected] dtd. 9 December, 2015. Hi, I had made a complaint at your Call Centre on 9th December, 2015, about my Panasonic LED TV 42", Model NO. LEDTH-42A410D, which was under the Warranty Period. The TV had stopped functioning, i.e. the picture quality was distorted. I have been regularly following it up since then with your Customer Services, however till date the TV has not been repaired or replaced. The TV mechanic who did visit our residence, checked the TV and said that a part was to be replaced, but would take some time to procure. But till date the COMPLAINT, still stands as it is and there has been no action or solution provided from Panasonic. In the meanwhile we have further signed up for an AMC for an amount of Rs. 13, 500/-, i.e. EWC - [protected] for Panasonic product - I4QCN06224, which is valid now from 14 Dec. 2015 upto 13 Dec. 2018. Every time that we phoned up to query on the status of the COMPLAINT, it was the same reply, 'No Part'. No doubt I got calls and false assurances from your Service Centre & Panasonic Offices at Delhi, to inform me that my replacement LED TV has arrived at the Service Centre. However, your Service Centre Associate had then informed me that to get the replacement TV, I would have to pay them an amount of Rs. 7, 100/- approx. to get the TV replaced. I was surprised that I am being asked to pay for the replacement, when the Panasonic TV was still in the warranty period. And as per your warranty the TV would be either repaired or replaced within the one year warranty period. I have paid an amount of Rs. 50, 000/- for the TV, this is including the exchanging of the Old LED TV. I would expect that the Panasonic TV would at least have lasted me for a period of 50 months, if not more. But the TV has not lasted me for 12 months. It is now 1 month 4 days i.e. 34 days to be exact, since my complaint, and so far the TV has NOT been repaired or replaced. Besides this, I still pay for the cable TV, which I am unable to use or view, as I do not have a functioning TV set. And due to the non-functioning of the Set Top Box, that too has got spoilt, for which I had paid Rs. 6, 000/-. Who is going to pay for these damages?? On 23 December, 2015, I was informed by your Customer Services Associate Abhishek, over phone and via email that we have to pay the difference amount of Rs.2, 911/- for upgrade model and I agreed to the same. The Demand draft for Rs. 2, 911/- was made in the name of Panasonic Mumbai, Demand Draft # 249909 drawn on State Bank of India, dtd. 5th Jan. 2016, in favour of 'Panasonic India Pvt. Ltd.' for Rs. 2, 911/- (Rupees two thousand nine hundred & eleven only), and was collected by your represented on 6th Jan. 2016, from my residence. This was also intimated to Abhishek via email as confirmation. I am very very disappointed with the after sales services provided by Panasonic. The replies to my complaint were prompt from your end. But it is NOT replies that I am looking for, I am asking for simultaneous quick & prompt actions to be taken for repairing OR replacing the TV. I received a call from Abhishek, your Customer Service Associate, on Sat. 9 Jan. 2016, at around 2.45 p.m. to inform that the replacement TV would be delivered at our residence on Saturday. And before it is delivered the concerned personnel would call and inform. However no TV was delivered on Saturday and no call received. As now i.e. today, I have received no intimation as to whether the TV would be delivered at all or it is on the way. I am requesting you to kindly look into this and have the TV repaired or replaced, as is the standard procedure. As a CONSUMER, I have PAID AND fulfilled all the terms and conditions that Panasonic has put to us. WHEN IS PANASONIC GOING TO OBLIGE & FULFILL ITS PROMISES AS PER THEIR WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITONS??? The Panasonic tag line says – “A BETTER LIFE, A BETTER WORLD. SOLUTIONS FOR A BETTER WORLD.” You need to CHANGE this, so far Panasonic has NOT provided a better life or a better solution to me. Hi, My Complaint has been resolved. Panasonic has sent me the Replacement LED TV on Friday 15 Jan. 2016. The company executive at Delhi had called me and assured me that the TV would be replaced and they have kept their promise. The person who has assisted me is Varun Singh 7838651111 Customer Service.     This is to bring to your kind attention my led tv mentioned above is not working which was purchased from subsidiary central police canteen nandavanam, trivandrum bill no-40169/2014 dt 03/09/2014. I called the toll free coustmer care and registered a compliant
    No-r[protected]. The service person came to check the tv and said the panel and board need to replaced. I said that my tv is under the warranty but the service person after checking his office informed that my led tv warranty expired as warranty is only for one year
    The warranty coupon i got during the purchase clearly states that my tv has 2 year warranty the same was registered at the time of installation

    I request you to consider my warranty card and do the service of my led tv under the promised warranty at the earliest. If i don't receive a favorable replay from your end, i will forced to approach the consumer court

The mobile has been given to the authorized service center at Ernakulam, Kerala. Despite repeated follow up, the mobile was not repaired / replaced /refunded till now....

      Hello Senior authority Panasonic india,

      I bought a Panasonic Eluga phone on July 6th 2015 from the first day I was facing problems with the phone. I have Submitted on 26.11.2015 my Panasonic Eluga IMEI No. [protected] to local service centre for within warranty repairing due to some manufacturing defect. Job Sheet No. KJASPDL0861115PI39512. Whenever I call any executive he asks me to wait for 4-5 days, It’s been 1 and half months I still not received my mobile phone repaired and Back. And each and every time I connect to Panasonic Customer care [protected], they tell me only status of mobile is under repairing status.

        My self Supriyo Halder From Howrah i have purchase a 29 inch LED panasonic TV From Great Estern Near about 2 years Before and they Provide me 3 years warranty.Few mounth before my TV not working properly, i given a call to the customer care they taken my tv several time for service but they did not able to fix it. Now they told me they will replease my Tv with 28 inch LED and i have to Pay Rs 7010/- for That. What can i do please advice me.

          Hi, Near about 8 month back purchased a panasonic gd25c mobile phone. at the very beginning which was working fine. after a month start giving white screen in between, while end of the call, after a week giving white screen even at the time of call also. then after a month its start giving some software updating screens. finally which got full dead on 7th month. When i given the phone for servicing on iQor mg road gurgaon (panasonic authorized service center) on 22nd December 2015. A lady named Vineeta, she agreed to provide my phone back within 7 to 10 days. On 4th Jan 2016 when i contacted they informed they need one more week. Same time when i contacted panasonic customer care. they where saying the phone not reached there head office for servicing. Still these days there was no response from iQor service center or even JainaIndia or from panasonic.           Even i am facing the same problem but panasonic not providing solution for the white screen issue.

            Sir, touchpad of my mobile phone panasonic t40 was cracked so i submitted my mobile on 18th may 2015 for repair in service point in allahabad, uttar pradesh name BRBM Teleservices .                 I regret to inform that i am facing serious issue from Panasonic Team and after all hope lost i am
                force to write this mail to you all...Request to kindly support and provide solution at the
                earliest.

                I will brief you the following point which will make u easier to understand

                *I have purchased Panasonic Fridge which was working fine for few months and suddenly stopped
                functioning.

                *I lodged a complain to your service center

                *Your technician visited and charged me for same further advise me for change of faulty circuit.

                * I agreed for same and am ready to pay for the parts and wanted this fridge to start asap.

                * I am surprise a Global co like Panasonic writes back that they dont have spars for a fridge which is
                hardly old.
                * After few days your team reverted that we are not in position to repair as parts not available hence
                requesting to replace the fridge...I agreed for same and they told that may be you may not get same
                model but similar to it and may have to pay the difference if any which i also agreed.

                * They asked me for bill dealer invoice which i have given them for their support...In Delivery
                Challan my son name and address is available, In Invoice/bill the model nos and amount of fridge is
                very well seen, The warranty card also shows the same details.
                I am once again attaching the records shared.

                Sir from very first mail i have been saying that i am ready to pay the charges pls provide me
                replacement or get it repair...Pls help i cannot keep dead fridge 6.0 feet 350 ltrs+ ideal
                I am once again mentioning that i am ready to pay repair or replace difference charges...Pls Help

                  Phone will get switch OFF totally with two to three hours of none operation and In night time even with 60% charge by early morning system will get off and entire battery drains and charge it starts from 1 %.The Mobile charge will come to 30 to 45 % in two hours’ time from 100 % with 3 to 4 of calls 3 minutes duration.I have taken for service to M/s Lakshmi Hosur and they serviced quickly, but there is no use except loss of my contacts.request you to send me the new phone immediately as replacement,

                    Dear Sir, Greetings! i would like to inform you that i purchase LED TV on 12.09.2013 From Adishwar Showroom. there is some Display Problem i wrote a mail on 06.08.2015 to same email id i also get replay after that no action taken plz take Immediate action and After that i send again mail on 21.12.2015 to same the service people came and checked and taken photo and went after that they are telling that the part is not available so they told that they are giving the 50% of amount any if you interested you can accept or if you can take any decision what should we do, plz let me know.                         AS i Panasonic User i had purchased a Mobile Model No. Eluga L 4G in the month of October 2015 after 10-15 days facing the problem just Handset not working, when visited to Panasonic Service center Palwal they informed that software is missing. after that i had submmited the handset at Panasonic Service center Palwal . on 31 oct 2015. They provide the time of 10 Days for solution, after a long time & many conversation with Customer care department every time they giving me time for 10 days 7 15 days .                           My TV has been broken down since from a week.I had called the service centre 6-7 days ago and their engineer has also came.he said that the motherboard has been damaged and also said that it will b fixed within 5-6 days.till now, no response has been received from them...

                            This is regarding my Panasonic Alkaline water filter TK-AS70 which is still under warranty period. [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected] I had logged compliant on 3rd Dec that my Panasonic water filter stopped working as its 'UV Error' and 'Call' button started to glow in red color. Panasonic technician visited my home & took product with them stating that they need to thoroughly investigate the water filter & some parts needs replacement. FYI, I had purchased Panasonic Alkaline water filter on 13th Feb 2015 online from Panasonic website. This is product is still under warranty period and Panasonic has still not given me my product by doing its repair. Its really frustrating to call them many times & follow up with them and they say that its still under investigations. Almost 1 month over and Panasonic has still not given me proper customer care service even after stating that this alkaline water filter was purchased because I have to feed this water to 'CANCER' patient my mother at my home. Panasonic has failed to deliver me my repaired product & I am not at all happy with this kind of service provided to me especially at this condition.                                 सर मेरा फ़ोन 29-10-15 को खराब हो गया था म उसे Panasonic care मे देकर आया फिर 1 दिन बाद उन्होंने ऊसे Panasonic company मे भेज दिया फिर मेने company मे कॉल करता हु तो वो कहते ह की आपका फ़ोन under repairing है 2 महीने स म हर 2 या 3 दिन म काल करता हु तो वो कहते है की आपका phone under repair ह Panasonic company no.                                 I purchased one Eluga S-Mini mobile under IMEI No.[protected] and within a few days I found display problem on the screen and at once I rushed to the nearby Service Centre of Panasonic [Sushila Infotel, P-10, CIT Road, Kolkata, near Moulali], have given my said mobile set for repairing on 04.12.2015 vide Job Sheet No. KJASPWB0861215P1876. Till date the said set not yet repaired or returned to me. I contacted over phone several times to the Service Centre and Customer Care department too, but everytime concerned person/persons asks me to wait 4-5 days more. Already 25 days has been passed, no positive response from the service centre or customer care office is received. I have already mailed [mobile.[protected]@in.panasonic.com] twice with regard to the latest position, but without any reply or acknowledgement.

                                I request to the authority to arrange to replace the said defective mobile set with a new one at the earliest.

                                I am totally not satisfied with the service of Panasonic Company.

                                I request to the authority to arrange to replace the said defective mobile set with a new one at the earliest.

                                I am totally not satisfied with the service of Panasonic Company.

                                  After puchasing the above moble on 31.10.2015 the display is not functioning since 08.12.2015 hence I went to authorised service centre Sai Shopee CA Road, Chandrashekhar Azad chowk Nagpur 440002 Maharashtra.09.12.2015 I deposited the above moble. And its complaint No. is KJASPMH4561215PI4207. Since then I am approaching him personnaly/phone to Customor care Executive and he says that wait for four to five days but yesterday He says that there is no complaint, even though my phone is with him but unfortunately now He is saying that to Contact authorised service centre. When I went to authorised centre He said that he got message from Company that the above Moble should be sent to Company. I am not at all happy as such things happened to me even though it is a reputed Company. Please do the needful at the earliest.

                                    We have Purchased the Panasonic LED 32 inch TV(TH-32A300DX). More than 20 days back the while watching the TV the Display gone only sound was coming out from TV. we have logged the complaint in Panasonic Customer care. There is nobody turned out to check the issue for 3 days after daily escalations later 3 days one of the technician came and told the panel circuit board is not working. so we need to order for the replacement part and asked me to share the model number details and the defective part photos to his local service center manager through whats app. After sent to them max of 3 days they will come and fix the TV is the words from the technician. Now more than 20 days no one turned down to fix the issue. The customer care people says that they have escalated the issue and not working in definite timeline to close out the issue. I have asked them to replace the TV if you guys not having the spare parts and waiting to fix more than 20 days. very bad and poor service from Panasonic. The products are not at all having any quality and service. I would going to complain in the consumer court to sue the Panasonic India. If they don't deliver the quality product they must close out the business from India. This completely cheating the consumers of india. Hello Indians please don't purchase any Panasonic product. When I check this forum the list is growing a lot for band service and quality of the Panasonic products... Everybody in the forum join your hands to sue the Panasonic India for cheating the public. Please share in all the social media about the cheap quality products from Panasonic. Thanks Elayaraja
                                    Thank you for sharing your feedback. I looked at Panasonic TV TH-24C400DX61 and I think I will give it a miss. instead my experience with LG is a bit better. Though I had to do followup calls but the technician from company visited my residence within 8hrs of me logging the call.

                                      Hello senior authority panasonic india,

                                      I have submitted on[protected] my panasonic p55 imei [protected] &

                                      Imei [protected] to local service centre for within warranty

                                      Reparing due to some manufacturing sensor defect.

                                      Its been 2 months i still not received my mobile phone repaired and

                                      Back. And each and every time i connect to panasonic customer care

                                      [protected], they tell me only status of mobile is under

                                      Repairing status, and may be there are some parts not availble so,

                                      They only tell me to wait 1 week more etc. So this way, its almost 2

                                      Months lately.

                                      But i am fade up of them, i need the resolution today, wherether

                                      Panasonic company fix my mobile or provide me replace new mobile.


                                      Please provide me the resolution asap in high priority.

                                      Otherwise it will go viral my native feedback everywhere else over the internet,
