I have an issue with my AC and the technician was postponing the repair saying that the part was not available for 2 weeks and now my case R[protected] is closed by the customer service manager secunderabad (Srinivas Reddy) reasoning customer is not paying for the part, I was surprised and it is ridiculous that my product is not being repaired under warranty. I want my AC to be repaired ASAP

    Dear Sir

    I have purchase one split Air Conditioner on 07.04.2015 - and as per company policy three FREE services will be given by company. Company cannot keep record for the same. As per their customer care service person's information - warranty period is complete, now company can not give free service. Last service is still pending. When I call for last service, now no FREE service will be done. It is our responsibility to inform to customer care service to inform regarding FREE service.

      मैंने (मुहम्मद जावेद पुत्र श्री इब्राहिम निवासी बड्डुनगर गली न० 2 कासगंज ) दिनांक 01/04/2016 को पैनासोनिक कंपनी का एक मोबाइल मॉडल नंबर ELUGA – L 2 नेशनल इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स तहसील रोड निकट जामा मस्जिद कासगंज उत्तर –प्रदेश से 7700 रुपए मैं खरीदा था |लगभग 5-6 घंटे बाद ही मोबाइल की टच ने काम करना बंद कर दिया | जिसकी शिकायत नेशनल इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स तहसील रोड निकट जामा मस्जिद कासगंज उत्तर –प्रदेश से तुरंत की तत्पश्चात दिनांक 06/04/2016 को उक्त मोबाइल को पैनासोनिक सर्विस सेंटर पर दे दिया गया और मुझे आश्वासन दिया गया की एक – दो दिन के अंदर मुझे नया सेट मिल जाएगा, लेकिन मुझे अभी तक नया मोबाइल सेट नहीं मिला | मैं पैनासोनिक कंपनी से यह उम्मीद नहीं रखता था कि बिना क्वालिटी चैक किए अपना प्रॉडक्ट मार्केट मैं भेज रही है, साथ ही आज 6 दिन बीत जाने के बाद भी मुझे मोबाइल नहीं मिला | मैं पैनासोनिक के क्वालिटी चैक किए बिना मोबाइल मार्केट में भेजने और वो प्रॉडक्ट मुझे मिलने से पैनासोनिक कंपनी की क्वालिटी के प्रति मेरा विश्वास खत्म हो गया साथ ही अभी तक मोबाइल न मिलने से मुझे मानसिक तनाव से भी गुजरना पड़ रहा है |
      अतः आप से गुजारिश मेरी शिकायत दर्ज कर उचित कार्यवाही करें

        Hi i purchased new panasonic split ac, i have already log the request from last 4 days and continuosly follow up, requesting for please install my ac, but they shows ignorance, not followup with me to update me.
        Very poor service, i will not recommend to anyone for purchasing any kind of product of panasonic.
        And all time when i call they speaks like sir apko maloom hai na hmare charges 1500/- plus tax what the hell service de nahi sakte paise ke liye har baat par ...Bygod rediculous service.

          I Arup Ghosh purchased Panasonic Air conditioner in the month of January...Since it was winter we didn't have to use it...few days ago we used it for the first time and within Half an hour water started seeping into our room from the inner unit.we complained immediately on that day and assured us Engineer will visit within 24 hours.It is the fifth day today but no one has turned up till now.I am writing this to make the headquarters of Panasonic aware of what is going on in the name of prompt after sales service .I have to think twice before buying another Panasonic products

            Sir,
            I would like to bring to your attention the fact that i have purchased an inverter ac (Split type) by panasonic from a certain outlet of great eastern trading co. Branch - 28c, narayantala west, vip road, baguiati, kolkata - 700059 on 08/04/2016 the tax invoice for which is attached as a pdf attachment along with this complaint.

            My complaint regarding the same can be summarized as under:-

            1) the promised delivery date as per the invoice and the verbal commitment was 08/04/2016 which was actually delivered on 11/04/2016 which might not seem a serious issue but the temperature here in kolkata has risen up to 41 degree celsius and we live on the top floor of our government accommodation and the heat is almost unbearable and more so for my old mother who is a patient suffering from many ailments.

            2) the service personnel who came in for the installation were very very uncooperative and reluctant to provide the service that they were supposed to provide.To be specific they installed the ac at a very odd position and the outdoor unit in the tiny balcony that we have which is very awkward and has rendered the same inaccessible.The service personnel were in a hurry to install the ac and when my wife told them to do the job properly they retorted roughly and did not even care to make the ac operational after installation.

            3) at present the ac is not working and after many failed attempts to reach their contact personnel it seems that they do not seem to bother about the issue.

            Therefore i am left with no other alternative than to lodge a complaint here regarding the above mentioned issue which is very derogatory to the good will and reputation of a company like panasonic and would anticipate a quick response and remedy from the same.

              The worst services I have ever seen. I had buy a LCD of 28'inch which was a Diwali offer & it was been told to me that will get 2 years of warranty for the LCD TV.
              So we thought to buy it after buying we got one problem that the speaker was not working properly so that got repaired But now again the whole TV only got off, which is not in a condition to see also.
              After co-coordinating with the customer care, they say now that ma'am your warranty is not applicable now but according to the information which was been given me it is still on warranty. But still they refusing to repair it & saying that it will cost around 12000 as a repairing charges.
              The worst worst service which you people give. Cheat the customers & provide wrong information so that we can buy the product.Which a against the law. Blady cheat people. Hate your service.
              Big mistake that selected Panasonic would have selected some other company.

                Thl50em5d model led tv is 3 year old purchased from vijay sales on 26 february 2013.

                Tv problem is since last 3 months it gets frequently switched off while running and it irritates. Two time complaint booked but nobody came to solve the same

                My another tv is sony and is 12 year old and running without problem
                Kindly resolve the problem earliest in one week.

                Extremely bad service provided by Panasonic. I would not recommend anyone to buy from you. I have been calling your customer care from last 10 days regarding the service of my window AC but no one has returned. Bad decision to buy from you.

                    I am from Delhi, the capital of INDIA. I purchased Panasonic P31 mobile phone. last year. Last 3-4 months the battery is in his worst position. Tried many times for the purchase of new battery, both from online and offline mode. The panasonic is worst company and no custmer support. Now i am out my p31, because of no battery availability anywhere. Panasonic mobiles are worst. my request is nobody try to purchase panasonic mobiles. My no is [protected]. local mobiles are far better than panasonic. Why such companies make mobile phones, when they are not expert in the field.

                      My 29" panasonic led tv stopped working and was fixed with service request no r[protected] on 18th march 2016. But to my disappointment, again on 20th march 2016 same issue happened and i had to raise a new service request r[protected] for this. But still now after 17 days the tv is not fixed. I got a call from the service centre sree raj electronics (Panasonic service centre - address: 3-a, adyar bridge road, adyar, chennai, tamil nadu 600020, india) on 2nd apr 2016. They said that the part is not available and they will give me a replacement 32" tv which costs some 23000 rupees and i have to pay some 12000 rupees + 50% depreciation value of my old tv will be taken into account. I contacted the service centre manager on phone no. [protected] but without much help. They are forcing me to take the new tv by paying the extra money. Also now the panasonic customer care reiterating the same. See the below mail. I do not want to pay the extra money as my tv is still under warranty. I want my tv to be repaired/replaced or 50% refund. Please help!

                        I had purchased 2 PANASONIC air conditioner on July /2015 from Lakhani electronics Byculla Mumbai. Almost 8 months and I face the problem of now the cooling is not very effective. I have launched a complain many time .

                        This kind of product quality is not expected from a reputed brand like Panasonic. Why should I not purchase other brand .The cooling problem within a 8 month of purchase. Also the cooling is not up to the mark now...

                            I raised a complaint on 5-03-16 and the service person attended on 07-03-16
                            And told a part has to be replaced, but since then there was no update from their customer service centre except for replying on my mail, saying sorry for the inconvenience.

                            Didn't expect this kind of service from panasonic.

                              Respected sir,

                              Sir we bought panasonic mobile eluga s on 24th jan 2016, and it was dead on 8th march 2016, and i reached to your service center, which is at begum bridge meerut (Iqor global services pvt ltd), and they submit mobile for repaired and gave me the job sheet on 8th of march 2016 and assured me to given my mobile on running condition with in 15 days ie before 24th of march 2016, but regret to say when i approached service center for the same, they said the mobile is not ready to delivered, and then i called your call center for complained the same, then they said we have received your defected mobile for repaired on 15th of march 2016, as i had given the same on 8th of march, so why that gap of days and why i suffered for the same. I want my mobile which is in warranty and not repaired and service center give me 15 days time period for repairing . I want you guys take action for the same against mobile service center and provide my mobile soon as well as the penalty for the delay in service .

                              Again regret to say that your service was very bad as i experienced . I want quick action and reply for the same.

                                i have handed him tv circuit board three weeks ago but till now till he have not repaired and return it to me he is just avoiding me and my talks i am not getting the proper reply.

                                  Newly purchased Panasonic LED tv started showing screen problems within 3 months of purchase. On complaint a delayed action was taken and even after over 15 days it has not been resolved.
                                  Vijay enterprises, Hyderabad, authorised service centre of Panasonic India has very poor and unsatisfactory service. They don't even bother to pick up the calls n call back. Highly unsatisfied with both Panasonic Tv n its service provider Vijay enterprises. Will never buy Panasonic products again in my life nor will recommend it to anyone.

                                    We purchased a split air conditioner (2.5 ton). We requested for after sale service to panasonic call center no.[protected], [protected] but they did not respond properly. We raised complaint for our ac on 20-mar-2016, there person said engineer is on the way... Today is 25-mar-2016 still on the way... Not sure engineer travelling from japan or some other country...

                                    Escalation team mr. Sachin then transferred to mr. Gautam/gaurav...
                                    Even we tried to calling their local area manager mr. Pravin but no response (Simply not picking up the phone)

                                      I have purchased P41 HD handset on 11/03/2015. In December & January 2015 I have given the handset to Company's Service Center. As phone was charging negatively and once battery gets below 50% it will automatically shut down. the phone is returned after reset of software & telling you memory card is not supporting. This happened 2 time.
                                      since that time I thought it may be the problem of Battery so I was asking the service center for battery. But they have shortage and said order is given to company. If company provides we will contact you. Now phone is not working at all. So On 21/03/2015 I again submitted to handset to Service Center they are telling it require 1450/-. Due to delay, misguide, shortage of battery it is details and warranty lapsed by 10 days. So it is responsibility of company to solve the problem.

                                        I am a regular customer of panasonic, i uses many products of panasonic because of quality of your product . But I think you cannot keep the quality of service. I think this because of one incident. I purchsed a Fidge with product code NRAH181MT1N few years back. The cover of Freezer broken when we open it. then I reached the Panasonic Service Centre, Pixels Panasonic Service plaza TC 14/431, Planthara, Opp: AR Police camp, nandavanam Road, Thiruvananthapuram in november 2015 and order the freezer door of the above product Code. But i received till date. I went there many times, call them many times but they says different reasons - shipping problem, delivery problem etc. I dont know what is the exact reason The said they will call me .But till date they did not reimidedwith even a phone call. It is inconvenient to work with the fridge without the door. I think i get a positive response from your end.
