Dear Sir/ Maam, I had purchased Panasonic TH 42 AS610 on 31/9/2015 from Snehanjali, Panvel. But within 10 days the T.V sounds stopped working. After complaining to the Dealer; I got the replacement by Same model after 20 days against SRT. But this particular T.V model also created same problem in 2 days, after Company Installation. Again a new complaint was launched on 2/10/2015. Panasonic Technical person came to check if there was Problem at My House. But he couldn't find any Electrical Problem in the House. He said that the problem was with the T.V's main Board. And he suggested he would replace the Board; But I refused to accept since it was Brand New T.V and I had paid the full amount for the same. And demanded Replacement, to which he promised to talk to his seniors and get the back. After that a person named Manish ( [protected]) who claimed himself as ASM(Thane); called and said he would provide help to us. But since Last 15/11/15 this man is only giving false hopes and timing commitments of calling back. We are only following up with him on regular basis. He promised to give a New Model- CS510 (42 inches) if we pay 10000/- more. But due to budget constraint we said we can afford 3000/- to which he said he will get a confirmatory mail from H.O.D. This was on 29/11/15. But every day he gave one or the other reason for not getting approval; citing different reasons. And now on 3/12/15 we called him up and then he said its not possible to replace and he will opt for Refund ( Which was our first choice). So overall he wasted our 15-16 days over talks( where we only made calls) POOR COMMUNICATION from YOUR END. I asked the same in Written mail to which he refused. P.S- 1) Invoice Date 31/9/2015. (First T.V) 2) Invoice no:- E72589. dated 31/10/2015 ( Second T.V) 3) Complaint No.:- R[protected] Dated 2/10/15. Please suggest further steps. Thanks. Regards, Tejas Bhoir.

Today after 40 day customer care and service department don't have any status against my handset order. kindly behave your service and reply me.       This is Ajay from Navi Mumbai. I purchased 42" LED smart TV model no. CS 510 on August 2015 with one year warranty. However, now after 3 months there is no display and only sound works. After registering the complaint the engineer checked TV and said the display pannel is gone. This is very surprising.

        I purchase Panasonic mobile model P55 last year at 28/12/14.but suddenly last few months phone Q alphabet is not working so i show that phone to the nearest ompany service center last month but the service center executive said that your mobile touch part not despatching from company and my all accidental vehicle claim work done by phone so my work is all closed from diwali please kindly help and as soon as possible replace that phone

          This is santhosh from Chengalpattu, I have purchased Penasonic Mobile last 2 months before, after 1 month i got an issue in the handset (Its a manufacturing problem Only), after that i have mailed to flipkart and get Penasonic customer service center contact details.

          And given my handset for service center for repair new Mobile, And as per the service center instruction there is no material for repair this mobile in godown also,

          @Penasonic : Please make sure why if you are not having parts for this mobile even launch new mobile, then how you will get repair for my mobile, its is an manufacturing problem. and also i sent lot of mails to customer care email id and called them also but am not yet received any mail or respective call from your end.

          How many times am reached (Mail and Phone) with you (Customer care) am not believe this much of careless!!!

          This is an serious issue for you, because this is not good customer satisfaction and service

          I need to REPLACE MY Mobile, because your not having any parts for repair ( Because you are thinking your production Materials are 100% Quality so that only your not produce extra material for repair)

          Am awaiting for my new repaired mobile for last 1 month.

          I want to know the status, if you are not having material for repair, should be replace my mobile or replace my money also ( I never seemed this much of careless mobile brand )

          am already told that this is an expensive mobile for me, if you are treat this much careless for this much price mobile, then how treat beiow 5000 products and how is your product quality in this ooops, i never imagine your management of treating customers

          if your not giving good solution for this instantly, am dam sure Register Complaint in Consumer Court

            Dear Team,

            I procured the Panasonic Smart TV 42 Inches Model No. TH-L42E6D from Shillong outlet on March 2014 with one year warranty. However, on July 2015 suddenly there was no display and only the sound works. On contacting the dealer, he sent an Engineer to check. To my surprise the Engineer said that the Panel is gone and I have to change the entire panel. The price of the Panel is 70% of the price of the TV and that also there is no warranty on it. I completely lost my trust to this Company. Kindly advise what should I do.

                Dear team, I have purchased Panasonic 50inc LED TV for 69, 990/-(Model no-TH-L50B6D)from Girias on August 2013 with 3 years warranty. In 2015 I notice there is black spot appeared in the screen and i immediately raised a complaint to Panasonic customer care on 01 July 2015 with complaint no R[protected] .After 2days technician visited and diagnosed and he told that its just a spot and it will diasappear very soon and even he told if we have the same problem they cane lodge a complaint once again. After 3 months the black spot in the LED becomes little bigger again i lodged a complaint on 16-Oct-2015 with complaint no R[protected] . After 2 days technician visited and told the LED panel has to be replaced.He took all the photos, model no and all other details and it will be rectified in 15days. Daily i called Panasonic customer care for updates. After 15days i called ASM(bangalore) for update and he told that i will get a call from Panasonic service centre very shortly. I got a call from service centre and he told that he cant change the LED panel instead he will replace my LED with new LED for that i have to pay depreciation charges. I dint agree to that and i told that my LED is still under warranty and i don't want to replace my LED and told to repair or change LED panel. After i told this to Panasonic customer care.they forwarded this issue to BSM.He told that they are trying to waive off depreciation charges and waiting for approval from the concern person. But again i got a call from service center to pay depreciation charge and i told the same thing that i will not pay any depreciation charge to replace my LED. My question is my LED tv still is under warranty.there was no condition mentioned when i purchased LED from girias I dnt want to replace my LED.I want my LED to get repaired or replaced my LED panel.                 I raised service request for my Panasonic 4k led 49 inch tv model no PANASONIC LED 124cm TH-49FX650D, on 29/07/2021 for colour issues, it took 3 days for them to diagnose the problem on 31/08/21 they said some part called t- con is faulty, then next day they said, the part they have is not compatible with the tv and the part will come from banglore, then on 02/08/2021 they said the part they have received is also not compatible and the entire TV panel is faulty and the part will come from banglore, today 07/08/2021 they are saying that will come from banglore after 10 days, so Panasonic India is not at all concerned with their products parts and after service, their products are cheap and faulty and thier services are even more worse, service team is not at all knowledgeable and no in between coordination, they charge almost 1lkh rupees such costly product and when it comes to service it's worst till date that I have seen, m using samsung 4k and sony 4k both the tv are super fine and their services also. Panasonic india is looting coustomer with their faulty and poor cheap quality products and later with their services, I would say plz do not buy any of the Panasonic product because eventually that part will go faulty and coustomer will here only one thing "PART IS FAULTY AND IT WILL COME FROM BANGALORE OR BANGLADESH" this is their tag line, they will continue to fool you until you give up or loose all your hopes after you see your hard earned money will go waste like this, it takes ages to buys such costly product and within seconds that money is wasted like this, because company like Panasonic is not going to solve your problem, they will continue looting coustomer money, once again I will request that PLZ do not invest or buy any of Panasonic product you will only receive disappointment and not the happiness.

                    My LED TV stopped working & hence i registered a complaint with customer care of Panasonic on 24.09.2015. After that technician visited my home, charged Rs. 1000 as service fee and told to wait replacement of TV panel. After that i followed up with Kalyan service center of Panasonic from where that technician belongs to and they where told to wait as Panel has been ordered. after almost 1&half month received a call from Panasonic that part is unavailable and hence will provide new TV to you once you pay the depreciation value to us. I said fine but till date there is no further response from Panasonic. Panasonic Servoce request no is R[protected]

                      Hello Panasonic Team, I raised a complaint on 13-November-2015 for my TV (29 inch LED) where the panel/screen has damaged. The TV was purchased in October 2013 from Chennai. Post that there was a visit from the Panasonic Service Centre & the person took pictures of TV. Post that after several followups the service centre informed that the screen panel is not available & Panasonic will offer new TV & charge me for depreciation amount. I selected the model TH-32C200DX & Panasonic service centre asked me to pay INR 5235 (Though the new TV set cost on Snapdeal is only is INR 18, 990 http://www.snapdeal.com/product/panasonic-th32c200dx-80-cm-32/[protected] I agreed & handed over the DD to the service centre on 21st November. Till now there is no response on when the new TV will be delivered to me. I have three different responses from your Customer Care/Area Manager/Panasonic Service Centre.                           I had purchased this model p55novo mobile on 09.11.2015 and from next day I am trying to show my problem but not getting any response from the store from where I purchased and I spoke to toll free customer care he told me visit the service centre and I went, but I found the same issue of pic and when I said I have the same problem and I am going to complain he said I am prepared like you who claim you cant do anything go and complain any where. this kind of support we are receiving from you people. please provide me the solution

                            I have purchased mobile panasonic p55, 3 months back and i faced with mobile dead problem after 1month which has been handed over to the snr service center tumkur on 12/10/2015 for repairing or replacing the mobile set. But till that i have not received my device. On inquiry with customer care center of panasonic replying to wait for another 3-4 days since one and half month and they are replying that reparable device yet to be received by head office which put me in lot of inconvenience therefore i request you to look in to the matter and solve the problem as early as possible.

                              I have purchased Home Theater System Not Working from Ahmadabad in the year 2013 November. Till the time I have changed lens 3 times and finally when I was stacked up with the issue of Power Cable I have sent the same to a local repairer.
                              Total use of this system in Hrs would be approximately 25 Hrs.

                              Even after that my sound card was also not working so finally I have deposited it to Authorized center at Ahmedabd, Gujarat.

                              Fun of all is it was purchased at Rs. 14500 and I had a call from Authorized Agency that there is an issue with the TWO cards and it should be replaced at the Total cost of Rs. 5700 ( 30% Value of the system ).

                              I was agreed to have it in a proper condition where we can use it.

                              Finally after some time I have received a call from Authorized agent that parts are not available at Panasonic and due to that we will give you 55% value back . which I have refused because I need system to be installed once again at my Home.

                              Suddenly after few days I have received a call once again and informed me that you have opened it by Local repairer so we will not repair / replace it.

                              I was shock due to the same when I was agreed to spend 30% cost of whole system and still I am not getting it repaired !!!

                              But it was understood that when company does not have spares within a short span of 2 years How could they repair it ??

                              This is very much surprising for us.

                              Now a days still my Home Theater System is lying with Panasonic Ahmadabad Authorized agency without any care and repair.

                              I need your help to sort out consumer issue.

                              I have received a phone call from Mr. Rajiv from Panasonic and He is forcing & pushing me like anything. I don't feel that He is respecting a customer during this discussion.

                              I have few Questions which I have asked him which are as under.

                              1. I have purchased the product on 04.11.2012 and within a span of 3 years I have booked complained four times. Three times Lans was replaced and One time Power cable has been replaced. Now 5th complain is of electronic cards which are not working and i have deposited it to Authorized agents since approx 2 months back. IS IT NOT A QUALITY PRODUCT ?? IF IT IS QUALITY TESTED THEN HOW IT IS MISSING AND FINALLY CUSTOMER HAS TO SUFFER ???

                              2. They are forcing me to accept some amount against this product whereas I need to have quality product for which I have spend / pay. I have asked them why are you forcing me to accept this amount I don't required it. I need only product or other version which will useful to me. I am ready to pay difference amount for upgraded version. but they are not able to understand and only forcing us to accept this amount which is not at all accepted any way.

                              3. If the same things happened to this kind of BRANDED products which we have paid much more then the other products available in the market without any customer support / spares supports HOW CUSTOMER WILL SURVIVE ?? ALSO WHY WE HAVE TO BUY PANASONIC PRODUCTS ???

                              Matter is still pending we need some one from consumer forum to interrupt and resolve naturally.

As in three years if Company Like Panasonic refuse to provide spares support in this case if any customer has an issue with product then they have to loose money by Choosing PANASONIC PRODUCT like this ???

It is a huge loss to customer. within two years we have to take loss of 45% of the products and that also due to non availability of the spare parts at PANASONIC INDIA !!! How Irritating !!!

                                There is major issue in the cordless phone, due to which incoming calls are not coming but we are able to place outgoing calls. The telephone line has already been checked. It seems its an instrument problem. Please resolve the issue asap. Also, if possible, please provide the home service for the instrument. Thanks !!

                                    I purchased the above medtioned phone on 26/2/2015 and the said phone is under waranty.
                                    I visted the service centre Namely M/s Samar Mobile Communication, College Road Kathua. [protected] on 01/07/2015 with my phone as it had multiple harware problems. They told me that the phone has some audio problem due to some manufactuing fault.
                                    They have requested for some spare part from the manufaturer, which is likely to reach them by 15/07/2015 and i should keep the set. They Said I will get the phone repaired within two weeks.
                                    When i got back to the centre on specified date, they told me its going to take two weeks more and again when i called them to inquire about this, they gave excuses of not getting the sparepart made available by company with them.
                                    I called the toll free helplines of panasonic for an early resolution but it went ALL IN VAIN. After their intervention the sevice centre asked me they are to sent the set back to delhi for an replacment. They sent it to them on 10/10/2015 under job sheet number. KJASPJK0661015PI931(THE COPY OF COSTUMER RECEIPT ATTACHED)
                                    So inshort, my complain is that the phone is not of satisfactory quality and i wanted to exercise my right to have it repaired or replaced. But nothing good was done. Having bought this phone for my convience, instead the service centre kept my phone without giving me a backup phone. i am without any phone since last 4 months. A lot of in convience has been caused to me after i bought this phone.
                                    May i ask the concerned company that
                                    1.Where does its aftersale services promises stand now?
                                    2.How could they justify their service centre's such an irresponsible, delayed and incompetent service . They dont even offer thier customers a backup phone?
                                    Kindly help me to refund me my amout spend on this evil born phone at the earliest and compenciate the expenses done by me due to the iressponsible aftersale service of the company.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        Unfortunately I had purchased a LED TV which is not working now. I had made complain regarding the same, however after 15 days there is no +ve action from a reputed company like Panasonic. The TV is under warranty.

                                        The attitude of your local appointy service centre is very rough and useless.

                                        If you have no parts available with you please replace the TV and issue me a new one, why unnecessary I wait so many days. If you cann't provide service to your customer for more than 15days it is better to take your product and return back my money. We dont expect this type of attitude and negligence from Panasonic like a reputed company.

                                        After 15 days you can't rectify your product then whats the point buying your product in future.

                                        Hope get a positive reply from you & will watch my TV...
