My complaint NO. R[protected] done on the 8th of August and subsequent visit by the engineer is being neglected by Panasonic India.I had bought a VIERA television and found lines appear after a year o[censored]se on the screen.When I made a complaint the TV was replaced.Now after two years the same lines are appearing on the screen which makes viewing very disturbing.I lodged the above complaint and was promised replacement of part or change of the TV again, as I told them if your TVs start malfunctioning after one or two years, who will keep on buying expensive TV worth half a lac time and again.Despite various Tweets all that I have received is a copy paste reply that the part is not available and that it will be done once the parts are received.I clearly remember that the engineer informing me that if the part is not available then we will have to replace the TV.Now, it is past one and a half month but no reply or any feedback forthcoming from Panasonic India.Please if you could be of help as i cannot afford to go on buying another TV as suggested by their manager and I can avail of a discount voucher.Now this is too much.How can a person keep buying a new TV every second year?

    Paresh sorathiya [protected] i purchased panasonic eluga u on date 15 09 2014. from hevmor communication in surat gujrat . when my phone's screen broken i gave phone to service center they give me quation of 5000 rs. i agreed to repair, after month they are not giving proper answer and used bad words. i have my phone last six month but no responisble person at servoce center in surat give answer and review . worst service and third class phone is making by panasonic.i want to repair my phone but where to repair bcause no parts is available in market ... Service center in surat gujrat of panasonic mobile is worst service provider and also panasonic company. company also give not feed back and they making customer fool. plz help me to repair phone .give action to panasonic mobile.

    i think that is not solution, i have confused that what to do., ?, who can trust on your service provider, what is gaurantee that my phone is compleltly repaired? now at this time you making us fool. i have to do complaints in consumer court, i think that you taking action against yas telecom and give satisfaction to customer but you said that they will repaired my phone after this worst experience . what do you want from us.? we again polishing them for their mistake. totally waste of time talking with you. they have to sorry and for their worst behavior. and you suggest us to go back for them. how cheap your panasonic india policy.? how many rupees get you from yas telecom? for giving information about this case.? you are not only one person who behave like this, there are many more like corrupted officer in all company. say to your senior officer that you are greedy not we are.

    send details to panasonic india helpline of this case. they are again said that go to their service center in surat to repair phone, i already faced worst experience from them . they have no solution for this, they are not taking any action against yas telecom . when my phone is in warranty they have no parts for their products and behave like no responsible for their customer. one time you purchased their products, they are not giving any answer then why they sell products in market if they have no parts. this is scheme of making customer fool.
    in consumer complaints 644 complaints are pending and till they are selling cheap quality products . must take action on this co. because not even i but many customer is facing problems against panasonic india.

      I purchased panasonic led 26' tv since 1 year and the tv is not working since a month which has an warranty of 3 years, after repeated calls to panasonic customer care they send an executive to check the tv but the panasonic cutomer care agent is demanding money for a damaged part. [protected] from anmol watches on 19/9/15 But after 2/3 days display appears white then i go to service center electra care quit office 11, sec 35A chandigarh on 7/10/15.In service center they RESET the phone after that the set is not responding the software.On 10/10/15 service center person not receiving my call and not giving the status of phone also.               yesterday i have purchase a pencil dry cell of your brand from M/s. shakti provision stores, on vasna road, vadodara, Gujarat, India
              after breaking packing when inserted in my wall clock, it didn't work at all.
              after reinserting rotating, no working of cell was confirmed . on complain to shakti he advice me to return it back to you, 10 rs. item what a fullis response!!!
              so i request you to sent your representative to my address replace the discharged cell, with new one, . though this is not a mater conern for me, but for your brand name THE ACTION WILL BE A BENCHMARK FOR SERVICE.
              NOW if no any response from your company is received within due course of time i will be unable to purchase more product on sour experience of panasonic, and not recommand for any valuale to be procure of your brand.
              your fatute response will reflect your attitute for complaint and after after sale services.
              money is not matter for me, but panasonic cant cheat to me.

                Ear Sir,
                I have given our mobile P-41 (Panasonic) on dated 28.09.2015 to your pansonic service centre at Ludhiana near Passport Office, to repair the speaker of this phone. But when i would go to take my mobile, they have exchange their battery and also occurs many faults in my phone like charging problem, sim card detected and when i discuss this matter with them, they said that they could not to do anything in this matter. After that i would have to discuss this matter with Panasonic customer toll free number but no solution find out in this problem. They have to run many companies service center in a single roof LIKE Panasonic, Xolo etc. due to which this problem occur. Please to do something. Our handset is totally damaged by the Panasonic service center and give us to beyond repair. Please take the necessary action in this matter because this is not only with me. They are doing this type of fraud with every customer of pan-sonic and go down the image of Panasonic company. If they do not repair the phone, please ask them, why do they take the phone. Otherwise i would repair our phone in any other service center. But now i am helpless and my costly set was defected by them.

                  Sir It is submitted that I have purchased ELUGA Panasonic Model No EB-90SO50EEY mobile phone few days before from the laser Sector-22 B Chandigarh. In this phone I am facing the following problems: 1. Net is very slow even using 3G sim 2. Auto switch off/Blank screen. 2. After going to the Blank screen mode automatically not switch on even after pushing on the on off switch. I want to change this phone because I am not satisfied with this model and not function as stated by the dealer/seller.

                    Hello, first of all I would like to mention that the customer care number of Panasonic India is out of service since months. I contacted them via email to register complaint of 2.1 Home theater system with serial number SHK-PAN[protected] which was malfunctioning due to some fault in panel. The first complaint was registered 4th of July 2015. Customer care contacted local service provider and arranged visit to repair the same. Assigned case number was C[protected]. Every time engineer repaired the system after 2 hrs the problem appeared again. This happened 4 time with the span of 1 week. Later on Engineer took the system with him to repair it at the center. 2 weeks of lead time. After two weeks he brought system with him. Plugged in.. worked fine for first few hours. Again same problem started. after 2 days he came back again and took the system along with him. same cycle again. No solution for the same. I requested customer care to replace the piece since the problem was not encountered. After follow up for 2 weeks they agreed for the replacement. Process started. I submitted the documents. After long wait the approval came and got call from customer care that approval is there but the product is unavailable in the market. Weeks of delay in the next communication. Got confirmation from Panasonic that the product is available date: 29th Sept 2015. Since then my wife is contacting Panasonic Customer Care Pune regarding the delivery. The lady answers that she will arrange the delivery by the same day evening. It happened 5 times. Till today we have not received the replacement. such a pathetic service from Panasonic. I don't recommend anybody to buy Panasonic Products. Regards, Avadhut Wadkar

                      I have bought a panasonic eluga i cellphone from flipkart.com. After usage of approxly 2-3 months the battery life of the phone got reduced. Then phone, even after being fully charged, didn't last for more than 3-4 hours(without any activities). Then after that 2nd problem apeared. The touch screen didn't worked properly.

                        I emailed a purchase order to Mr Rajesh P R, Assistant Manager, Corporate sales Panasonic India, Cochin office on 22nd July 2015 for 2 ton AC. The AC was delivered and installed on 24th July 2015 by Panasonic staff.

                        The AC stopped working all of a sudden on 1st Oct 2015. I called Panasonic customer service on Thursday (1st October) and their technicians came and checked the AC on Friday (2nd October), looks like the technicians were trainees and they said the AC ran out of Gas. Since they din't have the refilling GAS container with them, they said they will come and fill the Gas on Saturday (3rd October 2015). As promised they didn't turn up on Saturday and on Monday morning, I called Rajesh and he said he will arrange for Technician but technicians didn't turn up till Monday evening, I called Rajesh in the evening and he said he will arrange for Technicians.

                        The technician who came on Tuesday (6th Oct 2015) said the Gas leak is in the outdoor unit and they were able to hear the leakage noise of Gas coming out from the pipe. Since they couldn't unscrew the outdoor unit cover, they heated up the screws and messed up the whole unit cover, during the heating process paint started melting and packaging provided inside the unit also got affected during the heating process. The copper pipe was welded, but it looks like there is no guarantee that this will resolve the issue.

                        I spoke with Rajesh and he said the company will not replace the outdoor unit. I am disappointed with the way Rajesh ( Panasonic Manager) responding to a customer. We bought two AC's for our office from Panasonic, also we had plans to buy two more AC's and based on this experience, I will not buy the rest of the AC's from Panasonic.

                        In spite of all the mess and the damage created the technicians managed to assemble to unit and tried to refill the GAS, during this process GAS ran out and they said they will come and fill the GAS later, I hope they will come!

                        I couldn't imagine a big company like Panasonic sending technicians without right tools to fix AC units.

                          This is the third time that iam facing issue with my Panasonic Air conditioner and again it was not my fault and again the Panasonic people are saying me to pay for a mistake that has been done by them, below are the list of people who are involved and are cheap in handling customers queries. Mr. Shiv Ratan (+[protected], Mr Sandeep( +[protected], Mr Rahul ( +[protected], Mr Jagdish (+[protected] Mr Amarjeet (+[protected] Below is the older conversion and on Saturday again my AC has stopped working Hi Team, This has been my worst experience with Panasonic. My Air conditioner stopped working on 24th July 2015 and when the Technician came down to inspect they said that they will have to replace it as the was under warranty and their would be charge of 3500 for Gas and Labour charges. They registered my complaint and said that the compressor will be replaced within 12 working days. I waited for 12 working days and called up Panasonic to get the status on the same and they reported that the compressor was not available and it would take another 12 working days as they will be reporting a complaint again. I waited for another 12 working days and still did not receive any information and then again i called up and checked and the answer was sir the order was cancelled and we have to place another order as the compressor was not available. During this 24 days i kept on calling your concerned persons Mr. Shiv Ratan (+[protected], Mr Sandeep( +[protected], Mr Rahul ( +[protected], Mr Jagdish (+[protected] and i am sorry to say i just kept on getting a run around saying Sir aap Jagdish ko phoone karlo, nahi sir aap Shiv Ratan ko phone karlo and when i busted my anger on Shiv Ratan they then confirmed that the compressor will be available within 3. days and will be fixed, on 7th or 8th Aug 2015 finally the AC started working after they replaced the compressor. Right after 11 days my compressor went down again and i registered the complaint again, the technician came down again confirmed that the compressor has stopped working again and needs to be replaced again and assured me that this time the compressor will be available in next 10 Days. after 14 days i called up Panasonic customer Service and this is what i get an answer saying that sir your order was placed on 20th Aug 2015 but due to duplicate order setup the orders were cancelled and we have to register another complaint. This is totally crap and unprofessional and i have to wait again for 10 working days, this is not how customer service works. I have been handling customer service for almost 8 Yrs now. If you dont know how to handle customer please come to me for a training session. And this time I AM VERY CLEAR I AM NOT GOING TO PAY ANY CHARGES AND IF I DONT GET THE ISSUE RESOLVED IN NEXT 24-48 HRS PLEASE BE READY FOR ANOTHER STINKER AND A PHONE CALL TO THE HEAD OFFICE.

                            I have purchase panasonic mobile T11. i am facing battry problum from day first. now i am calling to coustomer care from last 30 days nopositive risponce from their side. also mail on mobile support mail id but they also can't revert. i pay 16000/- for a 11000/- mobile. i m very irritate now. i want my payment back from this froad company. PANASONIC is totaly froad. customer care executive not talk properly, service team have no any possitive risponce. i want to wright on social media i have all mailed i sent to them from day first. i am continously calling them when my cellphone is under warrenty but they can't check my complaint now my cell is out of warrenty. dear all please tell wt i do. i want to loanch a complaint in consumer court rigarding to this compnay on the base of froad & 420.

                              The complaint towards the first TV having lines on the screen was attended to and the TV was replaced.The same lines now found on the replaced TV too.Complaint lodged on or about the 8th of Sept.and engineer visited the house and took photos of the parts and number of the TV and I was promised that the parts will be replaced or the TV.Now, a customer pays half a lac in buying a TV, which is not a small amount.I was on the phone told to buy a new TV again.and some discount of inr 7k will be given, to which I refused as I cannot afford to buy again the TV by spending so much of money on a petty discount being offered.Then the next Tweet that I got was that the part is being arranged, but despite so many reminders on Twitter and fb, no reply is forthcoming.The first TV had passed its one year warranty but was replaced.This replaced set is not even two years old and the same lines are appearing on this TV too.Either the Company has bad manufacturing defect or are expecting customers to purchase their TVs after one or two years on regular basis.This is utter shoddy customer service and the Company does not seem to care.My complaint No. is R[protected] .Please help.

Mrityunjay mobile world which is not repair till date now they advice us to do follow up with their principle. You are requested to look into the matter and do needful in the matter.                                     Sir, I am Narendra Paranjape, bought Panasonic Eluga L 4G ( IMEI [protected] and [protected]) on 4/07/2015 at Badlapur Dist Thane.. After almost a month of purchase my mobile got dead. I had to take it to service centre. I got it back in couple of days reason was not disclosed. After about 15 days the problem is repeated this is on 29/09/2015, it got dead. I gave it back to the same service centre. The service centre sent it to Head Office as I insisted on refund / replacement. I do not wish to accept the same piece after repair. As I have to travel a lot, I need a constant connectivity to my home as well my Head Office. If the mobile doesn't fulfill the function for which it is bought, it is of no use. Hence I request early action. How come the world renouned company is giving such product and service to the customer?

                                      Panasonic TH-32A410D 32 inch LED TV I had purchased Panasonic TH-32A410D 32 inch LED TV (Sl. No. 14MCK11083) vide invoice No.S03775/14-15/1156 dt 04 Sep 14 from Snapdeal. After 03 weeks I noticed a tiny spot on center of screen and I raised a complain to Panasonic India vide their complain no.[protected]/25 Sep and[protected]/27Sep 14. Service engineer visited and found a small mosquito was any how entered in to the display panel after 2 weeks service engineer replaced the complete display screen. On today 06 Sep 15 I again noticed the same small mosquito/insect got entered in to the top right corner of the replaced display panel. I immediately contacted customer care for the repetition of presence of mosquito/insect in the display panel, he told that whatever it is just 2 days back your warranty has expired and we will not support for the same fault as earlier I supported, that means I have to pay whatever is the service cost. Panasonic is the reputed brand in India for electronics goods and such type of manufacturing issues like sealing of display panel properly has not been done in this model and at all it is not expected from such brand. Hence my issues are as follows : 1) This model is having the manufacturing problem as insect getting the way in to display panel and making spot visible to the viewer. It clearly shows that display panel of this model is not sealed properly and till now such type of issue i did not listened from any brand. 2) After paying a huge amount to the manufacturer it’s a duty of panasonic to maintain a quality of product as per user satisfaction. Once product quality is exception but its a little issue that you have not assured the sealing of display panel. So in overall it gives bad name to Panasonic only. And why the customer should wear it. 3) Hence at last i request you either replace the display panel which is sealed properly or return this TV back.
