I have purchased a new LED TV, make- Panasonic panels, Model – 40A 400D on dtd.03.03.2015 from M/S Sales Indian pvt ltd, Mehsans. Only after two month latter, the sudden problem occurred i.e. screen off during running in TV. I have intimated the problem to M/S Sales India on verbally & telephonically on dtd.07.06.15. A Service Engineer came to attend the problem of TV. At that time, he set the parameters in TV.
Again problem persists after 15 days, the TV screen off during running. In this regards, I have registered the complaint in your office and again on toll free vide complaint no.R[protected] dtd.07.07.15 According to this complaint, service Engineer came, checked and remove the speaker, LED mother board etc. from TV and taken back to company. Service Engineer brought same spares from company & replaced in TV after 20 days. However in this time, I am suffering without TV. The LED TV was run smooth only 10 days after repairs in second time.
The problem persists & repeated Now third time, I have registered the complaint in your office and again on toll free vide complaint no.R[protected] dtd. 10.08.15 As per complaint, Service Engineer has come & attend but no any solution given by Service Engineer At present problem of TV is exist i.e. screen suddenly off during running.
In view of continuous problem persists even after repairs of TV, it is requested to kindly replace LED TV with new one immediately as item is covered under warranty
