I purchased Panasonic Eluga-L mobile on dt.[protected] now charger not worked and automatic switched off and not on by switch. Serviced at service Centre but charger not replaced . Now screen damaged mobile given at ''care you 41, 42 2nd floor, oswal coplex, opp. JMB Surajpole, Udaipur(Rajasthan) on dt. 4-9-2015. Fake job card given by c. care, there is no job card no. on the job card and tell us repairing charges Rs.6500/- that's so mush. please replace my piece and help us.

    With great disappointment, I am saying your mobile phone and repairing service are not upto the mark, It has hardly been an year and I have faced many problems in hand set and now my phone's touchscreen is not working properly also sound is very slow which give difficultly at the time of talk/call. Hence I have given my mobile phone to Panasonic Smart Phones service centre at Vasundhara for repairing on dated 29-July-2015 at Shubham Telecom Job Sheet No. KJASPUP444715PI3842, the set is under warranty period, My Mobile Set is Panasonic T41, EMI Number is [protected] till today, my mobile phone is under repairing in your head office this is the current, my handset is in Panasonic service centre from almost 2 months this is the service you are providing to your customer. Please look in to this matter and make a customer friendly services. I am totally unhappy with the SERVICE of Panasonic Company. I have started to tell all my friends, colleagues and relatives to not to buy any product of Panasonic since they are not good service provider. I am not going to buy any Panasonic product in future. Customer care number and The manager are always busy. If any case, call connected then the call was transferred to senior but went unanswered I have waited upto 30 min. To my utter surprise, i have never seen such a poor or worst service of any mobile company. Already two months have been passed and mobile is under repairing I don’t know how many months will you take to repaire my mobile. So, request you to take an strict action against my complaint and provide my mobile phone ASAP.

      I bought a panasonic eluga icon through snapdeal. I started using it on 6.09.2015. After just 6 days it's sound system has failed. It doesn't ring, there's no soubd when i play the music. It works with the earphones on but otherwise it's absolutely silent! I have had a very bad customer experience.

        It has been almost 6 months I purchased Panasonic fully automatic machine...n this washing machine is tearing the clothes like jeans n any kind of hard quality dresses...n at the same time its actually ruining every dress and cloth.I want to refund this washing machine but when I called these people they sent one executive and the guy sold 300 rs powder n he says that You may need to do tub hygiene, but after that again its behaving in same manner. Please take your product back .

            I had a poor experience with your service . I had buy Panasonic P51 black mobile phone with IMEI number [protected] from calicut 3G mobile world on 11/04/2015 . On July 2 i gave it in your authorised service centre in Kozhikode city Kerala, the problem was charger slot complaint not able to charge the phone, they checked and inform me that the phone wants to send to head office to clear the issue and will take 20 days . I got the phone cleared on 31 July after few weeks the same complaint occurs and i had again given the phone to Kozhikode service centre and they telling the same thing that for clearing the issue it wants to send to head office and will take 20 days . How the same complaint happens after clearing the issue. I feel so shame on your service . I dont need the phone again i need compensation otherwise a new phone . I had lost nearly 2 months warranty due to your carelessness . Purchase bill and the job sheet attach along with this mail. In Job sheet the service centre person even did not write the date even .             After posting the above complaint i Just have a call from a stranger who said that he is from Panasonic and also enquired about my problems faced and cut the call. After some time he again calls me and said that company will compensate either by cash or by new phone . He also mailed me from [protected]@panasonic.com that company decided to refund my money through card to card transaction and also insisted me to go to atm for refund and informed me to call him when i reached atm. I had called him reaching the atm he had given someone sbi card number and tell me that it is transaction id and enter this id for card to card transaction and inform me the procedure to transfer money from my account to that account. i had cancelled the process because i know that its cheating, his name he used in Mail id is Anuj Srivastav and his number is [protected] .How this guy get my contact detail and details of complaint i post in this site so is no privacy for the customers who wrote compaints ?

              I have purchase new LED TV 42 Inches from Vijay Sales on 23rd Aug '15. We have requested installation of TV on sat/sun or after 7 pm as we both( husband & wife) are working. We also purchased revolving stand sold by Vijay sales. Panasonic engineer visited our place after 2-3 days during the working hours and open the LED TV from the boxes for installation, however after confirmation from my side on revolving LED stand to be installed instead of stand which comes with LED he told me if we fix this Panasonic LED stand than we will not be able to fix the revolving LED stand so please get the revolving stand fitted from the company you purchased . Post one day revolving stand & LED was installed by the guy from stand company . Once we reached home in the evening we found scratches/patches on the frame of the TV. We received the call Panasonic call centre about LED feedback, on which I updated about scratches on frame of LED. We received service request no R[protected].( 28th Aug)Post that engineer was trying to reach us unfortunately we were out of station due to death in our family, and we were out of station from 28th Aug to 31st Aug '15. I think on 1st Sept Engineer visited our place and asked question regarding who has installed our LED and because of installation all this issue has happen and he clearly refuse to do anything on issue and close the complaint. After not receiving the response from Panasonic to complaint we visited Dealer( Vijay Sales) and dealer service team has again register the complaint with Panasonic team Complaint No R[protected]th Sept). I have received call regarding engineer visit again however no one turned up so far. Today when I called Vijay sales customer team they are refusing to do much and said we will ask Panasonic team to visit and do something. Not received any concrete solution so far

                Dear Sir, I have purchased a new LED TV, make- Panasonic panels, Model – 40A 400D on dtd.03.03.2015 from M/S Sales Indian pvt ltd, Mehsans. Only after two month latter, the sudden problem occurred i.e. screen off during running in TV. I have intimated the problem to M/S Sales India on verbally & telephonically on dtd.07.06.15. A Service Engineer came to attend the problem of TV. At that time, he set the parameters in TV. Again problem persists after 15 days, the TV screen off during running. In this regards, I have registered the complaint in your office and again on toll free vide complaint no.R[protected] dtd.07.07.15 According to this complaint, service Engineer came, checked and remove the speaker, LED mother board etc. from TV and taken back to company. Service Engineer brought same spares from company & replaced in TV after 20 days. However in this time, I am suffering without TV. The LED TV was run smooth only 10 days after repairs in second time. The problem persists & repeated Now third time, I have registered the complaint in your office and again on toll free vide complaint no.R[protected] dtd. 10.08.15 As per complaint, Service Engineer has come & attend but no any solution given by Service Engineer At present problem of TV is exist i.e. screen suddenly off during running. In view of continuous problem persists even after repairs of TV, it is requested to kindly replace LED TV with new one immediately as item is covered under warranty

                  From the day one when i brought phone panasonic model no p41 hd on dated 27/02/2015 is not working properly. and i have raised the complaint on month of may & again i will go july month .still now i will notget the phone with proper functionality. every time when i go to service center they take my phone & said next time u will come phone will be in a ok condition. but again when i go to the service center they give the exucues .but till now i did not get my phone in proper funcitionality . so please look into this matter as soon as soon posible. i will be thankfull to u. mob[protected] [protected] plese help me in this matter . wheter the service center give me the new phone or give my money back...                     Maine panasonic eluga A mobile purchase kiya tha 4 aug 2015 ko. jisko maine purchase ke 5-6 days baad use kiyt jiska camera quality bahut bad thi, hang master, heating very, much at use of 10-20 mint. sound quality is very low and bad 22 aug ko uska display kharab ho gaya tha kyoki mai out of city tha isliye maine mobile lucknow aane ke baad 1 sept.2015 ko service centre par diya aur replace karne ko kaha to service centre walo ne use repair karke 45days baad return ko kaha hai aur mujhe koi alternate handset bhi nahi provide kiya . waha set puri tarah se defective tha isliye mai apse request karta hu ki Mujhe Mera rupees refund karne meri help kare. consumer care aur service centre wale meri koi baat nahi sun rahe hai plese help.

                        I PURCHASED Panasonic Mobile P 55 on 8 Dec 2014. I gave the mobile to the service center on 13th August 2015 and till date not received it back. The reason of Mobile touch was said that it is dead and there has been liquid damage. I tried to search it out but the reason of liquid damage was not a satisfactory answer because neither my mobile was dropped in water nor any water was dropped on my mobile then how it can be possible that there has been a liquid damage and till date i have not got any answer on this matter neither from the retailers nor from the service center. Now i want the satisfactory answer from your side

                          I have purchased Panasonic Eluga s through Amazon on 14.06.2015, received by me on 17.06.2015. The phone has developed a display screen problem within a months time of purchase. Accordingly i have submitted the phone on 15.07.2015 at panasonic service centre at Visakhapatnam, the service centre name is Arun Cell care 46-15-48M, 1st floor, shop no. 2, Sri Surya Laxmi Complex, Dondaparthy, Visakhapatnam, contact no. [protected]. The phone has not been repaired till date i.e 05.09.2015 and service center is asking me to take back the phone without repairing, even though it is under warranty. i have called up Panasonic Delhi service center contact no.[protected], but they are not helping me in any way.

But After 25 days they not Revert my phone to me. then I Call the Panasonic Customer Care But They also not Responding may call and Transfer my call from one person to another. I Call them about 7 times on 03.09.2015 but they not reply me back about my phone current status I Think Company's service center is worst then all service center

                              Dear sir My mobile is not working, and it is warranty period, so i submitted it in service center on dated 03/09/2015, but as per the services Manichean it will take 20-25 days, but it is very long time, and i have no any spare mobile and my mobile no. is off, it is very difficult for me to spend 20-25 days without mobile. also i talked to panasonic customer care ([protected]) with Mr. Chiranjeet, he said that it will take max 20-25 days if really it will take 20-25 days then, kindly provide me any old smart phone for used, so that my work not hamper. kindly look in to this matter regards Rahul Ganguli mob-[protected]

                                  This is regarding a refrigerator ( Panasonic Ref 190L- M.No. A190R) which I bought on 5th of September'13 from Electronic Plaza (Kalkaji). Within the first year of the manufacturing warranty ( around August'14 to be very precise ), the lower door nob broke down(the nob which holds the fridge door to the main body) to which I contacted the customer care and requested someone to assist me in getting it replaced. However, some person from the authorised service center came to our place for the repair instead of replacement with a charge for the same to which I contacted the customer care again and informed clearly that I wont be paying as its within the warranty. As a result it was repaired without any charge for which I appreciate the brand. It came as a shock for me when the same issue occurred this year as well ( Aug'15 ). I contacted the customer care on 2nd of Sept'15 and a couple of dynamic female members of the team Priyanka, Aastha and Bhavisha ( floor supervisors ) attended my issue but without any resolution. I was promised a couple of call backs which did not happen. The same verbatim was being repeated again and again. I am so disappointed with the non professional way this was handled. Since yesterday I am getting harrassing calls from the authorised service center that I need to send them pictures of the fridge and need to pay them Rs. 2300 as the repairing cost. I am being told that I should'nt have put heavy stuff in the door but my question to the brand is is there any huge space that I can keep in the door. I guess we can only keep the basic water bottles and if I am not suppose to keep them as well, the brand should have clearly mentioned in its manual. My only concern is if the same issue has occurred twice within the two year span, its definitely a manufacturing defect. Ideally the product should be replaced but if not need to be repaired. I am not ready to pay anything for the repairing as its a clear poor quality product which has been sold to a customer for which I guess a quality check was not done. I being from the same industry being working for customer relations and e-commerce for more than 9 years and with reputed brands. I do have a much better understanding of products and how it works. I just want my refrigerator to be repaired without any extra charges being borne by me which will fix and close this issue. Sometimes its necessary for a brand to go out of their way, out of their policies to resolve a customer query rather being adamant which I strongly feel for Panasonic. Let me know how to take this forward as I am feel I should not have opted for Panasonic and was a big blunder to opt for this brand as its just a growing pain. Please help! Thanks!

                                  This is highly frustating that despite of mentioning the complaint in this forum, these guys are least interested in resolving the issue neither they have contacted me. I'll make sure that I do spread a bad word of mouth in social media for "PANASONIC".
                                  Till date I have not been contacted by anyone to resolve the issue. This clearly shows that the brand is not at all interested in helping customers out. To be very precise, the brand does'nt has time to look into customer complaints, busy with just sales which will take them no where.
                                  Such a ridiculous brand. This is highly frustating that despite of lodging a complaint at this forum, they have not even tried to contact me and resolve the issue. I'll make sure that I do spread a bad word of mouth for PANASONIC in social media.

                                    Sir I had purchased a Panasonic mobile phone from online shopping from snap deal on 12 Jan. 2015 it was a faulty product. i asked the company but they assured me that it will be resolved. Finally 09.07.2015 it stoped working. then i approached to the concerned service center at panchkula and returned same day but it was not working properly thereafter i again approached to the same service center and then the service center kept the mobile and sent it to the head office at Delhi. w.e.f.12.07.2015 we made so many request to the executive but they denied not pay any heed to my genuine request.. they making one pretext to other by saying that some part of the mobile is not available as and when they made available the problem will be resolved . But on 23.8.2015 at the service center as per the instruction of your service executive to the D.O. Letter. but it is highly surprising that the center center forced me to accept a old hand sets with different IMEI Number and which was in bad condition look wise . Sir, I had purchased a new hand set and if it is your fault then why I should suffer for the same. Sir, it is highly surprising that more than 58 days have passed neither they repaired the mobile nor they replaced the same . So, kindly request to you that please initiate proceeding against him on my behalf . Earlier some problem had occurred to me same type it was also solved by your god forum and my amount has been refunded in that case. Sir, today your executive said that you have to take the old handsets (as per his version it is "Kaam Chaloo"). Ranvir Mobile Solution Auth.                                       Bought a Panasonic semi automatic washing machine for 12000 Rs from Panasonic authorized dealer located at Apsara Road, Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir. After opening the machine found that the timer was not working. Complaint was registered at Panasonic service center with complaint no R[protected]. On checking it was confirmed my the technicians that the machine has fault and timer is not working. I have requested the supplier to change the machine as it is a manufacturing fault. Until not nothing has been done and am getting really doubtful of Panasonic being a Japanese company as claimed. The suppliers are also not at all supportive as it is their duty and my right to get service after money was Paid for the equipment. The bill no of the purchase is 2308 dated 6th of Aug 2015.

                                        I bought a Panasonic P55 Novo on 23/08/2015 at 19:29 from Ezone at GIP mall Noida, after few days I notice some issues with camera the pic clicked shows tine white spots everywhere, problem while scrolling n no applications were being installed from google play store even though there is 3gb space in ohone memory n 2gb in sd card. After all these issues i submited my phone on 31/08/2015 to the cell care nirman vihar delhi with full box the told me that issue will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours but when i called on 3/09/2015 they are telling me that D.o cant be made n your phone has been sent for repair chech after 2 days. I dont want this set i want my set to be replaced with the other model i'm ready to pay the differences.
