I have panasonic p41, its screen broke & so i gave it to the service centre. Now its over a month & still they dont have part to repair my phone. They only have one answer to wait for a week, how can a company can deal like this with its customers. I am really facing problems & now pissed off with panasonic. Its a really bad experience of buying a panasonic product.

    i am tarique i purchase a panasonic eluga s mobile phone. after sometimes my phone dose not work both sim. then i submit my phone at sai mobiles panasonic authorised service center on 14 april 2015. after two months he give me DOA certificate for replacement but i purchase from amazon online shopping and policy of amazon is only refund not replacement. then i go back to sai mobiles and submit my ascoseries for replacement but i did not recieve my handset since 3 months so i am very diprresed please help me.       I would like to draw your kind attention towards lapses in Panasonic company, i purchased mobile MODEL GD 25C on 12th june 2015 from TRP Enterprises Patna, after 3days i.e 15th june 2015.Handset start malfunctioning, i face the problem in GSM sim slot (i.e my VODAFONE sim is not working in my device) and rushed to the nearby service centre at SAI TRADERS PATNA CITY, PATNA(BIHAR).But service manager refused to accept and repair/replace my phone.He gave the excuse that my IMEI is not found in his system and asked me to come after a few days. After a few days on 19th june 2015 another problem found in the handset.This time my mobile phone was totally hanged and nothing could be done.Once again i gave my phone to reputed service centre at (SAI TRADERS) alongwith my device box to solve the problem and replace my hanset, but he refused he look into the mobile and return and once again give same excuse as above.But on 25th june 2015 network problem started and on 3rd july 2015 the speaker of my phone stoped working and mobile is automatically swithed off and onn.This time rushed i to service centre and shouting on your service manager, then he received my mobile and give me offline jobsheet (JOBSHEET NO-1070) and told me to come on 7th july to received your handset. when i visited service centre as per schedule i.e 7th july on that time there's service manager give me a fresh online jobsheet (JOBSHEET NO-KJASPBI060715PI4883) and told me take back after two months. It is noticeable in this case that there service centre could not receive my phone on 1st and 2nd problem, he received manually my handset only after third problem and he produced me a online jobsheet after 4 days. I would like to inform you that i have tired from the day to i bought phone of Panasonic. company.Therefore, i would like to request you to replace my handset because it was defected mobile handset and it started malfunctioning within 2 days after its purchase. You along with your retailer and your service centre only harassed your valued customer, you gave your defected phone to the retailer.The retailer sold that defected piece to me and after that i was, made to run to your service centre regularly.All my problems were created by Panasonic and your associates knowingly. Therefore, i would like to request you to replace my mobile phone (i don't want to accept repaired Device ) and solve the problems of your valued customer for good otherwise i move towards consumer forum to protect my consumer rights.

        i have purchasded ac from panasonic and within warranty period my outer not working.i called them to lo.dge complaint .they enterd my complaint and after few days when i called them, they said due to technical problem my complaint is lost than they gav me another complaint numberR[protected].again no action is taken on my problem.they gave me raipur incharge number mrrizwan-[protected] but he didnt picked my call than i called durg service centre.when i told them my problem hiding fact that my ac is in warranty period they said replaceble part is in stock but when i told them my ac is in warranty period they started making excuses.its all going from last 20 days.panasonic is cheat.

          Respected Sir, With reference to above said subject. I have given a handset Panasonic T40 for repairing on 27 June 2015 at reliable enterprises, Akurdi, Pune. They told me repairing cost 1640/ but I was not ready to paid the repair cost. Again I had gone today in same authorize service center for repairing my mobile on 10 July 2015 & they have suggested me to repair & they told me repair cost 2240/. So I got wonder with huge amount of difference in first estimate & second estimate, For this reason I called customer care toll free number [protected] on 10/7/15 they told me your complaint is forward to high priority, and they also registered a complaint. (Continuous 15 times calling to customer care department after that they register my complaint so this type of service is not digesting me ). For a simple complaint if you are not capable to repair the phone, and then let me know that through mail. So that I can proceed with further steps. I hope you will do the needful ASAP. Note- my handset was broken (touch pad not working, display not working). I requesting to you help me in this case, and give solution ASAP. Regards, Mukul Maske, Pune.

            Sir, This refers to my service complaint filed on 17.6.2015 with the Panasonic service station at Nagpur in connection with the malfunctioning of touch screen of my recently acquired Panasonic smart phone Eluga (Tax invoice no. A-33185/3.3.2015) However regrettably, instead of celebrating the PANASONIC smart phone (as your promotion says) the same had turned into a nightmare to me, as the touch screen pf the handset started malfunctioning and that too, as early as within few weeks time of buying it. The service station authority initially shrugged it off as a mere software issue and the hand set was returned to me on the same day after addressing the issue (probably by installing some software). Hardly had I used the same for another 2 weeks, the issue reappear once again and one fine morning it suddenly stopped working. The phone was once again taken to your authorized service station on 19.6.2015 and this time however they did admitted of some serious fault and sought 10 days’ time to get the affected parts replaced. Further, I was also informed that this particular model of “PANASONIC” have indeed some serious issue with its touch-screen and many customers are complaining about it. It has almost been 20 days since then and I am yet to get back my phone from the service center. Each of my inquiries with the service center had been responded with replies not maintainable at all from a company of “PANASONIC” brand reputation. In fact it was indeed my misfortune that I decided to go for a Panasonic smart phone leaving behind so many of established ones, available almost half of its price. You are therefore earnestly requested to look into the matter on war footing and ensure that my handset is immediately replaced with a new one, as the issue noticed was a major manufacturing defect. Failing which, I may have no other option left with me, except to approach consumer grievance cell to redress my grievance.

                Model Number - TH-L39B60D Date of Incident - 5th July 2015 Technician Visit - 7th July Estimate Provided - 9th July Job Number - R[protected] I had purchased a Panasonic TV on 18th May 2013. The product warranty expired after 1 year and it has been 2 years and 2 months since I purchased the TV. I had issues with the panel and when the company technician he said the panel is spoilt and I have received an estimate of 29000 rs. from the service centre. For a TV that has been used for just over 2 years, why should I pay almost 65% of the price of my TV again? I know some parts are more expensive than other parts but 29000 for one part? Only Panasonic takes that much time for replacing parts, from last 40 days they are not getting back cover & even not giving any answer how much time will it take. I they don't have the part then why they are not giving the replacement of mobile.                     I purchased Panasonic P61 in 10/2014 till date now it is in warranty I went to service center at First Mobile at Indra Bazar and Aditya Infotech at Jhotwara Road my mobile set touch display has been broken . Both Service Censer are failed to give to me the correct information about time of supply of touch and display Parts and also failed to correct price of this parts both Service Center give me different different price about 8000/- and 7000/- while new phone price now is about only 11000/- pl tell me correct time or supply of service and actual price of combo of touch on my e mail is [protected]@gmail.com

                      Job sheet No: KJASPHR112615PI7647 ASP Code: KJASPHR112 It makes me truly displeasure to write this complaint with respect to my experience with the Panasonic Mobile & Customer Service Center. I Abhishek Upadhyay new user of Panasonic Mobile Eluga S had not given a thought while purchasing the handset that such a reputed MNC will serve their consumers in such an ill mannered. My Handset didn't even a last for two months and the phone was dead. the Handset was submitted to the service center on 24th June 2015 and it reached to Panasonic HO on 26th June 2015. Today its been 2 weeks and the product has still not got repaired. I really don't understand what is making you to take so many days to get one handset repaired. if you have reason saying there are backlogs then it means there is some defect with your technology as you have so many defective handset, if you have reason saying there was no spare available then that too is not acceptable because i have handed over the phone for repair in Panasonic mobile co. who currently manufactures the same brand. There could be no justifiable reason to take 12-14 days to get one handset repaired. Today i called your toll free number and when i asked to transfer the call to senior person who can address the issue genuinely, your unprofessional exec kept me intentionally on hold for long, i called thrice but no one transferred the call to address the issue. I am not here to keep tracking everyday and waste may valuable time. Your product didn't last for two months and i had to face all this issue, over and above i lost my data, i am sorry i am not going to bear this anymore. After referring to other complaints on this forum i understand the quality of your service and level of seriousness you invest to address the issue. Its truly disappointing, I sincerely request you to address the issue in a day.

                          I made a complaint in the month of march for my lcd tv purchased on 4/9/11 model no is 32 x 24d . After four month now i received the pcb in same condition and they are saying that spare part is not available.What should i do with this? What service you are providing to the customers? Service person is saying that display board is faulty.Kindly look into this matter and get it repaired

                                I have purchased Panasonic mobile (model : Panasonic-T41 ) on 14.01.2015 On May. 2015 I faced problem regarding battery backup. So I submitted this mobile to Panasonic Sangli service station on 08.05.2015 ( Job No. KJASPMH026515K36234 ) after long waiting period they told me Mobile sent to company for repair.                                   I have purchased Panasonic LED 32 inch on 2nd march 2015 (3 months back) and its not working since 20th june 2015, i have complaint regarding same but not repaired or replace yet. My complaint number is R[protected]. Every day they are saying part is not recieved from the company. I have purchased your product at 28000/- rs. And its having technical problem within 3months. If you r sending the part on time then its your responsblity to replace it. Unnessery companies brand name is getting spoiled.                                     Dear Panasonic, I have bought a Phone called "Eluga Panasonic Smart Phone" three months back, but somehow SIM Slot is got damaged. Hence I went to your Service Center to get it solved, it is being more than a Month; I have deposited my Handset to your service center but still your people are saying that "we won't be able to do anything because Component is not sending by Panasonic after to many reminders". I believe this is not a kind of services you are offering, and I hope there must be some sort of Professionalism still left.                                         I gave a complaint about LED display.your service person came 16june and told me that there is fault in display.as it is in warranty, he told that they will replace the display panel.Till now I Dont have any response from concerned Panasonic people.complaint no.
