Dear Sir, from the date of purchase of the product 42" Panasonic LED TV has problems continues after 3 months. It has been repaired 3 times instead of replacement requests. But no permanent solution has been done. Now, 2 problems are there 1. ) A florecent line middle of the TV and 2) Remote and manual operating system is not working. This TV has definitely manufacturing defects, that's why it is getting problems frequently. I request you to provide us the replacement for the same. The copy of bill enclosed.

    The painful trend continues . Have had issues twice with my year old inverter microwave bought in Mumbai. The inverter part has conked off twice, first in warranty and secondly just post that. Amazing I am being asked to spend nearly 5000/- for repair . Nearly 50% of the cost of the microwave . Specially when the part was recently replaced! Amazingly atrocious service and product. Panasonic has literally gone to the dogs. Moreover the part is not available for the past 15 days . Complaint C[protected] is open since 27th July! The area service head Anil is of completely no use. Has no sense how to talk to customers or have any sense of service. They shd take back this piece of junk and refund the money - even half will do! Request to all. DO NOT BUY PANASONIC PRODUCTS. Specially their Microwaves

      Dear Concern I have purchased a Panasonic Eluga S mobile phone on 26th /Jan/2015 with One year warranty from Mobile Planet, New Ashok Nagar. For the proof bill has been attached with updated IMEI No- [protected]/837169. But phone software got damage in the month of February, I visited to your authorized service center H No. 5, 4 A, 2nd Floor, Ps Arcade, Sec-27, Atta, Bhoja Mkt, Noida, Noida, UP, Software was updated now s/w are working . Time goes on 4 month, now it’s again hardware problem, I just wanted to new is it your product faith, how many times I have to struggle for brand new phone . Anyhow, I once again visited to your Service center- JMV Tech. Pvt Ltd, 252 D, Sant Nager, East Of kailash, New Delhi, Cont no[protected], [protected], I got a surprise answer from them – We cann’t take for repair, reason seal opened, Seal was open during software updating at your noida service center, Is it mine responsibility to re-sealed . How much time I have to struggle for this brand new phone . It’s better to give me a proper solution, either replaced or repaired .Other wise I will log a complain in consumer forum & fire a negative reviews each and every social sites .         Hello, There was a display problem in my mobile phone (Panasonic-GD25) which was puchased on Apr 02 '15 and I visited your customer care center at sikanderpur, Gurgaon on 24th July' 15. There I was told that its LED needs to be changed. Hence I was advised to leave the handset at your service center and I left my phone for changing LED. Since then I am following your customer care and Toll free number to resolve my issue but still my issue has not been resolved. I am facing lot of inconvinience since my sim is out as I dont have any other CDMA phone with me. Please do the needful at your end ASAP.             My self Ganesh Sahni and i buy panasonic handset since 05/12/2014 its under warrnty. i submit my complaine in gorakhpur uttar pradesh. submit date is 15/06/2015 but did not solve my handset problem company say that your mobile part not avaival on company headoffice . when company mobile part not avaival after 60 days .why company sell its model handset. very poor unresponsable mobile company.

              Dear Team We purchased a Panasonic icube A/c in the year 2011 its been only 4 years for the first time we faced the problem that a/c compressor got busted but lucky me that it was in warranty I filed a complaint for the same they visited our home and they assured us that they will change compressor within 2 to 3 days maximum . Their first visit was on 26/07/2015 post that they have visited 5 times making a mockery out of it every time they said the technician will visit soon . They gave us n no.of mobile number of service center MS services for Panasonic . Mr. Srikant Sharma - (owner of MS services ) .Who never listen to you will just pass the phone to Mr.Arjun (who sits on reception ) And above all Mr Arjun who make excuse like technician ki tabiyat kharab hai, kal parts aa jayenge jhajjar se so on and soo forth but Kal (tomorrow) never comes . Finally the technician Mr.Ravi who always say I am out of station talk to our boss Mr. Srikant Sharma and the loop begins again and again . Finally we got no. Mr Ravi Sethi (area service manager ) who is also the same expert in passing the torch to Srikant Sharma Panasonic being such a brand if they hire such kind of people it is very unfortunate to say they should shut down their customer service department . In the end I would request you please take this complaint on priority basis or you can just tell us that we should just stop buying Panasonic products for future .                   Sir, I had a mobile of your company(GD 25c).This mobile I had to 03/13/15.Since taking on this mobile set was having problems, it was not working properly, I asked the shopkeeper to back it up, but he rejected calls to withdraw.Then I showed it at your service center, service center told me 45 days to repair. Now you tell me if you have poor mobile production it is my fault, Sir, I should either return the money should be given to new mobile.                     Sir, i have a problem in handling my panasonic handset eluga I (Job sheet no. KJASPUP422715PI9474) . which i have given to service centre in Anuragani electronic at sec -27 in Noida on 26-Jun for take me out of that problem but instead of paas out of duration period which is given to me by the service centre. Till, i have not get my cellphone while facing all formalities at there, .when i talk to Panasonic service Center They told to me your phone got a Deo.You have to Go service center.and when i went to service center. They told me you dont have any deo. but still they are not giving my phone or Deo. i am very fed up with your company service. Please, get me rid of this problem. Thanking you.

                      Dear Sir, My contact no. is [protected] . I bought one Panasonic p31 mobile last year in June 2014. from Raju Japan (Maninagar branch : Ahmedabad) . Appx 7 days before my mobile battery is completely discharged. I visited same shop (Raju Japan Maninagar) from where i have purchased mobile but i got very negative feedback for Panasonic p31 model and they informed to contact panasonic service center as service is very poor for these co. so Later i have visited at your panasonic service center care at Dev enterprise at maninagar Mobile[protected], I registered my complaint also for replacing my mobile battery and service center has registered my complaint also on 3/8/2105 in their system and asked to wait another 15 to 20 days . Problem is i m using panasonic model at my home (mobile [protected] ) whose battey is completely discharges .. I think it my big mistake that i have purchase panasonic co. product, which even can't provide battery also to their customer. Even your customer care office don't trust on your co service. I have don't have choice other then to buy new mobile of other co.. who can replace at least new battery to their customer. Please suggest your view regarding battery.

                        Hi Panasonic I am one of the customer having purchased your product Panasonic eluga s mobile phone ( imei 1 [protected] imei 2 [protected] )few months ago..it was working well but after a while there was a issue with its sim slot due to which it was not recepting network.. I contacted the nearest service centre cell one located in east Delhi shakarpur and the person at service centre told me that the sim jack need to be changed as its damaged and asked for 500 rupees and asked to wait for 1-2 weeks after which I contacted there again but still they were not able to arrange the jack and kept the phone and told me to come again after 2 weeks.. After completion of the time I went there again but still not to avail anything. I took the phone and money back. Hence the phone is of no use now and its a loss of 10k inr. Is this the kind of after sales service Panasonic providing?? Tell me the reason to buy your products if these are ur services?? In the above situation I am only left with one option I.e. to approach consumer forum..

                          I have bought a panasonic inverter ac on 26.04.2014 from khosla electronics chinsurah branch, it is get some fault on the first weak of july, before that also it consume a huge reading on electricity bill, after starting tha ac around 10 minutes it automatically turned off and the timer light going to blinking, we call for panasonic customer care they send their mechanics within 24 hours he only clean the ac and looking for error code in remote and showed me that error code is h15.and told that he have to change one weir in the outdoor unit, after three days he came back with the weir but he is unable to rectify the error and go back without saying a word, again i call panasonic customer care for their help they sent another two man for pumping down the machine but for bad weather they also go back and returned after few days and doing pumping down for around 5 hours, but no result are coming out from that, now they are saying that the pvc board have to be changed, and also sayed that if the problem is not rectified then again they have to change another things, pls help me out from this problem because in west bengal still the weather is too hot, but owning a ac also around one months it is very hard too continuing life without ac, my phone no is [protected]

                              I would like to file a complaint against Panasonic Service company here in Bangalore, India. I first lodged a complaint in the first week of May 2015 with Reliance (authorized dealers of Panasonic) from where I had bought my fridge in 2012. The only problem with my fridge was that it was building ice in the ice compartment. Reliance people sent a technician "Ravi Kumar" to attend to it. But he messed up my fridge. After his working on my fridge, it simply stopped cooling my top fridge area as well and would not freeze any thing in the freezer compartment also. Then Reliance people took my fridge to their service center and kept it there for 2 weeks but even after their bringing it back, there was no change. The fridge was still not working any differently. I finally called Panasonic people and lodged a complaint. They sent their technician to look at it. Their technician, Nayaz, declared that it needed gas filling. They keep saying today-tomorrow but no one has visited my place so far. Since June end, 2015, they have not been able to resolve my issue. I don't understand how you can treat your customers so badly! When you have to sell your product, you make so many false promises of giving good after-sale service etc. So, you tell me, who will solve my problem? Your authorized dealers Reliance or you Panasonic whose product I have made a mistake of purchasing? Future customers, please be aware of Panasonic products. I am warning you, they don't have knowledgeable and competent technicians for after sale service. Their service centers are no good. They will frustrate you to the extent that you will repent why you purchased their product.

                              Panasonic Service Center here in Bangalore - their staff is arrogant, frustrating and incompetent! Panasonic company should employ trained and knowledgeable staff so that they don't mess customers products and make their lives difficult!

Till, i have not get my cellphone while facing all formalities at there, i am still not satisfying and comes to you to get me rid from this problem because its creates a bad atmosphere at my home just because of this handset.                                     I had purchased Panasonic LED TH42C410D on[protected] from Vijaysales Pimpri Pune. TV has picture quality issue of yellow patches on screen. The technician has checked & found it faulty. After so many follow up on phone with Vijaysales Customer care & Panasonic Service Pune, the problem has not been resolved. Finally after all this suffering I want refund against this product. If this is not resolved within next 3 days I will take a legal action.

                                      I, Jackie Savla had bought a panasonic plasma tv. Model no. TH-P42XT50D. I bought the tv on 10 January 2013 from EMDEE ELECTRONICS INDIA PVT. LTD. Invoice no. is 3522. Ever since we brought the tv in the first four months there came a fault in one of the parts of the tv. This kept on repeating every 6 months for 18 months. The company replaced the parts but did not give us any memo regarding the part they changed.Now this has occured for the fifth time. The part has got spoiled for the fifth time. So we demanded a replacement from the company as the problem has occured many times. But the company people are saying they will not replace the tv with a new one. Only 6 months of warranty are remaining, so after the warranty period gets over we would be charged for the part. So i do not have trust on the part of the company anymore. I even emailed the company regarding the issue, but they said they would only replace the part. The company is also not informing us about the part they changed.                                       I am facing an exactly same issue, I purchased the tv on 20th Jan 2013 and have been getting problems since just after 3 months of purchase. I never expected this from a Japanese company who never compromise on quality. Now I am also facing this issue for the fifth time.                                         I have purchased 2 Panasonic ACs from CARE, Bodakdev Ahmedabad. The Outdoor of the 1st one was damaged due to poor handling of CARE staff, who literally throw even delicate items like laptops. The sales person confirmed that the Outdoor unit will be replaced at the time of delivery of the 2nd unit, which was obviously not done and despite reminder after 2 weeks, they have not bothered to send the replacement. The Sales executive Viraj is very rude & has no sense of customer satisfaction. Another colleague of mine had purchased AC from them, which had to be replaced 4 times again due to mishandling by CARE staff. They handle goods so badly, that many people in the building call them “CARE who don’t CARE”

                                        Please look into this seriously and replace the outdoor unit as it's completely unfair to accept such poor condition paying FULL PRICE.
