Panasonic Cordless Phone — Noisy & extremely low voice incoming & outgoing

I had puchased a cordless Panasonic phone model no. KX-TG2448BXS from Essem Communications (Hyd) Pvt. Ltd. for Rs 4200.00 vide bill no. 2485 dated 18.01.2010. The dealer had given me the phone in a box, which was not tested while giving the phone to me and when I requested that it should be tested they reassured me that we are here to help and there will be no problem. From day one since I started using the phone, there is lot of disturbance in the phone and I cannot hear the other person clearly. The outgoing as well as incoming calls are of very low volume and I cannot hear anything. I complained...

Panasonic — No effective response from the customer care

Respected Sir,

I beg to state that i brought a Panasonic 29" color TV(Rs 13000) model -29fx20,
serial no.rk-[protected], from khandelwal electronics(katwa,Dist.-Burdhawan,W.B) on[protected]. But it became defective on[protected].
From then I am just running behind the Panasonic agents and offices of
Burdhawan branch. Once a agent from Panasonic came to my home
investigate the TV and said Rs.7000/- is needed for repairing.

We purchased panasonic make split type air conditioners on[protected].from m/s ECO COOL opp.agarsen bhawan H-11,patel nagar 3rd, ghaziabad. The air conditioner is not of mercantile use. Panasonic TV — Picture tube replacement issue within warranty

I have purchase new Panasonic 29 inch TV and within warranty had replaced picture tube, after changing picture tube it was auto swithed off and on during normal condition, again i had launched compalint asked to fixed it, technician fixed it and after two days same issue persist.

Panasonic — Faulty repair

This is regarding washing machine i had bought 3year's back now the warranty has been expired. Now the thing is some part has been not working & then i called up a company named Shivam National Electronics which had registered them self to Local Telephonic yellow page {just dial} as a Panasonic service provider.

Panasonic (Handy Electric Shaver) — Faulty micro switch

I have purchased Panasonic battery operated electric shaver in Dec'2008. Since purchase, after using for hardly couple of times, its micro switch (switch that changes the operating modes like On/Off/Trimming) gone bad. I approached company service centre located in Kukatpally, Hyderabad. I handed over my shaver to service centre and after couple of follow-up, I was asked to collect the instrument which was not really repaired but they removed the switch connection itself. So now, the moment cells are inserted, instrument gets On and will remain On till cells are removed....

I bought a PANASONIC LCD TV from BETTER DEALS Electronics Pvt. Ltd. B3/67 , Janakpuri delhi 110018,one and half years back after doing lots of research and comparison with other available brands in the market. But I am really surprise to see and know that the LCD panel is not functioning properly. Lodge a complaint on 20/02/2010 about the problem and the service engineer told me that the LCD TV is having problem with the panel,he said we got a defected piece from the dealer.You can imagine that how much frustrating experience it will be. If a brand like PANASONIC is having this kind of quality product...

Panasonic Refrigerator Model Nr - B30m8 - Ss — Delivered a heavily dented Refrigerator

I have purchased a Panasonic refrigerator Model NR-B30M8-SS on 21.02.2010 from a retailer located at Durgapur, WB, India. The said Refrigerator is delivered by the retailer with sizable dent at corner Top. As per the Panasonic service personnel the dent can't be repaired. Since the defect is clearly visible and not repairable, the machine was not allowed to install and commission. The Panasonic authority should address the problem so that the defect item is replaced immediately....

Panasonic — Warranty

I have one cordless Panasonic model "KX-TC1222JXB telephone".
The Agency is : Alesayi electronics

The fault: no link between the cordless and the base.

I bought it before eleven months from authorized dealer in Dammam Saudi Arabia (31 Dec 2009) and the warranty card telling one year. I went to Panasonic agency in Saudi Arabia Kubar City and they told me this warranty is old and the dealer should give you a new one with six months only.
I asked them to repair it in charge basis and they told me the delivery of spare parts 45 days “From Japan”.

My refrigerator Panasonie NRD 701B is now been broken for almost 4 months. When I phoned Panasonic they gave me the Indepent company that repairs their product Mr Allisher[protected]. The mentioned persone went out of his way to help me, BUT he cant do anything until he gets the PART needed to fix my fridge. The above mentioned fridge is 2 yrs and 6 months old, cost me R10 000 and I have to wait and sit without a fridge for so long, it is really UNEXEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!. Panasonic — Mis-selling, Misbehavior & Unfurnished sale & warranty documents

I have brought last week from Varun Electronics Karnal.

I am really sorry to say that the behavior that shop owner is showing after sale is really very shameful & intolerable. First of all the owner didn’t given me the proper bill & date on warranty card. Secondly he sold the product to me on higher price (nearly 13.5% more price than the actual price). When I called him up & asked him to give me a proper bill, warranty date & why he has charged the extra price the answer was “Mein tere baap ka naukar nai ho” & dropped the phone.

Purchased the phone KX-TC2100 on 28th March 2009.Charges the batter fro 9 hours as per isntructions before using. however the battery didn't get charged. I had purchased lumix camera from dubai from authorised sales center at carrefour on 24 mar 2009.
In april when i was in India the camera due to some unkown reason stopped operating. Panasonic Plasma T. V Viera (Th - 42pa60h) — Poor quality product/service

I bought a 42" Panasonic Viera plasma model TH-42PA60H in June 2007 for Rs76000/-. The warranty was for 1 year. Exactly a year and 2 weeks later the T.V stopped working. The T.V is mostly viewed during weekends and holidays only (and as such was not overly used). It is connected to power supply through a voltage stabilizer.
