Sir I had purchased a Panasonic mobile phone from online shopping from snap deal on 12 Jan. 2015 it was a faulty product. i asked the company but they assured me that it will be resolved. Finally 09.07.2015 it stoped working. then i approached to the concerned service center at panchkula and returned same day but it was not working properly thereafter i again approached to the same service center and then the service center kept the mobile and sent it to the head office at Delhi. w.e.f.12.07.2015 we made so many request to the executive but they denied not pay any heed to my genuine request.. they making one pretext to other by saying that some part of the mobile is not available as and when they made available the problem will be resolved . But on 23.8.2015 at the service center as per the instruction of your service executive to the D.O. Letter. but it is highly surprising that the center center forced me to accept a old hand sets with different IMEI Number and which was in bad condition look wise . Sir, I had purchased a new hand set and if it is your fault then why I should suffer for the same. Sir, it is highly surprising that more than 58 days have passed neither they repaired the mobile nor they replaced the same . So, kindly request to you that please initiate proceeding against him on my behalf . Earlier some problem had occurred to me same type it was also solved by your god forum and my amount has been refunded in that case. Bought a Panasonic semi automatic washing machine for 12000 Rs from Panasonic authorized dealer located at Apsara Road, Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir. After opening the machine found that the timer was not working. Complaint was registered at Panasonic service center with complaint no R[protected]. On checking it was confirmed my the technicians that the machine has fault and timer is not working. I have requested the supplier to change the machine as it is a manufacturing fault. Until not nothing has been done and am getting really doubtful of Panasonic being a Japanese company as claimed. The suppliers are also not at all supportive as it is their duty and my right to get service after money was Paid for the equipment. The bill no of the purchase is 2308 dated 6th of Aug 2015.

I bought a Panasonic P55 Novo on 23/08/2015 at 19:29 from Ezone at GIP mall Noida, after few days I notice some issues with camera the pic clicked shows tine white spots everywhere, problem while scrolling n no applications were being installed from google play store even though there is 3gb space in ohone memory n 2gb in sd card. After all these issues i submited my phone on 31/08/2015 to the cell care nirman vihar delhi with full box the told me that issue will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours but when i called on 3/09/2015 they are telling me that D.o cant be made n your phone has been sent for repair chech after 2 days. I dont want this set i want my set to be replaced with the other model i'm ready to pay the differences.

I would like to inform you that i have given on LCD for repairing on 15tth or 16th August but it has not been repaired yet, so kindly look in to this matter urgently as its already 15days passed and no satisfying reply from compnay. Please take this mateer on urgent basis or elsse i will be forced to take the matter to court.

Sir i buied panasonic ac model[protected]cu-uc18rky3-2/[protected] which is in warranty period but from t day i buied it is not working properly its not giving cooling i made complaint several time on the toll free number they say that within 24 hours they will send an engineer but it habeen since months that no engineer have visited .I think that they are passing the warranty period only. I want to return your product i donot want it as i am so stressed because of it from the day it was installed it is creating trouble i think this is rejected peice .So plz rply soon .

My daughter in law purchased 32A 300 LCD in Sep 2014 from Dehra Dun. in June 2015 its screen go off we complaint to customer care, the technical Engineer visited our residence and said that the Panel(screen) is to be replaced. We informed the matter to customer care and requested to change the LCD .The company's area manager replied that company will replace our LCD with an advance model with a discount of 10%. For this we have to pay Rs 1600/= through Demand Draft as the same model is not available to them. The company rep said that for this they will send a consent form and we have to submit it along with demand draft.We agree and told the company to send us the form. Since then several time we have reminded the company through its Customer care but no action has been taken by the Company. In this connection please refer our complaint R[protected] dt 24 July 2015

Dear Sir, From the date of purchase of the product 42" Panasonic LED TV (TH L42 E5 D) from Guru Maa enterprises, Rudrapur, on Dt. 15.11.2013 with 3 years warrenty, has continous problems after 3 months. It has been repaired 3 times instead of several requests for replacement . But no permanent solution has been done. Now, again 2 problems are there 1. ) A florescent line middle of the TV and 2) Remote and manual operating system is not working. This TV has definitely has some manufacturing defects, that's why it is getting problems frequently. I request you to provide us the replacement for the same. The copy of bill enclosed... Panasonic... are not responding in positive to the complaints.. no action taken on the delay... send me a new phone if cant repair it...

I bought my panasonic model no.LED TH-42AS610D on 30.11.2014 from sargam electronics. i have a problem on my screen there is dust on screen which diagnosed by mr.vinod tecnician.he said there is a manufacturing defect in this model.and he said that company's cartridge van will pick up the t.v. with proper packing for screen cleaning.from march after one month aur two month they took away the product and place back in my home i got 4 times service for this model.bahut pareshan hain credit card se purchase kiya hai aur abhi emi bhi poori nahi hui main bhi dipression mein ho gayi hu.asthametic patient job karti hoon baar baar mujhe office se aana padta hai.leave le kar.financialy mentaly physicaly they harrased me.this time Mr.vinod ne kaha ki aapke tv ka ghar par hi panel change kar denge.but is baar bhi company ki van tv le gayi aur screen clean kar ke de gayi hai tv lene ke 3 mahine mein hi hum pareshan ho gaye area manager.sumit sethi.sushil kumar phone bhi nahi uthate.aur koi response nahi dete.helpline mail par complaints ka koi jawab nahi hai.please help.if you can
