I would like to inform you that i have given on LCD for repairing on 15tth or 16th August but it has not been repaired yet, so kindly look in to this matter urgently as its already 15days passed and no satisfying reply from compnay. Please take this mateer on urgent basis or elsse i will be forced to take the matter to court.

        Sir i buied panasonic ac model[protected]cu-uc18rky3-2/[protected] which is in warranty period but from t day i buied it is not working properly its not giving cooling i made complaint several time on the toll free number they say that within 24 hours they will send an engineer but it habeen since months that no engineer have visited .I think that they are passing the warranty period only. I want to return your product i donot want it as i am so stressed because of it from the day it was installed it is creating trouble i think this is rejected peice .So plz rply soon .

          My daughter in law purchased 32A 300 LCD in Sep 2014 from Dehra Dun. in June 2015 its screen go off we complaint to customer care, the technical Engineer visited our residence and said that the Panel(screen) is to be replaced. We informed the matter to customer care and requested to change the LCD .The company's area manager replied that company will replace our LCD with an advance model with a discount of 10%. For this we have to pay Rs 1600/= through Demand Draft as the same model is not available to them. The company rep said that for this they will send a consent form and we have to submit it along with demand draft.We agree and told the company to send us the form. Since then several time we have reminded the company through its Customer care but no action has been taken by the Company. In this connection please refer our complaint R[protected] dt 24 July 2015

[protected] . in warranty card issued 12 month hand set warranty . one day before automatically off screene but in Panasonic office for display changing charge 5500, but my mobile warrenty period is 12 month up to 07/07/2016.. plesase give proper service or change my handset . mob. no.                   Dear Sir, From the date of purchase of the product 42" Panasonic LED TV (TH L42 E5 D) from Guru Maa enterprises, Rudrapur, on Dt. 15.11.2013 with 3 years warrenty, has continous problems after 3 months. It has been repaired 3 times instead of several requests for replacement . But no permanent solution has been done. Now, again 2 problems are there 1. ) A florescent line middle of the TV and 2) Remote and manual operating system is not working. This TV has definitely has some manufacturing defects, that's why it is getting problems frequently. I request you to provide us the replacement for the same. The copy of bill enclosed...                       Panasonic... are not responding in positive to the complaints.. no action taken on the delay... send me a new phone if cant repair it...

                                  I bought my panasonic model no.LED TH-42AS610D on 30.11.2014 from sargam electronics. i have a problem on my screen there is dust on screen which diagnosed by mr.vinod tecnician.he said there is a manufacturing defect in this model.and he said that company's cartridge van will pick up the t.v. with proper packing for screen cleaning.from march after one month aur two month they took away the product and place back in my home i got 4 times service for this model.bahut pareshan hain credit card se purchase kiya hai aur abhi emi bhi poori nahi hui main bhi dipression mein ho gayi hu.asthametic patient job karti hoon baar baar mujhe office se aana padta hai.leave le kar.financialy mentaly physicaly they harrased me.this time Mr.vinod ne kaha ki aapke tv ka ghar par hi panel change kar denge.but is baar bhi company ki van tv le gayi aur screen clean kar ke de gayi hai tv lene ke 3 mahine mein hi hum pareshan ho gaye area manager.sumit sethi.sushil kumar phone bhi nahi uthate.aur koi response nahi dete.helpline mail par complaints ka koi jawab nahi hai.please help.if you can

                                    I have given my panasonic eluga U phone to the service center before 1 and a half month. First time they broken my sim tray and I said to your service center to send the request of replacement but they didn't did that second time company removed that brocken part and now the third time I have submitted that phone to Service Center. The job sheet no I have now is not updated from the service center on 13th aug, It has been submitted next day, (have given my phone to the service center at 10 AM on 13th Aug). Not at all getting any service from the company. How you have handed over the phone to the customer without having the quality check of that particular product. Please help me out in resolving my problem.

                                      Dear team, I am buy new Panasonic LED TV A300. When i am buying this TV it is not working properly . Same time time i am inform to customer care no. and service executive was came my home he will be check and rectify the problem at Panasonic End. after month company was replaced with OLD LED; but still i am facing same issue. also i am trying to contact service centre and local service centre but they can't help me. Following Problems : (same OLD LEd A300 and New LED A301 Model) 1. Remote is not working 2. USB not working 3. TV Manually handled like power ON/Off 4. Many formats not play on USB 5. Hangout LED Tv like manually it's not operates like this problems I am inform to local service centre but they are not co-ordinate with me. when service Engineer visit for checking TV...after that TV is working fine or 1-3 hrs again TV getting same issues.                                         This is to inform you that i purchased Panasonic Eluga L on[protected] from Star Communication, K100A, Lower Ground Floor, Lajpat Nagar-2. its only 43 days from now and my new handset stopped working. There is no display coming and it seems to be a blank LCD. I went to a Panasonic Service station which is JMV Technosol Pvt Ltd. 252, Sant Nagar, East of Kailash, New Delhi-110065.(PH No#[protected],[protected], [protected]) and showed my handset to them. They said that there is some problem coming with this model and they are receiving so many complaints for this particular model. They said they will send my phone to Banglore and it would be handed to me in 45 days. i asked them that how would i manage without my phone as i only have a one. They replied its a company policy. i asked them to provide me at least a replacement or some other smart phone till the time i wont get my phone fixed. they said they dont have any alternate and i have to manage it on my own. They became rude and said they cant do anything. I just wanted to know that is it my mistake that i trusted Panasonic and purchased the ELUGA L 4G for Rs 13, 260. This is not at all justified that Panasonic is breaking its customers trust and spoiling its name and goodwill. I am very upset and saying this with broken heart that i am feeling like cheated. Please either provide me the new handset or refund my money. I will not wait for 40 days as it is not my fault. Thank You! Rami
