Rajeshkumar Joshi To mobile.[protected]@in.panasonic.com Jul 21 sir, I have purchased the panasonic mobile on 05/07/2015 from Ready phone Vadodara amounting to Rs.6606/-. On 10/07/2015 Friday night the mobile suddenly switch off and not restart. On Saturday & Sunday the Customer Service Centre is closed due to IDD/Rathyatra & Sunday. My son contacted on 20/07/2015 Monday and mobile hand set is taken over by your CSC for onwards sent to Company for repairing & tell them at least 1 month time taken. It is not understood that it is a mobile fault and your company is responsible for that, for 1 month what can i do without mobile. Kindly replace the same at the earliest please.     श्रीमान् जी, मेरा मोबाइल पैनासोनिक पी-41 आई0एम0ई0आई0 न0- [protected], [protected] के अधिक गर्म पड़ने व चार्जिंग कनेक्टर मे परेषानी होने के कारण दिनाॅंक 26.06.2015 को स्थानीय कस्टूमर केयर पीलीभीत को सही होने दिया गया था जिसको उनके द्वारा मुझे यह आष्वासन देते हुये कम्पनी प्रेशित किया गया कि 15 दिन के अन्दर आपको आपका फोन ठीक होकर मिल जायेगा। किन्तु खेद का विशय है कि एक माह से अधिक का समय व्यतीत हो जाने के उपरान्त भी तथा अनेकों कस्टूमर केयर पर षिकायतें दर्ज करने पर भी आज तक मेरा फोन ठीक होकर मुझे प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है। जिस कारण मुझे अनेकों परेषानियों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।

    I submit my Panasonic p41 mobile set at pilibhit Panasonic care by job sheet no. KJASPUP248416PI17898 on 04-04-2016 but service center also made another job sheet KJASPUP248416PI17995 in the course of internal relation. After given my set 04-04-216 I approached many time with company help line number and service center but still they never give any satisfactory response about my handset. It is a long lime for two month has already left I think handset has manufacturing fault. Now I want my money back which I paid against the handset or same price latest advanced new mobile handset.

          Panasonic Viera TH-L32C5D. Issue started from 18/07/2015. If I run my tv for an hour it will shut down by itself then it will restart within a minute and again it will be keep soing the same. If I switch off my tv for 20 minutes or an hour, I can able to see the TV for another hour. What will be the problem? We thought it might be small issue and called authorised service center but very disappointed with the service. Just that person opened the tv and told might be mother board problem and Got 300 Rs as service. I wanted to know what is the problem.

            I am from Tilaknagar, Chembur, Mumbai, we had purchased panasonic viera tv with extended warranty. After 2 1/2 years of purchase, There was issue with our plasma 42 inches 3D TV, lot of blue lines would come on screen. The issue started in June 2015. the first guy who came to service simply told us- it could be because of rain, wait for 2-3 weeks and it should go away. We wondered how rain is connected with the issue, but waited. since the problem persisted, we called again. This time he came and said its just due to dust or carbon in connectors. He opened the TV and cleant the connectors, the picture quality really improved. But our happiness was short lived. As within hours the problem of blue lines across the screen came back and it was rather worse. And suddenly something blew up, TV was hot, smoke came out and it stopped working completely. Then after repeated calling, the service guys took our tv for repair. After a month of waiting and that too after we called they said ok your tv is fixed and we will come with your tv today itself (24 July 2015). If we wouldn't have called maybe they would have kept it for another month. Anyways just today they came with tv and while installing it, the service guy blames the cable of set top box- that was the reason tv's 2 boards blew up. After he put on the tv, the basic problem of blue lines across the screen persisted. So almost after 2 months the main problem still existed Its not the cable tvs problem even with just pen drive the problem was still there. So clearly fault is in the TV. The service guy said he will send another technician to fix the problem. Nobody ever came and within half an hour the tv blew up again. Now I wonder how many more months to get tv fixed. Really pathetic service. And after spending good money on TV it should last for more years and not blow up so soon. It blew up only after first technician tinkered and cleant the connectors. Almost a month even with the blue lines across screen the tv never blew up. Why on earth would I want to get extended warranty for this crappy service? we expect immediate action from you and fix our tv soon. Anuradha Kulkarni [protected]

              My Name is Dipali Pawar, I am from Mumbai. I had purchased Panasonic LED TV 32 Inch. I purchased this TV a few months back that is it before 6 months and now Screen is Crash. I contact to customer service they give me complaint no.[protected] and said called to Mr. Sachin mobile no.[protected] and they told me i have to pay Rs.15000/-. But why should i pay such high amount as my TV is in warranty period. So just tell me whether you are giving me replacement or not. So that I can take further action. Please contact me as soon as possible, otherwise I have to suggest my friends and colleagues that don't buy products from Pranasonic Brand as they have very low quality products and service is also not good.

                i bought panasonic eluga u in online booking on march 2015. but it doesnt work from june 25th. after a long mail conversation they suggest their service centre near t.nagar.chennai. i gave it to that service centre on 8/7/15. till now no response from them. i called to their customer care number. it routes us as mobile network customer care then bing bing... i spent 12000 rs on it but they didnt respond as other companies. am asking them for replacement . kindly suggest a solution to me.

                just few mins before someone called me his name deepak -he said tat he s going to refund my money thru gateway for that he ask my debit card no, cvv no, and he askin pin no also. how can i trust him. if he loot my money, wat can i do, dear panasonic u didnt have any other option to refund my money.

                within few secs he loot 1000 rs from my account this his no [protected]. i knew he will change the no frequently. however dear friends be careful with this guys.
                Panasonic eluga u is not working since it got discharge. After that it is not switching on.
                Worst product. Got from Panasonic in exchange of Panasonic eluga s 6 or 7 months ago.

                  Hello dear sir/madem, I'm genuine customer of Panasonic.on March 12-2015 I purchase splitac from Reliance digital Chennai.on April 5th it is gave first trouble.leak.on first time fixed by Reliance technician.on May 15 th second time same problem.leaked.again fixed by technician .third time same problem.sensor/gas leaked.I called nearest service Panasonic manager Mr.dos.his number([protected]).technician visited and he said again he is going to fix with newpart.at least he did not inform me the status...when I was called he said he can fix again.with in four months it is giving three times trouble.as a customer I am very unsatisfied with my ac.no body is giving response.I asked many times to replacement with new ac.no body respond with my complaints.finally I thinking to go consumer court with all proofs.as a customer I expect at least one year.but it is horrible.it's very big harassing for me.if it is in warranty means for four months they fix and went.so they said if it is in warranty.it is giving trouble 10times means fixed ten times.after warranty what's the status????i[censored]r really understand my problem replace my ac with new ac.other wise we can move to consumer court for forther proceedings.

                    My Name is Gladyn thomas and i am from kerala we had bought a 32 inch led tv a few months back and in the warrenty perion the tv had a breakdown and it was under the compeny warrenty. so i called the service centre and they came checked the tv and told me that the issue shall be solved within 2 weeks and that guy has never turned up since then . i tried to call him a 1000 times all he does is cutting my call or putting me on hold. its going to be 2 months now P.S . the customer service executives name and number NIYAS - [protected] (ALAPUZHA PANASONIC CUSTOMER CARE) please resolve it GLADYN THOMAS [protected]

                      I purchased a refrigerator NR-295 from Choudhury Electronics Burla on 2/01/2015. It is in the Warranty period. Now I find that the door of the Refrigerator is not closing properly. For this water is flowing continuously from it and through out the house. Accordingly I booked online complain first on 23/05/2015 with request number R[protected] and next on 14/07/2015 with a request number R[protected]. Each time the service man is coming but the problem is not solved. Interestingly the objective of the service person is to tear service coupon from the warranty booklet. What I intend to tell is that the door of it is not closing properly & the problem is not solved. Therefore necessary steps may be taken to either solve the problem or replace the refrigerator.

                          We bought this machine on 11th April, 2014. From the very first month, it started giving problems. After multiple service visits when the machine was still not functioning properly, we started documenting by emails. The first email was sent on 10 Oct., 2014. Even after changing the valve, water dripping problem was not solved. The Helpline service is also extremely poor. One has to make call to register a complaint. Every time they ask details about the product, where/when purchased, address where installed etc. as if such calls are discouraged. After registering we had to made several followup calls to make sure a serviceman actually showed up. After service, upon unsatisfactory work which was noted on the jobcard, nobody bothered to follow up. Next complaint was registered few days before warranty expired. Again the valve was replaced but did not solve the problem of continuous water leakage from the machine. After many calls, and more emails, now they are saying they will yet replace the valve again but since it is out of warranty, it will be chargeable. The company sales mgr. Sanish acknowledged that the company knew about water leakage problem and was making internal changes to suit Indian conditions. So their game plan has been to sell a defective machine, delay proper servicing or replacement, and then charge customers for fixing a problem with no warranty that it'll be finally fixed. Complaint No. in April, 2015 is R[protected] Complaint No. in July, 2015 is R[protected] One year warranty expired on 10th April, 2015.                           The company has taken away the old machine, and installed a newer model CS80 since the old model is no longer available. The new machine has been working satisfactorily for about two weeks now. They have extended the warranty to three extra months for the new installation. We still feel that instead of forcing us to accept another model (even if it is purportedly a higher more expensive model), the company should have refunded our money and should not have made us suffer through months of non-working machine. Obviously given their current standards, we are not sure about the bonafides of the new model either. Unfortunately, this forum has no teeth in getting the problem resolved. But we are writing here if only to alert other consumers about the demerits of this product, and the poor service standards from a Japanese mega conglomerate Panasonic.

                          After changing the valve for the third time, the machine is still dripping water continuously. We have to empty all water from the tank and turn the power off so that it doesn't get filled up automatically. Now every time we want filtered water, we have to turn the power on, wait for a while to get it filled up and start emptying filtered water till the tank is empty, and then turn the power off for reasons mentioned above. This is hardly a solution to our problems. Obviously the machine is not working as advertised. Panasonic has used us as guinea pigs to their imported machine. Even their so called Indianized solutions are not working. The technology is defective. We want full compensation, plus interest costs, plus damages as other machines have now become costlier that we could have purchased at a better price some 15 months ago! Kindly help us get proper compensation. My address and contact details mentioned before. Thank you.
                          Unfortunately I did not review this thread before I opted for the same hopeless model thru Jul2015. Since the day of installation it has stopped working every 15-20 days and the so called techies have suggested a replacement of Membrane thrice and cleaned once to my satisfaction and departed pretending there is no issue, however from my last complaint recently is just pushed back and when I demanded a replacement citing warranty these folks are now asking me to upgrade by paying extra for the new model TK CS80. I want a full refund plus the charges incurred due to the disruption as I had to purchase water outside in bottled supplies which quite looks better than the choice I opted for since I am not even sure the water I consumed from this piece of junk all this while was even pure??!?!

                          I would tend to give a ZERO rating to this product which cannot even meet the basic standards
                          If the product is still under warranty, they are bound to repair or replace it without charge. To conclude my story, they changed the valve six times but it kept leaking. The last visit was done by three people including sr. engineer who finally agreed that the machine was beyond repair. Since they would not agree to refund the money, we agreed to a free replacement upgrade to CS80 model after putting up with over 20 months of this nonsense. It's been a couple of weeks now but it seems to be working fine SO FAR. The amount of emails, phone calls, complaint registrations etc. we went through was horrible. It took twitter messages and calls to our pune area head, all india head in delhi etc. before they conceded to service the blasted thing. The company is so uncoordinated that one dept. does not know what the other one is doing. And the local service centers are mostly full of incompetent people with frequent change in staff. We wish you luck in getting your machine replaced.

                          Android update for p81 model

                          Before I bought this product, news said that panasonic promised kitkat update will be available for p81. But did not mentioned any time period. Want to know can we get update for p81.

                            Dear Sir, I online purchased a Mobile Panasonic P51 by snapdeal order no.[protected] cash on delivery in of Rs.7499.initialy handset hanged too much & after 10 days Display had gone, i think everything has gone no volume, display everything has died. this is cheating with customer as we are your respected customer please return my Rs.7499 money or replace my mobile. today i have lost too much financial loss without any connectivity due to mobile damage.                               I registered complain for my 50 Inch Led tv and not got genuine reply from customer care or panasonic guys.i have purchased this tv just in january 2015 which is 6 months before and speakers broke down and not working. NO support from panasonic from last 20 days. Very Bad Experience from Panasonic LED TV. Dont buy such a crap.

                                Raised multiple complaints but no support. Every time I call i have been told that Technician will visit my place within 24 hours but nothing happens after that. Bought the Panasonic LED TV just 18 month back and it broke down 4 days back .. No support from Panasonic .. I have other products from LG (which costed me just 5-6 K) and if I raise any complaint within 4-5 hours I get the service support and here I have bought a prodcut of 40K from Panasonic and getting lost with its worst ever support. Complaint # R[protected] .. Still open for last 5days .. like that they will keep open a new complaint number every time you call but is on no use. My advice to all the LED TV Buyer. pl do not buy Panasonic LED it has inbuilt issues "red signal sleep to death Panasonic LED" search for this in google and you would get the answer yourself.

                                  My name is raman .i am using Panasonic eluga U mobile since 4 Months.heating problem beck and front side crack .touch also not working I called customer care many times, they can only tell the status as PARTS NOT AVAILABLE .i also go markit touch also not available not market.i allready use allmost al company phone but pansonic mobile is then first phone which one heating crack both side.

                                    Dear sir i am belongs to state rajasthan district bikaner my name is mr. ram kumar vyas i bought a new panasonic mobile model name is p41 but my handset not work properly than i go service center of bikaner at ganpati plaza k.e.m road bikaner and i say dear boss i purchase a mobile[protected] and its damage application, hang problem, and when i open any audio and video than its swicth off.please rigth now i justify . than he say this is not right in service center go another shop and spend money its not my guaranty, misbehave with again to again. than i first inform you and next step my cosumer court .please help me and reply soon.

                                      Hi, I am Lokesh using Panasonic mobile since 4 Months, I got problem with touch pad so I gave it to service centre in Gurgaon on[protected], its been 45 days I found no solution. I called customer care many times, they can only tell the status as PARTS NOT AVAILABLE... I am pissed off with this kind of reply. Please some one help me. If someone provide Higher authority E-mail/Number of Panasonic company It would be much help. I never expected this kind of Service from Panasonic. Please suggest me How to take up legal complaint against this company. There should be some TAT for the company policy.. Its really pathetic.                                         I had purchase my panasonic eluga i on dated 01 march 2015. Last three months i have visited many times to service centre. But my problem has not been resolved. At the 2 nd day of the purchase the phone was hanging and not proper working. Yesterday i have gone to service centre they said that touchpad has been changed and it will take 1 months for repair. I have purchase this brand mobile on faith & service. This is not justify to customer. Near about 2-3 months about date of purchase but i am really facing problem. Either you can changed my mobile with same cost from other or to provide my mobile with completely ok condition in a 1-2 weeks.
