I have a mpbile "PANASONICT41".I bought it on3-aug-2014. I have submitted my phone at the service center of this company (Diwakar agency, jabalpur), on 26thmay, 2015 for repairing. the touch panel was broken of my phone . Now it has gone about to 40days but my phone is not repaired yet. they say "The required party is not dispatched yet from head office". And are not telling the time period of repairing.     Respected sir / madam

    This is regarding the panasonic air conditioner purchased last year.

    Since i have purchase this ac, there have been repeated problem of gas leakage with ac on regular basis.

    This time again the gas leakage problem surfaces and i complained on 9 - may - 15 for the same.

    I requested to change the ac since there is some problem with the product.

    I was informed by panasonic people mr. Jitender that your request have been approved and it will get change
    Within a week time.

    After four weeks time during this hot summer, i was informed by the panasonic company that the ac will not
    Be replaced and that can only repair.

    We have suffered a lot and the panasonic is least bothered about their customer.
    We need your help and support to get the defected ac replaced.

        I had given Panasonic - T21 mobile phone for repair under warranty to Panasonic authorized service center at Siddhivinayak Enterprises, Pune, Maharashtra, on[protected] as my mobile had a display problem. That time service center told me within 20-25 days the problem will be solved & mobile will be returned to me. But after this date no one from Panasonic authorized service center contacted me and updated the status. On 09-May-2015 & 16-May-2015 I contacted Pune- Panasonic authorized service center and they told me that my mobile part is not available with Panasonic. Again on 23-May-2015 I contacted Pune- Panasonic authorized service center and they told me that my mobile part is not available with Panasonic. This time they informed me that they (Siddhivinayak Enterprises) have sent mail & my handset to Panasonic for replacement as the desired part is not available with them But when I again called them on 05-June-2015 they told me that you can call in Panasonic Customer Care at [protected]. Now what is more frustrating than this that your authorized service center doesn't have your toll free number and gives your customer your competitor's number (Karbonn). Later on Karbonn people gave me your number- [protected] then after speaking to Panasonic Customer Care I got to know that my mobile has NOT AT ALL received at Panasonic. Today i.e on June 19, 2015 I again called [protected] and they told me that FINALLY my mobile was received on June 12, 2015 to them and it has reached Mumbai Head Office on June 16, 2015. Following are some details for your reference: Job Sheet no.: KJASPMH535415K**** IMEI 1 :[protected]*** IMEI 2 :[protected]*** Already two months have passed and unfortunately because of Siddhivinayak Enterprises, Pune I have lost mobile warranty without any fault of mine. Kindly note that when I submitted my mobile to Siddhivinayak Enterprises, Pune, it was in warranty. I expect at least some senior official looks into this and gives me an URGENT Solution. Please note that I am not at all interested in much more delay as this is really causing me BIG trouble. Kindly see to it that my mobile reaches to me within next 5 days or you return my money back. Requesting Panasonic Team to kindly help in this matter and take necessary action on Siddhivinayak Enterprises, Pune for misleading the customer.

          I have bought the phone Panasonic eluga S few months ago. I have no serious issues with it but certain problem occurred that is when I bought it and tried to insert the two sims, one slot is not working in which W is written.and the another problem that usually occurs is that whenever I download any app, in settings there does not appear any option to shift the specific app to the Micro SD card.please see to this problem urgently. We have tried to call Panasonic care services but they don't even bother to pick up the phone.please see to it.

            Dear All, Hi, this is Akansha from Kolkata. West Bengal. Kindly note that I had purchased a Panasonic mobile (Eluga I) on 23rd Jan' 2015 & in not even been six months, it went dead. The mobile suddenly got off while I was using it. On 28th May' 2015, I had submitted this mobile to the Services Centre named Karbonn Mobiles located at Gariahat, Kolkata, West Bengal (Contact No. [protected]). The person in the Service Centre told me that they will have to send the mobile phone to their head office in Delhi for repair & it will take around 20 days to get it repaired. The Job sheet number for my handset is KJASPWB030515K4235. After 10 days when I called, I.e., on 8th June' 2015, the mobile phone had still not reached the Head Office in delhi. I was told that they are checking & will get back to me in an hour. But I did not receive any calls from them. Next day when I called them, it was cleared that the mobile had reached the head office on 9th June' 15. When I asked what where they doing with the mobile for about 12 days. They (Mr. Mondal) had no answer. However, they gave me the number of head office (Contact No.[protected] to talk. When I called the head office they said, they confirmed that they will take 20 days to repair. Since the mobile reached the head office on 9th June' 15 so 20 days henceforth. When I asked them that I had submitted the mobile on 28th May' 15 & what took them so long to courier, so the head office tells me that they have no idea about it. (I don't know what is the purpose of a head office, if they don't know about their corporate offices ??? how can they call themselves head office ???) When I call the Service centre in Kolkata, all that Mr. Mondol (Contact No. [protected]) can say is the Mobile is with Head Office & we don't know when will it get repaired. It was the service centre in Kolkata where the mobile was submitted but are least interested to find the status of the mobile & to complete a job which was taken up by them. They are least interested to even answer my questions properly. Now since it is more than 20 days, the head office (Contact No.[protected] still cannot give me any proper status of the mobile, neither they are able to tell me the problem of the mobile. After calling 3 times today & the call was transferred to their manager, none of the managers had time to talk. The manager (Mr. Sumit Saha & Vineet Khewal) were busy. The other customer care representative is not being to solve my problem or at least give me the status & details of the problem the handset has, hence I was forced to write this mail. It has been more than a month & all they can say is I can understand your problem but do nothing about it. I have called uncountable times but still could not talk to the Manager. The call is transferred but the manager never picks up the call. Kindly provide a proper resolution.

              I purchased panasonic p61 through snapdeal on15/5/2015/ but the Mobile is not working proparly so I send these mobile to chethan communication manglore so he send these mobile panasonic main branch Delhi on16/5/2015 he get more than 40 days to repair the set, fainaly mobile is reached to me on 26/6/2015.but now my new mobile like a old mobile many scratched in screen and back side also brooked one part inside of mobile please give me a new mobile or money.jaina marketing, snapdeal, also panasonic they are gived mobile is second hand mobile.

                    Panasonic is the most pathetic company I have ever seen in my entire life. I own a Pansonic 50 inch plasma which was purchased in year 2012 for Rs. 70000 and till now it has never worked properlu. I have made multiple complaints to customer service, engineers have visited, Mother boards have been replaced but still the same problem occurs in a very short span of time.Either the engineers are not trained or else they are not making good quality products. Recently I made a complaint on 17the May 2015 as there was a big line appearing in the center of the screen. Their engineer visited and said that they need to replace the mother board and till now that is 25th June 2015, he has not raised the request for the mother board and on top of that they have closed the complaint. I again reached out to the Service Center which is MS Electronics owned by Moolchand Sharma in Noida and they picked the television on Monday that is 22 JUne 2015 and till now that is 26th JUne 2015, they have not even checked the Television. I am not sure what I will do next but as per now I want everyone to be aware and beware of this Fraud Company. I will not recommend anyone to buy Panasonic Products.                         I had ordered Panasonic P55 on 21st November 2014 ( OD[protected].I received it on December 1st. I had given the mobile to service on May 23rd 2015 at Annai electronics Panasonic service center in Tnagar for the battery and motherboard issue for over heating and battery discharging issues service request number given in thta center is 2507 & 3078. I don't know what they did they returned it after 1 month and i had the same issues from the day i got it back. I gave the mobile back to service center on 4th June they said they will check and will do the needful. Till now its in Delhi they say. I need a working phone and i am without phone for more than month now. Either give me a new working phone or make this phone working and the warranty extended, since i had several issues with the phone. it is not even 6 months old. I thought PANASONIC is a good and trust-able brand. But you guys are making me wander how many calls and how much journey and agony i have due to this issue. people buy mobile to day to day use not to sleep in service centers

                            Pl. refer the subject. I am struggling to get my defective brand new mobile (under warrantee) since last 4 months by personal visit to service center (East of Kailash, New Delhi), your call center and by mails. You can not imagine the amount of patience required to spk to you call center and to deal with very ridiculously irresponsible behaviour of the service center. All is severe harassment to a poor customer of panasonic. I puchased mobile in Jan-15 and it started mall-functioing (self running screen). I was told by service center that touch will be replaced and I should wait for 45 days (this 45 days is a std.no. of days to service). Till today part has not come to service center. 100 phone calls/so many visits to service centre and pre-recorded answer on mails is a horrifying experience from Panasonic.                               Dear Sir, This is to put to your notice, that is that a crime to trust a brand like Panasonic in India. I was really happy the way the product was priced as per its features. But, sorry to say only because of your after sales and poor quality product we have to choose the brands like Sony or Samsung. At least we have the satisfaction that though we have spend a little extra for a brand we will be pampered with a better after sales service then yours. We have purchase the TV on February 2013. However, initially things were really good. The moment the TV was out of warranty the problem started and later what we experienced was a complete nightmare. To our surprised we were told that he have to spend INR 4500/- for repairing the TV, we were ok with it, we did pay it. But again within a month the same problem persisted and they asked us to pay INR 5000/-. However, this time as per their receipt they had to repair it for free. To our surprise, again the same problem is now persisting after getting it repaired in the month of May 2015 and now we are left with only one option to throw away the dam TV. We seriously do not understand that are the mechanics of Panasonic so pathetic that they cannot figure out the problem at the first glance or the product of Panasonic is so pathetic...? I am writing this letter as a final hope in this brand, expecting some revert from the parent company with a proper support.Below are the details of my TV and me.                                 We have purchased a Ac of Panasonic in June 14 and this has been regularly occurring faults since its installation last time we complaint in may 15 after mammoth perseverance of 10 days service engineer came and did some work on it and said then now it is working properly but after 2 to 3 days it has been went again in problematic in cooling mode. We people has been got fully fed up with this type of poor service of Panasonic service team

                                      I had purchased a cube AC from Panasonic dealer in Dhanbad Jharkhand Parikh Sales in 2013. From the first day AC is not cooling .I have complain to the dealer but apart from solution he has given only assurance.As a result two year passed away problem is still not resolved. I would request you to take an immediate action either refund the money or replace it with non defective product.last time I had complain telephonic to you also. I am frusted with the issue now the dealer is also not taking interest in this issue. Hope the issue will resolved asap. Regards Madan Pd Sinha [protected]

                                        I have lodged a complaint yesterday on this portal. I have received a call from customer care . They have asked for the bill copy to be emailed. We have provided the bill on email (product.[protected]@india.com). As per the conversation with Mr. Shrivastav (+91-[protected]), company will refund the amount for the panasonic product (AC) purchased from Jain electronics coorporation, jaipur, rajasthan. I am frustrated with this issue as I am following it on from last one month. Its high time now. As a big name company, PANASONIC MUST LOOK AFTER THE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES.                                         i also complain another site(www.compaints.core.nic.in) my complain no is 170343.2.2015.pls refund my money because i have no trust on panasonic products.
