    Complaint No- R[protected] December end Complaint No- R[protected].03.2015 I was chasing with panasonic peoples from Dec 2014 but our TV problem was not resolve. from start his state spare will come, then spare is not available company will give replacement after some days spare is available come soon then the wrong spare send then order correct spare some time goes then state spare will send but not received. Nasik hear state preapproval send for action taken ( replacement or spare will arrange). I want replacement for the same because Plasma production was stopped hence spare is not available. for one part i was chase for six months . In future will come any problem in TV then TV will not be repairable condition. I am interested in replacement only...

      I purchased from authorized service centre of Panasonic in Hyderabad one small outer foil for electic shaver. I was charged for Rs 950/- for this small part made of plastic and stainless still cost of which should not be more than Rs 50/- The packet which contain this foil also do not bear any price or MRP. I wonder how Panasonic can charge such an exorbitant price for such tiny parts. For such price, I would have got entire new trimmer purchased but for such small part entire shaver costing Rs 7000/- would be useless.

          sir, this is regarding the complaint registerd on 9th june with complaint reg no:[protected] the complaint not adressed, i have benn calling the call center from past 4 days, no response on 13th i again called and i came to know that my complaint has been cancelled because i didnt attend the call, i didnt get any calls except for the 1st day of my copmaint registered.i didnt recieve any sms regarding my cancellation of the complaint. .

              I had purchased 5 units of Panasonic CS-UA18PKY splt aircon, All the units were defective in the winters the heater did not work and after registering a complaint the unit was serviced after 3 months of the complaint and the whole winter we had to stay without the heater and now in the summer the cooling of the unit is not effective and has a churning noise of the gas chamber . I would like Panasonic to take back all units .I would request Panasonic to take an immediate action .Either refund me the money for all the units or replace all my units with the latest non defective model.                 I am struggling to get resolution for my complaint. Contacting CC form last 1.5 months for basic problem. AC is making noise from indoor unit and your guys are saying all Panasonic ACs are working like this, start using it and it will be stopped gradually now my question is that is this a Fresh product or faulty stock which you have sold as fresh stock. A new AC cannot make a noise and when asked to give in written executive said that we cannot give in written and same will be resolved by company. Also received a feedback call from company and when said not ok with product he said we can replace but you need to upgrade the version now again a big question are you guys just for sales or customer service also matters?????

                    While I watch TV with setting refresh rate to 50 Hz from Set Top Box [HD] my TV is providing good picture but while I set this fresh rate to 60 Hz pictures become bumpy [in area where black and white present], I could not see my computer screen fully through HDMI port it is bigger than TV and there is no adjustment option.

                      We had purchased Panasonic Refrigerator Model No NR BU343/2014 Gross Volume 342 ltr's In January 2015. I agree to the fact that I did not report the issue then & raising this NOW with Vijay Sales Dwarka and panasonic as a company. Issue: The Door of the refrigerator does not STOP unless you hold - Refrigerator is in balanced. It has only ONE adjustable wheel due to which any dam product of any make will be in balanced - DOOR is not opening smoothly. Reported to & When : Customer Care - 22nd May 2015 vide complaint no. R[protected] This was Discussed with Vijay Sales as well repeatedly. Complaint was attended by Panasonic representative on 23rd May but no Techinical Solution was provided - Instead the Refrigerator was MADE TO STAND ON TILES AND BRICKS to balance - the representative himself admitted that this Model is defective and it will have to rest on BRICK and TILES for ever. This was reported to Vijay sales who helped me organise another Visit - Representative was Sunil [protected] - he attended but again no resolution - repeated reminders to him to visit again and provide solution - he is absconding since then - Reported this to Manish [protected] and shared SNAPS of referigerator on What's app. He has taken 2 weeks to send someone - repeated reminders to Manish but he is not able to manage to send any one. I will now be constrained to raise this in Consumer Forum that Brand companies have a negetive Attitude towards clients - I cannot afford to spend Rs 40K on a Referigerator which at the end have to STAND on Packings.

                        Worts ever services. Always giving wrong commitment for visiting to solve a complain since last 3 months. I have brought a LED tv on 04 jan 2015 but there was a problen since Feb 2015 fistly holl Board inside the TV was change but even the problen remain same.. very bad services... even not happy with this product...Now they are telling me that your TV will not able to replace now i am going to take the help from consumer court ...

                          I have Purchased above model from Vijay Sales Mumbai on 20.10.2014. Within 7 months the Motherboard has crashed on 10th May 2015. After 2 days continuous followup with the dealer and service center the service Engineer came to our house and checked the TV and announced that Motherboard had failed as the software provided was not suitable for India. After repairs the TV worked for about a month and again Stopped on 4th June, 2015. On 5th June the technician came and declared that MotherBoard needs replaceent It seems the software is not checked when installed and this problem is in plenty as per him several motherboards are coming for repairs and this is a problem in plenty. We really wonder how can a Japanese company work with such carelessness.i have checked on net and found this is not a unique and a no of people have put such feedback on complaint sites. We had in the past used Philips and Sony LCD TV and never had any problems till we exchanged those. For such substandard product we demand either full refund as we do not trust that this product will work without complaints at all. thanks

                          I have Purchased this 42 LED Television from Durgapur- West Bengal Benachiti Reliance Digital Mall. Out of all Brand we chosen Panasonic as we feel comfortable with this Brand. We used lots of Product of Panasonic. Even in my Hotel I have purchased 120 Panasonic television.

                          We are using Sony also. Very happy with their Services. I am very upset about the Company Policy and the arrogance attitude of the concern person who called me. He was not at all cooperative.

                          Giving an example I purchased a Sony LED and after 4 years back the system was having trouble. Trust me the Sony Service Centre People came and just changed with a new LED. Just took a service charge of 1, 500 rupees. Its just WOW for any Customer.

                          Here the Service Centre people are only asking for money. Even i said that please give me this model number mother board but they are less interested. I asked them that i will pay you. But they are not ready to sell the Mother Board.

                          Its just a monopoly and if this continues Corporate world will stop using this Brand.

                          I got a call from this number [protected].. Totally non cooperation.

                          It clearly means after you purchase your Product we are not responsible at all.

                          However I cannot say more as its your Company.

                          But please try to change this mother Board so that this 55000 LED television shuld not go to scrap.

                          Or else please change this with an upgraded version.

Now the shop does not take any responsibility for installation...There role ends after selling the products...we have been provided with an Mobile No...91 [protected]...for Installation purpose...We have given several reminders, , they are giving Date & time..when they will arrive...but till now we are waiting for them...and finally there Mobile is switched Off.. NOW I HAVE THE FEELING THAT I AM BEGGING TO THEM FOR AC INSTALLATION DO NOT YOU THINK THIS MAY EFFECT YOUR COMPANY REPUTATION? On last Saturday[protected] I had procured a 1 ton inverter AC from KHOSLA Electronics Pvt. Ltd., 25/1 Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata-70017. Materiel was delivered in the very next day (Sunday,[protected] .Still today the material is in unpack and laying in my House. I have already spoken with the shop manager as well as the other person . But not getting any prominent reply. There after I made a call to customer care and they provide me the local service centre Name and number (Star Air-condition, [protected]).I had a discussion with them and they had committed me that the AC should definitely installed by Tuesday, because the received the call late hour on Monday.But today when I again confirming they said that today is also not possible because there are limited stuff in there office. Now I have a concern. After purchasing if the customers harassed like this way then who will responsible for this. We have plenty of works to do and follow-up is quite impossible. Also today nobody picking up telephones from KHOSLA Electronics If this is the way of installation then PANASONIC should take some necessary action. I need the justice . Thanks, Nilanjankarmakar

                                Being an airlines & hotel professional i must say of the standard of service just like third class street hawker/seller. Khosla is a worst dealer i have ever experienced. Esp. In customer dealings. Once you are out of the shop after the purchase means you will be treated badly. No body will remember you much. I bought an lg 495 ltr. Refrigerator from khosla batanagar. I was treated so badly in delivery moments. No internal departmental communication, no courtesy, very unprofessional, don't care attitude, no courtesy call (till date). I have sent many e-mails & tried calling on many ph. Nos. Provided in the bill but no body is there to pick up or reply my mail till date.. All other shops like great eastern etc. They are not so good in customer dealings. But khosla is the no. 1 in the race. During this diwali khosla has mentioned about many types of gifts in the news paper but hardly i got a true answer of the same from anyone of the shop. Worthless shop. I will think 1000000 times b4 going to khosla again.

                                  Hi, I purchased a Panasonic plasma 3D TV THP42-ST30D in 2012. My warranty expired few months back. My TV stopped working 2 months back. It shows 7 blinking red led lights. I contacted Panasonic Service in Chennai and the technician came home to inspect the TV. He told all the boards in your TV needs to be changed and charge would be 20K (I checked in internet, it does not require all the boards to be changed). However, I went out of chennai for about a month. And called up Panasonic Service again. This time another technician came home and told only one board needs to be changed and it will cost around 6k including service chargers and he had already done several services like this. However, he informed I will get a quote from the Service station. Now, the service station gave me a quote of 16K for board and including tax and service it will be around 18K. I got fed up and called another service station in Chennai, who told me that the board costs around 10K. Now, I would like to know as to why so much difference between each service station's price? And also, the service person told me it costs 6k but the service center asked for 16K. Why are they fleecing the customers like this? I called Panasonic Customer Care and asked them for the price of the board. They refused to give me any information and asked to contact the same service center again. What is happening? I got Panasonic TV in spite of so much criticism from my colleagues and family members. Now, when I see this, I feel I made a wrong decision to go with Panasonic. PS: Whenever I ask for 3d glasses from Panasonic showroom, they tell us to contact the Panasonic Service Center and whenever I ask them for 3D glasses, they ask me to contact Panasonic showroom. I am really fed up of Panasonic.

                                    I bought Panasonic 50A410D on march 31st 2015.first day it was working after one week tv started showing complaints.It il go off in between.I called up n ask for check up.they said its a power circuit issue and took the board of the tv and returned it after a week.still the tv had the same complaint.again they came and took it for servicing.still the problem isnt fixed.its not even 2 months now that i purchased it.I want it replaced.Pls do the needful.

                                      I had a problem with panasonic air conditioner. I had given complaint on 22-May-2015. on 23-My-2015 one technician had visited and told me it has problem with fan motor if possible today will solve or tomorrow early hours will come will solve the problem. I had asked him tomorrow is sunday can you come then he told me will work on sunday also and he told me he will go to the office and will call and explain the charges of fan motor. Today is 30-May-2015 atleast i had not got any call from panasonic service center Vijayawada. I was calling daily to their customer service but problem had not solved. I request everybody really the panasonic can not give the service don't buy panasonic products

                                        I had buy a AC Model no PANASONIC SAC CS/YC24QKY3 ( 2.0 ton 3 star split AC ) from ELECTROMART . Plot no 111, Sec -4 Vaishali Ghaziabad U.P on[protected] . After installation AC is not cooling properly . I logged a complaint on 25/05/2014 R[protected] eng was come on 27/05/2015 . He said cooling gas is not filled properly . He filled the gas. Next day the problem was same and i called to dealer Mr . Priyanshu contact no [protected] . He said i will send the engineer if any fault we will replace it . Second complaint was logged on 29/05/2015 engineer was come on 30/05/2015 . Now he is saying again gas is not filled properly . I told him i want to replace this product but they are not replying me properly . Now i check product manufacturing date Sep 2014 and dealer is saying its not matter.
