Hi, I am Nilanjan Karmakar, resides at Batanagar, Kolkata and working in a multinational company. On last Saturday[protected] I had procured a 1 ton inverter AC from KHOSLA Electronics Pvt. Ltd., 25/1 Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata-70017. Materiel was delivered in the very next day (Sunday,[protected] .Still today the material is in unpack and laying in my House. I have already spoken with the shop manager as well as the other person . But not getting any prominent reply. There after I made a call to customer care and they provide me the local service centre Name and number (Star Air-condition, [protected]).I had a discussion with them and they had committed me that the AC should definitely installed by Tuesday, because the received the call late hour on Monday.But today when I again confirming they said that today is also not possible because there are limited stuff in there office. Now I have a concern. After purchasing if the customers harassed like this way then who will responsible for this. We have plenty of works to do and follow-up is quite impossible. Also today nobody picking up telephones from KHOSLA Electronics If this is the way of installation then PANASONIC should take some necessary action. I need the justice . Thanks, Nilanjankarmakar

AC purchased on 29.05.2015...Delivered on 03.06.2015...still un installed..and AC laying packed in my room.
Now the shop does not take any responsibility for installation...There role ends after selling the products...we have been provided with an Mobile No...91 [protected]...for Installation purpose...We have given several reminders, , they are giving Date & time..when they will arrive...but till now we are waiting for them...and finally there Mobile is switched Off..

NOW I HAVE THE FEELING THAT I AM BEGGING TO THEM FOR AC INSTALLATION
DO NOT YOU THINK THIS MAY EFFECT YOUR COMPANY REPUTATION?

Another thing the shop provided a Mobile Number for Complaints...91 [protected]..which is also switched off...Now where do we Go...
Can U Pl help us in this regard...OR Shall we wait for them without doing our Jobs and seat at home ..
Being an airlines & hotel professional i must say of the standard of service just like third class street hawker/seller. Khosla is a worst dealer i have ever experienced. Esp. In customer dealings. Once you are out of the shop after the purchase means you will be treated badly. No body will remember you much. I bought an lg 495 ltr. Refrigerator from khosla batanagar. I was treated so badly in delivery moments. No internal departmental communication, no courtesy, very unprofessional, don't care attitude, no courtesy call (till date). I have sent many e-mails & tried calling on many ph. Nos. Provided in the bill but no body is there to pick up or reply my mail till date.. All other shops like great eastern etc. They are not so good in customer dealings. But khosla is the no. 1 in the race. During this diwali khosla has mentioned about many types of gifts in the news paper but hardly i got a true answer of the same from anyone of the shop. Worthless shop. I will think 1000000 times b4 going to khosla again.

    Hi, I purchased a Panasonic plasma 3D TV THP42-ST30D in 2012. My warranty expired few months back. My TV stopped working 2 months back. It shows 7 blinking red led lights. I contacted Panasonic Service in Chennai and the technician came home to inspect the TV. He told all the boards in your TV needs to be changed and charge would be 20K (I checked in internet, it does not require all the boards to be changed). However, I went out of chennai for about a month. And called up Panasonic Service again. This time another technician came home and told only one board needs to be changed and it will cost around 6k including service chargers and he had already done several services like this. However, he informed I will get a quote from the Service station. Now, the service station gave me a quote of 16K for board and including tax and service it will be around 18K. I got fed up and called another service station in Chennai, who told me that the board costs around 10K. Now, I would like to know as to why so much difference between each service station's price? And also, the service person told me it costs 6k but the service center asked for 16K. Why are they fleecing the customers like this? I called Panasonic Customer Care and asked them for the price of the board. They refused to give me any information and asked to contact the same service center again. What is happening? I got Panasonic TV in spite of so much criticism from my colleagues and family members. Now, when I see this, I feel I made a wrong decision to go with Panasonic. PS: Whenever I ask for 3d glasses from Panasonic showroom, they tell us to contact the Panasonic Service Center and whenever I ask them for 3D glasses, they ask me to contact Panasonic showroom. I am really fed up of Panasonic.

      I bought Panasonic 50A410D on march 31st 2015.first day it was working after one week tv started showing complaints.It il go off in between.I called up n ask for check up.they said its a power circuit issue and took the board of the tv and returned it after a week.still the tv had the same complaint.again they came and took it for servicing.still the problem isnt fixed.its not even 2 months now that i purchased it.I want it replaced.Pls do the needful.

        I had a problem with panasonic air conditioner. I had given complaint on 22-May-2015. on 23-My-2015 one technician had visited and told me it has problem with fan motor if possible today will solve or tomorrow early hours will come will solve the problem. I had asked him tomorrow is sunday can you come then he told me will work on sunday also and he told me he will go to the office and will call and explain the charges of fan motor. Today is 30-May-2015 atleast i had not got any call from panasonic service center Vijayawada. I was calling daily to their customer service but problem had not solved. I request everybody really the panasonic can not give the service don't buy panasonic products

          I had buy a AC Model no PANASONIC SAC CS/YC24QKY3 ( 2.0 ton 3 star split AC ) from ELECTROMART . Plot no 111, Sec -4 Vaishali Ghaziabad U.P on[protected] . After installation AC is not cooling properly . I logged a complaint on 25/05/2014 R[protected] eng was come on 27/05/2015 . He said cooling gas is not filled properly . He filled the gas. Next day the problem was same and i called to dealer Mr . Priyanshu contact no [protected] . He said i will send the engineer if any fault we will replace it . Second complaint was logged on 29/05/2015 engineer was come on 30/05/2015 . Now he is saying again gas is not filled properly . I told him i want to replace this product but they are not replying me properly . Now i check product manufacturing date Sep 2014 and dealer is saying its not matter.             Our refrigerator (bought in 2012) has not been cooling and i filed a complaint on May 25 regarding the same to the toll free number. A technician came from the service centre (Pixel in Trivandrum) on May 26 and i felt he was not aware of the problems. He checked the fridge and called a few people. When I asked he said that the fan motor has a complaint and the gas seems to be blocked. We may need to change the compressor. When I asked him when that will be done, he said first the gas will be filled in two days time and checked if the problem is rectified and if not then the compressor needs to be changed. I called up the service centre and told them that this is not possible as we were living without a refirgerator for the two days and food was being wasted. They said their gas filling person is on leave and only when he comes will this be rectified. Its been five days since I filed the complaint and I haven't heard from the service centre. My husband and I have been making frequent calls to the service centre and toll free number and nobody has been responding to our problem. We spoke to one Mr. Saravanan, ASM and Ms Revathy in charge of the branches in Kerala. None of them have had the courtesy to return our call or inquire on issue. With summer we are having issues with storing food and it is a big issue. I request you to please look into this, else we will need to take stronger steps.             Our Panasonic inverter series refrigerator has not been working for two months. We filed a complaint wtih Panasonic Service CEntre and they directed us to teh company's authorised service center Pixed Communications in Trivandrum Nandavanam. The service centre sends a technician and says the board is not working and it has to be replaced. We spend Rs.6400 for the board and replaces it, but hte problem persists. Then they take the fridge to the service centre and keeps it for 10 days and brings it back saying the issue has been resolved.

            The next day the fridge is back to its original problem. It does not cool. We call the centre again and they ask us to file a new complaint. They then send a technician who says the board has to be replaced. They will send another person tomorrow. This was two weeks back and we havent received any technician and our problem has not been resolved. WE have been living wiht out refrigeratore for over 2 months. The fridge is just 3 years old. and now the company is avoiding our calls.

                Two days before I bought SR-WA22(Z9) AUTOMATIC COOKER in my village. He said only one bowel is free n gave only one, but actually there is a offer of 2 bowls n 1 idly stand is free. I saw this in another shop at Rajamundry. Wen I asked him at my town he is saying like there is no offer like that.

                  Its has been just 24 hours since I have purchased the Panasonic SC -HT20 Speakers. The Subwoofer rattles. The product is brand new. The retailer that i purchased it from is willing for an exchange or return. I call your 1800 number, they give me the local service centre's number. the local service centre does not receive the call. It is a brand new product. I am Stuck with it.

                      I bought a 2 Ton Inverter AC from Panasonic from Fair deal electronincs in Dwarka, New Delhi. I bought the AC on May 4 2015, it was installed on May 5 2015 and the AC stopped working on May 17 2015. It was throwing the 'F90' error. The engineer who visited my house declared that a PCB on the external unit has gone bad and needs to be replaced. This is absolute nonsense. An ait conditioning unit that cost me Rs.65000 breaks within 10 days of purchase and Panasonic is telling me that they will "repair" it. I should have been exchanged with a new one. However, since I am at the mercy of Panasonic, I reluctantly agreed for repairs. It is May 25th now and no one from panasonic has turned up for the repairs. I called panasonic on May 22 2015 to get an update and they told me that the spare part is NOT available and will take time. What I did not realize was that the time taken is endless. Now no one is responding from panasonic, I do not know when the part will be repaired or replaced, and there is no communication from panasonic. sixty five thousand of my hard earned money has gone down the drain. Can someone do something here? Ideally, panasonic should replace the air conditioner with a new one. But they apparently wont as there are no consumer protection laws in India. Whom can I request for help in this scenario? this is peak summer season and I am sitting without air conditioning on a top-floor flat in Delhi. I really need help and this is a distress call...                           I had purchased a Panasonic P31 mobile in august last year. I have been experiencing a lot of trouble as the phone used to get stuck frequently or used to be very very slow. To dial a call, it usually takes a minute or two be fore I can select a number and get it dialed. I found that the phone was slower if the memory card was inserted. Moreover, the charging pin had a trouble which I had rectified after disturbing the guys at the Panasonic service centre regularly (their response have been very bad and kept me waiting for almost two weeks and hey started working on the problem only after I barged in to take away my phone, even if not repaired). They charged me about Rs. 400 for changing the charging pin and now I find that it takes about 15 minutes to increase the charge by a mere 1 %. I have stopped using my memory card as it was affecting the speed of the already slow phone. The performance of the phone has been very bad and I am regretting greatly about my purchase. I am sorry to say that the I feel that my investment of about Rs. 10, 000/- for the phone has been sheer wastage.

                            Sir. With reference of all enclose document. I wish to polite say and last reminder for sending my mobile or taking action for same. Your last many reply and discuss by customer care and repair service center are not satisfactory. Hence I am going to writ complain in consumer forum as the request number 599326. I have not received my phone from past two month and above. Due to delay on Panasonic side my warranty period is being cut short and I am not being able to use a product that I have paid for. Another non satisfactory reply and non receiving of phone will result in legal action for you and Panasonic repair service centre (anuragni electronics).                               sir, i submitted my phone on 30 april 2015, having a problem of touch faulty, service centre told me to provide my phone back with in 10-15 days it almost double the days they told me, now i am calling to service centre, they just pick my phone, and put on hold, and if i call on panasonic toll free no, they asked me again to wait for 10 days, i just have to leave jaipur, as i have job in another states, my all documents and other private datas are saved in my phone, and i am not able to access anything without my phone, plz solve this issue as fast as you can . name : Pradeep Kumar Bansal

                                dear sir i submitted my ELUGA S PHONE for repair on 30-4-15.it was promised to be dilivered in 15-20 days.but your helpline says more 10 days. i am surprised this kind of poor post sale services from the co like you. i have international business.all my datas are with the phone.i m facing very much problem. i want to ask why one should purchase your co's products when the post sale service is so poor? even you are charging me for service. so totally unsatisfactory.

                                  Hi, I had purchased Panasonic model number - CS-KC12PKY on Nov '14, I had requested for wet servicing in the month of April '15 due to water falling from the ac, i was told by the executive over phone that it will be at a charge Rs 750. The person had come to do the service and Rs 750 was handed over to him but the bill was not provided to us. Since it was from company authorized person we did not question, now after 40 days the water is coming out from the ac and after placing we are again ask to pay Rs 750, i am feeling chaeted here as the person told us that after doing wet servicing there wont be any problem for minimum 6 months. Can you please look into this and get it sorted. the water is falling continuously from the front of ac. My Address - Al Duvairat CHS, Flat No 602, Saifee Park, Marol Church Road, Andheri - East.

                                      Panasonic P55 IMEI No. : [protected] dead mobile given on repaired on 26/02/2015. even after 2-1/2 month not repaired, company asked for replacement against DOA which I submitted complete box with all accessories on 14/5/2015 with Kaiser electronics service centre at Mumbai. They given replacement of Eluga A IMEI No. [protected] against P55 on 19/05/2015 saying panasonic sent Eluga A due to p55 not in stock. and It has same features of P55. When I checked the mobile at home, It was not satisfactory mobile compare to P55. facing such incident It prove panasonic is not trust worthy company not given good product to the consumer.                                         ***Need Reply ASAP*** Hi i have purchased Panasonic 4star Air conditioner in July 2012 for the first few months it worked good but after 3 months started problems which is unsolved till now...in 2013 after fighting with you people changed the inner unit but still the same problem exists and no one is responding as it was taken from the dealer you people say your not responsible for the servicing only dealer will do the servicing but dealer is not responding and says buy new one in exchange and he will give 5k for this machine iam a fool buying it for 36k and he is asking for 5k are you manufacturing the products like these way so please look into this matter or please let me know the next steps so that we can move forward if you people are unable to solve the problem...                                         Panasonic India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        i bought a Panasonic split ac 4 years ago.
                                        very bad ac. don't makes room cool enough.

                                        a week ago i bought another, this time General split ac.
                                        it is at least 10 times better.

                                        i fitted the old Panasonic in smaller room.
                                        never ever buy Panasonic ac, you will cry i[censored] do.
