This is to inform you that i m the consumer of Panasonic Mobile Phone (Panasonic T40). I had purchased the phone on 03 November 2014. After 4 month I am facing Problem My mobile touch was broken On 09.03.2014 Panasonic Mobile Service Center had submitted the phone for repairing and they gave 15 days time to return back. After 15 days when i went to the service center they said it will take 45 days. And again after 45 days i went to service center they said it will take 3 days after three days it i went to the service center they said it will take few days. Then I went to your company on 25.04.2015 office they said 3-4 days. I AM VERY FED UP FROM ALL OF THESE. I HAD BEAR SO MUCH INCONVENIENCE DURING THIS PERIOD. when my phone will be repair or not.     Service center really harassing me. My LED is dead from last 25/3/2015.I made many complains and call to customer carebut no technician come to my home for check tv for issue.After a regular call to customer care and service center finally Technician came to my home on Saturday 18/4/2015 evening. He told me that he will come again on Monday(20/4/2015) and replace the parts and sort out the things.But yesterday 24/4/2015 they came and check again and told me panel is also not working so we have to take your tv to service center.Now today when i called to service center they told me that panel is not available and it will take more 10 days.They always buy a time from me and making me fool. Now tell me what is my mistake in whole scenario still i am facing problem from last one month.Its really very painful to tell you Panasonic is really good brand but your service is worst like a Chinese company. It vacation time in schools and my children's are waiting for TV to repaired for last one month.My mother-father is old and no working what they do full day at home. Really Now i am exhausted from your service center.From last one month i called and mail to service center and customer care 100 times There is no proper response.Its like after purchasing TV we are begging you for service. As a loyal customer of Panasonic i request you please help me to sort out things.And Please provide me replacement of my LED tv.       We bought a Panasonic 1.5 tonne AC on 23.5. 2013 from Sathya Agencies Virudhunagar, Tamilnadu. Within the warranty period itself we had a lot of complaints with the cooling and the indoor coil had to be soldered. Even within the warranty period we had to wait for nearly a month in the heat of summer for it to be rectified. Only after we had given a written complaint that one Mr. Karan ( sales Executive - +[protected] got it sorted out. Inspite of getting a brand new AC for RS. 32000 we have been having problems. Though we had repeatedly asked to replace the indoor coil within the warranty period it was only repaired. Now we have spent Rs. 2450 on 18.03.2015 as gas charging. It worked for only 3 days. Then we are told that we have to pay 7500 for the indoor coil. So within 22 months we have to spend Rs. 10000 to get the AC working. This is the first time we had opted to buy a Panasonic.AC. We were told that they did not have a spare coil and that we had to wait till it comes. It is more than a month and even after repeated request to the call centre, and Sathya Agencies, Virudhunagar. We have spoken to Mr. Sree Ganesh Madurai ( [protected], S. Mahendran ([protected]), Mr. Ramar ( [protected]) and one Mr. Krishnamoorthy the owner of Smart Solution, authoried service provider.( [protected]). We also calling the call centre. Details of our Ac: PANASONIC AC 1.5 TON YC18PKY - [protected] / [protected] Now they are saying the coil is not available, so please replace our AC with a new one. Suguna Mahendran [protected]

        sir my name is prashant and i live in lucknow (UP). i purchase your product penasonic p31 on[protected]. After one month my phone touch is gone then i was show in your service centre then he said your touch hardware is dead. I mean in one month hardware is defected. Then they said this set go in company and total processing time one month. After one month i got my set i m happy but after 3 month phone gone be dead then show that in center they said its hqrdware problem and set go in compny and date again one month i was totally fed up. after one month got set but again after one month same problm come and set going again for 1 month. it means in 10 month aprox my set is gone 4 month in service center. So sir my humble request please work on phone hardware and sevice center because we purchase your product for our convinient.             My Model no. CU-UC18QKY2-2/ [protected].With refernce to 05 Durga Services, nahur bhandup.Ac is not working and had complained about it and taking AC from vijay sales not even 1 month (11th March'15) ... Ac is not working and it is having problem in PCB and they claim that needs to be repaired and not aware how much time will it take for repair.Spoke to Customer care in Nahur bhandup (Durga Services) 1st spoke to Vinita Sunar she has no manners to talk to Customer she has put me on hold for more than 15 min and cut my call and later again she has hagged my phone.She was speaking to me at 6:45 and claim services center closes by 6.She has no empathy to talk.Please make sure the Ac is fixed before Sat 7:00 pm as my family is back from native and AC was taken for summer not for winter season...If the same cant be fixed, please replace the Ac or pay back the amount.

              I had raised a complain on Feb 15, 2015 and was given complain no as R[protected] . The technician came for visit and informed that the TV needs to be taken to the service center and then repaired. TV was taken on Feb 21 and I was given an estimate on 5740 for the repair of some board which was not working. I agreed to the same and asked him to repair the TV, which was delivered on Feb 28. However from very next day same problem occurred. The TV started flickering from the right corner, blinks and turns off. The red light fluctuates and then the tv goes off. Since then the same problem has occurred and my tv has now been taken for repair by the service center in total 4 times and delivered 4 times. Latest being delivered yesterday and the same problem persisting now too. TV is being repaired by your service center named as National Aircon, Mahim, Mumbai. I have paid Rs 5740 – as mentioned on the slip it was towards P-Board, had the trouble of being at home 8 days for the pick up and delivery and now for around 45 days my TV is still not repaired. I have been a Panasonic user for a very long time but have never received such bad service ever. Today I have again registered a complain, complain no R[protected]. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the matter else refund my amount paid, if the technical team is not able to repair the instrument. I have attached all chain mails. TV Delivered on 13/14 April, with old wire which was earlier changed to a new one. Wire has got tape all over it. And the same problem is still persisting. Humble request to return all parts of my TV and my amount of Rs5740/-. I have been cheated by National Aircon.

                    To, Panasonic india Sub: poor response of the phone & the service center executives I, umesh sharma, the user of the phone Panasonic ELUGA S is putting forward the allegation on the Panasonic Mobile company for providing me the worst phone handset ever, which stopped working in not more than 2.5 months without any damage caused from my end. The said phone is 2 months old & is no more operative.. Moreover, the Panasonic service center executives are not responding to my complaint.. The said phone was dispatched from AMAZON online shopping on 26/1/2015 & its been out of its working mode since 24/3/2015 I put forward the request cum demand to get my phone started or get it replaced soon.Else, being a lawyer il b forced by my own to initiate the legal steps against the company Panasonic & will b really harsh towards spoiling its reputation in the indian market.                       Dear Sir, I have bought Panasonic 1.0 Ton Split A/C (Room Air Conditioner) Model Nr - CU - UC12PKY, IDU Sl.No – [protected], bill no: 1415B/C404 on 16/04/2014 from M/S. RUBA ELECTRONICS, #227, Jawaharlal Nehru street, Pondicherry. From the date of purchasing I have faced a lot of issues in your Brand AC. Already I mailed your helpline in a few months back & Explained about the issues. Refer Old mail also. I think your product is defective product? (Or)Dealer is sale a defective product? Totally I am disappointed in your product & Product performance. I made a complaint in tool free, Complaint Nr – R[protected] on 08th April 2015. Local service personal is came on 16.04.2015 Evening, Service person name Mr. Vishnu, after checking the A/C the fault is coil leakage in indoor unit. Already indoor unit coil changed in few months back only. Then how to fault came again? So your service also poor? Again I inform to you I have two years old Baby. I have bought AC especially for my baby. She is having skin problem. I don’t want to service this unit again. Immediately replace the full unit of 1.0 ton Panasonic brand new Air conditioner (Without defect) .do the needful action immediately. Summary of problems I faced, Gas Leakage Cooling not intake properly Indoor Unit having abnormal noise Total unit taking for service after service installed again indoor unit noise issue not solved again indoor unit taking for service & changed new coil(service person says new coil ) again cooling not intake properly Again outdoor Unit (Compressor unit) taking the service After instillation of outdoor unit 2-3 months only running Again indoor unit coil leakage Past one year in your brand AC performed like this. Normally this is your Quality product? This is your product performance? Dealer is responsible for this or Manufacturer is responsible this issues? I want to replace the new AC immediately. Do the need full action immediately.                         I bought a 52 inch plasma tv in april 2013 and in october 2014 suddenly it had this black strip near the middle of the TV... I switched it off and on and changed channels but and it comes and goes ... it was repaired by Panasonic's service engineer by opening the black panel and scrubbing a section with a rubber... but in march 2015 it happened again... the same black strip at the same place... once again it was been repaired and i paid 200 rupees and then 5 days later it was back... now i got a call from a service engineer saying he has a spare panel/mother board that he can fit and it will cost 12, 000... whether i go through the authorized Panasonic company or not... they can do this on a personal level too... there will be no warranty or guarantee about it happening again... it can happen again and they will not be responsible!!! so i just pay 12, 000 without any guarantee of a cure... because any way the black strip comes and goes (the service engineer says he's changing the mother board, the call centre guy says it's the panel!) ... as far as i'm concerned it's full on fraud from the service engineer and service centre in Mumbai...                           Sir/madam I bought Panasonic -T31phone on[protected]. Within five months o[censored]se, it started giving me problems . I went to service centre (jammu), expecting a replacement . They finally responded to my calls after five days and said that phone has to be sent to main office since they don't have a solution for this . Whatever the problem with the phone is, is panasonic's fault not mine . Why am I not given a replacement when it is very much in guarantee . You people should have been rather apologetic for the same ! Why am I being dodged ? This is mere cheating . I can excise other options too but it will be a problem for you and me as well !                             purchased one chordless phone KX-TG 3711SXB, S.no 41BXCO31603 dated 16 jan 2015, bill number 1084, from bhopal brand showroom. after 3 months it developed defect and sent to service centre, from where it was again sent back to showroom as it was beyond repair. however the set was changed with a older set with s.no. 3 LCXC307410, without informing me of the truth. i want a new fresh set. ref no C[protected] // MR.                               Hello team Panasonic, present complaint number is - r[protected] complaint is regarding the TV panel and this is for the 3rd time I m facing this same issue. an engg came to my house with a new panel even that was not working.. I logged this complaint on 27.3.15 and today is 15.4.15 almost 15 days no one from the company or the service center called me... I dont knw wht are the quality parameters of this company to monitor the quality of the products but as per me its zero. 3 times same issue and fourth time the engg brings a faulty panel.. I cnt take it ahead... I would request you to kindly replace this unit or refund the entire amount or extend the warranty period... if no, then I'll be forced to take this matter to the consumer court.

                                We bought the mobile phone nearly a year back. Initially there were some issues with the battery and speed. But later the problems kept on escalating. We must have given the phone in the service centers for atleast 3 times, and probably the phone was lying in your service centers for around 5-6 months in past one year. Last time it went to the service center was in December (all proof attached in this complaint). After nearly 3 months of followup there is still no resolution. It has caused me huge inconvenience and mental harassment. Its even funny to see how a simple phone problems can not be resolved by your service guys. We tried emailing (I have email proofs) and calling umpteen number of times to call center. But NO ONE, NO ONE has any solution. They are NOT even responding to the complaints. NOT replying to phone calls. Even tried calling your local Area sales manager (Indore, MP), but he also doesnt reply. NOW ITS ENOUGH. WE DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS ANYMORE. I NEED MY MONEY BACK!

                                  Dear sir/Madam, On Friday i visited the Panasonic service centre at mumbai(Croffered Market) place regarding my mobile complaint.but i not got any satisfactory answer from the same. I had online purchased the Panasonic P81(black) IMEI-[protected] on dated 29/01/2015 from Amazone.in. Which under warranty and on that showing line on display Screen. When i visited to service center they refused to change or repair the same stating that it's not come under warranty and you have to pay Rs.6, 000/- as a repairing charges for the same. As i am using the cell with lots of care and handling it properly. After using so many branded phone i never face such problem.I am very upstate because of the non satisfactory service i got from the well non brand which on i trust from long back.                                       I have purchase fully automatic Panasonic Washing machine from “Nadani electronic “ Mumbai. This fully automatic machine take 70- 80 min for washing one round . So for cloth better wash want 3 round. My cloth washing it take 3 hrs. So what is advantage o[censored]sing fully automatic washing machine. Please resolved query ASAP.                                         our L.E.D is not working properly from last few months .we have filed the complaint in customer care thay have taken the technical part of the L.E.D but they are continously delaying it without repairing it .they keep making excuses in this regard.It's a mental harassment.please take immediate action in this regard.
