Respected sir/madam My name is Sandeep Dawande I am using the mobile Panasonic Eluga S. There is a problem in my set one of its sim slot not working properly since I purchased it on dated 25/01/2015. Then I goes the service centre and submit my mobile for repair, the executive said to me that It will take 10-15 days for repair on dated 11/03/2015. But two month have been passed my mobile is not come back to me when I talk to Company they say it will take some more time but it will already taken more than two month. I am become so much frustrated. Now I have no any trust on company and there saying. My humble request to you that please look in this matter. Please help me my mobile is in working condition only one sim slot is not working but it is not repair in two months. Please do something.       Sir, I purchased 32 inch LED TV bearing Model No. TH-L32E5D from a local vendor namely - Basar Commercial Centre, Barapani Market, Naharlagun, Arunachal Pradesh - 791110 vide Cash Memo No. 1942 and Invoice No. BCE/942/13 of dated 22/07/2013. After 1 yr & 9 months on[protected], suddenly the picture disappeared and the TV was totally blank. Then I went to the local vendor, but to my utter surprise the shop was closed and the nearly businessmen told that the shopkeeper left Naharlagun town not to come back. Thus, I searched service engineers everywhere in Nahalagun and Itanagar, but again no engineer or mechanic was available. Hence, I went to the nearest town in North Lakhimpur to repair the same, but again the shopkeeper told me that the engineer comes from Guwahati. After so much ho-halla, the engineer dialled and told me that the parts is not available in Guwahati or Kolkata and is searching the parts in New Delhi. When the parts will be available then only the TV shall be repaired. Hence I am waiting from the Engineer's call from North Lakhimpur. As regards, my complain is that when TVs or other electonic items are sold in the market, at least service engineers should be available to attend the complain as there are many compalints reagrding the items sold by the brand Panasonic in Arunachal Pradesh.         Respected sir, On 17th April 2015 the above instrument was given to Chetan communications, Hampankatta, Mangalore 575001 under job sheet no KJSPKT104415K175 sp code KJASPKT104. Its almost a month now since the phone is given for repair and in spite of repeated reminders they are only promising to give the phone as soon as possible. I lost my husband on 4th May 2015 and I was left without a mobile as i had a lot of important contacts in there. I am already in a desperate situation and if i don't get the phone in the next 2 days i will be forced to go to the consumer court.           After much hyped and convinced by showroom people (Aadishwar Showroom, Marathahalli, Bangalore) i have purchased Panasonic 42" LED TV, Model A410. It went well for a month. Then, audio was coming out, most of the video formats were not playing. Complaint was lodged, and rectified after a great difficulty in finding the service persons. Then after 3 months, same problem reoccurred. This time I was not in the mood of getting service done, hence I asked for replacement. uo the hierarchy upto the divisional head of the service, agreed to replace my TV. that's it !!!. from that day till today 13/05/2015 (app. 45 days) daily assurances are pouring to me for the replacement. this summer vacation, kids are drying out without Tv. Please look into the problem and solve it.

            I have purchased 28"LED tv.
            There is dust collection inside TV screen.
            We have already complained for the same. But technical executive comes & cleaned two times. But the problem persists.
            Please help me to short out the issue.

              I purchased Panasonic Smart LED (TH-42AS610D) on 6th April 2015 and on 22 April 2015 I noticed a vertical line close to the center. So I raised a complain and on Engineer visit, they found that its a manufacturing defect. I was told that TV set will get replaced within 7-10 days. On 27th April I received another call saying that we just received the details so it will take 7-10 days from that day (i.e. 27th April 2015). Here I am after 15 days from the promised date to replace the product. In the meanwhile, I contacted various people, including Customer Service, Service Center and Replacement Department to know the status of replacement. But got no positive response, just wait wait and wait. When I contacted Customer Service, rather than following up on my existing case, they raised a new complain and informed me that they will get back to me by 14h May 2015. What a delightful Customer Service has. I am extremely unhappy with Panasonic product and its after sale service. Need Help. If there any attorney (from Delhi) reading this post. Please contact me via email sahota.[protected]@gmail.com. I would need your help in logging a case against Panasonic in Customer Court.

                Service center is really very irresponsible. I was purchased a Panasonic viera LED TV on 02/11/2014 with 1 year warranty. This LED is dead from last 14/3/2015.I made a complain on 15/03/2015 to service center. They came to my home after 2 days for check the tv. After checking he informed me that a technical parts is damaged and they will repair it within a week. After 10 days I call to customer care for updating status, they again informed me that the parts could not be repair, it will replace within a week. After more 10 days they called me and informed they technical parts is not available and they will replace my product of refund my money. But still now they are not taken any action. They always waste my time and making me fool. Now tell me what is my mistake that still I am facing problem from last 2 months. My parents are very religious and they like to see religious program on morning and also IPL is going on already I missed the ICC World Cup. Sir, please tell me for what purpose I have purchased this. I am really very fatigued from this Product and service center.From last 2 month I called to service center and customer care various times but They are not taken any action till now. Its like after purchasing TV we are begging you for service. I request you please help me to refund my money of my LED tv.                     Dear Sir, I am very angry and disappointed with Panasonic. I bought the air conditioner model no. CU-YC18NKY-S. The AC wasn't working last 10 days. I have already complain given in your customer care on 21/04/2015 complain no. R[protected] but no any response given from your side. I have spoke with your customer care executive and ahmedabad customer care on Mo. [protected] many times. The executive was not friendly and helpful They kept told me our technician will contact me within 24-48 hours and NOBODY ever person contact me. Your customer executive call me regarding this complain every day and he said that your complain solve as soon possible, tomorrow, today etc. Why are you not solve my complain please tell me. i still waiting your executive for my AC repair but no any person come my office. i waiting your reply...

                      Sir, I Purchased a Panasonic P51 mobile on 15.08.2014 from New Universal Office System Greater Noida. The Phone has not been working properly from last 4 months. Initially, the set used to hang and the power button did not work properly. I went to the service station Noida 3 times. Every time they fixed one of the problems, but it was followed by some new problem. Now the touch is not working properly. Panasonic is a respected Brand and I did not expect such inconvenience from it. I am living in Greater Noida and it is really difficult every time for me to visit Noida for the same. More on my calls are ignored by the service centre which is located in sector 27 Noida. I trusted the brand Panasonic but now I am feeling ashamed to do so. Now since my phone is having the warranty I am looking forward to exchanging it.

                        I have booked a 32" LED TV from Crome outlet Rajouri Garden on dated 27th April 2015 which was delivered by them on dated 28th April 2015. Today 30th April 2015 & No one has visit from company to my house for installation of product. On dated 28th April 2015 a company FOS had call to my number & update, would visit for installation today, I took a leave from office but no one has visit. I have purchase 1 Panasonic AC from M/s Sargam last week & booked LED also as my friend has suggested me for Panasonic product but Sorry if this type of service provided by company, I never suggested anyone to purchase Panasonic product.                             I purchased Panasonic Mobile model T40 black [protected] from M/s Anmol electronics SCO 1012-13 Sector 22 B Chandigarh Bill No. MCS -8613 dated 27/12/2014 . The touch screen of the mobile got damaged and i went to your service center New Tec Electronics SCO 495-96 Ist floor Sector 35 C Chandigarh . I was asked to provide the photocopy of the bill and was told that it will take 8 to 10 days to get the screen and will be fitted on the same day. I called the service centre after 10 days then i was told it may take 15 days . After 15 days i was told that the screen has not been received till date and they follow after 20 days. After contacting them after 23 days, i was told that the screen has not been received and they dont know the status. Mr. Jitender present there asked to to call service manager Mr. Ajay at Chandigarh. The mobile number given to me was incorrect. After taking email of Panasonic customer support I started requesting them but no action has been done so far. I am enclosing my communication details. Hope company can repair my mobile screen now after gap period of 5 months. I want to know exact timelines within which company will able to replace my mobile screen [mobile already stands deposited with your service centre]. I hope to receive written certificate that company has extended my warranty period. I am not able to use Panasonic mobile set from last 5 months. Hope to hear soon from you. That the same LED creating problem from the date of purchase but now it is not showing picture and it is in wareenty period .                                   I bought a split AC from Joy Electronics D-126, janpath, shyam nagar, new sanaganer rd, jaipur on 11 Nov 2014. The AC had some problem in t out door unit and the cooling was not proper. I lodged a complaint on 23 Apr 2015. On 24 Apr 2015, I personally went to the showroom and told them about the problem that the cooling was not effective and the problem persisted.The mechanic came on 25 Apr 2015 from Star refrigration work, checked the AC, did the gas filling and tried to fix the problem, but was not able to. Unsatisfied with the performance of the AC I again called up Joy Electronics to enquire about the case and requested to send the service engineer from Panasonic will be sent to check the AC as thecooling was not adequate. Inspite of repeated communication and request on the landline/ mobile phone on 26 Apr onward till 28 Apr 2015, every time I was given false assurance that the service engineer will be sent. On 28 Apr 2015 when I again inquired about my complaint one of the employee named Mr Rajesh Kumar inform that they had not send the reqquisition for service engineer as was told to be out of station and asked me whether still there was a requirement to send the service engineer. Such kind of irresponsible and lacadaisical attitude is not acceptable from Joy electronic and inturn tarnishes the image of Panasonic as a brand. I request you to direct Joy electronics to provide a service engineer to fix the problem. My contact no is [protected]

I have complaint more than five times in panasonic customer care BT still have no solution in fact they have taken away the outdoor unit in service center. They said to change it in six days its more than 9 days completed BT they r not changing it nor sending it n I HV talked everyone whom I can ur Bm dealer distributer n also service center...                                       I had purchased a TV(LED) from vijay sales(bill attached) on 16th june 2013. That time vijay sales representative told that the warranty period is for 3 years but they did not mentioned about getting extra sticker for warranty. Now i have a problem with panel and your techician visited is denying to do without warranty card as it is not stamped. So please do the needful .

                                        Have been trying to contact them for AC servicing but they just book complaints and there after no response at all.. Its been more than a week now but have not received any calls yet from Panasonic for the servicing-- even when the AC was to be installed- they had delayed in the similar manner-pathetic customer service...
