We have been continuously filing complaint to panasonic customer care from last three months. They have taken a electrical part of L.E.D and after that their has been no conversation in this context. We have made many attempts to contact the concerned person but we couldn't' ..It's a mental harassment.Please take quick action in this regard.

    I purchased a new mobile of Panasonic EZ180 before 6 months ago. After a month I feel some problem with handset. I gave my mobile for repairing and they gave new EZ180 piece. After 2 weeks same problem happens. Again company people took 20 days to repair. Same thing happens 4 times. I have used mobile rarely 2 months and most of the time it is in the repairing. I am very much disappointed with Panasonic. I purchased this mobile due to my low budget and finding Panasonic reliable company. But Panasonic doesn't worth it. Please help me out. Is there problem with all EZ180 model ? what should i do now?

        i have purchased a LED in 21-oct-2013 model no-TH-L50B6D with three years warrenty.Unfortunately it has stopped working on 26-feb-2015 i have lodged a complaint on 27-feb-2015 on your toll free number. But till now i have no revert from your company stupid technicians are there in your service centers they visited 4 times to me saying mother board is not working second time supply is not working a kind of transistor is not working then picture tube is not working.I have also talked to your heads who are Mr.sethi, Tarun chawla, Mr kakkar, Mr.Nitin bansal but now it is almost 2 months i am on my same condition they said me to replace my LED they said me to refund my money but now i am harassed a lot by Panasonic and thinking to go through consumer court and media as i am also a senior reporter in Govt. Press.and i will ask court to order you to refund my money and ofcourse all of the expenditure which will be done by me for this case and for all this harassment your company only Panasonic will be responsible and i will also ask court for my compensation.           I had purchased 2 unit of AC on 23/01/2013 of which A.C1.5TR PANASONIC CU-UC18NKYPS is not working. I am told that there is some compressor problem hence lodge a complaint with the company. I had called the helpline to lodge my complaint on 26 March 2015 which was ack by an SMS giving request no. R[protected]. I was informed that I shall received a call within 2 working days. Till date no one has called me. I have again called on 31st March and then on 4th April and 6th April. I am just been told that I complaint is being elevated. I fail to understand that the company being so big and reputed cannot handle complaints properly.I am frustrated with their services. Anyway it is always said the customer is helpless once he makes payment of the goods.

            I own a four year old split ac with Sr. no A- 107034 but it's compressor not working and starting . This is most pthatic product I hv ever purchased and will never recommend any one to but it. It's painful to update that such a bran does not hv value . I am going all media for such a cheap and poor product.

              sir, i have purchased lcd TV on[protected] model No. L32C80X[protected] for Rs.24000/- It stopped displaying picture in December 2014. I lodged complaint with you. Complaint No. is PI-ASC-[protected] dated[protected]. Your service engineer visited my house and charged rs 500/- as visiting charge. He took the TV to the service Center. After two days the set was returned to me saying its motherboard is defective & the TV can be repaired only after availing new part. On 28.01.2015 service center informed that part is not available and you may claim depreciated value of your TV as per policy of company. I agreed. Now after two month my claim is not settled. when I enquired to the service center some Mr. Ankur talked me roughly and denied to tell me status of my claim. Then I talked on mobile No.[protected] this gentleman listen me patiently but was unable to help me. sir, I want to know status of my claim. which should be settled as per company policy.                 My panasonic P11 mobile was given for servicing on 8th June 2015 as my touch panel was accidentally broken, I even agreed to paying 5000 Rs as said by the service station at time of submitting my mobile for repair. After that they did not return by mobile till date, even though I had been making repeated calls. They also said that the mobile I had submitted them had been lost in transit by the service station from Delhi to Mumbai white repairing. However, between this time my original jobsheet got misplaced and even though I am eager to pay teh repair amount, have the original bill, the scanned copy of job sheet that states I am the consumer, but even then Panasonic service station Andheri says that they will not give me back my mobile. This could be understood only if they were not late in returning my mobile on time in the first place, they have been the most callous service I have seen till date. I hope this complaint reaches somewhere.

                  I have purchased 1.5T 3 star AC m/c on 29.11.14 and due to cold season it was not been used. When after 2 months we tried once, we found a big sound during operation of AC. Then service people came and rectify it against my complain. Again it was unused for 2 months and now again we are facing same problem when started to use in hot.                     I have purchased Panasonic Window AC(1.5 CW-YC1814YA) on 29th March from Croma Retail (Gurgaon sector-29). It was promised for a free installation in 2 days. Have received the call from Panasonic demanding for installation fee of Rs.600. After reconfirming to them thru Croma they have agreed to install it. On the said date, I again get the call for installation time and demanding for installation fee INR 499). It happened twice till now...that i get the call and again i get them confirmed thru Croma that it is a free installation. They were supposed to come for installation on 3rd April at 6pm but did not turned up. Today, on 4th April had 3 calls since morning and asked them to come by 3.30pm. Started negotiating again for the same installation fee. Some times they are rude in replying as well. Two days completely wasted waiting and explaining them. Just to remove the existing window AC...asking for INR.600. To put the new AC purchased from panasonic which doesn't need any effort since the duct size is same for which they need another 600 INR as installation fee. Panasonic's Customer care (no caring for customers) - Purchased for the 1st time due to it's brand name but having worst time in dealing. Will not prefer to buy any panasonic product irrespective of quality when there is no service when needed.                       Dear Manager, I bought Panasonic P55 mobile on 18th Nov 2014 from Pune (Bill attached). Immediately after 1 month there came a complaint of mobile about non functionality of touch pad and heating problem. Then I put it for servicing at Ahmednagar service centre named 'Gayatri Enterprises'. It took me 1 month to get it back. Now even after getting it fixed, yesterday on 2nd April 2015, similar problem came up and again I have to give it to the same service centre. They told us that again it will take 1 month. I am totally pissed off now. I can understand for 1 time but no more. I want my mobile replaced with the new one.                         I had purchased this handset on 3rd July, 2013 IN 22, 500 rupees. In one year warranty, this handset submitted to service centre twice because of it's improper functionality, internal problem. Then they extended one month warranty & then again extended warranty upto 28th February, 2015. In between again the same handset submitted to service centre twice. Currently it is in their custody, and I am asking them what should I do if any kind of problem occurred in handset because now it is not in the warranty!! so I am waiting for their response but it's been more than 15 days, still waiting. I am really very frustrating & regretting to buy this product as I had purchased it in 22500 rupees which is very big amount for us (middle class family).

                                Hello, I am writing to express my deep anguish and frustration at the hands of Vishwam Services, the authorized service centre for Panasonic India, Pune. Here is what I faced: I bought a Panasonic 1-ton Airconditioner (please see attached proof) from Sakura Electronics at Baner Road in April 2003. I recently re-located and had the Panasonic technicians de-install the AC which I then moved to my new residence in Pune itself. Now I wanted to re-install the AC; however the phone at Vishwam Services is always engaged or it just rings without anyone answering it. Eventually I got a technician called Musa (brother of Zia who did the de-installation) who works for Vishwam Services to come and re-install the AC. He came reluctantly and I paid a whopping Rs 9, 100 for re-installation. This included: beam cutting, copper cables, installation and gas top-up and cable charges. Please note that the original AC cost approximately Rs 20, 000 before tax. A little more and I could have purchased a NEW AC! Anyway, I paid the amount to Mr Musa and got a receipt for the same (see attached proof. I have covered my name and address for privacy reasons. This receipt does not include Rs 2400 which I paid without receipt to the beam-cutter who refused to give me a receipt). Now the problem is that the AC does not work, even after paying such a large sum of money. The power light blinks and the AC shuts off basically after a few minutes. And the remote control does not show temperatures below 20C. The AC seems to be working but something seems to be seriously wrong with its cooling function. I have called Musa and also the Panasonic Customer Service helpline, but both have only given me assurances that the problem will be solved in the future; however no action yet taken. My service request number is R[protected]. I hope the Panasonic people will respond urgently to this and fix my problem without trying to fleece me of any more money. If they don't then I can assure them that I shall never purchase a Panasonic product in the future and discourage others from doing so. Thanks, Jagdish M

                                      A 42" Led TV was purchased by me from Bharti Wall Mart ( Best Price ) Raipur ( Chhattisgarh ) on[protected]. I was out of Raipur from 1st Feb.15 to 24th March15. On reaching 25th March15, I observed a horizontal line on the screen nearly at the centre of the screen. I came to know from enquiries that this manufacturing defect developed with in a period of one year could be repaired on replacement of a new screen, the cost of which is about Rs.25000.00 It may be seen that due to my non availability at Raipur I could not lodge complaint before expiry one year"s period whereas the defect was developed in 1st week of March-15. In view of the facts mentioned above, it requested that necessary repairs may be got carried out by the company without any charges so that my confidence on Panasonic India towards purchase of such items could maintained in future.                                         I have purchased an Eluga U on 27/08/14 worth Rs. 17100/-. In the phone i have got some problems and i have submitted the phone to the Ayushi Electronics Service center in Yashwant Plaza, Indore in the month of November. At that time the company provided me a replacment after taking a time of 1.5 months and returned the phone back to me In end of December then again in 15 days i have got some problems and i submitted it back and again got a replacement in 1 month. Now again i have got some problems in the phone like SIM 2 not detecting and auto restart and i submitted the phone to Ayushi Electronics on 14/03/15 and from 22/03/15 the company's customer care and service center are telling me to waiting for 3-4 days and when i call them after 3-4 days they again tell me to wait. I have also submitted an online complaint through email to panasonic with complaint id C[protected] and from there also i haven't provided any satisfactory support. The company is not understanding consumer's problem as i have used the phone for maximum 2-3 months in the 7 months duration and spent that much money in the phone. Also the company doesn't have an standby phone to gine to customer if they take much time to repair the phone, I am getting too much problem as i don't have a phone to use. Now i don't want the phone to be replaced as it is giving me problem again and again. I want the amount to be refunded back to me. Plaese help me that what should i do to get my money back.
