My req no is R[protected]. My mobile num. [protected]. My complain to panasonic company is that. I have given my plasma tv 42 inches at Micro service center at goregaon on October 2014 and they took 12000/- for repair which i paid. And they repaired that tv in a week and gave me. That day i brought it at my home it worked well and the nxt day same problm occered. Again i gave it to them bcauz they gave me 3 months warranty. I gav them and they told to replace it due to parts not available. But when i gone there to take name of which i will bring DD they said me to wait and they will repair it again. They repaired it again after 4 months. On 9/3/2015. I brought that tv at home and same problm occured nxt day. Now they r telling that some other part is damaged. How can other part will be damaged if the problm is same. I m waiting from 5 months and this panasonic company is doing nothing. Soo cheap Please repair it and give me or replace it and give me.       maine 10 month pahile panasonic p11 mob.12500/- me relince digi.Nasik se kharida tha lekin kucch mahine bad hi uski screen hang ho gayi main pass ke service center me usko repairing ke liye dala unhone 2 month bad usko vapas kiya, abhi bhi uska problem chalu hai Mob.jaldi garam ho jata hain, usme whataap ke massages pure dikhai nahi dete (side se cut ho jate hai), battery to din mai 5, 6 bar charging karni padti hain, internet bhi thodi der main band ho jata hai, usko fir se restart karana padta hai fir internet chalu hota hain, ye phone bohot hi ghatiya quality ka banaya gaya hain, is phone se to wo china wale phone kafi behatarin hain, panasonic nampar se mera jo vishwas tha wo ab pura ud gaya hain, main mere dosto ko bhi ab salah deta hoon ki wo bhi panasonic ke koi bhi chiz na kharide ...

        Hi I have Panasonic eluga S when I purchased I set some security code for phone and afterwards I have changed my sim card since then its asking for security code which I don't remember now I went to Panasonic service center but they said they do not have software to reset phone and told to keep phone with them.             new hand set get dead with in 15 days and when given it to service center then after one month still not repaire and retun to me . when ever i call coustmer care they simply said mobile repairing is in process . but when they give my handset back to me . they said we cant give may time line for it .

              Job Sheet no- KJASPPB178215K1627 I have submitted my Eluga I on 27th Feb 2015 in Chandigarh at registered service centre. But it is not serviced as well as not returned even after one month. It is really pathetic about services. I had the wrong perception before buying the panasonic product. Now I feel it's not beneficial to purchase any product in future... Please suggest me what should I do ? You know even the local electrician can do the better job within the days as they promise but I really surprise, the company like Panasonic is not delivering the values to the customer as they say. One month is a really enough time to service a phone. But ... But... I feel, Panasonic has failed... I beg of pardon my words but it's true, * YOU ARE FAR FAR BEHIND THE OTHER COMPANIES AFTER SALE SERVICES IN MOBILE MARKET * And if you can practice the same way, I'm sorry ...                   hi i accidently brought a panasonic fridge for which i regret now.Initially for first 2-3 months it was working pretty decently and there after there was some complaint with the freezer and the panasonic people arranged some guy to come and repair it in khammam district.He changed the inner box of the freezer and i had to pay some additional 2000 rs for a fridge which is supposed to be under warranty for a year.He asked me to use the fridge on low on 1-2 temp since it was winter season and therefore i used on low temperature and i had just minimum use.Now its become summer and when i increased the temperature to even the maximum of 9...its not at all cooling..so i called the same guy who fixed the fridge last time...he said some gas problem and he filled some gas and again took cash from me...and this frigde isnt working still... Is there some way i can claim for a new better fridge rather than this junk.Its still under warranty Im so irritated with the services provided by panasonic... I had better options of buying fridges like whirlpool and lg..but i rather chose panasonic, believing that it would function and provide service better.                     I purchased a Panasonic LED TV TH-32A300DX on 24/08/2014. On 17th March 2015, I found it's display is in complaint.Then I registered a complaint in customer care-R[protected].It is in warranty period.Then the service person came and told me, TV's pannel is in complaint.It will take 10days to replace or repair it.As a customer i am not satisfied with this attitude of service.This company service persons are insulting the customer privileges and has not taken care of customer's inconvenience. I am totally upset from this company's service.

                        Sir, I had purchased Panasonic LED Serial No. 42A400D /071553 on cash payment from Home Care, Plot No.111, Sector-4, Vaishali, Ghaziabad 201010 vide Cash Memo No. 540 dated 12.07.2014. There appeared lines on the Screen of the LED and a complaint No. 113563 was lodged on 27.12.2014 through customer care. The Engineer came and told that the Screen of the LED has been damaged. He was told that the LED never fell down nor any thing hit the LED from which its screen has damaged. Even after that he did not give anything in writing. On phone he said that the screen can be arranged on payment of a sum of Rs. 33000/-. I was not ready to pay him this amount and he reduced the price to Rs. 23000/- from Rs. 33000/- thousand. When asked how he reduced the price, he said that there is some problem in the Panel. Thus his statement about the damage of Screen is doubtful. He again phoned again and again to buy the screen but I did not relent to his demand. I asked him to give me in writing about damage of the screen and he assured that he will mail to me but till date there is no mail to me regarding this fact. I am not sure even today whether the screen or panel has damaged or not due to the changing statement of the service engineer. You are therefore requested look into the complaint so that the defect could be rectified and I may be able to enjoy your product peacefully.                           I had purchased a Panasonic Plasma TV (model No- 42X30DPLAS) on Feb 11, 2012 from Kohinoor Televideo Pvt Ltds Dadar, Mumbai showroom. At the time of purchase the showroom salesman informed me that the TV came with one year warranty + extended 2 years warranty my bill would suffice as proof for warranty purposes. In couple of years I encounter the problem of auto on and off in TV set, I lodged the complaint with company service centre and post lodging compliant after few days Service centre sorted the issued by replacing the mother board of TV at my home, I have been communicated that the original mother board in built in the TV was defective that's reason I have encounter this problem in such short span and now it has replaced, I will not face this issue again. However again within a year I encountered the same problem of auto on and off, so I again lodged the complaint with service centre and they accepted the complaint stating that it within free warranty period. The field engineer visited my home and evaluated the problem however he could not fix up the problem so took my TV to service centre. After rigorous follow up with service centre for solution, post one month I have been informed that since your warranty expired a day before the day I register my complaint with service centre, the replacement of mother board will be chargeable to me. I am very disappointed by the response because the service centre team failed to appreciate the fundamental fact and truth that the problem was generated very well within the free warranty period and its completely company responsibility to take up those manufacturing defects. Service centre agree that the replaced mother board was also defective however they want to run away from their responsibility of taking up the matter and address the concerns of customers. I cant understand, that how far it is justified that customer invest its hard earn money in TV expecting that it will serve a reasonable life and within short span of time he realised that the TV is completely scrap and he need to invest huge amount again to keep it running. Further to add more agony to wounds, when the service centre returned the TV at my home, the TV screen was also black out (i.e. screen turned completely black and no picture were coming at all). When I got my TV it has scratches on set that clearly reflects poor handing of my TV, further to my shock neither at the time of taking the TV from home and nor at time of delivering it back they have ensured safety measures for handling the TV. They carry open TV in their carrier vehicle. the service centre does not own the responsibility and trying to run away for owning there mistake. However the field engineer who has evaluated the TV before taking the same to service centre agrees and communicate that TV was working when the same was evaluated and on other hand the service centre engineer is complaining that he received the TV dead. My complaint registered also was related to only auto on and off and TV was not dead. After discussing the matter with service centre head also, I hadn't got any sensible response from the Company representative. the way I read the Panasonic company policy is that its customer who is at fault if he does not educate the carrier vehicle guys how to handle to TV? Its not justified to expect from Service centre guys that they are aware of handing the TV, though they might be running a big service centre in city. Highly disappointed with service and looking forward action from appropriate authority in this matter to address my concern. I am reachable at my contact number[protected] on the above matter.                             i buy a phone in dec 2014 model no P55 after few days i convert my postpaid no to prepaid so i got a new sim in mobile after that that sim is not working in mobile.than a visit the service center and the guy who dealing with me on service center he open a device in front of my eyes and say that slot is damage due to some reason and i need to pay for repair.after i ask them to return my device and that service engenier unable to pack my phone after few minute back they seal my handset with the seal of karbonn Company than i say it is a panasonic device so why u putting a karbon seal and he is unable to repair my handset.i give my handset to service person on working condition but the say its not working now so we need to forward a handset to delhi head office.and you will get a device after one month.Plz revert asap job sheet no:KJASPPB154315K10696 HANDSET MODEL:P55 CUST Name :Sameer Seth mob:[protected]

                              This is to inform you that I have given 3 complaints that
                              the machine is not working properly within 9 Months I called the service for 4
                              to 5 times.

                              Service guys came and changed the Belt 2 times, Capacitor 1
                              Time again they said they want to change the belt which is 1 no less than the
                              existing belt number. Since they themselves agreed that it is slow (in strong
                              mode itself). Even they have a option of Gentle / Medium / Strong options in
                              the machine.

                              Still I am not getting solution for this issue.

                              For this I have to speak to their area service manager to
                              solve this he is saying he is on leave. There is no attention for customers. He
                              is not able to send the service guys to solve the issue if he is on leave.

                              Total waste service / waste product / waste dealer.

                                    very very poor customer service, i purchased my panasonic led tv on 9th August 2014(Model no. TH-32A401D). In Jan 2015, i found usb port of my LED is not working, I registered the complaint and got service request number R[protected].No Action taken for first one months, than i again Registered the complaint got service request number C[protected], but to my surprise they closed the issue without any action and my approval.Then again i registered the complaint and new service request number came R[protected] and the remaining story is same that NO ACTION TAKEN...very very poor customer satisfaction.                                       i have purchased 32" led from WORLD VISION, AMBERNATH. on 09/10/2014.but i am facing problem in that led.only sound comes and no display on screen.i have logged a complaint on 14/03/2015.with complaint number : R[protected]. but till date i have not got any call from customer care.daily i am calling to toll free number and i am getting same reply that with in 1-2 days your problem will be sort out. its a very shamful for such a reputed brand.for not satisfying customers.

                                        I purchased an Microwave Convection oven from Vijay Sales, Khar (mumbai) in December 2014. Not even used for a month and half and the oven stopped working. Reported the problem immediately to the Panasonic Customer care team. First complaint((R[protected] tagged on 3rd Feb'15, Promising a technician would come with 48 hrs to take a look at the issue, the technician came after 7 days that too after my thorough follow up. On checking he mentioned it was a PCB problem and took another 5 days to change the part. After 2 days the similar problem rose and again we had to call for a technician. He came again and the same part. And after another 3 days same problem surface. From the begining I had been following up with the customer care team and Service center manager via calls and SMS and requested them to replace this appliance. Till date I am getting a answer they are awaiting approvals. Its been a month now they have the oven with them and we have no replacement. This has become quite disturbing, and mentally agonizing when we customers spend our hard earned money and don't receive it value in return.
