Dear Sir, I had been purchase by 25 Jan 2015, But within 15 Days i got problem with mobile, Problem are Overheat Mobile, During Call Switch off Blue screen observed before switch off, Connectivity problem with laptop or others, Music Cafe Hanging up After three song, Ringer Clarity Very poor. According to Telephonic Coustmer care, Meet Vahi(NaviMumbai) Panasonic (Gallary Karbon) They told to me Submitt. We want check it with Panasonic Expert Engg. Then i was submitt for Two week my Handset, But Still I am suffering This issue, today only I got this issue

    Hello Concern, I am really disappointed to know that Panasonic a very much reputed brand is not concerning about customer complaints. I fail to understand reason to make customer visiting service center? Had you ever visited any service center apart from your company? If you do so, you will realize my concern. Let me explain that I sent my executive twice but company representatives were very much busy, my executive waited there for hour and then left center…… Let me know why do you want me to visit service center? Why do you fail to make components available in market? Rather your product must be having quality that it should not require repair/replaced during such short period. I have recommended many people’s about your brand but I am feeling disappointed with such fact and reality that Panasonic brand is not interested in any customer satisfaction and interested in sales only.       I had purchased a Panasonic P-55 Mobile, Model No. EB- 905055P55 in the month of January, 2015 online from Snap Deal which was delivered by the Jaina Marketing and Associates, New Delhi bearing Item Code No.2059786, IMEI1 No.[protected] and IMEI2 No.[protected], S/N No.P[protected] vide Invoice No.SD2417/14-15/11648, dated[protected]. On 8th March, 2015 all of sudden the mobile automatically closed and could not be re-started again, therefore, I approached the local Authorised Service Centre of Panasonic at Allahabad namely M.R.B.M. Teleservices on[protected]. The aforesaid authorized Service Centre has taken the mobile and given a Customer Receipt/Job Sheet No. KJASPUP 140315K23855, dated[protected] and asked me to contact on next day. On the next day i.e. on[protected] when I contacted the Service Centre on Mobile No.[protected], their agent informed that my Panasonic P-55 Mobile has been sent to the company and the same will be delivered after 20-25 days after repair. However, on[protected] i.e. after 2 days the Service Centre called me informed that there is liquid damage in the mobile and that I have to pay the cost of repairing. When I asked the Service Centre to provide the report of liquid damage, they did not provide the same and said that it will be provided by Monday i.e.[protected]. At the outset it may be informed that the aforesaid Panasonic P-55 Mobile was never subjected to liquid damage nor the same has been dropped, but the same stopped working due to technical fault which is wholly covered under the guarantee. But the aforesaid Authorised Service Centre has not repaired the mobile and said that the defect is outside the warranty, therefore, I had no choice but to take back the mobile without repair and report the matter to the company. You are, therefore, requested to kindly look into my grievance and get the Panasonic P-55 Mobile, Item Code No.2059786, IMEI1 No.[protected] and IMEI2 No.[protected], S/N No.P[protected] replaced or repaired under the warranty.       Inspite of my complaint dated 15th March, 2015 regarding replacement/repair of Panasonic P-55 Mobile, Item Code No.2059786, IMEI1 No.[protected] and IMEI2 No.[protected], S/N No.P[protected] under warranty scheme and forwarding of the same to the Panasonic India customer support, no one has contacted me from the company.
      Kindly expedite my complaint and do the needful.

And they always say like that because water problem not come in warranty.             Dear Sir, I have purchased a24 inch LED television from M/s G.K.ELECTRONIC AT VIRAR WEST on 26th OCTOBER 2014. Our LED TV is not work properly. every time popup Menu bar tools & No Video and No sound come to running condition. I have already resister our complain but no action to be taken. my complain no. is R[protected] ON 11.02.2015 TIL DATE TODAY NO RECSPOSE FORM PANASONIC END So, Plz take necessary action immediate. I am talked to Me Satyanarayan & Dawood Mohd. Khan on 20.02.2015 and panasonic Service centre at Synergy Enterprice Nala Sofara west - Mr.Manish both are given promise me to solving problm in 7 Days but till Date no response their end. iam calling many time panasonic call centre they are given same answer every time me.             I got a Panasonic TV led TH-50a410d on[protected] which gave technical issues which i did not expected from a new TV within the warranty term and the technician from Panasonic came to fix the issue. Hence i contacted Panasonic customer service and reported the issue and they sent a service Technician on 01-04-15. But still now[protected] the complaint has not been solved .I really got fed up and i should be compensated a new tv for this inconvenience along with the product. My wife as being media person she would recommend this issue seriously. (complaint no R[protected] dated[protected]
            I have bought LED TV of Panasonic (32SV6D) on 06.09.14 (Bill copy attached). some problem has been noticed in TV and a complaint was lodged on 19.04.2015 vide No.R[protected]. On 20.4.15 one service engineer came and after checking he told that you have to pay Rs.15000/- payment for repairing. I said that it is in Guarantee period why should I pay for repairing charges. But he said that you will have to pay Rs.15, 000/- otherwise i will not repair it. And he went thereafter without repairing my above said LED TV.
            Please tell me what should I do now.

              This is a distress mail ...I bought Panasonic LED TH42A400D TV from Vijay Sales Indirapuram, Ghaziabad (UP) on 22/10/14. On 22nd February 2015 the TV went blank all of a sudden & the complaint was registered immediately with Panasonic customer care, request no R[protected] on 22nd February 15 itself. After repeated follow ups with Vijay Sales & Panasonic Service Center the TV was repaired only on 28th February evening (6 days) after changing some spare that too after taking the TV to their service center though being in warranty i insisted to replace the same which they denied. Again today 11th March the TV went blank and after contacting Customer Care & Vijay Sales they are again insisting to get the TV repaired to which which i don't agree at all & insist on the replacement immediately with out any further delay. When my wife contacted customer care the behavior was very rude & the person disconnected the call, which is not expected from Panasonic India. We have been going through a mental stress & in case the issue is not resolved immediately will go the consumer forum for the redress.                   Nobody can believe that brand like panasonic is providing such kind of Poor service, I bought T-21 model phone keeping in view the companies brand image in market, superior quality products and old company among the other brand in india but i was really surprised to see that even after the 6 month of purchase this phone the flip cover is not available in the market easily.Spare are always not available rather more expensive then any other mobile phone. Since panasonic has not owned exclusive service center and they tied up other service center.these service centers will always failed on their commitments to rectify the problems . Most of the time the spaers of this brand will not available in these service center and you can not purchase the spares in local market as the same is not available outside like any other brand samsung, nokia and micromax. Hence will recommend not to purchase this brand Regds Deep

                    I purchased Panasonic eluga s mobile on 12-2-15 and within a week sim slot stopped working properly hence I gave the mobile to Panasonic service center, they returned my mobile after 16 days without repairing and told me that it was my (customer) fault hence mobile would not be repaired under warranty, and asked 80 % of the price from me to get my mobile repaired. After lots of complaints no satisfying reply came from company, defective hand set was sold to me and now am not getting any customer support, I am cheated and now required help in the scenario.

                      I have bought Panasonic Washing Machine on 2013 after using one month it stopped working and i gave complaint to panasonic india along with retailer it took nearly 1 year to repair after that i have never used it because it is fully dead (not working) i gave one more time complaint to panasonic till today it is not got repaired the service man is saying we are helpless he told to take replacement but PANASONIC customer peoples are not showing any of the interest with repairing the product I wasted my 11000 with buying PANASONIC washing machine I have used it for a month 2 years over it is not got repaired. I request to replace it

                          i had buy panasonic p55 before a month. so this mobile is not working properly and battery backup is very bad. One video of 5 minuts is conjuming 6-7 % battery. So I had admit my mobile two time in Panasonic care centre. But output is very bad means no effect on battery...and they are not giving me new exchange piece even...

                            Dear Sir, I had purchased Panasonic P41 mobile phone from Ashish Communications Guna (MP) on[protected]. With less than four months into service, I am struggling hard to charge the phone as the charging process is getting interrupted quite often due to defective charging port. It may be worthwhile to mention that i own few phones of other brands too for the last 10 yrs and had never faced such a problem. Kindly arrange to replace the defective phone with a new one.                             Dear Sir

                            As advised by panasonic customer care, i handed over my P41 handset (IMEI number [protected])to their authorized service center at Guna(MP)on[protected].

                            The charging problem was attended to and phone was handed over to me on[protected].But to my dismay,
                            i discovered that none of its SIM slotswas functioning after repair job at their service center.

                            My work place is far off from their service center and it is very difficult to commute to Guna.
                            Once again I request you to advise panasonic to replace the defective handset with a new one with full warranty.

Immidiately i have contact your nearest service dealer THIRD WAVE at Ahmedabad on 26-2-15. but they have refuse to repair. other dealer HD And VIMAL is not MOBILE SERVICE DEALER. NOW MOBILE IS IDEALLY LYING WITH ME.I UNDER STAND WASTED MY MONEY BEHIND PANASONIC MOBILE>

                                Hi, I had placed a complaint with Panasonic India at their Customer care number[protected] on 16th Feb, 2015 since my AC was not working properly, the compressor kept getting switched off even in Cool and Dry mode and the AC was getting switched off by itself. The gave me the complaint registration number as R[protected] and said that the service centre person will call me. I got a call on 16th evening from the service center executive and he told me that his company will not be able to provide with the service since the pincode is mentioned incorrectly in the address which I had provided and they do not provide service to my area (As per him, I gave my own pin code incorrectly). He wanted me to contact Panasonic India and ask them to update my pincode, which I did the same day and informed them about the complaint going to the wrong center. They said they will route I got a call to the correct center. On 17th morning another service center person contacted me and said the same thing again. He wanted me to contact Panasonic India again, which I refused to do and he said he will do it from his end. I did not receive any intimation till the 19th and on 19th I had called Panasonic India again, where they said that my complaint has been cancelled by the service center itself. They registered a new complaint for this and the complaint number is R[protected]. The service engineer visited my place on Friday (20th February, 2014) and check the AC which involved just lifting the cover from the indoor unit. He had informed me that the coil is leaking and requires replacement or repair. I asked him for the cost involved (paid him Rs. 150 for visiting) and he told me that he will check with his manager and get back to me the same evening. I took the contact number of the manager and called him in the evening to enquire the price and he said he would get back. I called them nearly 10 times after that and they said the same thing again and again. I got frustrated and called Panasonic India again on Tuesday(24/02/15) to register a complaint against the service center. They raised as escalation and said the escalation team will get back to me in a day, I got a call from the escalation team on Wednesday and they said they will give me the contact number of the service center and I can call them to get the details I require. I informed them that I have been doing that since Friday and cannot do it anymore. So they said that they will contact the center and get back to me. I did not receive any reply till today (27/02/15) so I had called them back and asked them for the status, they said they will get back to me in an hour. I called them again and they again started repeating the same steps for me to follow. I have got frustrated and irritated with this complete lack of customer service and sheer negligence. Buying a Panasonic product was the worst decision was completely foolish on my part and I'm paying for it now, but I will also ensure to never buy a Panasonic product again.                                   Dear Team at Panasonic, I am utterly disappointed by the after sales service provided by your team. I had purchased my LED on 14 Jun 2014 in Thane from Kohinoor Showroom. on Feb 11, 2015 the LED suddenly I called your service centre and put the complaint, I did get a call from your service centre and the technician did visit and check the TV and said the Motherboard had gone. Its almost two week and the TV still is a frame on my wall, neither have I got the part replaced or a replacement for the faulty TV. I have to regularly follow up to know the status otherwise there is no communication from Panasonic end. I bought the TV for Panasonic but seeing the after sales service I don't think I will recommend Panasonic to anyone. Sale is not all about selling but retaining a customer, don't think Panasonic believes in this policy. I have a senior Citizen and a handicap person at home whose only entertainment is the TV, plus we have missed the ICC matches the crucial ones. How is Panasonic planning to compensate the customer. Looks like Panasonic does not believe in customer loyalty. My Complaint no. is R[protected] I hope the management of Panasonic takes in consideration complaints of their customers and changes their image before its too late to gain back their clientele.                                       Sir, I have purchase Panasonic eluga s new phone through amazon.com &amp; received on 28.1.2015 after 4 days when I copy my contact threw other phone &amp; restart it phone is locked, I also complain Amazon for replaced on 4 feb 2015 but due state election on Delhi they collect on 7 feb after election they refuse for pick due to replacement days over, after that I submit mobile on Panasonic authorised service centre 6 febuaury, after so many reminder and phone call they don't answering what is the status of my mobile, I also complaint customer care on 16 febuaury[protected] they said after 48 hour for replying on mail &amp; call but no status .
