I have purchased a40 inch LED television from M/s Panasonic on 15th Feb 2015. As per the advice of the shop, I submitted a request for installation of the TV on the same day, 15th Feb 2015 by calling to their customer care number [protected]. The details are given below

As on today, I have called many times to their customer care and every time I got a response that my issue was escalated and someone will come and install the television. Even after spending a good amount for their television, the company is not really bothered for the service and I feel like cheated by this company.
I was informed at the time of purchase that installation will be done within 2 days once we register the service request . Never get cheated by this company. Last two days, the customer care executives are giving a number of their local service centre, M/s Shown Electronics, Kottayam[protected]. I have even called this shop and they are also not giving any positive response.
My area is Vaikom (PIN - 686141) and Panasonic customer care executives are many times behaving as if it were an issue with my area. I have interacted with customer cares of many reputed my companies and I have never faced such an issue. Why do they Discriminate customers based on the area?
Friends, never get cheated by this company. This may happen to any of you, specifically if you are from Kerala I believe. Please also advice how to deal with such fraud companies, if you have already faced similar issues.
