Sir, I have purchased a40 inch LED television from M/s Panasonic on 15th Feb 2015. As per the advice of the shop, I submitted a request for installation of the TV on the same day, 15th Feb 2015 by calling to their customer care number [protected]. The details are given below Service number : I[protected] Model Number : TH-40A300DX Sl.No : OLX115391B-0294 As on today, I have called many times to their customer care and every time I got a response that my issue was escalated and someone will come and install the television. Even after spending a good amount for their television, the company is not really bothered for the service and I feel like cheated by this company. I was informed at the time of purchase that installation will be done within 2 days once we register the service request . Never get cheated by this company. Last two days, the customer care executives are giving a number of their local service centre, M/s Shown Electronics, Kottayam [protected]. I have even called this shop and they are also not giving any positive response. My area is Vaikom (PIN - 686141) and Panasonic customer care executives are many times behaving as if it were an issue with my area. I have interacted with customer cares of many reputed my companies and I have never faced such an issue. Why do they Discriminate customers based on the area? Friends, never get cheated by this company. This may happen to any of you, specifically if you are from Kerala I believe. Even after spending a good amount for their television, the company is not really bothered for the service and I feel like cheated by this company.

I was informed at the time of purchase that installation will be done within 2 days once we register the service request . Never get cheated by this company. Last two days, the customer care executives are giving a number of their local service centre, M/s Shown Electronics, Kottayam[protected]. I have even called this shop and they are also not giving any positive response.

My area is Vaikom (PIN - 686141) and Panasonic customer care executives are many times behaving as if it were an issue with my area. I have interacted with customer cares of many reputed my companies and I have never faced such an issue. Why do they Discriminate customers based on the area?

Friends, never get cheated by this company. This may happen to any of you, specifically if you are from Kerala I believe. Please also advice how to deal with such fraud companies, if you have already faced similar issues.

    This is to inform you that although google map is available on mobile handset but it is not working. I bought the handset on 7th Oct 2015 and initially I thought there might be some problem with Google but now I checked with other handsets of different companies and they are supporting it nicely. Initially I was praising my handset but now feeling ashamed to tell others that my Panasonic handset is not google compatible. What shall I do now. Amit [protected]

Yesterday i once again reminded them. Today it is 19th Feb. Till now no one has attended the complaint. I am disgusted with your customer care. I am sorry to say that when compared to brands like LG, Sony, Onida etc. your service providing is extremely poor.Those brands have a 24 hr. deadline to attend to complaints.         Sir I have given one Panasonic T 41 mobile phone for repair under warranty to Panasonic authorised service centre at Anuragini Electronics on 05, 01.2015.The IMEI of the phone is [protected].The job sheet No. Is KJASPAP422115K5715 . It is already 1 months and 13 days have been passed but their authorised service provider is unable to complete the work and hand over the phone and always remain unresponsive while contacting over phone. it is not the way to treat a costmer because its a very long time to hand over me... i want my phon ASAP... I AM very disappointed and helpless...

        I have given my phone to the service centre before 2 month. They are not giving phone in proper condition. First time they returned my phone after damaging the sim slot. Second time they told that either they will replace that phone or the damage part but they did totaly damage the phone and taken out that part. Now again I have submitted to the service center, and now the person from the service center has not given me the updated job sheet number so that I track my phone''s process. I am not getting any type of help neither from the service center nor the panasonic customer care. Please help me out.

          I have bought the above mentioned Refrigerator from Rajesh Trading Company Pune on[protected]. On or about 6th January 2015 I could smell gas in my house and went and checked that my above fridge gas was leaking, so I called your customer care no. and they asked me to close the refrigerator and their person will come and check it.

          Your man came and checked it and said that the gas has been leaked and they will have to put new coil. After so many calls ( as your people said that this coil is not available as it never happens and yours is the first case) on 28th January 2015 your person Mr. Abid came and changed the coil and filled gas and gave me a bill of Rs. 4250/- and asked to pay cash and I paid the same. He said that it will become cool as it takes time. I checked several times but it did not become cool.

          I called him again and he said may be the compressor is gone. We will see for one more day. Then he said that the compressor not working. For last so many days my all things are lying outside the fridge and getting spoilt but your compressor is still on the way. Your person came one month back and took pictures but all in vain. We are fed up of calling your office again and again and they saying that we have given order but still on the way. Kindly let us know how much more we will have to wait for the fridge. Also may be my coil was working and your people have charged me for the coil which was not required. Kindly look into this matter urgently and refund my Rs. 4250/- and get the fridge exchanged or get a new compressor which is under guarantee till date.

          Hope you will look into this matter seriously and revert back.

            I have a Panasonic mobile phone. i had purchased it on December 2014.it was in very good condition before 2 months ago.But now i have to face problem with downloading .in description, when i using my Whatsapp there are so many picture and videos which i want to download but it shows an error like downloading failed, please try again later. And same thing is happening while i using my phone to download video songs through tubemate, i love this handset i don"t wana sale it but what can i do give me a option.

              I bought Panasonic fully automatic machine (Model No.- NA-F65H5) on 8th February 2015 from a Panasonic dealer (K Square) in Dwarka Sector-7. The machine got installed on 9th and we did a trial run on the next day. The machine was not able to wash the clothes so we called customer care and the dealer as well and discuss the issue with their technical engineer who told us that we need to wash the clothes manually and then put them in the machine. If we have to wash the clothes manually then what is the use of fully automatic machines. This is not a machine it's just a bucket with motor and buttons to waste your electricity and water. If this is not working properly then why should I bother, Panasonic should bear a loss. I do not want this machine and want my money back.

                Service reference no:KJASPCN058214K63 I gave my panasonic p81 for service in local service center refered bypanasonic customer care. I gave my phone on 27/dec/14. In local service center, they said "they cant repair here and should send to company" Till now i did not get my phone back. I want to know my status of mobile. If i say to someone that i gave my phone to service for two months, they will laugh at me and laugh at the company. Panasonic service is the worst one i have faced. I bought my phone on amazon, on October and i have my warranty. I want my phone to get ready or i need replacement.                     I bought a panasonic T-11 from talktime mobile vadodara and had rxpectations from this phone.Firstly this phone gets much overheated whenever used and it becomes uncomfortable to keep it on the ear and talk.Secondly i dropped the phone by mistake on the table which was just two inch fall and the screen cracked.I thought that the damage caused by me and called on their customer cate for service.They gave me a wrong number, this happened twice and thrice and i became tired of calling on again and again.The screen is available nowhere else.I didnt get the accesories for it too.It has gone now 3-4 months since its screen is broken and is useless.My payment of 8, 500 went worthless.I am angry on the company and want refund or replacement.

                      We bought a Panasonic Water Purifier in May 2014 when it was newly launched - Model TK-CS70. In October the cartridge change light came on and we registered a phone request with Panasonic to change the filter. After a few follow-ups we realized the Indian arm of Panasonic doesn't know how to replace the cartridges in this water purifier. In December I raised a formal complaint with the customer service center. Till date all we have is a few phone calls and emails in gaps of 2-weeks each, but no resolution. In between Panasonic sent a franchise service agent to our home to take photographs of the water purifier and the placement of its cartridges. But after that total silence and no productive response. Except for 3 emails each saying they will get back with a future date. More proof Panasonic India doesn't know about the products its selling to unsuspecting customers domestically and doesn't know how to service the products.CAUTION - DO NOT BUY THE PANASONIC WATER PURIFIERS. THE INDIAN CO. DOESN'T HAVE A CLUE ABOUT HOW TO SERVICE THEM. DON'T RISK YOUR FAMILY'S HEALTH BY TRUSTING YOUR BASIC NEED OF WATER PURIFICATION TO PANASONIC.

                        hi sir, I'm pratheesh kumar from Chennai. i bought my Panasonic P11 few months through FLIPKART.After few weeks my mobile screen got broken due to some small impact. i consult the service center nearby they said, the price of screen replace comes around 7K. i try outside also, but i didn't got any compatible screen for this. plz kindly help me for it.

                            I gave a Panasonic Trimmer for repair on 22nd December '14, which is under guarantee. Since more than a month, whenever I call they say the part has been ordered and needs to be imported. Kindly look at this matter and suggest me if I can get my trimmer at the earliest or should I purchase another one from a better brand! First time I trusted and purchased a Panasonic product and now I'm experiencing a "world class service". That Panasonic service center is GX Systems in Bangalore.

                              I am Arun, I brought one of your product Panasonic Led Model No THL32EM5D Serial No: 3CBB11309 on 05/04/2013 from QRS Trivandrum, Kerala, but on 16/4/2014 the power board will be damaged, many times i mailed to you and given complaint to your service center but i didn't got a possitive responds on 17/10/2014 i handover my led tv to your Authorised service center in Trivandrum. Job No: PI-ASC-S1410PIX And they told me that they cant provide Power Board, they suggest another option that they will refunded 75% of that TV cost. I given my Blank Cheques and Bill copy. But yet now i didnt got that amount, many times i call to your service center and responsible persons but still they avoid me. So kindly do anything related this issue. Regards ARUN [protected]

                                I would inform to you that I have registered complaint on 30th Nov 2014 regarding the speaker problem in Panasonic TH-L32E6. My first complaint number is ASC[protected] and second complaint registered number is ASC[protected].

                                Complaint is pending last 2 months. No parts is available till now. You have called me number of times and said parts is not available please wait. We will update soon. Kindly request to you please change the part in one or two days other wise replace this products.
                                I can't use LED in this condition . Already two months have passed for my complaint. I have written mail to you 28th Jan 2015. till today there is no response. Nobody is care about this complaint.
                                Kindly I request to you please replace this products and take immediate action on it. i can, t wait for the solution.

                                  Was purchased at visakhapatnam panasonic showroom. On 29th jan 2015 while watching the tv it suddenly stopped working.                                     Your company after sales service part is working very slow, please find my job sheet number KJASPWB0301214K1839, date[protected], still your service center people are saying plz wait few weeks. I am suffering this problem from last 2 months. If your company is not able to repair my phone then please let me know, I’ll go and buy new phone. New Panasonic p-11 phone prices is 8908, lcd replace prices 6200/- It is with deep anguish and agony that I am writing this email to you. My request for helping me out has gone to deaf ears.                                       I had filed a complaint for Cooling issues with my refrigerator initially in June 2014 and I was advised by the service engineer that there was some minor repair done and was asked to install a Voltage Stablizer, which I did, however the problem did not get resolved. Another complaint was lodged on 25th Oct 2014 and below are the details of the same and various follow ups: COMPLAINT LODGED ON 25TH OCT 2014 (JOB PI-ASC[protected] NO REPLY TILL 6TH NOV 2014 (10 DAYS AFTER COMPLAINT) WHEN I CONTACTED HELPLINE. THIS IS HOW THEY RESPONDED TO MY MAIL COMMUNICATION: ON 7TH NOV 2014 - A DEADLINE OF 10TH NOV 2014 ON 10TH NOV 2014 - A DEADLINE OF 11TH NOV ON 11TH NOV 2014 - A DEADLINE OF 12TH NOV ON 12TH NOV 2014 - A DEADLINE OF "NEXT WEEK" - NO DATE THEN NO REPLY TILL 20TH NOV 2014 (MORE THAN ONE WEEK) - I HAD TO SEND ANOTHER REMINDER Panasonic was not able to provide the required Spare Part for 29 days, due to which I had to buy a new Refrigerator. Based on above I asked them for a compensation by way of Refund for my new Refrigerator, however they were not ready to do so. They insisted on providing free of cost service, which is surely not enough to compensate for my loss. They also by fraudulent means stopped responding to my mails. I even spoke and wrote to a couple of their Area Managers - Mr. Shisir Singh and Nitin Bansal with no positive response. Even they stopped responding to my messages and calls. Neither did they want to share the details of their seniors for escalation.

                                        I have purchased Panasonic (F62B3HRB 6.2 kg grey top-load fully automatic washing machine )washing machine in july 2014, i have few issues with the machine which i realised bit lately, machine is working fine but stains are not being removed from clothes. Stating the same reason i have raised a request for panasonic customer care with reference no:R[protected] on jan 5 2015, till date panasonic people has not contacted me, i have cal'd them few times and they reply as "we have few issues with our IT infrastructure as we are updating our systems, now we will arrange some one for you in 1-2 days" i cal'd them thrice and got the same reply. Please take it further to get it resolved.
