I had filed a complaint for Cooling issues with my refrigerator initially in June 2014 and I was advised by the service engineer that there was some minor repair done and was asked to install a Voltage Stablizer, which I did, however the problem did not get resolved. Another complaint was lodged on 25th Oct 2014 and below are the details of the same and various follow ups: COMPLAINT LODGED ON 25TH OCT 2014 (JOB PI-ASC[protected] NO REPLY TILL 6TH NOV 2014 (10 DAYS AFTER COMPLAINT) WHEN I CONTACTED HELPLINE. THIS IS HOW THEY RESPONDED TO MY MAIL COMMUNICATION: ON 7TH NOV 2014 - A DEADLINE OF 10TH NOV 2014 ON 10TH NOV 2014 - A DEADLINE OF 11TH NOV ON 11TH NOV 2014 - A DEADLINE OF 12TH NOV ON 12TH NOV 2014 - A DEADLINE OF "NEXT WEEK" - NO DATE THEN NO REPLY TILL 20TH NOV 2014 (MORE THAN ONE WEEK) - I HAD TO SEND ANOTHER REMINDER Panasonic was not able to provide the required Spare Part for 29 days, due to which I had to buy a new Refrigerator. Based on above I asked them for a compensation by way of Refund for my new Refrigerator, however they were not ready to do so. They insisted on providing free of cost service, which is surely not enough to compensate for my loss. They also by fraudulent means stopped responding to my mails. I even spoke and wrote to a couple of their Area Managers - Mr. Shisir Singh and Nitin Bansal with no positive response. Even they stopped responding to my messages and calls. Neither did they want to share the details of their seniors for escalation.

    I have purchased Panasonic (F62B3HRB 6.2 kg grey top-load fully automatic washing machine )washing machine in july 2014, i have few issues with the machine which i realised bit lately, machine is working fine but stains are not being removed from clothes. Stating the same reason i have raised a request for panasonic customer care with reference no:R[protected] on jan 5 2015, till date panasonic people has not contacted me, i have cal'd them few times and they reply as "we have few issues with our IT infrastructure as we are updating our systems, now we will arrange some one for you in 1-2 days" i cal'd them thrice and got the same reply. Please take it further to get it resolved.

      We purchased Panasonic LED TH -42A410d(TP) on 17-OCT-2014 from KBM electronic 1/32 Main vikas marg, lalita Park Laxmi Nagar Delhi 110092 .The product got faulty on 2-Jan-2015 and we raise the complain on 4-jan-2015 Job number-RO[protected] and techniain come on the 7-Jan-2015 and said it will be repaired with 5 to 7 working days however still we are waiting for the response and replacement of the faulty product however no one is providing the correct resolution.we called to the service center at Noida and had word with Mulchand Sharma and he promised to give the product on Friday which is 16-jan-2015 however no one comes to resolve the issue if we tried to call customer care for the same raised various complain however no response by them.We invested Rs45000 in the product and got faulty in 2 months only.We are getting mentally harassed by calling and getting unusual response we wasted around Rs2000 to Rs3000 by calling them and visiting here and there.I request you kindly look in to the matter and do the need full as soon as possible.

      Still waiting for the proper response from the Panasonic India.We received 2 calls from Panasonic mentioning that problem will resolved today however no one reached and resolved the issue .The person who has given call by the name Mr. Ansari from Panasonic Support team.They are not taking the complain seriously so request you kindly take further action on the complain which we have register.I will be thank full to you.

        I bought Panasonic eluga I and the same day I got sound problem, hotspot connection and sound problem. System apps updating works only by play store. It does not update by application which is sent by other android phone. Sound system is not working properly in earphone. I am very frustrated to buy this phone.

On POP date[protected] I Give my phone Panasonic T41 to the service center of Panasonic that is ANURAGNI ELECTRONICS SECTOR 27, NOIDA(UP).. for the the damage of touch .. they said they give to me my phone on[protected] .. but today date is 16 jan and than he said .. your touch is not coming from Panasonic, , he said contact to the call center of panasonic . i call so many times in call center but they daily give me same words, they said i arrange a call back from us please wait.. but they didnt call me a single time, After 20 january .m going to the out of the city..before that i want to get my phone...so plz give a responce..                 I have submitted my phone in DKG Panasonic service centre in Somdutt Plaza.So when I ask abt returning of phone the talking sense of that boy is very bad.After taking back up unfortunately I forgot my SD card in my phone.After two days I call him on service centre number and requestly said that sir I forgot my SD card in my phone then he said sir I found ur SD card I will safely keep it.Today when I went there to collect my phone and also ask abt memory card from the boy who gave me my phone he refuses to give me memory card.And he shouts at me loudly in very bad language and pushing me backwards and said I will not give ur mmry card.When I ask abt manager he abuses me.

                  I purchased panasonic MX AC 400 mixer grinder this is one of the worst thing i purchsed the motor would burned by using 3 rd time.Then i complain to panasonic customer care on 15 days before till now i am not getting my product this is one of worst customer care service

                        Dear Sir, My LCD TH L 42 E5D TV is out of order due to switch is not getting on. Before that 2 times same problems happened and its being repaired but no engineering applied why it happened and the same problems arises again. The TV was purchased from Guru Maa Enterprises, Rudrapur, Uttrakhand (Bill Attatched) & also complaint was lodged on dt.10.01.2015 at authorised sales and service centre. haldwani.samservices.[protected]@gmail.com; but no response till date. TV warrenty is 3 years. I have already told them to replace my tv, but they repaired. I think there are some major fault which they don't able to identify by the panasonic engineer.                           We bought a Panasonic fridge NR-B255STW4 on[protected] in Mani Electronics Cuddalore. Problem arises in the fridge door, it opens automatically, we filed a complaint, They said they will replace the door. But they did not replace the door. After three months they said that they will replace the fridge and and refund money. From that it passed two months. Still they say it will take 1 month to refund. We are suffering lot with that. It is used in shop, we used it to keep cool milks and drinks. After shop closed the door opens automatically and the milks gets spoiled. huge amount of loss for us. we will manage the door problem in working hours, what can we do in time of closing.                             I purchased rice cooker on 6th Sep, 2014 and from day one, it was defective. I had been visiting service center for more than 5 times now and have no solution now. Please find details based on timelines: 6th Sep, 2014 I bought rice cooker SR- KA 22A from Panasonic Brand Shop, Dickenson Road, Bangalore with warranty. 8th Sep - 10th Oct, 2014 From the very first time and over the period of one month, we tried with different combinations of water and rice(water being more) several times(with plate as directed in the manual) but the container bottom kept burning and hence making the container bad plus half a bowl rice a waste every time we cooked. We went to Panasonic Brand Shop and intimated about the situation where they asked as to try for another 2-3 weeks with more water and contact the service center later. As they directed us, we tried again with same results post which they asked as to contact the service center Greenchef, Mission Road, Bangalore(Subhash.com) 11th Oct, 2014 We went to Subhash.com. There they did something to thermostat and tried cooking rice in the rice cooker and found out that its the same issue and that the half bowl rice is wasted. They asked us to leave the cooker there and collect it later 14th Oct, 2014 We went to Subhash.com to collect rice cooker. They told us that they had fixed something and let them know if the problem persists and they will arrange for replacement. 16th Oct - 8th Nov, 2014 As asked by service center team, we again cooked rice with more water so as to avoid burning, but it went in vain again. Please have a look at the different images at different occasions. 15th Nov I gave the rice cooker to service center as directed by Mr. Vijay on phone call 29th Nov I brought back the rice cooker and cooked rice but looks it was the same or worse than earlier. Rice was still sticking to the plate and the bottom is burnt after cooking. 6th Dec I gave the rice cooker to service center again as directed by Mr. Vijay over phone and still waiting for a solution Things to Note: I have been patient over this matter from the very first day of purchase(4 months) and believed in the process of Panasonic but all in vain 1.5 months out of 4 months(40% of time) since purchase and counting(its still with service center), rice cooker was and is with service center I had approximately visited 2 times to the buyer and 7 times so far to the service center in this regards I had dropped many emails and had called many times over phone at service center out of which many times I wouldn't get any response The whole matter had now costed me lot of money and waste of my time.                             This is what Panasonic team had to say
                            "In all Electric Rice cooker after cooking scorch pattern will come as enclosed photo level. The scorch level depends on the Rice Quality and before cooking rice cleaning level. Now enclosed photo images of scorch levels are acceptance ranges. Kindly advise to the customer to improve the rice cleaning level and rice quality."

                            Let me tell you something that I have used a different Panasonic rice cooker previously for more than 3 years and it is still in good condition. Also, I had used another rice cooker of different company I didn't face any of these issues. Also, no one uses bad quality of rice or not clean it for health reasons itself. So, please don't crib on this.
                            Its not that we are using any rice cooker for the first time and also how can you face issues with a new rice cooker which is of good monetary value as well as the problem is showing up since we had bought it from the first day itself?

                            This is really ridiculous.

                              IMEI NO:[protected], CHAR NO: 3792 for Rs.7500/- from New Fair Business
                              centre, Alambagh Lucknow on 28.09.2014.


                              Sir, a crack was developed on screen due to
                              accdent. On 30.11.2014 I visited your Authorized Service Center, Krishna
                              Nagar, Lucknow and handed over the set to them for repair/replacement of part.
                              They assured us that the set will be repaired within 30 days and advised us to
                              collect the set on time. Inspite of visiting them time and again they informed
                              that the parts of set are not available with the company and we have sent your
                              set to H.O. for repair/replacement.


                              Sir, due to non availability of Mobile phone
                              I have to purchase a new set from LAVA (company) and I was forced to spend
                              Rs.8, 300/- for the same, it is due to bad service of your organization.

Till date the Customer service people have changed compressor and IC board and taken money for it with nothing to show for it. MY fridge is lying dead now.                                     Hello, I purchased a Panasonic washing machine in the month of February 2014. Last week I noticed a problem in the machine that although the machine is switched off, the water keeps floating in to the tub. I called customer care number and found that the number is not working. I got the Pune Service center number from the Internet. I registered the complaint on 3rd Jan 2015, Saturday morning. The lady informed me that the Service Man is out of the city and will come to me on Monday. I registered the complaint as urgent basis. Monday we waited for whole day and nobody came to us and no follow up call. I called office again on Tuesday Morning and the lady told me that the complaint has not been registered. :-(. I was quiet surprised with her statement and told her to send the engineer ASAP. Finally the engineer arrived on Wednesday afernoon. He checked the machine and told us that a part needs to be replaced. OK... He promised us that he will come on Thursday to replace the part. NO SHOW on Thursday. Friday morning my wife called that Engineer named Jaydeep we told her that he got the part and he will visit in the afternoon. Again NO SHOW. Saturday morning my wife called again and he said that the part what he received is faulty and he has ordered new one. :) What a good support from Panasonic. Now today is Monday and we will still look forward if Panasonic gives us reason or resolves the issue. Regards, Avadhut [protected]

                                      Hello, I had purchased Panasonic GD22 Mobile on 10th Oct 2014. Since then I have been running here and there but to no use. It is one of the faulty piece but they are still not replacing it. Kindly do the needful to replace it otherwise I have no other option rather then filing a petition in consumer court.                                         R/s sir, I am facing problem in panasonic model no P-31 i purchase this mobile from Ankit Communcation. on 6 june 2014 it has problem from first day network issue. i go to shop he send to me to customer care but no problem is stiil solve i want to replace the same but they donot gave any response. plz do action on priority basis Neelam Gurgaon [protected]

                                        After complaint panasonic dealer contact to me and said that they are ready to give amount against panasonic mobile P-31 as i purchased it Rs.10, 200 as they are giving me only Rs. 9, 400. and they required my account number to submit this amount. Account number is ok to ask but they are also ask me my debit card CVV number that is a big issue why they are asking about debit card CVV number to submit this amount.plz do the needful

                                        As per my complaint for my mobile Panasonic P31 on 09th January 2015 that day i recieved call for we can say fake call regarding payment against mobile and they required account details from me...
                                        That was last day there is no revert bact regarding no replacement and servicing because of that i am facing alot of problem

                                        If company is giving any revert or replace my mobile back payment is ok other wise i will take action against it...
