Rsp Sir, I purchased a Panasonic phone in June 28 2014. But after some time in which i found a problem of Charger bz not chargeble i check the list of near service centre of panasonic, when i visited here then he checked the phone and said in which problem of charger its price of 1100. i[censored] want purchase but i said in which this set in warranty then he says showm me urs bill. after some time i shown the bill then the Service centre said minimum 15 to 20 days for resolve urs problem i[censored] want buy immediately then u pay 1100 but after some time he said i have no charger bz it is in warranty i said u given any stand by given me charger then he given me karbon charger. can i know it is possible the i written the complaint o[censored]rs tool free number he said after some time i arrange the call back from our senior but not response till time. so pls suggest me what i do already given the charger of service centre 6 to 7 days so pls resolve me complaint as early as possible other wise i go consumer court.     i had purchased panasonic p11 on 14/04/2014 from ebay vide record no. 14655. From the day 1 its touch was not working properly. i was not at all satisfied with the phone because they had delivered the defective phone. i have called them many times since then but they have not replaced my phone. they have stopped receiving my phones even.and i have read many reviews online about this phone that many customers have received defective phones from the company. they too have touch issues. even they have received a broken touch screen phone. so its company, s fault. when i talked to panasonic customer care they told me to go to service centre at neelam bata road and when i went there they are demanding rs.5800 to replace the touch even if it is in warranty. and moreover i have received the defective phone, . so its not my fault. its your responsibility to satisfy your customers. so i request you to kindly replace my panasonic p11 at the earliest or refund my money. i am not at all satisfied with this phone. i request you to respond at the earliest. thank you

      Very Poor custmer serive, i have purchase 47 LED Tv for my hotel use, but one pic is faulty, then i will call to custmer care, they will send somebday in my hotel, and this person take my tv and go to his shop after 4 days i will call this person but he told me tv not repair, again he is told me give me some time but after 30 days i will call but he is told me, tv is not repair, i dont know how treet to custmer by Panasonic very poor

        I had purchased a Panasonic 42" LED in Oct 2014, from M/S pankaj electronics, Yusuf Sarai, New Delhi for 53, 000 RS.Model No.AS610, IPS LED, Within a few days only we started observing that the television had some in built marks, which would show up every time the screen turned white, firstly i ignored it, as i never ever in my wildest dream had thought had i would be CHEATED and SOLD AN INFERIOR and SECOND'S Product at the PRICE OF A NEW ONE...I made a complaint with Panasonic after which their representative visited my residence on 20th Dec 2014 and agreed that yes there's an internal problem with the television Set and this needs to be repaired...MY GOD A NEW TELEVISION SET, FOR NO FAULT OF MINE NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED WOW, AND Kudos to them...I Refused for the repair part and strongly told him that this should be exchanged with a new set as it's just a month old set, and today we've noticed this problem, but tomorrow, there might be some other problems and Most Important, WHY AM I MADE A CULPRIT, When the negligence has been from Panasonic and Pankaj Electronics side...He went away stating that i would recieve a call from his superiors in a day or two.Its 2nd Jan 2015 today, and till date all i am doing is waiting for an appropriate reply from their end.In between all this i had called up M/S.Pankaj electronics and the Panasonic Representative atleast 100 of times, but all i got was false promises and since last 1 week they have stopped receiving My calls.Today i called this Panasonic representative from another no of mine and LUCKILY he picked up and gave me his Senior manish's Number, I called this gentleman and was aghast to know that he knew nothing about my case...GREAT.I explained everything to him PATIENTLY and asked me to speak to him after 10 mins.Upon speaking to him, he gave me a CLASSIC REPLY THAT THIS TV NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED. , HORRIBLE, DISAPPOINTING AFTER SALES SERVICE(OR i may say no service at all)Only HARRASMENT. IF THE TELEVISION IS NOT REPLACED IMMEDIATELY. One of the worst Consumer Durable manufacturer and most pathetic company, I Regret my decision of Buying a Panasonic televison and wasting my money. However, if i still do not hear from these guys, I WOULD BE FORCED TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION FOR ALL THE MENTAL AGONY, HARRASMENT, TRAUMA, DISTURBING MY PEACE AND CHEATING FROM PANASONIC AND M/S PANKAJ ELECTRONICS AT THEIR OWN RISK, COST AND CONSEQUENCE.           Model : Panasonic Eluga U IMEI/ESN 1 : [protected] IMEI/ESN 2 : [protected] In the last 50 days I have submitted this under warranty (purchased on 26.08.2014) handset to Panasonic service station THRICE. The same piece was returned after repair, but all the time same complaint o[censored]nstable Operating system, frequent restarts, frequent hangups continue. I have requested for 100% refund as the handset serves no purpose at all. The company (Panasonic) has a substandard product, very shoddy after sales service and the customer support team are never in a position to support. First submission - 26.11.2012 jobsheet no. KJASPMH5301114K1657 second submission - 19.12.2014 jobsheet no. KJASPMH5301214K1915 third submission : 29.12.2014 every time the company returned the mobile handset after repairs claiming that the job is done, I have re-submitted the mobile within 24 hours for the same problem.             I gave my21'' TV to your authorised service center on 21 May 2014. I was told it had yoke problem and it has to be replaced. I handover the TV on d above date. Job number assigned was 24655. Today 26th Dec 2014 as I am writing this complaint I still not got my TV back. This has caused huge mental agony to me. So many personal visits n phone calls which had no use. I lost my patience and going to file a case in consumer court against Panasonic n its authorised service center. Your service center details Bharani Electronics 568 Anna Salai Teynampet Chennai 600018. Phone no.[protected] Job no. 24655 dtd 21/0502014.               I have brought one LED of PANASONIC from VIJAY SALES on 16/1/2014 at exhibition counter in BKC model no THL24XM60D on full cash payment. They send me on 13/1/14 delivery after two days the technision came to hang on wall they tell me that u r remote is not suitable for this model u just call on this number. they change it. know i start calling to customer service the list is below date time reply 14/1/14 11.00am sir very soon you got 15/1/14 2.20pm sir work in progress please wait. 15/1/14 3.30pm sir today before 4pm you got. 16/1/14 11.15am sir we have send mail please wait. 16/1/14 2.25pm sir please wait 17/1/14 2.45 pm sir our executive is on the way 100% you get today.you complain no is 097804 you can check my phone calls in the system and every time i recived a thanx sms 17/1/14 4.15pm my friend all so talk with executive but nothing happen 18/1/14 executive reply me that we are checking where the mistake is happen please wait. 20/1/14 i put an complain in mahim police regarding this matter but nothing happen. than i call on[protected] on 21/1/14 at 2.16pm after two hours i recivd a call from panasonic "that sir we are not responsible for that remote do what ever you want " after one hour i recived a thanx smes from panasonic company i have all orignel bill and warrenty card.

                I purchased a Panasonic microwave oven from Vijay Sales Goregaon East on the 5th of December 2014. The buttons stopped working 2-3 days later. I called up the toll free number and registered a complaint, they said that a technician will come by to review the product within 2 business days! The technician came by after 3 days from the complaint. He asked me if I wanted a replacement and so I wrote it down in a sheet he provided and signed it as he instructed. It is 18th December today and I have called up the toll free number and the Panasonic service centre everyday since then and I haven't received any useful information! I called up the service centre over 6 times but my call was answered only once yesterday and they said that someone would contact me regarding the matter as the technician told me more than a week back but nobody did! I am highly disappointed with the response of Panasonic India as I used the oven just twice and since then I'm waiting for response and receiving none! I will be leaving town after a week for a few months, so I feel like I have invested in the wrong product and company!

                Oven was replaced on 22nd December!!! Very late response time.. Panasonic should work on it.. Atleast provide true information regarding the delivery of item since delay creates doubts and disappointment!

                          It is with regret and frustration I wish to bring to your notice about deficiency of service and lackadaisical attitude of M S Electronics, the authorized Service Centre, Shop No 8, 10, 11, Ist Floor, Dharampali Palace, Bhoja Market, Near Vinayak Hospital, Sector 27 Noida 201301(UP), Phone[protected] and also of the Area Incharge Noida Mr Sumit Gulati [protected]. My TV Model No TH –P42X20D got defective on 29 Sept 2014 and I registered a complaint No. 018462 on which no action was taken and on my repeated queries I was apprised that it has been cancelled by M S Electronics on their own without even visiting our house to check the TV. Thereafter again I lodged a complaint with Customer Care on 14 Oct 2014 and complaint number 066784 was given. The service center did not attend my request . After repeated requests to Customer care center I managed to get a representative of Service Centre to check my TV Set. I was told that the TV needs to be carried to their Service centre. On 05 Nov it was carried to Service Centre by a representative of M S Electronic Noida (UP). Thereafter I have been regularly following it up with Mr Mool Chand who is owner of Service Centre M S Electronics Noida. Mool Chand rarely picks up the call and whenever he picks up he says that the TV will be returned in two days. Interestingly whenever I call Mool Chand, within few minutes I get a SMS from Panasonic Service Centre that I am not reachable on phone and I should contact Servcie Centre. This has happened several times and I have repeatedly brought it to the notice of Customer Care. I have been constantly following it up with Customer Care help line and have lodged many complaints and have also requested for escalation but to no avail. It is a matter of great concern that a company of such a repute is harassing a customer. I have been deprived of the facility of a TV for last three months. Following is requested :- 1. My TV may please be returned back at the earliest 2. In case the TV cannot be repaired in near future, an alternate TV may be provided till the time TV is repaired. 3.In case Panasonic is not in position to repair the TV, even then we should be informed so that we can think of an alternate course of action Action taken on the points mentioned above may please be intimated to us.                               Hello Meri bar bar compliant krne ke bad bhi b apki taraf se koi jwab nhi diya jarha hai. ab mai consumer court me panasonic ke against case kar rha hu. 1 mahine se b jyada time se mera mobile service centre pe hai but abhi tak thik nhi hua hai. ar na hi koi jwab diya jarha hai ki kab tak thik hoga. maine bahut bar panasonic ke helpline no. pe complaint bhe kiya hai but abhi tak wha se bhi koi rply nhi diya gya. please rply kre my contact no.                                 I had made a complain to customer care for a minor repairing to my micro oven on 5th nov 2014, mr sharma came from panasonic and check it. it was working nicely but when he checked according to my complain, he advice to replace the door closing apparatus for a smooth working.he dismantled the panel box and took it with him for replacement the parts.he telephoned me to give the estimate and told it will charge rs. 2000/-.I told him to go ahead and request to fix it asap.after that i telephoned him, calling to customer care and by sending several mail to help line.but nobody want to hear me besides saying the inavailibility of the parts. I request not to repair the parts, come and fix with the old one in a working condition as it was before. i am s.n.samanta from mayur vihar ph-3 new delhi.
                                My wife is a spondelytis patient and I have three school going children. You can understand how am I suffering in the morning during the winter to prepare the breakfast.I use the microoven very much.

                                  Hello,
                                  I have an plasma 50inch TV which is not working so i registered a complaint and the service person came and resolved the problem and due to his insufficient knowledge, while fixing the board he broke the WIFI connector.
                                  And thereafter he didn't resolved it, I talk to service center they said, they will send the service person to fix the issue but till now none of them came .They were saying for last two months.

                                    I had submitted my mobile second time in Panasonic service center M/s.Harkrishan Gallery & Services on 17/11/14 for repairing some issues which is not rectify before, they told me handset delivered to you after 10 days.
                                    On 1/2/14 I visited to Service center for collect my mobile. They given my mobile after receiving the original Job sheet, after that I go to home & noticed mobile IMEI number has been changed, I was just Shocked that they were do this also.
                                    Then I call in evening to Panasonic customer support, they told me mam our Seniors will be definitely call but they didn't call me till morning. All these things I call again in Panasonic customer support on 2/12/14 morning again they told me our seniors definitely called but nobody call me & no replay of my mails also.
                                    I also inform in service center they said mam your mobile IMEI number has been updated & please visit there with the original bill then we will mentioned on it. But company refuse to satisfied me & said IMEI no. never changed. Due to this I m in trouble who's said right.

                                    Please help me if any issues arises due to this IMEI no. then the Panasonic Co. & Service Center will be responsible for all these things because they are taking this matter very lightly.

                                    And one more important thing Panasonic co. is not providing satisfactory service ever due to this we are facing too much problem.

                                    No reply from Panasonic company & when I call in customer support, they always says we call u back but they never call one the person who committed call me back within a hour for status of my complaint is Mr.Amit kumar (senior Voc Department) but no response.
                                    Panasonic company's worst mobile ever..., & there is no one to solve our problem.
                                    So it's a request please take a relevant action against company's unprofessional behaviour.

                                      I have a mobile of panasonic model panasonic p 11 that i give for service center about proximity sensor not working properly. but after 20-30 days when i get back its touch panel not working properly and company suddenly change the service center and then i go there for resolve that the again take my mobile and send it to head office Delhi for service but now its 22 days gone no such response from the service provider .so kindly do the needful, as early as possible.

                                        Hi Team, I purchased a Panasonic TV 2 years Back.Now there is some issue with TV. Power is not coming to TV.I registered a complaint to Panasonic on 21st Nov-14. Complaint number is[protected].Service Engineer called me on the next day and asked about the issue.I explained it.He said there might be some board issue and requested me to send the serial number, Model number and Bill copy.He said he will order for a new replacement and will provide in 10 days.I called him today 29th Nov-14 and he says it will take another 10 days for the part to come.Can some thing be done to speed up this?
