Panasonic T11 - Extremely worst customer service

I bought a Panasonic T11 in October 2013 and within 10 months the display got affected and the colours were not getting displayed in some parts of the screen. Since it was under warranty I gave it to the Panasonic service center in Velachery Chennai (SPS Electronics), its almost 45 days and there is no update, when I call the service center they are telling we will inform you once we get it from factory, we have sent the mobile to factory....
