Hi, My Job ID is KJASPMH3741014K16932. I gave my phone to Bhandup Service centre on[protected] for repair, my phone was bought in August 2014. Till date[protected] the service centre has not repaired my phone and there is no answer from the same. Please look in to this matter and do the needful. Looking forward for your feedback.

      Panasonic 32 inc TX-32LE7X getting 2 blinks error since last 2 months. Contacted Panasonic Customer care several times but of no use. Service Engineer asked to bring the TV to the Service Center. After travelling long and taking the TV there, they charged Rs 250/- just to open the TV and said it cannot be fix as we dont know since its a Malaysia model. They suiggested to change the Panel with new one at a whoping cost of Rs 15000/- My foot... what the hell.. .when you dont know how to repair then why the hell you built TV? Panasoniccant provide service then you dont have the rights to sell the TV in India. Now the TV is just lying down since 2 months without repair and literally there is no one in Panasonic who can fix it... And I have seen issues with panasonic where many people are complaining about the quality of the product. Its waste that we bought this bull brand...

        I purchased 32' Panasonic LCD from your dealer SUPER MOTOR'S, Bikaner(334004), Rajasthan lumsum 4-5 Years ago. By viewing the product performance just after 1 year I am too much satisfied from the product of your repudiated house, therefore I decided to purchase another new LCD and also refrigerator of Panasonic and also give my review to other my neighbour's and my family person. But now I got issue with my first LCD(it was not getting switched on) and now when it's time to provide a good service to your customer, I feel very down. I called to one of your service man (IRFAN-[protected]) presently placed at SUPER MOTOR'S, Bikaner(334004), Rajasthan too many times, call details are as follows:- [protected] at 07:05 pm [protected] at 01:45 pm [protected] at 03:11 pm [protected] at 05:27 pm [protected] at 05:29 pm [protected] at 05:42 pm [protected] at 03:43 pm [protected] at 04:30 pm [protected] at 06:37 pm I also tried many more time but he was not answering to my call. The person is so irresponsible under such an repudiated house.           my self narendra chauhan purchase penaconic mobile model p - 51 on date:31/05/2014 from mobila wala shop lalbaug baroda within 3 working month mobile is complitely stop (hang) so i sent it to service station on date:16/08/2014 after 24 days come from repair problem that mother bord change JOB SHEET NO: KJASPGT046814K1375 after 3 working month same problem arries i put it service station on date:15/11/2014 what is issue for this hand set give me perticular reason for it request that please change my hand set job sheet no - KJASPQT2261114K116

            In this year i made a mistake.I was fool that I bought Panasonic p11 after one month its touch and screen broke and i submit my phone to service centre on august 11 2014. Now nov 8 2011 still i m waiting for a satisfactory answer that i wioll get my phone back or not

              I bought a Panasonic T11 in October 2013 and within 10 months the display got affected and the colours were not getting displayed in some parts of the screen. Since it was under warranty I gave it to the Panasonic service center in Velachery Chennai (SPS Electronics), its almost 45 days and there is no update, when I call the service center they are telling we will inform you once we get it from factory, we have sent the mobile to factory. Just to replace a display I am not sure why it is taking so much time. The service centre itself doesn't know status and they are not concerned about this delay. The service process and quality is extremely horrible needs to be definitely improved..

                  Dear Sir/Ma'am, I bought a Panasonic LED 32A410D (TP) from Navrang, vikas marg, laxmi nagar, Delhi-92 on 19th October 2014 and it started to create problem from 22nd October 2014, very next day to it's installation. I raised a complaint for Electric earthing and poor picture quality on 24th October 2014 & I was assured that there will be some action within couple of days but nothing has been done till now. Your engineer did visit the site & stated a new LED will be provided to me within couple of days. He generated a report & also spoke to his supervisor at the same time but then there was no action at all. I did get a call on 04rd November 2014 stating the LED is out of stock as of now and it will take more time. Also, my LED is not yet registered for 2 year warranty till now. This is an example of poor after sale service by Panasonic & it is not going to increase buyer's trust at the brand. So, I request you to take action on this complaint as soon as possible.                     I had bought a Panasonic mobile by online worth Rs-12400. After one month the display got small black mark hole and it is being spread half of the mobile. I was fed up to search a panasonic Mobile service centre in bangalore. If I call to customer care they used give a number and if I call to that number they were giving one more number, it was happening since a month and final I got a service centre, I went for Service Centre with warranty card and I explained him in detail, he replied me its physical damage and for this repair charges is Rs-5500 (aprox. half of the mob value), I explained him that it is not a physical damage it started with a simple black mark and spread half of the mobile. It has not been fell down how can it be physical damage? If it is happened for normal handling of the product then what is quality of the product. Please help me for the issue.

                      Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to inform you that regarding the very Inferior quality of your mobile phone GD21. It was purchased by me on 01.09.2014 but it was found defected when I received, problem was related to network connecting. So your Gurgaon service centre was visited by me to repair the same & a network antenna was replaced by your service centre engineer . But still I am facing same problem in this phone . As this is a Panasonic brand product it was not expected by me that Panasonic products will give this type of performance. Repeating service centre visits not possible to repire the phone as this cause waste of time & also frustrating job. So, As a help from Panasonic I want to replace my phone with new phone by e-services & also as a Customer will suggest to you pl. maintain your products quality so that Customer faith can maintain on Panasonic Brand.                         Hi, I have given Panasonic digital camera for servicing to repair some functioning issues at Panasonic's authorised service center M S Electronics, Fatehpur, U.P. on 22/07/2014. The camera is at warranty period. Till then more than 3 months passed but I have not received back my camera. At contacting the service center, Mr Najam is neither providing me any information regarding camera nor giving any satisfactory answer. His service is so poor that after receiving the camera from me on 22/07/2014 he registered it on 13/09/2014 and then I received the message of service request number as PI-ASC[protected]. I want from you to take this complaint seriously and provide me the repaired camera as soon as possible and also take the strict action against your service center M S Electronics.                           Panasonic . complain reference no. PI[protected]. Dated: 30th Sept.14. Had a plasma tv with warrenty valid till next year. Got defective. Panasonic informed that plasma tv is phased out.and no more manufactured. Requested me to pay more money to take LED Tv at dealer price. My Initial cost Was Rs.56000 and now I paid Rs.34000/- to get the LED. NOW new Tv delivered but with a visible black spot on screen. Complain lodged within 24hr of installation. Above is the complain no. Now they Responded that the black spot is not a problem and if it grow they will readdress. I explained that...technically may be correct...but fact is that the black spot is visible during viewing right at the center of the screen. as a customer if I am Spending money on a high end model tv...is only for a good picture quality.they (panasonic) identifies the spot but want to closes up the case without rEplacement. viewing a high end model new tv with spot. Kindly note: i have all correspondences evidences with panasonic service engineer vide email.

                            sir i have purchased panasonic eluga a in 5.sept 2014.after one month mob is not properly workig due to speaker problem and head phone problem both are corrupt..just i sent my mob in servicing center in m.p nagar bhopal under reva mobile service centre, they sumbit my mobile and they are not given me job card..just write down my probel in hand written in cash memo and say the phone will sent to panasonic head office center.ant this function will be take 20-25 days..after 10 days they solve the problem in phone bt they are yet not given me job card and my phone emie no is not registered in site... my phone emei no is...[protected]

                              I bought Panasonic Eluga A Black from snapdeal and instead, received a White colour on october 20th 2014. Although I was not happy, I did'nt make a fuss and accepted it. But Even before a week passed and it started showing display problems (white stripes fluctuating). I was making a call when the problem started and I did not drop or tamper the phone in any way. Prior to this, an almost identical thing happened with my Panasonic T31 after using for 4 months. Now i'm wondering if they will repair it under warranty period in the service centre as I bought it online. I have the retail invoice slip and warranty card with me.

                                I bought a Panasonic viera AS610D attracted by its Swipe and Share feature. They told me that only a smart phone with android. atleadt v 2.2 is reqired which I have with me and tgey demonstrated the same too. When I brought it home the person who came for demo could not do swipe and share. He talked to the service center and came next day and asked for roiter which I am not having. He told me that router and wifi is necessary with landline internet connection apart from net in my smart phone. This is cheating and mis information by the dealer and compant. Now the main attraction of swipe and share has fell flat. Even in catalog the need of router and wifi is not described. The co. must be sued for mis information. What answer the co. has ? Please reply on my mob [protected] or the fact will be brought through local daily.

Any how i decided to go to Consumer court to Lodge a case aganist Panasonic.

                                      I purchased a Panasonic P51 on 27th Apr’14 as a gift for my wife on her Birthday & paid Rs.16599/- but instead of being a gift it has been a nightmare. There have been repeated issues with the phone in 2 to 3 months post purchasing it. I keep going to the service center to fix the problem & it functions for just 1 day and I keep getting the same problem again. The phone just goes dead and does not start. I have given the phone to the Service Centre three times and the same problem persists. I also wrote a complaint and requested for a refund as the phone has been repaired atleast 4 times now. I also requested for someone to call me but all I was told was that the phone has been repaired and I should collect it from the Service Center, The last email I received was on 08th October to collect the phone and I collected the phone on 11th October. It worked fine till 19th October and again it has stopped working. I will be submitting the phone back to the Service Center this week and would like to make a formal complaint with regards to the faulty product I have been sold. The phone has been purchased from Reliance Digital (Sakinaka). Regards Franz Dsouza

                                      Its been more than a week now that I have submitted the phone to the service center and email Panasonic India but have just received an acknowledgement with regards to the same.


                                      Can the process be fast tracked as I have been facing this issue for almost 2 months now and not got any resolution. The phone has been repaired almost 5 time and I do not want to accept a faulty phone that has been repaired so many time.

                                        Dear Sir, I have purchased the above said television from H.O.T (House Of Technology) on[protected] I am surprised to see the quality of products provided by such a well reputed company.Quality is just one part, the after sales service is one in which your customer begs for service and the OEM prefers not to assist the customers.I have been coordinating with you right from May 2014. But till date, you have not provided any solution nor has an alternative been provided for viewing.I have purchased a television with the best viewing capabilities and all features and have also readily spent my hard earned money because I expected a quality product. Being such a huge organisation, it is really sad to see the way the customer is being treated.Due to your misleading attitude, I have been forced to purchase an alternate television for viewing. However, I have invested a huge chunk of money in this product and have also purchased all original accessories which are compatible with the unit which are now a complete waste for me.Kindly note that now we both need to come to a conclusion. Please note the television is well within warranty and as per your terms, since the product is faulty you are suppose to replace it.I understand every organisation has a method for communicating. However, since we have very well crossed that limit. I give you 48 hours to give me a solution by way of mail after which I will be forced to initiate legal action against your organisation.NOTE: Please reply via mail for the same.
