I purchased a Panasonic P51 on 27th Apr’14 as a gift for my wife on her Birthday & paid Rs.16599/- but instead of being a gift it has been a nightmare. There have been repeated issues with the phone in 2 to 3 months post purchasing it. I keep going to the service center to fix the problem & it functions for just 1 day and I keep getting the same problem again. The phone just goes dead and does not start. I have given the phone to the Service Centre three times and the same problem persists. I also wrote a complaint and requested for a refund as the phone has been repaired atleast 4 times now. I also requested for someone to call me but all I was told was that the phone has been repaired and I should collect it from the Service Center, The last email I received was on 08th October to collect the phone and I collected the phone on 11th October. It worked fine till 19th October and again it has stopped working. I will be submitting the phone back to the Service Center this week and would like to make a formal complaint with regards to the faulty product I have been sold. The phone has been purchased from Reliance Digital (Sakinaka). Regards Franz Dsouza

Its been more than a week now that I have submitted the phone to the service center and email Panasonic India but have just received an acknowledgement with regards to the same.


Can the process be fast tracked as I have been facing this issue for almost 2 months now and not got any resolution. The phone has been repaired almost 5 time and I do not want to accept a faulty phone that has been repaired so many time.

    Dear Sir, I have purchased the above said television from H.O.T (House Of Technology) on[protected] I am surprised to see the quality of products provided by such a well reputed company.Quality is just one part, the after sales service is one in which your customer begs for service and the OEM prefers not to assist the customers.I have been coordinating with you right from May 2014. But till date, you have not provided any solution nor has an alternative been provided for viewing.I have purchased a television with the best viewing capabilities and all features and have also readily spent my hard earned money because I expected a quality product. Being such a huge organisation, it is really sad to see the way the customer is being treated.Due to your misleading attitude, I have been forced to purchase an alternate television for viewing. However, I have invested a huge chunk of money in this product and have also purchased all original accessories which are compatible with the unit which are now a complete waste for me.Kindly note that now we both need to come to a conclusion. Please note the television is well within warranty and as per your terms, since the product is faulty you are suppose to replace it.I understand every organisation has a method for communicating. However, since we have very well crossed that limit. I give you 48 hours to give me a solution by way of mail after which I will be forced to initiate legal action against your organisation.NOTE: Please reply via mail for the same.       I purchased Panasonic P-51 from Reliance Digital at Amanora Centre, Pune, vide Bill No. 60094284. EAN# :[protected] for Rs. 16, 699/- on 30/04/2014. After a couple of months, the handset started getting DEAD, frequently. Twice a month, I use to visit the Authorised Service Centre, to get it repaired. Meanwhile the service centre changed the battary, replaced the Charging socket (Collected charges from me, of course), but the problem is not yet resolved. Today, the engineer, at Service Centre, asked me to lodge a complaint & ask for Replacement or Refund. Kindly let me know the further actionables. -Jitendra Lele. Pune.

        I have bought phone 6 months before at Rs. 12000/-. Due to small accident, phone fall down. It can not sustain small impact even. Went to service center. They are charging 5800/- to repair. Very huge cost for repair. Panasonic should recall P11 model and they should refund money or they should reduce cost of spare parts and repair charges by 70%. Other are charging between Rs. 1500 to 2500/- for screen replacement.

          I bought mobile Panasonic T-21 on[protected] & it's IMEI/ESN 1: [protected]. This mobiles shows some errors like cp triggered dump start & hanging problem after four month of purchase. Then, I go to Panasonic authorised service center Harkrishan Gallery & Services, District Center, Janakpuri, New Delhi, they told me your mobile is not repaired here we will send your mobile to company for one week, i said ok. But after that they were not given my mobile till the date, in fact I called in panasonic custumor support many times but they always said mam we will definitely call you & revert about your mobile status, they never revert back & service center never pick calls only 8/10/14 they pick my call around 11:15am but they rudely said mam what can we do if your mobile is not repair on time. This behaviour is not tolerated & there services is very worst. It's kind request please sort out my matter & send back my mobile in working condition soon. Nobody is understand my problem, only this form is my hope please look into this matter & resolve soon. I am in big trouble.

            I purchased a Panasonic TV model TH -L32SV6D in April 2014. The did not power up since 24.09.2014. I gave a complaint on their toll free number. Complaint no is PI-ASC[protected]. Dated 24.10.2014. The service person came on 29.10.2014. He told some board is at fault and took the same for replacement. Till date I have not received any intimation about the status. I call their toll free service daily but have not received any proper answer. Since the warranty period is still there, I want replacement of the TV.

              buy this LED, in waarenty period, picture quality is very bad, nothing to show in LED everything Looking in blacck shadow, i am filing a complaint also, but no 1% responce from the customer service department, I Have a no. of the all contactable person but no responce - Details :- 1)-Mr.Lal singh and i am call on[protected] so many times, service executive saying, will help u shortly, engineer come to your residence in the evening, but that evening since pending form 3 rd of october. one moer guy (Engineer) called me 2 times, saying i am coming in the evening, i am waiting in the evening, then he call me again, saying i am in traffic, another guy attend your complaint on sunday, i am waiting on sunday also, but no call no visit form the any guy from panasonic, i suffering after buying the product from panasonic, and it is a very bad experience. i am saying to every couligue, never but the product from panasonic, and iam going to consumer court if matter not solve. kindly do the needful.                 I had purchased a Panasonic Plasma TV (model No- 42UT50D) on March 15, 2013 from Kohinoor Televideo Pvt Ltds Dadar, Mumbai showroom. I paid a total amount of Rs.57, 000 for the TV. At the time of purchase the showroom salesman informed me that the TV came with one year warranty + 2 years warranty for the panel from Panasonic and my bill would suffice as proof for warranty purposes. In the first week of July, 2014, I observed two green vertical lines on the TV screen. I immediately called up Panasonic customer care on 11th July and lodged my complaint. (Request No-PI-ASC[protected]. The customer care executive after looking into my purchase and product details in their system also confirmed to me that it was In warranty and asked me to keep a copy of my bill ready at the time when Panasonic repair person would visit my home. I was told I would receive a call from the repair representative in 48 hours. Since I did not receive any call until 15th July (i.e 96 hours) I called the service centre number who informed me that the assigned representative would call me soon. The repair person Mr. Shashikant Verma visited my house next day and after seeing the problem informed me that the Panel of the TV is faulty and defective and cannot be repaired and it can only be replaced with a new panel or my purchase amount would be refunded. He again came on 19th July with his camera and took relevant photographs of the vertical lines on the screen and requested for my bill copy. On 24th July he called me and said that my TV is not under warranty since my purchase date on the bill is beyond one year and hence they cannot replace the panel. After I told him again that it is under warranty and rather it was Panasonic's call centre itself who had confirmed to me that it was in warranty, he said he would speak to his senior and call me back soon. One week passed by and I received no call. I called him back on 30th July and that time he informed me to speak to his superior myself!! I called up his senior Mr.Omkar from Panasonic Repair Centre, Vikhroli, who then informed me that my TV is not showing under warranty in their records and that customer service call centre is an outsourced department and hence I shouldn't rely on information from their own call centre!! It is extremely suspicious that Panasonic call centre which has all the central data about its customers and the purchased products informs me that my product is in warranty and the Vikhroli service centre simply refuses to listen to my requests and says their records say otherwise. I am utterly shocked and disappointed with the Panasonic product and their service. Having paid such a huge price for a TV no customer will expect that it will start giving trouble within one year and four months. The service centre responses to my problem were extremely delayed, unhelpful and outright rude. Rather than trying to help and find a way or solution for the customer the attitude was simply to wriggle out of the warranty commitment. I request Panasonic management to urgently and with utmost priority look into this matter and to arrange for replacement of my TVs panel without any extra costs or refund my purchase amount I paid for their product.

                  I purchased a Panasonic T41 mobile on 30.8.2014 to gift my daughter on her birthday on 19.9.2014 from Hello G Ludhiana dealer. When it was opened and started on 19.9.2014 the display of phone was found defective. I contacted dealer but he refused to replace the phone. I e mailed company twice but they did not respond to any e mail. I contacted service center then they said it will be repaired and will take one month. I am being mentally harassed without any my fault. Financial also I am being harassed as I had to travel from Chandigarh to Ludhiana to contact dealer. I want the replacement of the phone immediately and compensation of my financial loss.

                  I got phone call from Panasonic but still the defective phone T41 has not been replaced the company is just making me fool by delaying the response. Already fifteen days have passed, but no satisfactory response I got.

                  I am regularly calling Panasonic India on toll free no. [protected] but every time they ask the detail of complaint and say they will call back. Today exactly one month had passed calling them but no call back received and not action has been taken. I think there is no strict law in our country to tackle these persons who are betraying the consumers.

                  The Panasonic company is hard of hearing as no effect is there from any online complaints. Still the problem has not been resolved.

                      Dear team,

                      I had purchased a ELUGA U (EMEI 1:[protected]/EME2 1:[protected]) mobile phone of your esteemed brand with too much enthusiasm. But after exactly 13 days the phone is not working as it is not getting switched on. Even after repeated attempts of starting the mobile handset by charging the device, all the efforts are in vain. After which, I have contacted your service center at Bhagalpur. At first they have told me that “your mobile has broken or your mobile has been drenched in rainwater” . But no such instance has taken place as I am very well aware of the particulars o[censored]sing such handsets. And now after 5 days, they are saying that “the handset has been sent to company and we are not able to say what will happen”. Kindly advice me that, why any will suffer after to buy a such types of handset.

                      Please see the matter and revert me .

                        Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchased one micro oven from Vi jay sales Panvel vide receipt No. V.NO.34-PNV11-13 SIAO336 dated[protected].THe Serial no of the over is E[protected] and name of The item mentioned in the receipt is Panasonic MW NNGT221WFCG.The purchased Price was Ra 6489=00. The Door Closer of the oven was broken as per technician visited on 15th July 2014.He told me Rs 1500 will charged for replacement. I agreed after month again technician came along with the part for replacement. But he tried to do, but could not. He told me that it is not matching, and this is now old model. I asked him give in writing. But he has not given. Then we contacted the vijay sale from where I had purchased. They also given the complaint byt we could not get it repaired. More than two month is over but we never get proper reply. Now I am writing to you, how any machine become old model within six month and spares part is not available. If you company can not repair the machine, than why it should be sold in the market More than two month is over. My over has not been repaired. Therefore I request you to please replace the oven with new model, I am ready to pay extra amount, or refund the amount to on me immediate. I am looking forward for your instant response. Regards.                           My Panasonic Plasma TV underwent some fault so i contacted the Authorized service centre of Panasonic in Pune and the complaint was made on 21st May'2014. Since then, the guys at the service centre are only talking nonsense and bluffing me. They say that the relevant part of the for repair is being shipped from Malaysia/Japan, god knows from where all. they keep talking such nonsense everytime and its been 5 months now and i haven't received my repaired TV. please help.                             Dear All I purchased a led tv from panasonic outlet. first day he is not working only shown display light. i complained to customer care. he given a complained no regarding my tv. and after sent a techniciane. he said that your tv panel is scrap. and capture many photo and sent further. but my problem is not resolve. my complained is pending 1 and 1/2 month but no action is taking. i am not recommened other person. i have tried contact service center and customer care. complain no PI-ASC[protected] contact no [protected] E mail:- [email][protected]@gmail.com[/email]

                              i m purchase the 42" inch plasma before 2 year ago and now it is not in working condition . i m log a complaint before 90 days ago and till time no any solution provide by panasonic and it is in warranty. so i m totly hras with this company . pls help to resolve the issue

                                I Had purchase a new Panasonic P11 mobile phone on 03/08/2014. On 11/08/2014 i faced a problem of overheating, buzzing sound in incoming call. I contact to service centre on 14/08/2014 he told me that come to service centre on 18/08/2014. Due some reason i submitted my phone on 20/08/2014 to Panasonic authorised centre. My complaint PI-CS[protected]/Mr Dharmendra Dalwe/ Smart Phone. On 22/08/2014 i got a call that the phone has send to H Q as not repaired here. With regular follow up i get back my phone on 05/09/2014. My complaint had not resolved by the company where as new problem is started i.e. Fluctuation in display. when i call to service centre the person say u had follow up with HO contact them. Brand Slogan "Panasonic ideas for life? But this phone make my life hell. When i ask for costumer care for about the replacement policy the person or company had silent on this. I had purchase a phone on emi & i had enjoy o[censored]sing a phone. will you please guide what will i do. Can i go with consumer court. Regards; Dharmendra Dalwe

                                    I have bought a panasonic p51 smartphone from amazon.In by online purchasing. After 20 days its camera has problem. I have complained about it in company and demand for replacement because it is unibody mobile. But company told u send for repiring if we unable to repair we will replace it . Now its 20 days to sent my mobile to panasonic hq delhi but no update they are able to give. I want replacement.

                                    Did your mobile problem fixed or not? I am getting same problem now.

                                      I have purchased panasonic viera lcd 32" tv on 19/07/2010. I got 1 year warranty plus 2 year extended warranty. Even before the expiry of 3 year warranty period my lcd was repaired 3 times and everytime panel was changed. Now this lcd has completely stopped working and its a dead product now.
                                      I really regret to say that a reputed company like panasonic is selling poor quality lcd's in india. I have wasted rs. 26000.00 on such a bad product.

                                      In case you can solve this problem without any cost to me i will be obliged.

                                        R/sir I am working as a journalist with Punjab Kesari Group from Bathinda (Punjab). i want to tell you that on[protected] i bought a new mobile phone of panasonic company (model -eluga-AIMEI-1-[protected] and IMEI-2-[protected]) from Bathinda through a authorised dealer (Advance Communication, SSD sabha market Bathinda) with bill no.898 and pay full payment 9600/- by cash. (i have the original bill).company gave me a warranty of 1 year for phone and 6 months for accessories. but after only 9 days of buying the mobile the phone starts hanged. 1-number dialing system starts hanging n deleting the number system also hanged. 2-when dialing a number the screen gets black n nothing appears on screen. 3-person cuts the phone from other side then screen lights up. (i don't cut the phone or even see the screen) 4-in my job all the work depends on my mobile phone, but your defected phone not only mentaly harraas me but because of it my work also suffers. i want to tell you on 28-8-14 after 10 days of buying the phone i went to your authorised service center (Ajit Road, Opp. Street No. 5, Near Fouzi Chowk, Near Kalra Hospital, Bathinda.Contact Person: Rajan) and they told me that all the softwares are being downloaded in the phone again.next day on[protected] your service center's executive call me to collect the phone.they said all the sencors are being downloaded and a few software's are also downloaded again.
