32" LCD TV Model No TH-L32U20D Sl.No 052V20973 bought on[protected] for Rs 30, 000/-, the complaint was lodged for repair of TV on[protected], the technician attended on[protected] and he told that the mother board has to be replaced and the order was placed.But till to date the mother board is not yet replaced and the service centre people are saying that order has placed but no there is no stock, already 75days over and I want to lodge a complaint at consumer court to replace the TV if the repair is not possible.

    I purchased this 50 inches plasma tv from infibeam.com on 6th nov 2012 and the company gave me 3 years warranty. From the time it has been purchased it has been atleast 6 th time which i remember that there has been problem and i have registered a job request with them. Recently on july 19th 2014 suddenly half of the display went black and till present date the condition is the same.i registered a complaint on july 20th job number is 125022. A technician mr. Atul who always previously visits my house with other job orders registered visited after 3 days and opend everything spend about an hour but couldnt find whats wrong, he then tells some parts need to be ordered and says might take time and doesnt know when, after calling him continously later that week he comes with a part and pretends he knows whts the problem and says the part he brought is not the part and says it will take more time after few days i call him he says he doesnt know and call office that is the service center there a lady picks up instead of helping she redirects me to some mr. Vikas mehra i call him he tells me to send me a msg about my problem this is on Aug 1st. Then i wait for a week and no response i call up customer care and explain my problem next day technician named Rihan Mohammed visits does the same as the first one then when he goes he puts the connectors red white yellow in wrong slots and when no volume in th he says the part which is ordered is the problem . good luck that i had had the manual n checked the wires and i had volume back, recently on Aug 17th and also ordered a new 32 inch tv for 15000 ( this too a loss cause of Panasonic) as i and my family were frustrated with a tv with half display and no volume. Mr Rihan when he leaves talks very sweetly and understands my problem and when i tell him that atleast replace the tv i[censored] cant get the part for the last 12 days and continous probs arising since purchase and he says company might and tells to call him after 2 days August 5th he says he is not in office at 11 am and at home and doesnt know and said will let me know but no reply at all. In the meanwhile i call the customer care centers in bangalore n chennai i think and make atleast 100 calls till date have spoken to n number of executives their supervisiors like meenakshi, sajida, mr suman etc all is that they do is ask me 2 or 3 days and will revert but never . They themselves r busy to attend my calls and put u on hold for long time and promise to call back but when i call back they are out of office. even if they answer they try calling service center in mumbai and are not sucessful how will a customer contact them then???. On Aug 11 frustrated i call mr vikas no answer i drop in a insulting message and i get a response please note on aug 11 that my tv has been processed for replacement and waiting for approval and day after tommorow will solve my problem . i have all the conversations in my phone saved. after 2 days i try calling and messaging no response (in the meanwhile as i said above purchased a new tv) as well on 18 th i sent insulting messages again and then too no response, call center too was also useless n service center executive mohammed was always in the bathroom when i called the full day on 18th and some other executive said he would call back but as usual no response. then in the evening Mr. Rajeev so called friend of mr. Vikas from panasonic calls and says he rcvd msg from vikas and will handle my case and by tomm will tel me in how much time he will solve d problem. next day as usual he doesnt but i call and he says that in 3 to 4 days tv will be replaced his gaurantee and he recieved a msg for approval from mr vikas i reminded him that i recieved the same on 11th august itself he had no answer. after 4 days i msg him call him but this coward man doesnt respond like his coward friend mr vikas. Again i was at a dead end then as before customer care supervisors n all but at last on one try i get thru a lady who i narrated my prob and said to her no point u redirecting me cause they cut the call and i have to try again so she did a conference call with mr. Vikas and me. and finally customer myself gets throught to speak to a person mr vikas providing him the service after 1 month.3 days on 23rd august2014. Mr. Vikas says he knows my probs n tells me my details and all then says that panasonic has stopped manufacturing plasmas and have no stock in in their godown and my part orderd has be decommisioned but some department of his told its available and now he says its again decommisioned so the delay and finally replacement, and company can give u a tv in replacement but you have to pay the difference amount as that led tv is 80000 + ull have to pay 30000 atleast and he the smart guy he is without asking the customer he tells me so i knew u wouldnt pay so put ur case for refund process but says the company policy is that they pass just 1 or 2 cheques for refund in a month so will take another month atleast . i asked him wether i have to fall to his feet for my tv and avail services paid by me. If the company gives warranty of 3 yrs on purchase and stops manufacturing is it my fault??? and why should i pay the difference amount and even if i take the refund amount why should i wait for another month for no fault of mine with a tv with half display?? And u had to wait for the customer to call you to tell him about the developments in his case and take decisions for him who has given u that right??? i said that as u say its not available i said i will search online n show u plasmas are still available online he says its old stock and panasonic godown has no stock and my rates are more than online rates then i say ok i will find a tv near my invoice amount and you replace it then and even if little difference amount will pay not 30000 as u suggested. He agreed on the conferance call and i sent him a list checking rates online sites and asked him the availability and his rates. As usual he dint reply and today the 25th august after 3 days i msg him waiting for your reply and he messages the most expensive one in the list and price 73500 so difference around 20000. the list i sent him are all led tv manufatured in this year but still its not available in their godown its hard to believe. would request you to solve my problem or atleast a high level complaint against the persons involved so no customer faces it again. Based on my research online i saw tv for replacement near about my invoice value 54529 and had sent him the following options:1 PANASONIC TH-50A41OD 50 INCHES LED TV- 66290.2.PANASONIC THL50EM5D 50 INCHES LED TV - 64592.3.PANASONIC THL50B6D 50 INCHES LED TV- 63000.4.PANASONIC TH-42A41OD 42 INCHES LED TV- 45995.5. PANASONIC TH-42A40OD 42 INCHES LED TV- 44990. But as i earlier wrote in my complaint that i had to again ask him after sending him the message to reply . Mr. Vikas mesaged in parts first the model TH-50A41OD in stock then then again i asked him price after 2 hrs he messages 73500. As u see its the maximum in all options i gave cant be that panasonic godown doesnt have stocks of any of the other tvs???and i message him again ok the whats the difference and warranty and how many days he will take i get no reply at all for 7 hrs. Frustrated i msg me an insulting message he sends me a message that he reverted. i want them to replace me the tv in my invoice cost.if they cant looking at the companys poor standards i dont feel they would so then refund as soon as possible cant wait for one or 2 mnths more .       I have purchased Panasonic 1.5 Ton Split AC in October 2013 and got it installed on 6th May 2014. Since the day of installation there are regular issues in air conditioner. The internal unit make so much noise that even window AC wont make. I raised complaint and still the issue is not solved. Many times AC has stopped cooling everytime the engineers visit it works for few days but again the issue is same. Either the product is faulty which can not be repaired or their engineers are not capable of rectifying the problem. Following are the complaints raised in last few months: 2nd May[protected] 27th June[protected] 12th July[protected] 25th Aug[protected] This time again it stopped cooling with hell amount of noise, I registered the complaint and the engineer who visited was so rude, he climbed on the bed with his shoes. He said he will again visit after 2 hours as he need to go some where but when we called he rudely said that he will come next day. Best part he did not even turned up next day. We have paid money for the product and services, we are not here asking for free services. I will make sure company have to pay huge penalty for their faulty product and pathetic service quality.         sir/mam, i have prchase panasonc led 32"led on2013 it is faulty from starting first the dealer replace the led after that the problem of speaker arise which the technician didnot visit after 5-6 call the technician came the technician said it is ok but the soeaker has the problem and then the panel got dead in the month of june the panel has replaced in july and within one month again the panel the panel become dead again company is giving unused taiks for not changing the panel in warranty as it has 3 years warranty s.k gupta dehradun [protected]

          I purchased a panasonic refrigerator NR - BU343 in july 2013. I started facing some problems with the product in june 2014. Then i registered my complaint with panasonic on 21-june-2014 in Shahjahanpur (U.P)- 242001. The complaint number is- [protected]. The service personnel visited and told me that a part will be replaced. I agreed to it and it was a more horrible experience as it took approx 1 month to get the part for replacement. The next day it also didnt work out then i once again called panasonic service personnel . The result was that I will be informed about the furthur information about replacement or refund of the product within a period of time. Till now no information has been passed from their part. I have called many a times on the panasonic customer care[protected]. They were not ready to give furthur information and always tried to manipulate the complaint info. The senior personnel named Ashish Kapoor was also not interested helping to solve the issue. It has been more than 2 months and they still do not have any information related to the issue. This type of behaviour and working is very unprofessional. They take their customers for granted and exploit their customers by providing inferior products and that too with inferior and pathetic services. Lastly I want that the company should give me the information about how the issue will be solved in the least possible time and the status of replacement of the product or the refund.

            sir/mam, i have purchase a panasonic led 32"model no xv6d from rajat electronics on 2013 from starting i am facing problem first the problem of line, sound and panel on june 2014 the panel become dead company replaced it on july and on 29 july the panel become blank with a line and the technician came it wiil replaced and when i asked service centre said the complain is gone for approval and till now i had not get any response

              I have registered multiple complaints to the vendor (Vijay Sales) and Supplier (Panasonic) regarding a faulty VIERRA 46' tv bought less than a year ago. All am getting is calls and not resolution. A technician did visit but the issue of intermittent restart (on its own) keeps happening within an interval of seconds or minutes still persist. I really dont want this ongoing issue to stretch even post warranty expiration. Yohan

                i complained regarding to my Panasonic 40LED TV on[protected] for screen panel not working. technician came on[protected] and inspected and told that panel is not working and they will have to change the panel and they took all the necessary things. after 1week on calling them they informed that panel will have to be changed and they have ordered that. again after 4-5 days when i inquired about the process they told me that panel has arrived in ahmedabad and due to some GATI transport internal problem panel has not come yet but will definitely come within 1-2 days. then after 1 week i again called them and then i came to know that panel is not available in the company so company will replace the TV. but till date i have got no reply inspite of calling them frequently. my panasonic complaint no. is ASC[protected]. Person whom i have contacted are Bhavesh(mobile[protected] and Ranjan-[protected].

                  Dear Sir,

                  I wish to bring to your attention the harassment I have been facing from the Panasonic Service
                  team.
                  I had bought a Panasonic TV – 40” model no LCD 40B6 on 25th Jan 2014 from their dealer Kohinoor Televideo Pvt Ltd, Mumbai. The TV started giving problems in July beginning. The complaint was logged on Panasonic Customer helpline on 16TH July vide complaint no 079640. After their Engineer came and inspected the TV, he confirmed that the motherboard or the LCD panel will have to be replaced and that he shall log in the same in his report. On 18TH July 2014 we received the sms confirmation of the repair job no. PI-ASC[protected].

                  We are not getting any response from their Service Centre. Even after 10 days of the Engineer visit we did not get any response/ feedback. After this when we called up their Service Centre nos again we were told that the Complaint is logged and the team shall get back. Every time we have had to call up and never has their Service centre got back to us with the status. After another week one more of their Service Engineer came and just checked the TV again to verify the fault. Even after this the only the only response we have got from their Service engineer is that they are discussing our case.

                  For last one month the TV has been NON-FUNCTIONAL and the attitude of Panasonic is PATHETIC. Yesterday when I spoke to their Service Centre again, I was informed that the Vendor who was carrying out the service in my area has been closed. They gave me the mobile no of one - Mr Shravan Pawar who
                  they said was their Service Head for West Region. Mr Pawar is also not picking up my call and there has been no response to the sms sent to him regarding my complaint.


                  This is a very pathetic and callous attitude on part of Panasonic. The purchase is registered in my wife's name.

                  I am forced to write to you for help in getting justice.

                  Agreed.. Panasonic Service Centre in Pune is also PATHETIC. They dont pick up the call after seeing your number. If you somehow manage to call from some unknown number, then they'll say they'll call back in 15 mins and believe me you wont hear back from them.
                  I have tried to contact the Head of Pune as well but even he does not pick up the call after one or two occurrences.

                    I have purchased Panasonic p11, screen of my mobile had broken and i have submit phone to service centre( UNIQUE INFO SERVICE, AGRA, U.P.). I DONT GET PROPER FEED BACK FROM SERVICE CENTRE. When i asked why it takes so much time he says part is not available in company. So sir this is not a customer fault that he purchase a set of PANASONIC. More than 3 months have passed but i got my job sheet tomorrow of dated 11/07/2014.                       I have purchased new Panasonic refrigerator 249 liters double door four months by giving RS25000 and after four months this refrigerator stop cooling and when we complaint online as well as supplied local dealer (Prabhat Electricals, Hospet, Karnataka), they repaired it after 15 days from the date of complaint logged in. Because it was under warranty so i had not spent any money but once again after one month a this refrigerator stop cooling and once again i repeat the same procedure but till date no one come from the company or from the dealer to attended it. It is my suggestion never purchase any item from Panasonic Company and also from the Prabhat electrical, Hospet because he supplies only duplicate items only with little less price from the market

                        Hi All I had purchased Panasonic FHD TH-L32E5D (serial number -2WA108767) from Reliance Digital Bangalore on[protected] via Order Number - [protected]. I recently relocated from Bangalore to Noida ( 2 Months Ago) Yesterday I faced a issue with LED screen - Horizontal lines coming on Right hand side of the panel, also there is a picture distortion. I registered a complaint with Panasonic customer care - complaint number 003459, Dated-01august 2014 Today technician arrived from Noida Office to check and after checking he said that TV LED screen has to be replaced and total charges would be Rs 20000. Since the TV was having one year warranty which expired ( 15 days ago), so by his words i have to bear this expense . This is really shocking to hear . After spending so much money on a Big brand of yours, I was not expecting such a cheap product from you that could work for just one year and its main component LED screen gone. Why i should spend such a huge money for no fault of mine.Is Panasonic already knows that its product will last only for one year? Panasonic should replace the LED screen from their expense as if they are delivering such a cheap product to there customers that just within a year TV goes down. Hope that my grievance should reach to the Top Management in Panasonic and they consider my problem as there own. I am really dejected and disheartened and would never recommend Panasonic products to anyone now. Regards Jitender [protected]

                          Complaint referance number : PI-CS[protected] // Mr. Vipul Jain // Plasma to company, I faced the problem in November 2013 during warantee period. I got the set repaired without charge but in December 2013 same problem faced by me and company had charged Rs8000 from me. After 4 months in April 2014 i faced the same problem and problem was addressed in June and I had asked to pay Rs10000 to get the set repaired. I made sveral request that this is wrong but i am forced and i agreed but then also even after almost 1.5 month I didn't received my TV back and it is still lying at service centre. Whenver I am asking the customer service, I got a mail for an extended date. I can provide all documents if required. Please help.

                            Dear Sir, It is very unfortunate to get a very poor feedback and customer support from a company like panasonic. From last 2 months, we are getting only false promise from your company. ( We have each and every proof of it ). And today when my lawyer Mr K.K.Sharma trying to call Mr Rahul once, your tele caller executive told him to hold the line to transfer the call to Mr Rahul and after 5 minutes of holding the line phone was disconnected from your side. and after that immd. call again to same number and another executive asked the details and after that simply told us that Mr Rahul is not available. How it can be possible, your company one tele caller confirming that he is transferring the call to Mr Rahul and other is telling us that Mr Rahul is not available. We receive a email from Mr Tajinder Singh ( delhiwest.icare.[protected]@gmail.com> on 15 of July ( only after sending many reminder, after seding complain on your web site ) that it will take another 10 days. And today is 30 of July, but no results. How much take time to finalize this matter, or it is only a way to give mental torture to client, and linger on the problem, so that client will fed up and stop complaining of your faulty product. We are giving all documents, all conversations to our advocate Mr K.K.Sharma, so that we can start a leagle process against you and your company.                                 I purchsed a brand new 1.5 ton air conditioner from your dealer located in west delhi, namely, vandana electronic at jail road new delhi on 1stjune, 2014. But till date no engineer has come to give demo inspite of our several requests. However, i arrange to install it and operate as indicated in the guide but it is surpirsingly that the cooling power of ac & timer is not working properly.

                                Now, i again go to dealer and filed the complaint on 27th july, 2014 and they assure an engineer will come and sort-out the problem but till date no-body has come to repair that problem.

                                It is request that kindly send engineer to repair the said problem otherwise i will take any stringent action, in future.

                                  Due to some problem the mobile display was not working.
                                  I submitted the mobile at Panasonic Service Center located in Pune.

                                  The service center person didnt took my mobile number corrct.I revisited the center & corrected the mobile .Still I didnt got any cal from service center for the details of my mobile repairing .when I called, I was informed that the mother board was damaged .

                                    Good day Sir/Mam, i am Nitai Mittal resident of Agra and i want to file a complaint against Panasonic India. I purchased a 1.5 t split ton on 11/4/2012 model no. UC 18 NKY. After the winter season of 2012/13 we got the first service done by the Panasonic people itself. After using it for a few days in April we realized that the ac wasn't having any cooling effect and when we called the Panasonic people they told us that the gas has leaked and there are problems with the coil. They told that the whole unit would have to be changed and estimated cost would be around 10, 000 INR. Since that time we have done 4 gas fillings and 2 gas leak repairs. We spend another lot of money on such things and all because Panasonic supplied a faulty product which hardly worked fine for 6 months excluding the winter Season of 2012/13.It is anyway difficult for a middle class family to get something as costly as an air conditioner and if companies provide them such faulty products then it is customer who for years faces the problems and the costs to get such things repaired. I hereby request you Sir/Mam to please take immediate action against the concerned party and also provide us with a new product and repatriations for the problems we have faced over the past 2 years.                                     after coming in contact with panasonic and putting a lot of pressure on the companies top official's of north india area they took hte indoor unit of the ac and renewed and replaced with a new unit all on thier expenses.

                                      I HAD BOUGHT ONE SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER OF PANASONIC ON 28.6.2014 WHICH WAS INSTALLED BY AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE ON 2.7.2014. THE AC STOPPED COOLING ON 6.7.2014 FOR WHICH I HAD LODGED COMPLAINT .the technician of authorised service centre in jaipur m/s praveen enterprises visited my house and he told me that the gas of the outer unit has been leaked due to wrong/'misappropriate installation. when i talked to mr praveen bhargava of m/s praveen enterprises he said he will refill the gas and reinstall the unit. kindly let me know that in any case the gas can be leaked fully in just 4 TO 5 days. the following are the reasons for the leakage 1. wrong installation : I will send you the photograph of the installation of my outer unit you will see that the technician has put wood/ tiles to tight the machine as the stand of the machine was not proper and for making it set he did this due to which the level of the outer unit was not proper and the copper pipe was not fitted properly. 2. Leakage in welding: The welding done by technician was not proper due to which leakage occur. 3. the copper pipe had so many bends throughout the outer unit to the point where the internal fitting was done. kindly note these points and please arrange to replace my outer unit as i facing lot of problem without ac as i dont have any cooler. ramit srivastava jaipur [protected]
