I have register a complaint to Panasonic helpline No [protected] on 29 Jun 14 vide PI-ASC[protected] repair of Air Conditioner. The complaint was not attended by service centre but they have cancelled my complain stating that I have not provided Bill of product to service mechanic at his arrival at my home. Whereas no service mechanic arrived at my house. Service centre had falsely put their remarks and cancelled my complaint....
