Hi we have purchased our tv before one and half year and know its having a problem and it is in warranty period . and I don't know how you people treat your customer my father is calling regularly on Trissur head office and they people are giving silly excuse when you people can give good service then what is the use of having you in this competitive market instead of you if I m going to other people they will give good service but your service is totally , , , , , and in future also I will not recommend anyone for this Panasonic and please senior person look in this issue since 10 days we are calling no body is give response properly contact sudhakaran [protected]

    Hi, I have purchased LED L32XM5D PANASONIC on 6/02/2013 worth Rs 27, 500 Rs. Now Its picture quality has been degraded very poor and not visible any picture on screen. I am suffering with this issue since last one month. I have locked the complaint ( complain number-ASC[protected] in march/2014. Panasonic Engineer visited the site and declared Its LED panel problematic and it will be replaced on cost basis as warranty period has over before one month. Customer care given proposal for replacing the panel and its cost will be approx. 20000 Rs. I am really upset how the Core element of LED TV gone faulty in just 1.1 year. Its really related with Product quality issue of PANASONIC. I really ca’t pay 20000 Rs at this time. Please help to resolve this issue, as I am suffering with last one month.       Dear Panasonic India team, I bought a refrigerator NABT263 SS2N around a year and half back. Over the last three months it has not been working. We have made multiple complaints to the Customer Care Center. Every time a person from the service center Hi-Velocity comes and says a particular part has gone bad and charges us money for it. We have spent Rs 3, 000 so far, have three different technicians visit us. Surprise Surprise the technician who visited today says the Power Circuit Board has gone bad. Seems like we will buying the entire fridge again in installments. Can you help? My service request number is[protected].
      This is really funny. My fridge had created problems since its purchase. They replaced with other piece but same problems are visible in the new piece as well.

      They told me to use a stabiliser and I purchased Logicstate as per their advice. Panasonic says that its refrigerators work at 230-240 V. I took them to Logicstat workshop at Faridabad. Logicstate informed that its stabiliser gives output of 220+/- 10% i.e. 200 to 240 range. Now they say all stabiliser in India are bad.

      They have not provided me a solution to my problem in last 5 months of purchase.

      There is real problem with the Panasonic Refrigerators, where the mother circuit boards are consistently turned to be FAULTY.
      Their technicians every time mentioned very coolly that voltage fluctuation is causing problems.
      Why Panasonic India is using substantial downgrade quality of product in India, which are very prone to power fluctuation even by installing voltage stabilisers ??
      Panasonic India, should stop such kind of Business in India.

        I have purchased a split ac on 7.5.2012 with one year manufacturer warranty and 5 years warranty for compressor.But the brand shop is now closed and yet to open. I have received only one year service from agency. For AMC many complaits through toll free no.[protected], sahil but no action taken against the brand shop. Due to warranty period of 5 years for compressor the service agency from goregaon also not initiated any action. As the Patron digital lifestyle brand shop has to give the warranty of compressor.Mr.Pankaj of above shop also not attending his mobile no.[protected] since last 18 months. Till date the shop has not opened in the crawford market area.I may please be inform what action has taken against the Patron digital branch shop for his poor service in warranty period.

          I purchased the panasonic 42 inch plasma TV on 20.05.2013.since last 3 months the tv is having problem in power socket.My complaint no registered with you is[protected].Since then I am receiving calls from your service side that the part is coming from mumbai, which is not materalised till today.The most shocking thing id that one Mr.Behera from your BERHAMPUR SERVICE CENTRE ASKED ME FOR RS9000/- FOR THE PART CITING IMPORTED TVS DO NOT HAVE WARRANTY.One of your technician today came to my home to take out the defected part for reference which I denied anticipating some foul play by your Berhampur centre.Please see that I have purchased other products(refregerater and washing machine) in the same time only believing in the brand PANASONIC.NOW THE PRODUCT IS WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD, AFTER TWO MONTHS IF THE SAME PROBLEM PERSISTS, THAN I DONT THINK YOU PEOPLE WILL LISTEN.SO I REQUEST YOUR KINDSELF TO REPLACE THE TV ALTOGETHER, OR GIVE WARRANTY ON THE REPLACED PART OR ELSE I DO NOT HAVE OTHER OPTION THAN KNOCKING THE DOOR OF LAW.MY email id-saroj.[protected]@licindia.com

            Cheater Panasonic,
            We purchased a 42" inch LED (PANA LED 42E6D) for Rs 53700 on 13th of October Invoice No - DWK-MB-896 ( Bill is attached). Which did not work from very next day. Since then I have called customer care and numerous officials thousand times but no update on refund/replacement. Every time I call customer care they always promise that refund/replacement will come in 2-3 days. But its been 5 months now and no sight of any refund/replacement. Customer care is always lying and making fake promises. its really frustrating now.
            Totally unprofessional staff. All the staff is liar. Specially Aman from VOC team. Jitendra Acharya (Ph no - [protected]), Naresh ([protected]). They always make false promise and then never pick up the call inspite of calling multiple times after that. Panasonic is really a fraud company. Never ever buy any product of Panasonic. Pathetic customer service. All staff is such a liar that they don't even keep their promises even after giving it in writing.

            Advice to all the viewers. Beware of buying any product of Panasonic. They are nothing but a fraud company whose objective is to provide bad products and worst after service.

              I buy Panasonic t11 mobile. From India time shopping. In 10 January 14. When I use mobile it get excessive heating at the back side .when I approach to near service center. They are no accepting my phone. And when I call to panasonic coustmer they said that the service center is not listed in the company.. but still in company site it showing the same derive center where I visited.. the name of service center is spice care in Raipur.
              I just want to replace my phone. or they will provide DOA letter.

                I GAVE MY PANASONIC CAMERA (DMC-TZ8) ON THE 17/10/2013 AT ATHARVA SALES AND SERVICE PVT LTD (JOB NUMBER : PI-ASC[protected] .It has been 4 months now and (16/01/2014) and there is absolutely no trace of my camera. It has been sent to ahemedabad and when i got in touch with the customer service executive of panasonic, they started hurling abuses at me and saying, "jab thik hoga aapko mil jayega". This kind of lax attitude is not acceptable and i demand a new camera and harassment case to be registered against panasonic India for the foul language used and an apology from Panasonic.

                  This is to inform you that I purchased a Panasonic Viera 39" LED TV (Model Number L39EM6D) from Ms. Anilasons on October 11, 2013 in Gaya, Bihar. The TV stopped working completely with red-light blinking error very shortly after the purchase and the fault was attributed to the main circuit board gone bad on inspection by the service engineer. A ticket was raised (PI-ASC[protected] in this regard which was subsequently closed without the issue being resolved on second visit of the service engineer, when he concluded that both the power board and main board of the TV are needed to be changed. For this, a new complaint was registered with ticket number PI-ASC[protected] to get both the boards replaced which has still not taken place and the ticket is still open after 20 days. In short a newly bought TV developed a snag within two months of service and inspite of numerous calls to the service centre executives and engineers, Panasonic India has failed to resolve this issue and honour its own warranty terms. This kind of miserable and sluggish service was least expected from a major and reputed brand like Panasonic. Please look into this or suggest what can be best done to put an end to this debacle. We would like to go for a complete replacement in case you are not able to repair it, as it has already been a month since this issue has been continuing.

                  Panasonic India — PLASMA TV out of order since 4th OCT 2010

                  We had bought a Plasma TV of Panasonic make from Ezone Santacruz. The Brand is Panasonic Plasma Model Th-P42C10D.

                  This TV is out of order since 4th October 2010 and the service station have taken it to the service center. after checking they informed that it cannot be repaired so a replacement tv will be delivered.

                  it has been more than 20 days, and we have not got any reply on the status of the replacement.

                  The Company staff Mr. Vipul Gor, was following this matter but of late he has stopped answering to our calls.

                  we need to register this complaint against the company's poor response and late action.

                  I hope you realize how pathetic your service has been and how miserable you are making us feel for choosing Panasonic over other brands.

                  After your team visit it was confirmed that it is a clear cut case of replacement (as communicated by you in mail also) while now you are talking about some more experimentation with my TV set. I am shocked to see such low standards of business and servicing and really tired of running after you guys and entertaining your team at my home for past two months who are totally clueless and confused about the problem with the TV set.

                  Either you arrange for a full replacement (as said by your team on site and on call by your executive) or wait for a legal remedial action from our side.

                  Hope you understand the gravity of the situation here and how long you have been harassing us with your miserable attitude towards consumers.

                    I have purchased Panasonic led in April’13, job no.[protected] & helpline PI-CS[protected], complaint on 4th November, two times the attendant came but still the problem is there, as it was before; turning on & off again. But i haven’t got the solution & your service center closed my complaint without consulting me and no assistance has been provided after that.
                    If you Don’t provide the services at doorstep;then why you won’t mention at the time of purchase. The problem is going from One & half month still it continues, no one is seeing all these complaints of mine at service centre and they are not solving my problem,

                      I bought Panasonic Oven from Reliance Digital Madinaguda on 6th Dec 2012. I encountered issues in this oven on continuous basis, find the details for the same below: 1> The oven stopped working on 25th Jun and it took around 2 months to resolve the issue, i.e it got resolved on around 25th August. Panasonic changed the Magnetron to resolve the issue in 2 months. 2> After this I was out of station for 1.5 months, I used the oven once after the last repair and it again stopped working on 6th Oct and they again changed the Magnetron on 11th Oct to resolve the issue. 3> The oven again stopped working on 25th Oct(within 14 days of last repair) and the Panasonic has taken the oven from my home and its still with Panasonic. Its already been a more than a 45 days since the oven has stopped working and still I have not received the oven. Following are some of the consequences that resulted because of the above problem: 1> Out of the 12 months the oven was not in working condition for [60 days (1st Repair)+ 7 days(2nd repair) + 45days counting(3rd Repair)] 112 days i.e., about 4 months. I bought the oven for about 12k, so that I can use it on whenever required but I was not able to use it for about 4 months. I suffered economic loss since I was not able to use the product for which I have paid in full 2> It resulted in lot of emotional distress and harassment for my family because we can clearly see my hard earned money being taken by Panasonic without being delivered the promised product. 3> For these 4 months initially I was constantly following up with my dealer(Reliance Digital) but even they were not able to provide any help to me 4> For the third complaint I sent a mail to Panasonic and demanded refund for the oven. I was constantly in touch with Maninder in Panasonic helpline but she said that they can not provide refund and not even replacement. She said I have to take back the same oven and they will replace the Magnetron again. 5> I asked to speak to her supervisor "Kuldeep Kaul" and asked him to provide the refund as they were offering me the same oven and its has encountered issues each time they have changed the Magnetron. Mr. Kuldeep threatened me that there is no other alternative but for me to take back the same oven. He told me to do whatever I want and he does not care about the same. Mr Kuldeep's this kind of behavior caused me a lot of emotional distress. Because of all the above issues I no longer trust Panasonic brand.

                      On Dec 13, Panasonic commented here that they are sorry for my inconvenience and would like to help me to resolve this issue on priority basis. But I have not received a single call from them. When they mentioned here that they will resolve the issue of priority, I did not know that priority means not calling the customer for more than 10 days. I hope they call me and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                      Hi Panasonic Helpline,

                      Please do not try to mislead people by commenting that you regret the inconvenience caused to me.
                      I have already contacted Panasonic Helpline before reporting the matter here. For your reference the case no is "PI-CS[protected]".
                      Only after when Panasonic Helpline and your manager refused to help me, I have logged the complaint here.
                      So it is Panasonic which is causing me all the inconvenience deliberately.

                        ****CONSUMER AWARENESS, NEVER EVER BUY A PANASONIC ****PRODUCT, AS THEY PROVIDE PATHETIC AFTER SALES SERVICE, I AM THE OWNER OF 42 INCH 3D SMART VIERA, AND AFTER THE COMPLETION OF 8 MONTH MY TV HAS STARTED GIVING THE PROBLEM. THIS GOD DAMN BUNCH OF GARBAGE DONT EVEN TURN ON NOW, WHEN I LOGGED THE COMPLAINT TO THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY SAID THAT SPECIFIC PART WHICH NEEDS TO BE REPLACED THEY DON'T HAVE IT BUT THEY ARE ARRANGING IT, AND I SHOT MANY EMAIL TO THEM FOR THE SAME I ALSO CALLED THEM SEVERAL TIMES BUT ONLY THING WHICH I GET FROM THESE PPL ARE APPLOGIZATION, IT BEEN ALMOST A MONTH NOW THEY ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN FIXED EVEN AFTER INFORMING THEM THAT I WILL ESCALATE THIS MATER TO THE CONSUMER COURT.                           Dear All, No reply 1.There is no Technical reply from your side because 50-50 chance confirmed by your Technician 2.Your Team have opened my T.V and verified then also they cannot able to find out the Technical reason –Where they can able to tell me technically 3.Now after the opened T.V the crack inside have developed not outside 4.As a customer we can offer 100 % or60% in NDP to try to solve the complaint or y want to be strict your policy where y are not 100 % sure about the product failure Note: As a Senior person I don’t want to cheat any one because of my mistake like i hit the T.V once and Two spider crack developed all over the T.V fitted almost 6 Feet height. Also I have A/C, Washing Machine but still now No service as a regular check no. I Believe still Panasonic will consider my case .My irritation will make me to write Face Book, Twiter, Whats Up and as i was travelling to abroad i can try to find out very senior person .Even also bad to react for 40 K but your team make me to behave like this . Kindly note that the height of the T.V 1.The Crack is developed in Two Areas as Spider from inside and there is no External damages also it is not visible in Saturday where i have register the complaint, I have noticed Sunday when inspecting the T.V. Two cracks like spider and developed from internally by noticing the crack we can easily judge if the impact or hit from outside definitely the front class have to be broken. 2.Even today i have noticed a White thin line in the inside. Hope y will take a solution. Need take the T.V and if y have noticed any impact and send me a proof then I will give the payement.I don’t want to cheat anybody .If not possible y can hit the T.V from outside with anything and show me the crack because any way i have to change the T.v as it is 42 inches we can test 5- 10 places to prove this is the External hit as the T.V fitted more than 6 feet.                             my DVD's main board has been damaged . the DVD is in guarantee period, I have sent DVD to authorized panasonic service station (Media Vision Services) in Rajkot, since 15 days. but I have not getting any proper answer from there. also they have not repair my DVD yet.

                              I had purchased a Panasonic Vierra 42" Full HD, LED, 3D Smart tv worth Rs. 80000/- from Reliance Digital Amanora. It has 3 years of warranty. Within 4 months problem started in my tv. I called Panasonic Customer care, request taken...request no. is [protected]. but service engineer is not providing service properly & misbehaved with me. Please take Drastic action against this.

                                Would like to post this worst experience of my lifetime. Bought a Panasonic washing machine on weekend prior to Dhanteras; although went there to buy a LG or Whirlpool product because of their largest market share and excellent customer service, however somehow got convinced by Reliance Digital sales executive to purchase a panasonic one as he assured me that panasonic is doing good now a days and gave me his personal mobile no. to contact him in case of any issues. After 2 days of purchase an executive came for installation in late evening. Next morning when i opened the tap to fill water i realized that water was leaking from inlet pipe, because the end portion of inlet pipe going into tap was cracked as if it is made up of a paper. I then called up the Reliance Digital executive who gave his number and explained him the situation; he assured me that he will get a complaint registered for me with Panasonic however the inlet pipe can only be replaced post Diwali as diwali was falling after a day only. Post Diwali when ii didn't hear anything i called up the same executive again however then he never picked my phone. Then i called up Reliance store number wherein they made me to talk to a senior person (Sandeep) who assured me to follow it up. Guess he did that as he called me back after 15-20 mins to confirm that Panasonic executive will come by next day and pipe will be replaced without any charges. Post 1 day i again called up Reliance store to follow it up as i didn't hear anything from anyone however then no one picking my phone at store no. as well. I tried calling from another number which was picked and then again i was told that they will follow up Panasonic. I then got a call from Panasonic as well who confirmed that by next day an executive will come and will bring an inlet pipe with him. Next day the executive advised that they do not have inlet pipe in stock and will take another 2-3 days. I again had no option except to wait. Then i received a call from Panasonic to advice that pipe would be chargeable @ Rs 550, though i tried to make him talk to Reliance executive as they confirmed it to be free of cost, however they wanted to get it examined by their engineer to ensure whether it has not been broken by me. Pathetic to hear however i agreed as i had no fault and it can be examined visibly. To the heights of my surprise i again got a call from engrr. next day stating that inlet pipe is still out of stock. I think its enough of it to run around so much for a mere pipe and if this company has already harassed me so much for just an inlet pipe, what if any other fault comes in!!! I just want to make everyone beware of buying Panasonic products as post sale of a product you are in hands of god. Guess this is the reason why Panasonic products are not popular in market. Would also try to reach out the global team of Panasonic to make them aware, atleast, about their rubbish service!!! Received following response on my facebook post from Panasonic, on Nov-16 however post that not heard anything yet!!!                                     Air conditioner gas leak

                                    I have bought a panasonic air conditioner about an one and half years back.. I had good amount of trouble on the first installation process as they charged around 5k just for the installation... Now my Ac is not working properly when checked with the panasonic service they are saying that there is gas lekage and to, repair it we should pay around 4k ... Not even 2years im facing a gas leakage problem and when enquired for the reason there...

                                    I bought a panasonic plasma 2yrs back which has a warranty of 3 yrs. I had contacted customer care and service centres enough times because I am facing the same issue again and again from last 1 year but nobody is responding properly to that complaint.

                                    From last 20 days, I think I called you 20 times but I didnt get any response.
                                    Its ridiculous. Your service center took my machine in the center 16 days back till now they didn't informed me about the problem and even didn't return my machine.
                                    I will not buy any panasonic machine in the future again.

                                      Hi All, I purchased a Panasonic LED Televison Model No. TH L32E5D pricing Rs. 41, 000 (Approx $670) and just after 3 months post warranty. It started displaying a thin vertical line at the middle of the screen. The Panasonic technician after checking the product told me that its a faulty LED Panel issue and needs to be replaced by paying Rs. 17, 000 (Approx. $280). Tried to requesting them over the phone as well as emails through [protected]@in.panasonic.com but of now use. They arent interested in offering any kind of discount for a product which went faulty only after 3 months after the expiry of warranty period, I've been persuading for the past one week asking them for a discount since Rs. 17, 000 is a high amount and I can easily opt in for a new television by paying that amount but they seem to have no mercy or any kind of willingness to help me. On the other hand, I've read Panasonic UK and even India helping its customers replacing the faulty devices or parts free of cost even after the expiry of its warranty.                                       Could you please update me regarding any further decisions taken from your end to help me out with the faulty panel issue of my 15 month old LED Tv? I've also tried to get in touch with you guys through Twitter (@PanasonicIndia ) but unfortunately, there hasnt been any response from that end.

                                      I did not receive any further feedback from you guys. While contacting on the same issue via twitter, I was informed by your team that my product is under maintenance contract with Croma and I need to contact them, which was absolutely wrong and baseless since Croma DOES NOT have any services in Kolkata till date.

                                      Croma, in their tweet also acknowledged that they DO NOT operate in Kolkata and they dont havey any maintenance contract for my Panasonic LED Tv.

                                      Its been a long time now and I've not received any feedback if the company wishes to help me with any form or not. Is anyone responsible from Panasonic reading this message? If yes, please reply.
