Lack of Knowledge & Negligence of Duty Service Engineers

Air conditioner gas leak

panasonic plasma machine defective

I bought a panasonic plasma 2yrs back which has a warranty of 3 yrs. I had contacted customer care and service centres enough times because I am facing the same issue again and again from last 1 year but nobody is responding properly to that complaint.
As i requested them for the replacement or refund my full money but still no response.
I am just fed up from all this.
