Hello Sir,

I have purchased a panasonic cube 1.5 ton ac on 26/05/2012 . I have register a complaint on 20/05/2013 regarding the ac is not cooling and fan speed is very slow and the complaint no is 099420 . After registering complaint the next day one person from panasonic service center (Sec 11 noida) came and told me that the are is no gas in the ac and he will be come tomorrow and fill the gas.

the next day he did not come so i called him and he told me that next day in the morning he will be definitely fill the gas. The next day i have again waited that person whole day but he did not came. I called him lots of time but every time he told me that he is on the way .

After that i called him panasonic service center manager and asked my problem and he told me that tomorrow the problem will be solved.

Now one more day past and no result, so i decided to go to panasonic service center on sector 11 noida.

In the evening i have reached to service center and asked my problem to the person . he told me that the person is in the area on my home and he will be reached in 30 minute there, so i have asked him the reason for the delay. He told me that he needs the approval first before filling the gas and yesterday (23/05/2013) he gets the confirmation from the company , so today in the evening your problem will be solved.

So i back to my home and waiting for that person but no one is come.

i called him back to the person who told me that the person is on the way but i shocked when he told me that when he told me that he can not fill the gas because company rejects the complaints. He also told me that he can not fill the gas do whatever you want.

My ac is in under warranty and i am facing such kind of problem. I really very unhappy and unsatisfied with the service with the panasonic.

AI also complaints to call center many times but no result.

please solve my problem .

Thanks & regards,

Prashant

Hello,
No, it is not completed yet.
This is too much . I have registered a complaint again on 26/05/2013 and again on 30/05/2013 i have received a sms of Job done.
I went to NIHONTECK service center in sector 11 regarding the job not done but the contact person Mr. Lalit behaviour is very rude.
He told me that he will not provide me service and ask me to go home.

The person working with NIHONTECH named Mr. Lalit is very irresponsible and rude .
I am very frustrated because i went there two times and every time he told me that a person will be reach to your home in the evening and when i
call him in the evening then he told me that within 15 minute one person will be there, so i waited 30 more minute.

After that i decided to go to service center again and show the Job done sms to Mr. Lalit . He told me that he update the status of the job.

Then i ask him that without any service how you can update the job status.

He ask that he can not fill the gas any how.

I am very frustrated and want to take against panasonic service center NIHONTECK.

Please provide me help.

Thanks & regards,

Prashant kumar

      Dear All,
This is with referance to a new product purchased from kohinoor sales opposite to infinity andheri west . I was charged excess for the unit split ac of panasonic 2 ton and was told to collect the diffrence of 1850 by voucher that can be redeemed only on certain things bought from kohinoor stores ie fridge , tv however i dont understand if they have charged me more why am i given the option of redeeming the amount only for these purchases however i should have been given the money back or i could purchase something else . However after lot of discussion it felt on deaf ears and i still got the voucher still with me .

The panasonic ac has still not been installed even after constant reminders to the customer care they just give dates and with no results however my complain number is PI-ASC[protected].I am writing to you this as i have no response from any of the customer service desk even after i have received the product which is just lying in my hall packed .

          adishwar — Pathetic service

I have ordered a split AC three months back at Adishwar, bangalore and it has been promised that the product would be delivered at my Hyderabad residence. The billing was done perfectly without knowing that there is no stock available at Hyderabad. I was asked to wait for 1 month which i did to get this product. Two months later, I was told that there is still no stock available and was asked to change the model. I did change the model after confirming that the product would be delivered in 2 weeks. And its been one month and i am yet to get the product. Every week i keep calling the concerned person about the status and the only reponse i get is "it would take another week".

I am hugely disappointed with Adishwar's service.

I purchased a Panasonic Smart Viera Plazma T.V. ( X 50) series 42" from Reliance digital, Z Square Mall, Bara Chauraha , Kanpur on 15 August 2012. After a lapse of one & half month it became failure due to leakage of gas from the screen, all of a sudden. I contacted at reliance digital. The representative Mr. Amitesh assured me to look into the matter. He sent some technical people at my residence to check the T.V. . They told that due to heating of electric plate gas has leaked and said to submit his report to the store. but no result. After few days I again contacted at the store and Mr. Amitesh said that he will arrange to send some one from the service center. Some one visited again and told at home the same as the previous one. but no replacement made. I again contacted at the store then Mr. Amitesh told me that the report given by the technical people is adverse and he is helpless to do anything. I again requested to take up the matter with higher authorities of Panasonic but he did not do so. I sent a notice for legal proceedings but they kept themselves silent. Now I lodge this complaint to take up the matter with the responsible authorities of Panasonic or other one who are deemed suitable to resolve my problem. If my problem does get any merit and the replacement has not been made then I have no option except to move the consumer court.

Further , I have also come to know that the Plazma T.V. has this type of problem , therefore, it the key responsibility of the company to remove the problem to save their goodwill. I hope that company will replace my T.V.

                Installation - March 9, 2013
1.5T inverter making very loud unnatural sound from outdoor unit from time of installation. PANASONIC INDIA refuse to replace the outdoor unit. I will not take anything short of a replacement of the outdoor unit as it was not working from the time of installation. No piecemeal parts replacement will be accepted, particularly outside of a proper workshop with full testing facilities.

1.5T 5-Star lost refrigerant charge when outdoor pipes were cropped. Same topped up April 5th, 2013 to 5 kg/sq.cm suction pressure. However, room is not cooling indicating repeated loss of refrigerant or some other fault. When the top up was done, the indoor unit was full of water. The room 12.5' x 13' was cooling OK before the pipes were cropped. BTW, the spec. stamp of the unit states 2.9 MPa Hi and 2.0 MPa Lo.

Repeated complaints result in standard E-mails and empty promises from the Gurgaon Customer Care.

The short of the sorry plight of my family and I - Up to date of this post - April 16, 2013 : 50% of the machines and over 50% of the Rs 1.6 Lakhs + installation paid is not utilised due to faulty products, installation and appalling service.

                  Dear Sir,

I have bought a Panasonic Cube Split AC on 17 March 2013 vide Invoice No 27618 from Mittal Agencies, Milap Nagar, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-59.

First of all, they intentionally delivered the old model of AC i.e. 2012 Model. After lot of persuasion and waiting for another 3-4 days, he managed to change the old model with 2013 model. The authorized representatives of Panasonic visited our residence and installed AC and forced us to pay Rs 2350/- towards installation charges despite the fact that there was a scheme going on for Installation Charges @ Rs 500/-. Anyhow we paid higher amount thinking that AC has been installed in a correct manner.

To our surprise, when we first tried to use the AC on 1st April, it didn,t work. We made a complaint on your customer care number and a complaint number was given to us i.e. PI-ASC[protected]. After 2 days of follow up, your representatives checked the machine and found that installation was not done properly and the compressor gas has been leaked. Next day, another person came and refilled the gas and ensured that the machine will work properly now.

To our surprise and shock, the AC didn,t work again that night.

We again made complaint and was given another complaint number PI-ASC[protected]. Your technical team came again and found Gas leaked again. They left saying another team will come again to refill gas in the compressor. Nobody came since then and we are still suffering.

Please advise what is our fault in buying AC of your company. Despite making full payment almost month ago, we are not able to enjoy services of the AC since one month. Moreover, your so called "engineers" are not able to find the fault in the machine. Everytime they come, spend hours and hours checking the machine but could not identify the problem.

The conclusion, either the AC is faulty or your engineers are not capable of rectifying the problem and we are suffering.

This is clear deficiency in service on your part and unfair trade practice due to which we are undergoing mental agony and pain.
The AC was installed in our parents room, who are senior citizens, and are suffering from blood pressure and other chronic diseases. The AC was installed in their room to give them comfort in this summer time but have failed the purpose due to your lack of service. Please advise what is the use of AC, if it is not working in summer season.

We are forced to finally write to you to either change the faulty machine or get it corrected on top priority failing which we shall be constraint to take remedial action available as per law at your cost, consequences and expenses.

                  Best regards

                  Sir,

Reference to below complaint, the engineers visited our house yesterday and re-checked all connections of AC and refilled the gas. The AC worked properly Saturday Night and Sunday Morning.

Again, when we put "ON" the AC at 9.00pm tonight, it didn,t work. We kept it open for one hour but it never worked and AC is not cooling.

We are really torchered now and cannot understand how much more pain we have to bear from your AC. We have paid full amount and are eligible to enjoy pain-free service.

We request you to CHANGE the unit as it seems that the problem in machine is not repairable.

The AC was bought for summer season and if it is not working during this season, it is of NO use for us.

Please CHANGE this unit till tomorrow else we shall be forced to legal action at your cost, consequence and expenses.
We believe that we are be-fooled by Panasonic by selling faulty unit to us and will also take help of media to highlight this and save other people from buying Panasonic products.

I have purchased Panasonic KX-TG3611 Cordless Landline Phone on 18 Oct 2012 (Bill No. 9545617) from Infybeam.com. It was delivered on time and we have used it comfortably. From 1st Jan onwards it started to show some charging problem. We took it to the Service Center (Micronix Computer - Bhubaneswar) and they found out that the Charger cord (with 6 month warranty) is at fault. But they said that they cannot cover this under waranty as this is purchased on Net (Given in written vide letter number - MX/497/2013) and thats why I was compelled to by a new charger by spending 600 INR . This is really ridiculus. How come a product purchased from a renouned website is not covered by the Product Waranty though clearly mentioned in the Warranty card. After my initial mail contact to Panasonic Help Line, they assigned Contact Person: Mr.Sanjeeb Bagchi Contact No: +91-[protected]. The Best part is that he personally assured me that i will get the money refunded by the service center soon (sometime around 31 Jan) but till date i have not heard anything from them

Consumer electronics brand Panasonic has launched a 152 inch 3D high definition plasma television in India. The plasma TV is touted to be the world's largest, giving an experience of a mini theatre and is priced at 3.50 crore.

Daizo Ito, President, Panasonic India said that the the plasma TV screen was equal to nine 50 inch screens. The resolution of the TV is 4096 X 2160 pixels with 3D support. The key features of the TV include cross talk reduction enabling clear and high definition 3D images, with a full HD X 2 frame sequential method.

The television first made appearance in January this year. This makes it a pretty late entry into the Indian market. Ito explained the technology of the television saying, "Panasonic's unique display technology brings out that full potential of the plasma display to achieve powerful 3-dimensional effects and a feeling of total immersion that draws the viewer right onto the image."

The television is the world's first development for a self-illuminating display, producing about four times the amount of information of a full HD panel.

Panasonic unveiled five new Toughbook laptops in India, earlier this week. The new Panasonic Toughbooks: CF-31, CF-19, CF-C1, CF-F9, and CF-S9, are tougher than regular business or consumer laptops, and run on Intel Core i5 vPro processors and Windows 7 operating system.

But Panasonic Toughbooks aren't for every business professional -- certainly not for predominant office use. You see, the Panasonic Toughbook range of laptops can't be compared with a Dell Vostro 3400, HP ProBook 4520s, Lenovo ThinkPad T400s or an Apple MacBook Pro, without putting the Panasonic Toughbook at an inherent disadvantage. Because in essence a Panasonic Toughbook isn't meant for extensive office desk work.

A Panasonic Toughbook laptop is a mobile computer mainly for outdoor use, reknowned for being subjected to and used in the most harsh outdoor conditions. Panasonic Toughbooks survive physical abuse that's unthinkable on a regular business laptop. Panasonic Toughbooks can withstand "vibration, drops, spills, extreme temperature and other rough handling," said Mr William See, General Manager, Toughbook Asia Group, while unveiling the five new CF-series Panasonic Toughbooks in India. And independent reviews in the past verify these claims to certain extent. What goes into making a Panasonic Toughbook is explained in detail on Panasonic Toughbook's website -- possibly more than any other computer manufacturer -- where a Toughbook is claimed to withstand drops up to six feet, rain, oil, pressure, dust and extraordinary swings in temperature.

I personally haven't reviewed a Panasonic Toughbook yet, and for laptops with very good build quality and ruggedness, the unibody aluminum Apple MacBook Pro and Lenovo's Thinkpad X-series of laptops immediately come to mind. I have seen the Lenovo ThinkPad T400s fall off a desk -- when ON -- and survive the drop, with no visible damage. No problems, it worked just fine. But a Panasonic Toughbook is designed and engineered to withstand much more; for a start all Toughbooks have a magnesium-alloy case.

So who generally uses a Panasonic Toughbook? Workforce undertaking geological surveys, heavy industrial users, military personnel, etc., basically people who are out in the field (and not in the office) and who need a tough, ruggedized portable laptop computer to work with.

Due to their rugged, tough build quality, and capacity to withstand harsh environmental conditions, the Panasonic Toughbooks are costlier than your regular office laptop. Hence, if you're thinking of buying a Panasonic Toughbook for use in a confined office space, you would be wasting your money.

Consumer electronics maker Panasonic Corp (6752.T) said on Friday it would spend $160 million to build an airconditioner plant in India as it aims to boost sales in the country by five times over the next three years. The investment is in line with the company's strategy to boost overseas sales, company spokesman Akira Kadota said.Panasonic aims to generate 55 percent of its group sales outside Japan in the year to March 2013, up from the current 47 percent, he said. The company relies more heavily on the shrinking domestic market than rivals like Sony Corp (6758.T), which rings up more than 70 percent of its sales abroad. The new airconditioner facility, in the northern state of Haryana, will come on line in 2012.Kadota said Panasonic planned to spend a total 30 billion yen ($320 million) in India over three years starting in the 2010/11 financial year. The company aims to raise its sales in India to around 200 billion yen in the year to March 2013, up from around 40 billion yen now, he said.

I bought a brand new Panasonic Fridge for Rs. 28,500/= for my home but it was my big mistake to buy Panasonic product. The Fridge not cooling enough even at high cooling setting and also got heated its walls. Initially upon our complaint technician attended the calls but later they even not attended complaints and now my Rs.28,500 in vain. Later I bought other products fridge which is working fine.

Please don't buy sinking company Panasonic's products ever as I'm one of a victim.

I m very much disappointed and shocked with the Panasonic service. I purchased a full HD Panasonic 42 inches TV in GIRIAS, Kattriguppe branch, Bangalore on[protected]. Its hardly 4 months and the TV is not switching on. Called the service person and he came to check and said that the A-board has gone. He went back saying he will let me know if the repair or replacement will be covered under warranty. After 2 days he called up saying its not under warranty and the cost of the board replacement would be Rs.14, 800. He is so sure its not the problem with TV and the fault it due to a problem caused by external device.

I m not able to understand how this is possible. How can a person be so sure its due to external device and not due to the fault in the TV. And how is it possible that the cost is not covered under warranty. Its hardly 4 months and this problem has shot up. I m very shocked with the behaviour of the Panasonic service people. For any electronic item at least a year warranty will be provided and this TV is certainly a higher end model with just 4 months of purchase.

Would like to seek help regarding this. Is this the way of handling a customer's problem? And I wish to know how the Panasonic people do not cover this under warranty TV being relatively newly purchased and how they can be so sure its not due to the problem in their TV. The cost of the whole TV itself is around Rs.50,000 and how come he can quote the A-board alone to be Rs.14,800 and that too not under warranty!!!

I need a urgent response and I want the A-board to be fixed immediately under the warranty. Kindly take immediate action on this.
