dear sir
this is to request you that please look into this matter,
i bought lcd (panasonic viera) around 18 months back @ Rs20000,
and its not working any more, i gave it to their service center at lajpat nagar,
now they are charging Rs 5000 just for the repair.
in just 18 months their product spoiled.
what should i do
please help

Panasonic LCD — Dues (ECS) Closed Details

I brought Panasonic LCD at Bharath Electronics Ltd., Coimbatore on October 2010. Every month loan amount deducted through ECS. In this connection, I want to the details of amount collected and when my loan closed.

I think my dues only 15 months. But the amount deducted extra.

i bought panasonic lcd tv dxb in carrifour 2010 i was watch 1 month than i was closed cover but now i am open the cover i cont watch
didn't come to the picture.
i living now tamil nadu in tiruvarur dist, thiruthurai poondi.

Panasonic — Panasonic Hair Styler EH-KA42-V62B

I Ordered the hair styler on 11th January 2015 from Flipkart.com To my surprise, the product has stopped working in less than 4 months. I want to get this product replaced. Pls advise how to proceed further. Thanks, Divya

        This is with regard to the complaint regarding my Panasonic TV that I have lodged with Panasonic Service Centre. Complaint No – 033820.

        I have lodged a complaint regarding the non-working of my TV on 12 Dec 2012 at 1500 hours. I was committed that Panasonic would revert and solve my complaint within 24 hours.

        In spite of calling you the call centre multiple times and talking to multiple people at Panasonic, I am still to get an answer to my queries and most importantly get any response solving my complaint.

        People I have spoken to are:

        1. Agent who registered the compliant on 12 December 2012
        2. Rajuver on 13 Dec 2012
        3. Rajendra Nair on 13 December 2012
        4. Floor Manager on 13 December 2012
        5. Neetu Nilandan on 14 December 2012

        Interestingly, the call centre gave me the contact details of Mr. Padam Singh of Hira Electronics (mob no – [protected] , [protected]; landline no –[protected]. However, in spite of repeated attempts, no one answers calls on any of the above mentioned numbers. Interestingly, Panasonic customer care centre employees (Rajendra and Rajuveer) tried to call Hira electronics and could not get any response.

        It is rather rueful that Panasonic just gives out the number of some service centre and then washes their hands off their responsibility of an under warranty product & leaves the customer to fend for himself. Panasonic customer care agents lie on even small things and make false commitments like reverting on a call / solving on a call etc without the intent of doing either one.

        Request you to look into the complaint and help solve the issue ASAP.

          Hi, I am Bhaven Dalal. I had purchased Panasonic LCD Tv 22 inch. However in no time, there is some problem with its colour display. I called up the dealer Shreeji Electronics (Kandivali charkop, Mumbai) on 25 Nov 12 and lodged a complaint. Since then there has not been much action from Panasonic. They have not been responsible enough to call me as well. Whenever I call them they simply say that it will take 1 week more as part has to come from Chennai.

          Kindly guide me what action can be taken against them as I feel cheated with this defective product. (Within warranty period)
          Also find the below mentioned email sent to their customer care on 5 dec 2012. However there is no reply from their side except a worthless acknowledgement.

          Hi,
          I am Bhaven Dalal. I had purchased Panasonic LCD tv 22 inch in April – May 12. However in no time, there is some problem with its colour display. I called up the dealer Shreeji Electronics (Kandivali charkop, Mumbai) on 25 Nov 12. He lodged a complaint to Panasonic. The complaint no is PI-ASC[protected]Dated 25 Nov 12). Your product inspector named ASHOK came and checked the same. Also, he took some photos of the same and told that the panel part will be replaced. Further, he told me that this could take around maximum 1 week as part has to come from Chennai. Post that inspection, nobody has called or reverted (today being the 11th day from complaint request).

          Now that I called them today to check, I was told by Mr. Ashok that additional 4-5 days will take as the part has not come yet. Upon insisting on senior managers number I was given Mr. Arvind’s contact – [protected]. While I spoke to him, I was told that he is helpless and will take some time. Upon insisting his seniors number I am given a contact of Mr. Vinay Vane who heads Mumbai branch. I was told that he is on leave today and there is no back up for him who can help me today.

          Then upon asking for escalation email id and website id, I have been given this id. Hence I want your immediate attention on this and require prompt action on the same.

          Kindly understand customers plight. I have not purchased your TV to do follow-ups. Everyone is busy these days and I cannot keep following it up. Your rescue team has to act responsibly and serve the customers.

          If there is any responsible person in your entire team, do revert me with an immediate resolution. Failing to reply, I will be forced to contact consumer complaint forum!

            Mr. Rishpal Singh resident of Palam Colony, New Delhi, purchased Plasma TV 42" from Panasonic India Pvt Ltd. from Better Deals India, Janak Puri and handed over it to me. Payment of Rs.36000/- was made against it. This had offer of (1+2 years) extended warranty withe Card No. 10693. This piece actually never worked satisfactorily and its "A Board" was replaced TWICE. And now two vertical lines are visible on thee screen withe different colours. A no. of complaints were made to its Consumer Care. I hereby give details of last four complaints made on 5.10.12, 10.10.12, 1.11.12 & last complaint withe made on 3.11.12 withe complaint no. 008967.
            Mr. Ranveer who had to come twice to check it along withe one more person and took photographs from different angles and in different colours and informed me theat theis piece has to be replaced. He also told me on 05.10.2012 theat you will get its replacement in 15 days. Notheing was heard from theem even after 20 days I had to call to him and he suggested me to talk to our Head NCR, Mr. Sumit Gulati.
            I had a word withe Mr. Sumit Gulati first on 1.11.2012 and he told me theat after looking into thee case he will revert back to me but he did not. After theat I made a no. of attempts to talk withe him but of no use. On 20the November 2012 he called me and said since Plasma is not available withe us and we can replace it withe LCD of thee same amount. I agreed to it but till today it has not been replaced. Continuously follow up withe him even did not help but on 20.11.2012 he told me theat LCD is being sent to you in a day or two but withe thee same fate till today. He was lingering it on by telling closing is going on and he may deliver it today or tomorrow but withe same fate. On 3rd of December 2012 he told I have enquired from Transporter he will definitely deliver it today but he may come late, SORRY TO WRITE IT HAS NOT YET BEEN TURNED UP.
            I am unable to understand how a responsible person (Head NCR) of such an organisation make a fool to its customer where CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SHOULD BE THE MAIN OBJECTIVE in such a competitive time just by saying theat I have cleared it yesterday and it will reach to you today definitely.
            Even after theat I tried to contact him but he did not pick up and once I made a call from my Office and he immediately picked up unknowingly and had to cut a sorry figure no no I was busy etc. I advised him theat you should at least pick up your phone to clarify thee position.
            What I presume he wants to kill time hence using DELAY TACTICS so theat he can spare theat piece which is issued against our replacement.
            Feeling harrased from this Organisation as well as from family hence request your good self to take up matter on TOP PRIORITY and arrange to get my replacement at the earliest as in this process a period of TWO MONTHS have already lapsed.

            Anxiously waiting for your reply.

              I bought plasma tv in feb 2012 and on 5 Nov 2012 it stopped working suddenly , We lodged a complaint to panasonic service center in noida ASC ,[protected] is my request number , the guy came to my home and told them that boss your board is going to be replaced , it will come in 3 days .I said OK, and now 19 nov 2012 , Nobody is ready to give me the exact status of the board , when my TV will start working . or not .I don't know where to contact , Not a single person is ready to contact me and update me for the same , I wasted my 25000 RS in a frustrated organisation TV .

              What will happen if things got damaged..

                Purchased in August 2012.

                Date of Purchase 24.08.2012
                Next day onwards complaint of heavy condensation in vegetable tray causing spoiling of vegetables and fruits.
                Repeated visits by Panasonic representative from Service centre to check the fridge.
                We were advised to keep the fridge temperature to medium to avoid condensation. Same was done – no improvement.
                Contacted Mr. Phadke, Panasonic West Zone Head of Service.
                Finally after continuous follow up, Mr. Phadke suggested we go in for a upgraded model which would be more robust and will not have this problem.
                September 2012.
                Paid Rs. 12000 extra for a new fridge of higher capacity 552 litres.
                Same problem persists of very high condensation in the vegetable tray.
                There is no response from the Company in spite of repeated calls.

                This refers to my complaint on Panasonic refrigerator. The first refrigerator Panasonic 450L model No. BW465VNX1 was bought on 12.8.2012 from Top Ten Electronic Shoppe, Vashi. The upgraded refrigerator 550L model No. BY552XSX1 was bought on 05.10.12 as suggested by Mr. Phadke, Panasonic West Zone Head of Service.

                  Bought an Inverter AC from Panasonic India for office. It's literally worked 10% of the 6 months & they refuse to repair/replace. all they do is fill air or clean it up and claim it will work well.

                  The dealer & the company have constant discussions to repair it, but i've seen no progress on it.

                  Highly disappointed since I've bought 4 + Ac's from them and am almost scared what will happen if those get spoilt too!

                    I have bought a Panasonic LED TV on 15th-Aug-2012 from Kohinoor Televideo Pvt Ltd - Thane West, Ghodbunder Road branch. There was a free home theatre offer with the TV I had brought and the customer care people at Kohinoor told me that Panasonic will directly deliver the home theatre system at my home by end of Aug-2012. When my Home Theatre was not delivered on end of August , I checked with Kohinoor and they have asked me to get it touch with Panasonic customer care. I have made a call to Panasonic customer care and lodged a complaint (Complaint No: 059267) and they have assured me that it will be available by 15th September 2012. I made a call after 15th September and this time my call was forwarded to the escalation department and Mr Suresh (Chennai call centre senior executive) spoken to me and he assured me that I will get my home theatre within next 10 days. After 10 days when I called them again they said Mr Suresh is not available as he is on leave. I called 5 minutes later and Mr Suresh came on line !!!! This time what he said is that the delay in delivery was because of some shipment clearance (cargo clearance) issues at Panasonic side and now those problems are sorted and I will get my home theatre in next 5 days (that’s somewhere around 20-25th September). I made a call again by end of September - Mr Suresh was unable to assure me anything as he was unable to contact his senior regional manager !!!!!. I called up a week later , I was told that Suresh is busy with something else I will get a call back from Panasonic soon. No one called me till date. Today it becomes 2 months after I bought the TV I and Panasonic still has not delivered my home theatre system.
                    I have again made a call to panasonic customer care today. This time Mr Suresh managed to bring in Mr Vikas Ramani (Thane Area Sales Senior executive ) in to the call. Mr Vikas assured me that I can go and collect the home theatre from Kohinoor Televideo on 20th-Oct-2012.

                    Just received a call from Ms Raunika from customer care team and confirmed that I can collect my home theater from Kohinoor Televideo (Dealer showroom) on 20th-Oct-2012.

                      I have problem in my plasma USB not detecting, i have logged a complaint too (complaint no. 075362) after technician came to home and taken all documents invoice n warranty etc. after 3 days technician called me and said 10000/- bugs charged for that,

                      when warranty is there, it's not been 2 months also,but company as given 3years i do not in future what will be the service. why should i face this kind of response from your service people. please resolve my problem,

                        Dear Team,

                        I had Booked a Panasonic Viera 32" LED/LCD TV on 1st - JAN - 2012, from Kohinoor Kandivali(West) Mumbai branch, The TV stopped working on 25th Sep- 2012, On calling Panasonics call center guys they sent their technicians on the next day, he inspected the Television and told that one of the Chip stopped functioning. The Service center guy also told that this issue will get resolved in 4 days, on giving a call back to them they told that it will be solved in the coming week (ie. before 5th Oct, 2012) as the part that was damaged is not available and will have to order from the main branch that is in Chennai. For me it was ok as there could be the chances of low inventory.

                        After waiting till 5th Oct and making n number of call to their service centers, call centers, Kohinoor, and other related ppl still the issue is not solved.

                        Now they are saying that we cant give you a standby Television, nor we can provide you will the damaged part before next Thursday Friday(12th Oct 2012).

                        I have a strong feeling that even then they will give me the same reason and extend the complaint. Below are all the details related to Television and Complaint:

                        I would request Consumer Complaints team to guide me to sue this company against the lack of after sales service. And also help me to get me TV back on track

                          i have purchased a panasonic washing machine fro m none other than the Vijay Sales chembur mumbai
                          and after paying like 20000/-Indian rupees for my new washing machine i come home and get the washing machine set by
                          the company people i realise that the power cord and the inlet pipe are not even a meter and a half i had to pay extra to get the desired length
                          had the sales girl informed me of the exact length of the pipe and power cord when i was in the shop talking to her i would have arranged to get it
                          sorted then and there.
                          I had to pay extra plus i had to take a leave from office which cost me
                          i just dont get it ...does a consumer exist only to get ripped by shops and manufacturers

                            Dear sirs,
                            I Have purchased Refrigator of panasonic company in month of may & In month
                            of July same has not working (i.e. within span of 2 months) & we have
                            complain to company as well as to our dealer from where we purchased.

                            After that copmany has send 3-4 time there engineers & they have repaired
                            the same but every time complain remains as it is.

                            Than after I informed to copmany for replacement but they have not replaced
                            the same with new warrenty period but till date they have not replaced the
                            same.

                            Now I request you please solve this problem by replaceing new peice
                            immediately as without this I am suffering heavy losses every day as daily
                            routine thing like milk, fruit, butter etc is not remain for long time & i
                            have to throw the same unsed which is wastage of my money.

                                I buyed a Plasma TV with Home theatre system 35 days ago. Their salesman committed to deliver the TV within a week and home theatre after 15 days of TV delivery.
                                But i got the TV after 16 days and that too after following up with their team. Then i, only, followed up for the installation and cordination for the TV.


                                Then after vcompletion of 15 days of TV delivery i am following up with their sales team. Every time i called them they have given some new excuse.

                                Now, I fed up and called to customer care after 35 days of the products purchased. Then, the update they have given was shocken that delivery period for the home theatre was 40 days. This has degraded the panasonic image in my eyes.

                                I don't know, if the salesmanship is like this then, how worst will be their servicemanship.

                                This is nothing, i tried and was able to log the complaint at their customer care by third time.


                                The worst customer care department feedback i have. Firstly, the executive was not listening at all and disconnected the call after holding up for long time.
                                Then again called and got connected to another executive, she has given me the case id(that too after requesting so many times) for the further reference and told that she will be escalating this call to the escalation team.

                                Also, committed that within two hours i'llget a call with full information.

                                I waited for 6 hours and again called to their customer care and then i came to know that she has given me the wrong case id.

                                Then finally i explained and again logged the case id with them that too after requesting many times.

                                Finally, i hope this time they have registered a case with correct case id.

                                According to my personal review don't go panasonic products and if, still, you want please take full info from their customer care but don't go to buy from BETTER DEALS showrooom of PANASONIC at GREAT INDIA PLACE Mall at NOIDA.

                                Panasonic — WRONG INFORMATION ABOUT PRODUCT

                                I purchased a 32" Panasonic LCD from Vijay Sales, Pitampura in the month of Nov-2011.
                                Before purchasing I concerned about product with Salesman(Rohit) but He provided me wrong information about LCD and after purchased I realized which the information given by Rohit was completely wrong.
                                However He was stuck on his words which information provided by me is correct.but when I called to customer care to know about LCD they told me that the information was wrong which was given by Rohit.

                                Then I went back to showroom to change the LCD by an another LCD with paying extra money but they denied to change it.

                                Please tell me what should I do now.
                                I am complaining you because I am helpless.

                                  I bought a cordless phone from the Panasonic dealer (Panasonic showroom) in Koramangala. I cannot tell the amount of frustration I carry with the showroom. Within the purchase of 6 months, the handset had display problems and used to conk off all of a sudden. I took to the showroom and gave it for service as it was in warranty. I get a call that the phone is fine after a few weeks and a bunch of follow ups over phone. Got the instrument back home and within a week face the same problem. Again I took it back to the showroom. I was promised that it will be rectified. After several weeks passed, I still did not get any intimation. I go to the showroom and the manager says that I have to change the battery. I tell him that its hardly 8 months old and it was their responsibility to change the battery. He refuses to budge and argues with me. After a lot of heated arguement I left the place and till date not collected the instrument back. I decided I will never buy any Panasonic product in future and will never step into the Koramangala showroom at all. Their customer service is the worst. Please dont go there to buy.

I ALSO CALLED DIRECTLY TO HIRA ELECTRONICS & THEY GO ON SAYING " WE ARE SENDING TODAY / ALREADY PERSON HAS GONE FOR THE SAME / ETC ".

                                      We bought a Panasonic Microwave less than a year back. About 10 days ago, it conked off and stopped heating anything. In spite of complaining and following up, the service guy only turned up 8 days after the first complaint. Now he says that the mechatronix of the microwave is spoilt - in less than one year!!!! Also, he claims that he cannot replace the part even though the machine is in warranty till we give him the bill. Where do I find a one year old bill? They can easily figure out if the machine is in warranty by checking the serial number.

                                        We have a new TV TH L 42D22D Serial No:[protected] and the sound is cracked.Panasonic engineers have come home three times and tried to fix it.The last time was pretty shocking - the engineer filled the entire TV with cardboard packing to prevent the TV from vibrating and his logic was that Panasonic TV sets have this inherent problem and this is the only solution - according to the engineer,this has already been done to over 150 TV sets!! So now my TV has garbage inside it and still cracked sounds. Hardly the way to build a brand - its always good to pay a bit more and go with a bigger brand like SONY or Samsung.Amal[protected]
