I purchased LCD TV Panasonic from saket city walk 's Pansonic Branded shop , Since beginning LCD 32 c 33 D had issue and after calling several times to customer care ,no engineer visited at my Home .
Once I esclated this matter to higher Panasonic Managemnet then only engineer visited and had left my home without giving any solution . Engineer also closed call himself without solving issue.

Have purchased Panasonic refrigerator from Tata Chroma store on 27th Dec 2011. The appliance is making sound from the day one. I have purchased the Panasonic refrigerator of Model no. NR-BU342SS1N on the date of 12th November,2010

I have purchased a 32" inch panansonic tv from Vijay Sales with 1 year warranty, tv is broken in the 13th month and the cost of repair estimated 10,000. Guys at vijay sales were prompt however it takes min 20 minutes to get the right person to complaint. This in reference to my purchase of a Panasonic Cube AC 1.25 on 09/06/2011. I purchased the same from Raipur Electronics, 205 A.P.C. Road, Kolkata: 4 (Near
Shyambazar Five Point).The installation got done by the shopkeeper on 11/06/2011.

The cooling was just for a day and after that the AC stopped cooling, I called up the

Recently my less than 2 yrs old Panasonic LCD stopped working - "SOUND BUT NO PICTURE" & "REMOTE ALSO STOPPED WORKING".

The Panasonic technician who came to check the TV said Panasonic does not believe in repairing so the estimate they give customers are very high or almost the cost of a new TV.

We bought a panasonic refrigerator - 414 L, from Reliance Digital - Gurgaon. The refrigerator when delivered was found dented. Since, the last many days we've been following up with both reliance and Panasonic, but without any results.
