I have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me rs.499/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at rs.110. I have paid around rs.300/- extra. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application. And i need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation. I have sent them an e-mail and inquiring about cancellation and refund and i only got an automated response asking me to wait. I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel at all!

I just want to cancel my pan card application and want a refund of the full amount i paid.

    I have applied for pan through this site and then i came to know that i have to send my documents to their center. They are also charging 500 for the same. But i don;t have such time and needed my pan card urgently. I got know that i could apply for the pan without sending my documents and it could get in just 100 and all of this would take roughly two hours. So i initiated a refund request but there is no response from them yet. I need my refund asap, do something about it.

    Sir I applied for pan card without Knowing that there will be a huge process and I am unable do that so please cancel my application and refund my money sir please

      Applied for pancard using panind website. And they charged more as 459 indian rupees. But in nsdl it shown as 105 rupees. I did not see any cancel option. The number which is mentioned in website not responded and i did not get any communication mail or message for my submission. Expecting refund or service and further communication mai. If need more information ready to submit like order details. Mail i'd, phone number.

      Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.

              Sir,
              Its been more than a week i have sent the required documents along with the pan application. I tried to track down the pan card status but it showed that "application withheld" and it also displayed a message "we tried to contact you but we were unable to do so".

              Since the payment, i haven't received any email or call.
              Kindly resolve my problem else i want a refund.

                  Dear Sir/Mam,

                  I lost my pan card over a month ago and had filled in the necessary details for reapplying for lost pan card on https://panind.com/india/lost_pan/ on 19-Sep-19 & paid RIGARO EWORKS LLP for INR 499.00.
                  I have sent my all documents by professional courier, they are required the id proof & DOB proof, i have send the soft copy of my driving license & birth certificate. Again & again they are required the valid id proof & DOB proof while i send the mail for update my application status. why the delay to process my application, if you unable to process my application. we request you to refund my money Rs.499.

                  Kindly do the action immediatley.

                    I applied for pan from panind.com. Order id: an-[protected]lo on 3/10/2019 and till today i have not got any confirmation or status report from panind.

                    Nobody replies to the emails i send to [protected]@panind.com except system generated automatic replies and if i call[protected] it keeps on ringing but nobody responds to the call.

                      I have applied for pan card name change in panind on 18th august 2019 & my order id is ra-[protected]cr its almost 2.5 months been passed but i haven't received any update on the status about the same. Also i have paid rs. 500/- for this service. (Attached couriered details & payment details)

                      I am continuously calling & emailing on below number & id but getting auto generated email only saying "dear applicant, we have received your query. Our executive will get in touch with you within 1-2 working day. You can also reach out to us via call/ whatsapp at +91-[protected] (Mon - fri 11 a. M. To 5 p. M. Ist)

                      Ps: this is an automated system generated reply. Kindly do not reply to this e-mail.

                      As i observed that no body is taking seriously on customer complains. we have spend money to get services but we are not getting any kind of services from PanInd. even their contact number is not reachable all the time. who will be responsible for these issues. also i haven't received any call form them instead of auto reply on the email.

                      No body is taking responsibility to resolve the complains & consumers expectation is very high from this company but they are just silence & consumers are begging to get solution.

                      Looking forward for your valuable revert on this please.

                            I applied for pan card yesterday i. E. 21st oct, 2019. I wish to cancel my request and get a refund. The number on the site is always busy i believed they blocked my number after a few calls and the email facility is extremely slow. They have charged too much of money and do not seem to be contacting me at all i havent received any sort of mail or message updating me about my pan card. Its just disguisting. Kindly help

                              Dear team,
                              I lost my pan card over a month ago and had filled in the necessary details for reapplying for lost pan card on https://panind.com/india/lost_pan/ and made the necessary payment as well through paypal. My pay pal transaction was successful and i received an email from paypal with my transaction id: 40856163jg8275159. I received an email from pan india confirming that my application is successful and my orderid is ya-[protected]lo.

                              After payment, i was directed to an online form titled 'request for new pan card or/ and changes or correction in pan data' where i had to duly sign the form, attach my photographs and self-attested document proofs for identity, address and date of birth and courier it to the below-mentioned address i. E.

                              No. 5, site 4, vikaspuri,
                              New delhi-110018, india

                              All these formalities have been completed by me but it has been over a month since i sent the application form but i am yet to receive an email acknowledgement regarding my coupon/ack number or receive my pan card. I have tried to contact the customer care several times but each time they mention that they will shortly email me the acknowledgement number but till date, i am yet to receive the details.
                              May i please request you to look into my application status urgently?

                                I am surprised that why govt cannot get the grip people/organizations like you. It has been couple of weeks i have applied for name change in my pan card but till date there is no update on the same. Moreover, the nominal charge for name change as on today is rs. 160 only whereas i have been charged 499/-

But there are not reply from this company and not attend the call or mail. So I want complaint against this Panind pan Agency .fraud company.

                                    Please refund the amount of rs.499 which that i last transacted for applying correction in pancard. Status of my order I'd is showing awaiting for documents. Which documents not mentioned. I have applied for correction with all documents stil I tried to contact through email and phone calls but could not reach to you.

                                      Upon checking with uti with the coupon number, not to my surprise, i found the pan ind has conveniently not scanned the documents required by uti to process my application. Panind is harassing not only me but certain so many people. Why such lethargic, irresponsible, incompetent behaviour of not sending the scanned documents to uti? I need my pan card, as i am not interested in refund and after all wasting almost 1 months. My pan application confirmation order id : ri-[protected]n
                                      Phone is never attended. No feedback about the compliant is given. They are not doing service free of cost. They have already taken more money than government sites.
